Cheltenham Rotaract complete Three Peaks Challenge
Five members of Cheltenham Rotaract successfully completed a Three Peaks Challenge in 21 hours 54 minutes 26 seconds after six months training. In the process, £1500 has been raised for the Salter's Hill Trust and the National Meningitis Trust.

Starting at 1600hrs, Thursday 29 June, the team walked up and down, and travelled between, the three highest peaks in mainland UK - BEN NEVIS, SCAFELL PIKE and SNOWDON in less than 24 hours.

The team of Juliet Smith, Andrew Yendole, Tom Carver, Sarah Stevens (Club President) and James Black (incoming Club President) completed the challenge in a time that even they didn't expect. The team was ably supported by two Rotarians from Cheltenham North Rotary Club who acted as the team's drivers, and expressed the walkers between the peaks.
