Note for American Dartmoor Sport Ponies

You must send in a copy of the non-Dartmoor parent’s pedigree and registration papers when available. We do understand that a parent may not be registered and considered grade or not registrable due to varying circumstances. In these cases, please create a pedigree and fill in as much info as you have available including breed, color, height, etc. If there are unknown areas, please mark unknown. Unknown information will not affect a Dartmoor Sport Pony’s ability to be registered.

REGISTRATION FEES (by calendar year): Weanling: $15, Yearling $20, Two plus $50,

Upgrade filly to broodmare $5, upgrade colt to stallion $25, transfer fee $10.

*Forms to request DNA testing and parentage verification, for the University of Kentucky, available upon request. FYI: Fee for testing is $25 payable to UK along with DNA hair samples (20) including follicle.
