IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT US

The Bucks County Educational Resource Center is located in Levittown, which is part of the Lower Bucks County area. We are convenient to many major roads and highways. Please see our DIRECTIONS page.

Classes begin at 10 a.m. each Wednesday and run until 3 p.m..

We strive to meet the needs of local homeschooling families by offering academic classes, socialization opportunities, support, extracurricular activities, and more.

Members pay just $10 per month for the entire family and are expected to help run the center in some way.

We are a diverse and inclusive secular group. However, we respect the fact that we meet within a Christian church, so we do not & will not do any classes or activities that go against the teachings of the Christian faith.

We currently have approximately 40 families with children from infants through teens attending the BCERC, so there are plenty of opportunities for children to learn to work together and make friends.

We also want to encourage the community to get involved. We gladly welcome grandparents, neighbors, friends, and local businesses to come share their stories, talents, and skills with the children. If you know of someone who might be interested, please let us know!

Come see for yourself how well homeschooling works!

We gladly offer non members a complimentary day any day that we're open to see for themselves whether or not the BCERC is of interest to their family.

We also have an e-mail list through Yahoo Groups, so we can be in

constant contact with one another. We have access to a daily calendar,

too, to make visiting the center and keeping the schedules straight as

easy as possible for you. You will be invited to join our e-list when you become a paying member of the BCERC.

We will also occasionally have activities which we will open to the public,

such as support group meetings, informational seminars, and curriculum

sales. E-mail Trisha and ask to be notified of such events.
