Remember that blast cabinets for medium items will also do small items, and blast cabinets for large items will also do small and medium items. When selecting the size of a cabinet and the package that's best for you, don't only consider the size of the items you are going to blast now, you might want to expand into larger items in the near future. The process for Stone Carving is the same as for Glass Carving, you'll just blast at a higher pressure with a thicker mask.

Package #SEP1  Small size items: mugs, stemware, bottles, awards and announcements on small glass items, and many other small items that would not exceed approximately 12" x 20".  Go to Start-up Equipment Package #SEP1

Package #SEP2  Medium size items: picture frame glass, mirrors, rocks, pet tombstones, and many other medium sized items that would not exceed approximately 20" x 30".  Go to Start-up Equipment Package #SEP2

Package #SEP3  Large items: shower doors, entry doors, sidelites, or transoms, room partitions, windows, table tops and many other large panels that will require a pass-thru cabinet that is slotted on the two sides and the top. This is commonly refered to as architectural sandblasting.  Go to Start-up Equipment Package #SEP3

Package #SEP4  On-Site System: A portable, dust free blaster that draws the dust and abrasive material back into the unit as you blast. This allows you to blast on location without having to remove the glass from it's existing framing. Great for surface etching of shower doors, entry doors, sidelites, or transoms, room partitions, windows, table tops and many other items. Works well when doing positive surface etching (blasting the detail of the design and leaving the back ground clear. Not recommended for reverse etching (blasting the entire background and leaving the detail of the design clear) and not for shaded etching, deep carving, or frosting very large areas.  Go to Start-up Equipment Package #SEP4  Go to Start-up Equipment Package #SEP4
