Welcome to our Web Page.   We hope it is informative and interesting and useful for you. We do Automotive CAD Design and Engineering. We also represent Flow Parametrics in auto racing. We have designed and built all kinds of vehicles, from racing cars to Motor homes, trucks and buses and even an Electric Motor bike. We recently finished working on a new chassis design "Off- Road" TROPHY TRUCK for the BAJA 1,000 races for COLLINS MOTORSPORTS. Our latest deveolpment program was the RollGard. a stabil;izer system for use prevention of rollover by Sport Utility Vehicles and Pickup trucks. See www.amtechsprings.com

This picture shows two of the CAN-AM racing cars that Peter Bryant designed. The UOP Shadow CAN-AM car #101 is being driven by Englishman Jackie Oliver, in the 1971 Canadian American Challenge cup (CAN-AM) race at Laguna Seca in California.  The car following is the Ti22 Mk2,  being driven by David Hobbs. I designed the Ti22 MK1  in 1969 and the Ti22 Mk2 in 1970. The Ti22 was the first automobile ever to have a monocoque chassis built entirely from Titanium and Aluminum. The suspension "A" arms and all suspension Linkages for both cars were also Titanium. Made from the alloy 6AL4V.

The Ti22 was the most successful American built car in the 1970 seen CAN-AM Championship Races. Both Titanium cars were totally destroyed in racing crashes and were never seen again.  The Shadow cars are featured on the Shadow web Page at http://members.tripod.com/Shadowcar/ and at the CAN-AM Web page at http://web-hou.jape.net/msmh/canam1.html

The Shadow which was the first Road Racing car to run on unleaded gas can be seen at  various Vintage races in the USA. The Shadow was recently featured at the Goodwood Festival of speed in England. Jackie Oliver went on to win the CAN-AM Championship in 1974.  He later founded the Arrows Formula One team.

The Shelby Series One Concept car on the right, and used in Cadkey98 marketing materials,  was the latest sports car  program that we did.

Peter Bryant did all the initial CAD packaging of the chassis and components for Shelby American, INC. and wrote the original specification based on another concept design done by a freelance designer in Colorado. The original concept design looked more like the Cobra Daytona Coupe designed by Peter Brock in 1065. Peter Bryant made several changes to the bodywork and added the prominent rocker panels., the radiator vent out of the top of  hood and  configured the  large "Gill" type vents in each side of the front fenders. Two cars without power-trains were built and shown at the Detroit and Los Angeles shows in January of 1997.Although it had a steel concept chassis, the car weighed in at a remarkable 2,435 pounds ready to run. 1997 was the 100th Centennial Anniversary for Oldsmobile Division of GM and they originally wanted to have the car driven on stage during their Centennial celebration Festivities at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in April 1997. The car was finished in prototype configuration in time for the event.

We are happy to be involved with FLOW PARAMETRICS LLC. This enables us to offer Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis as part of our design services. CFD enables us to anylalize the fluid or airflow around and through vehicles, engines, fans, gears, etc. The Flowparametrics.com web page has some examples of our work on the Flatfire streamliner that ran at Bonneville Salt in 2000..

Hopefully, if you decide to have your own car designed, you will call us in to help you. We have also designed a wide variety of other kinds of vehicles including: Motor homes, Buses (Both Diesel and Electric), Trams, Trolleys, Trucks.

We hold two USA Patents on a system for making low cost Portable Modular Structures.  The system can be used for the manufacture of lightweight bus and truck bodies and for low cost modular housing. If you would like to License theTechnology, or have any questions   please contact us.
