Multiple Blessings Club !
A support group for mothers of twins, triplets, and more! We are part of the National Organization of the Mothers Of Twins Clubs, Inc.and the Palmetto State Parents of Multiples state organization. Our club was founded in the 1984. We currently have 20 members. Our members have children who range in ages from newborn to 9 years old. We have one member who has triplets under the age of ONE !!!
MEETINGS Monthly meetings are held the first Monday evening of each month at Trinity United Methodist Church on Whiskey Road south of the Aiken Mall. We occasionally will have a guest speaker at the meetings. There is plenty of time for discussion on twins and general child-rearing topics such as bottle feeding, potty training, and dealing with the pressures and stresses of raising multiple. Our meetings are casual and relaxed, offering mothers the opportunity to discuss shared experiences. We have had guest speakers who have discussed topics on financial planning, women and money issues, and saving for college. MEMBERSHIP Annual membership dues are $25.00 which are tax deductible and includes membership to the local club, state organization (PSPM), and the national organization (NOMOTC). Members receive a monthly local newsletter and a subscription to NOMOTC's quarterly publication NOTEBOOK. Dues are payable in July of each year. Visitor and new member information packets are available upon request. We also have an associate membership program for $15 annually, however, associate members have no national or state association, no voting priviledges and may have to pay a small fee for club functions and social events.
