About Me
D. E. Bristow, Libra, author of TITANIC: R.I.P.,
TITANIC: Sinking the Myths and the book that began my TITANIC research, TITANIC Calling, a historical novel that tells what really happened on that fatal night in April, 1912.
And, I was an Eastern Air Lines flight attendant for 31 years, the last years of the Golden Age of Aviation; also a former aerobatic pilot, protege of the late greats Jesse Bristow and Phil Quigley. As a former SARCAP pilot I participated in the filming of a Civil Air Patrol documentary film titled 'Modern Minute Men.' As a fashion illustrator I was noted for my work in Craftint, for fun I drew airplanes, and pet portraits.
