· Satisfy requests for ad-hoc queries and reporting utilizing the above technologies, co-ordinating data entry efforts, and working with IT staff to organize data flows.
· Co-conduct business requirements analysis with regard to migrating SQL DBC Import CSV file procedure to Oracle Student Loan subsystem. Previously participated in requirements analysis, installation, conversion and testing of Oracle Financials.
· On an interim basis, design models/prototypes for custom development solutions, s.a. the engine for the AMS website optimizer, student loan commission schedules for the V.P. of Sales, payment grids for marketing brochures, average hold time scenarios for tuition payment plans, forecasts for individual companies, planned project estimates, cost/benefit analysis for software purchases and present value/cash flow models for sales reps to use with school presentations.
· Currently learning SQL 7.0 as an adjunct to data reporting with the Oracle Student Loan subsystem as well as future projects.
· Designed account research methodology and variance analysis using Oracle Payables and FSG.
· Established and designed $50m budget, management reporting and financial planning for new organization containing roughly 6 legal entities and 40 cost centers.
· Organized distribution clusters for the dissemination of data and increased access to historical information for managers and executives company-wide.
· Responsible for supervising and training employees from sister company in building reporting components of Oracle Financials and functional aspects of GL .
· Troubleshot systems issues relating to Oracle General Ledger, Oracle FSG and Oracle Desktop Integrator performance, and devised solutions to allow for schedules to be consistently met or maintained.
