Randall Stock does marketing and product management for high-tech firms in Silicon Valley. At one time (too many years ago), he enjoyed being a skipper on the Jungle Cruise at Walt Disney World. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School at UCLA and is a Carter Fellow. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University.

His technology writing experience includes a booklet on e-mail, "The World of Messaging," as well as numerous user guides, data sheets, white papers, press releases, and other marketing materials. He edited an award-winning college brochure and a corporate yearbook. He's currently working on a book about Conan Doyle's writings.
