African-American Feminism is.......

The belief that men and women should be equal - politically, economically, and socially; and that the concerns regarding sexism must not ignore concerns of racism and other forms of discrimination directed at women and men of color.

Through its Mission, Vision and Principles statement, Women on the Net (WON) promises to provide a positive portrayal of all women.  The organization will emphasize the concerns and issues affecting women of color, for as long as these concerns and issues are ignored by other feminist organizations.
