This site is about the day-to-day experiences of a foreigner living and working in China. It includes my experience teaching Economics at Shandong University in China during 1990-91 and frequent trips for work and travel in 1999-2005. Most of us in Western countries just have no concept of what it's like to live in a country like China, so I hope this site can help you appreciate the differences.
