TWO BADD BIDS WHIST CLUB OF ATLANTA WAS FOUNDED AND ESTABLISHED BY RAY E. DANIELS AND MICHAEL MOORE, CO-FOUNDER ON MAY 20, 1992. THE CLUB WAS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PLAY OF BID WHIST ON BOTH SOCIAL AND TOURNAMENT LEVELS. WE MEET ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO PLAY BID WHIST. WE ALSO HELP OTHERS WHO WISH TO LEARN THE "ART OF BID WHIST" BY GIVING WORKSHOPS . A MONTHLY NEWS LETTER IS PRODUCED TO KEEP THE MEMBERS INFORMED OF ON GOING ACTIVITES AND COMMUNITY EVENTS.

The network and camaraderie that the play of bid whist can introduce on social and tournament leavels also can damage such relationships due to the competitiveness of the game between partners, relatives(husband & wife), associates and friends. Many who play bid whist usually play with anyone who claim they are the best bid whist player ("To hear them tell it") around.
The team concept gives each partner a chance to learn stragegy (not cheating) and style with out guessing if their partner is good or bad. Many of us go to card parties and choose anyone who claim they can play and later (most often) learn of their fate. The "Team Concept" helps people to critique their play of bid whist playing with one person you feels comfortable with...taking the guess work of who your partner plays.
Two badd Bids Whist Club has established the "Team Concept" style of playing. The advantage of playing with the same partner during the year helps develop style and strategy. By working together you will find your level of playing bid whist both rewarding and satisfying.
