-Training and Experience-

A holistic healer since 1987, Alexandra Murphy is certified as a Reiki Master Teacher of the Usui lineage, in massage therapy and acupressure.   She has trained at Omega Institute in facilitating emotional release of past trauma on an energetic level.

Alexandra is a shamanic practitioner of the Celtic Tuatha O'en, a tradition she shares with her husband Jim. She has trained in shamanic healing with Geo Cameron, internationally known hereditary Celtic shaman and teacher.   She has also studied with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and Tom Cowan, author of Shamanism as a Spiritual Practice for Daily Living.

An avid student as well as practitioner, Alexandra is currently getting to know our plant brethren better through studying herbology with the East West School of Herbology. She is also studying and using the Emotional Freedom Technique, a wonderful way to energetically relieve emotional upsets, traumas, phobias and cravings.

Alexandra brings her years of experience in bodywork, energy work, meditation and shamanism to her ministry in practicing and teaching the healing arts. Having witnessed amazing healings through Reiki, energy medicine and shamanic practices, she seeks to share the power and love of this healing with others.
