(I). Clinton's police state policy had never made Americans safe:

I have reported that after WWII, the invisibility technology was successfully developed in US.  After using invisibility technology, the users become tiny (like small ants) and invisible (I referred to them as invisible personnel).  So, this technology had been mainly used for surveillance purpose.  Since 1950s-70, CIA and other involved agencies successfully developed many methods to induce illness/death (e.g., heart attack, cancer, cardiac arrest, liver dysfunction, cerebral hemorrhage inducing techniques). US involved agents and police (who use the invisibility technology are refer to as invisible personnel in my article)  secretly transferred invisibility technology and these illness/death inducing techniques to foreign involved police/agents (who use the invisibility technology)

There is no national border between these invisible personnel:

Unfortunately, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  After they can secretly control anyone's life/health,  the involved police/agents of every country have become corrupted.  To protect their secret life control power and cover-up their crimes of murders, these involved agents and police have secretly banded together to form a secret international invisible personnel organization.  So, secret life control has become these invisible personnel's fist priority. This common interest bind them together and national borders do not separate them.  Thus, if the local level invisible personnel cannot handle a target, they will bring in state-level, national level invisible personnel, and even international level foreign invisible personnel to help control a target.  To protect their secret life control power and advance their unlawful interests, they will assist each other (from local level to state level to federal level invisible personnel and including foreign invisible personnel) to induce illness/death on any target who knows their crimes or whom they dislike.  Under such kind of condition, these invisible personnel will betray their country's national interests.  For example, when a US researcher tried to track down a traitor in the US who was suspected of giving A-Bomb secrets to the Soviet Union, these invisible personnel killed the researcher's mother (by causing her to have a "car accident"), which resulted in the researcher giving up his effort (see details on staged car accident on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1e2.htm ).  To protect their interests, these invisible personnel will even induce illness/death on their blood relatives (e.g., parents and brothers/sisters).  For example, In 1960s, after Taiwan's Vice President Chang-Chen died, nobody in Taiwan dared to challenge Chiang Ching-Kuo's power. So, Chiang Ching-Kuo became heir-apparent for Taiwan's Presidency.   To accelerate his assumption of the Presidency,  Chiang Ching-Kuo's invisible personnel induced illness on his father, Taiwan's President, Chiang Kai-Shek.

Inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek and a new article, "The British may be Spying on you" by Alan M. Dershowitz ( LOS ANGELES TIMES on 19 May 1995, p. B7), both prove that US involved police/agents secretly cooperate with foreign involved police/agents to spy on any target.

Many scientists had opposed the transfer of the military's psychotronic weapons to law enforcement. Some of the reasons are discussed below.

According to an article "'Non-lethal' Weapons May Violate Treaties" by Barbara Hatch Rosenberg, THE BULLETIN OF THE ATOMIC SCIENTISTS, Sept/Oct 1994. "Many of the non-lethal weapons... utilize infrasound or electromagnetic energy (including lasers, microwave or radio-frequency radiation...) for their effects. These weapons are said to cause... interference with mental processes, seizures, severe pain, dizziness, nausea and diarrhea, or disruption of internal organ functions in various other ways... The use of such weapons for law enforcement might constitute severe bodily punishment without due process [of law]. "

After 1993 WTC Bombing, Clinton administration added thousands police personnel and transferred military psychotronic weapon to local police/agents. They believed that this would quickly help to control society and reduce crimes.

It proves that increasing police personnel and giving police military psychotronic weapon to seriously control citizens is a wrong policy since it didn't effectively reduce crime rate.

The facts and conclusion is that under Clinton Administration, the crime rate of mind control school shootings is the highest in the past 50 years (since US successfully developed mind control technology). They achieve this highest crime rate of mind control school shootings because Clinton Administration used the non-lethal  as a cover to secretly transfer military-grade mind altering electronic (ELF waves) devices to local police/agents. According to the SPOTLIGHT article, these mind altering electronic emissions (ELF waves) can be used to create man-made thoughts and implant into a target's mind; then the unknowing target/person will react upon it as if his own thoughts. This is a powerful mind control technology, and it will be very difficult for an unknowing target to discover this technology is being used against him.  So, this device can be easily abused by involved police and their civilian operatives (who use invisibility technology) to mind control (secretly manipulate) a teenager to commit a crime or school shooting.

These facts prove that after Clinton added thousands police personnel in US, it didn't really and obviously reduce crime rate.  Some special crime rate even increased (e.g., mind control school shootings), but the involved police/agents intentionally would not mention it and nobody keeps this statistics. Comparing with Clinton's Police State policy, George W Bush administration is obviously different.
For example,  During 2004 Presidential election, Democrats criticized that Bush administration reduced thousands police personnel (whose salaries were supported from federal funding). However, the crime rate during the Bush Administration didn't increase but decreased.  According to Attorney General Ashcroft's  resignation letter (on November 2004), current US crimes rate is the lowest in recent 30 years.  So, an effective government can use less government employees to achieve the same goal or even have better results.

The fact prove that since involved police/agents have become corrupted.  Simply increasing police personnel might increase invisible personnel's manpower, then they would commit more crimes and more secret murders.  Facts prove that although thousands police personnel have been reduced, it didn't  harm the society's safety.  Under Attorney General Ashcroft's watch, mind control school shootings did not occur, no terrorists' attack in US after 911 and crime rate is the lowest in 30 years.  It does prove the Democrats' Police State policy of adding thousands police personnel to control the society (during Clinton Administration) is obviously a wrong policy/choice.  Under Clinton administration, police personnel had obviously increased but US was never safe.  Why? What is these invisible personnel's secret activities in the US?

Currently, these invisible personnel (involved police, agents and recruited civilian operatives) mainly use the invisibility technology to conceal their crimes: unlawfully control anyone's life, commit murders, mind controlling others to kill, and induce illness, etc. (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1b1.htm ).

These involved agents/police (invisible personnel group) had also secretly formed a surveillance network stretching from the local to the federal level to secretly spy on important persons (including the US President) and unlawful control Americans' lives from local level to state level to national level and even international level for those citizens living abroad. However, life control on local level is the most important link of chain. Why? It is because these local invisible personnel will frequently induce illness on local citizens whom they dislike. So, after long-term life manipulation, they can easily murder a local citizen and the death would seem to resulted from natural causes.  Thus, CIA had claimed that they already stop using assassination tactic.  Obviously, after local involved police/agents obtained military psychotronic (so-called non-lethal) weapon, they have played double roles: (a) secret life control role - they can use invisibility technology and their weapons to induce illness/death on local citizens  (b) local law enforcement role - these involved police/agents are still responsible for local security service and will investigate and decide on the cause of a person's death. Under these conditions, local involved police/agents can easily cover-up their own crimes and announce a local person's death were the result of natural causes if a local citizen was murdered by their illness/death inducing techniques.

How could local involved police/agents acquire so much manpower to induce illness/death on their targets? I would explain it in details.

In the US, involved local police not only use invisibility technology, but they also have mind control device and psy (nonlethal) weapons. So, the local police station is the secret mind control basic unit and involved police (& recruited civilian operatives) secretly use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control local Americans' lives. Also, the local involved police chiefs/agents (US invisible personnel) secretly allow foreign invisible personnel (who live in the US) to secretly recruited naturalized US citizens (who originated from the same country as the foreign operatives). Why would involved US police chiefs and agents secretly allow foreign invisible personnel to recruit naturalized US citizens to be invisible operatives? The recruited naturalized citizens (although they work in different careers, most of them are small stores' owners/managers, some are long-term workers) will become operatives for foreign invisible personnel. But they not only work for foreign invisible personnel, they would also work for the involved US police and agents for free at their spare time. Thus, local involved police and agents (invisible personnel) can secretly increase their available manpower at no cost (if involved local agent or police directly recruit a naturalized citizen to become an operative, then they will pay a salary).

For example, in 1987, Taiwan government partially lifted a travel ban allowing Taiwan's citizens to visit to Mainland China via a third country. Taiwan and China has been hostile toward each other since the 1949 Chinese Civil War. Even with the hostility between the two governments, Taiwan and China's invisible personnel arranged secret cooperation agreements. Taiwan's invisible personnel are allowed to enter into China to unlawfully control Taiwan citizen's lives in China (and vice versa). How could China's and Taiwan's invisible personnel form secret cooperation on unlawful life control? Because they have secretly cooperated in the US for unlawful life control for decades through US invisible personnel's arrangement. Since this kind of corruption had been secretly maintained for decades, the national police chiefs' meeting is very important. Why? It is because if these involved police chiefs secretly make an agreement to assassinate any political leader whom they dislike, it will happen and cover-up by all of them with their secret influence on every coroner (including hospital's doctor, coroner, media, etc.).

So, the invisible personnel group is a secret international life control and mind control group.  National border do not separate these invisible personnel. Thus, even invisible personnel of countries who are bitter enemies (like Taiwan and China, Soviet Union and US) will still secretly cooperate together to advance their life control priority and betray their country's interests.

(II): Accelerate aging and induce rapid deterioration of health condition on a target - the Secret life manipulation methods of these invisible personnel:

Based on facts, I would conclude that President Bush and former DEA Director Asa Hutchinson had been secretly used with this technique by some invisible personnel to accelerate their aging process.

According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, CIA had successfully developed research on people's health control. Thus, if these invisible personnel cannot quickly murder a target for any reason, they will use this method to damage the target's health in his daily life. This secret method is to accelerate aging and induce rapid deterioration of a target's health condition.

(A). These tiny invisible personnel can use infrasound weapon to attack a target's tooth when a target is sleeping.  After several days, it can cause the healthy tooth to fall out.  If these invisible personnel can cause a target to lose many teeth, it can make a person to look as older than regular person and induce rapid deterioration of health condition on a target. Although a targeted person seem to live normally, his brain never get any rest.  So, the targeted person's brain cell will be over-worked everyday.  Day by day and month by month, it can quickly damage one's brain cell, or even cause some brain cell to die early. The target's brain will suffer damage and the accumulated damage over 1-2 years will be similar to the normal decline experienced by a regular person over 10-20 years. So, to an expert (who know this technique), he knows that anyone who suddenly has many gray hairs within two years must be a victim of these invisible personnel with mind machine everyday.   The reason is as follow :
After being manipulated for a long period of time (over one or two years), the appearance of a targeted person will have a lot of gray hairs like that of senior citizen because of the constant brain over exertion (causing some brain cell to die early). This technique of driving a target's brain to keep thinking even during sleep can also be used by these invisible personnel to read target's mind and collect intelligence information along with the intention to decrease the target's health.

So, when these invisible personnel keep using mind machine to read the minds of important political leaders or public officials during their sleeping time everyday, the targeted political  leaders' brain cells will be over-worked everyday and then their hairs would quickly become gray.

How can I prove that these involved police/agents (invisible personnel) have kept surveillance on US important public officials' (including the US President's) activities and even read their minds after having mind machine for decades.

First example:  According to Congressional Record on 4/22/1971, House Majority Leader Boggs said: "Today, as we in the Congress undertake to recover and restore the people's liberty, we find that it is ourselves who are under surveillance, ourselves who are prisoners of the power which our silence permitted to come into being. Furthermore, only the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system could secretly enter anyone's home/office to monitor every important person's activities and private secret. Thus, former FBI Director Hoover was able to obtain these secrets and use it to blackmail or embarrass his political opponents at critical time.

Second example, The invisible personnel's secret activities in White House: Based on Yeltsin's memoirs, Yeltsin received overseas intelligence and knew about Clinton's affair with Lewinsky long before US public knew about it. Only these invisible personnel had opportunity to find out this secret from their secret surveillance on President Clinton. Since these invisible personnel is an international group and frequently work together in local surveillance system/station, Russia's overseas invisible personnel could get this information in US either from US invisible personnel's private jokes, or got this information by US invisible personnel's tactic (because Col. Why would they dare to secret read US President's mind?

After Cold War ended, the invisibility technology and some major workers/personnel had been removed from government (Defense Dept.) and transferred to CIA's private company (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2b5.htm ).  Thus, invisibility technology remained a covert secret and many public officials still don't know about it.

So, these corrupted invisible personnel further secretly read US President's mind/thoughts.  Thus, these invisible personnel group can know any important thing from US President in advanced before actions are taken.  Since they secretly read the President 's mind and know President's plan in advanced, these invisible personnel can use their mind control technology and their influence in the society/media to affect the President's decision in favor of themselves.  The goal is to secretly protect these invisible personnel's unlawful interests/power.

Who are these invisible personnel to secretly monitor US president and read his mind?  Most of people will consider that these invisible personnel belong to FBI's involved agents (who use invisibility technology). However, I have different opinion although FBI involved agents would have secretly spied on important public officials (from cabinet Secretaries to Congressmen and Senators) for decades.

Comparing with Taiwan's invisible personnel's system, I would deduce that these invisible personnel are some agents who secretly use invisibility technology and work in Secret Service. Why?

It is because US President and Vice President are protected by Secret Service agents. The Secret Secret was established in 1865. Since 1902, a presidential protection unit was formed to protect President and Vice President. Obviously, after invisibility technology had been successfully developed then transferred to foreign counties and US local law enforcement, the invisibility technology must also had also been transferred to involved agents of Secret Service. To these invisible personnel group, this is the similar goal like that they transferred invisibility technology to local law enforcement officers. Beside some Secret Service agents would protect the safety of US President and Vice President, some of involved Secret Service Agents (who use invisibility technology) would secretly monitor the President's activities, or secretly read the President's mind and secretly control the President's life/health.  So, these invisible personnel hide in every Agency/Unit/Police dept. They all have double roles like local involved police chiefs, police and agents (who use the invisibility technology), since they secretly control local citizens' lives and are also responsible for local citizens' safety.

Thus, some of these invisible personnel would also hide in White House.  Beside life control, they can secretly monitor the President's activities when he is alone and even secretly use mind machine to read US President's mind during his sleep.

Life control on US President's cases:
First example, JFK's assassination: The US invisible personnel group was behind JFK's assassination (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c.htm ).

Second example, former President Ronald Reagan suddenly acquired the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease in 1994. Third example, based on eight circumstantial evidences, President Bush's fainting episode in the White House on 1/13/2002 was a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a15.htm ). However, I would consider that US invisible personnel had arranged special invisible personnel team who know acupuncture and martial art to commit this crime. If the involved agents and police are still allowed to keep invisibility technology a top secret, President's life will remain in danger.

Since 1993, these invisible personnel had secretly used the mind reading technique on the President of US (e.g. Bill Clinton and President George W Bush).  Their goal is to collect high-value intelligence information from the most important political person's mind in order to protect their own unlawful interests and power.

Thus, to protect Bin Laden's safety in order to use Bin Laden's crimes to obtain more power/interests for themselves (as 1993 WTC Bombing case), they would have secretly read President Clinton's mind during his sleep everyday in White House to collect intelligence to prevent Bin Laden from being killed.

According to Washington Post (10-3-2001): "The most dramatic attempt to kill bin Laden occurred in August 1998, when Clinton ordered a Tomahawk cruise missile attack on bin Laden's suspected training camps in Afghanistan in response to the bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. Clinton approved the cruise missile attack recommended by his advisers, and on Aug. 20, 1998, 66 cruise missiles rained down on the training camps. Why did Bin Laden leave the training camp and escape from the missiles attack? This missile attack on Bin Laden was a military operation planned by Clinton and few related members of US National security Council. If Bin Laden could get advance warning of the US plan, it must be the invisible personnel's handiworks. Why? Because only invisible personnel can and will secretly spy on the US President and the National Security council meeting to protect their own unlawful interests. According the Washington Post (10-3-01), "Some U.S. officials believe word could have been passed to bin Laden by the Taliban on a tip from Pakistani intelligence services. Several other former officials disputed the notion of a security breach, saying bin Laden had plenty of notice that the United States intended to retaliate." But above guess must be wrong because it didn't explain that how could the "secret informant" know that when the attack would take place."

Also, these cruise missiles were launched from US Navy ships in the Arabian Sea. The exact attack date/time (execution of the plan) would be only known by Bill Clinton and Navy commander in Arabian sea (or/and Secretary Cohen who was notified by the Navy commander in Arabian sea). So, how could anyone else know the actual attack date/time and warned Bin Laden? Thus, only the invisible personnel who secretly spy on the US President and Secretaries could know it. Also, there is an evidence to prove that invisible personnel secretly spied on former President Clinton in Oval Office (see details on Part II-A6 of my website, http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a6.htm). This prove that only invisible personnel have the opportunity and means to know the attack date. Others will not have the opportunity and means to secretly spy on the President, read his mind with mind machine and collect the top intelligence information so quickly.

Furthermore, US invisible personnel have secretly cooperated with foreign invisible personnel to advance their unlawful power and common interests for several decades. So, if they wanted to keep Bin Laden alive, US invisible personnel could easily send a warning to Bin Laden about the 1998 US missile strike through foreign invisible personnel who support Bin Laden and have an embassy in the US; so Bin Laden could have known about the attack in advance. If they used coded messages to warn Bin Laden of the attack date, they could easily done it "under the radar" of US intelligence agencies. They could have notified their embassy, which could then relay it to their own country, and then it is relayed again to Afghanistan. It only need a few minutes to send warning to Bin Laden. Obviously, invisible personnel have the means to send this message immediately. Considering with the case of cruise missile attack on Bin Laden, only invisible personnel have the opportunity, motives and means to collect the information of attack date then notify Bin Laden. So, in this case which top secret military operation was compromised, the invisible personnel must be the prime suspects.

Now, L would use an obvious fact to support my statement.

During election 2004, TV media had released an old video tape on TV.  It shows that in the early of 2002, President Bush was answering media's question about "where is the Bin Laden?"  The picture in year 2002 clearly shows that President Bush's appearance looked young without wrinkle and didn't see any gray hair.   However, only passed two more years, current President Bush's appearance looks older with many wrinkle and a lot of gray hairs.  Comparing President Bush's appearance with National Advisor Rice's appearance, Ms. Rice still looks young as similar as four years before.  Why would President Bush suddenly have many gray hairs within recent two years?
It must not because he is busy because Advisor Rice would be also busy for National Security purpose. The real reason must be that President Bush's brain cell never stop working during his sleep in recent two years.  But why?
Clearly, it tells an intelligence to an expert (like Alan Yu who has best knowledge on these invisible personnel's secret, crimes and activities) that these invisible personnel have used mind machine to read President Bush's mind during his sleep everyday.  Before 2002, although these invisible personnel would also secretly read President Bush's mind sometime but they didn't do it everyday.

However, after US military forces pursued Bin Laden and started war on Iraq in 2002, these invisible personnel had used mind machine to read President Bush's mind everyday.  Thus, it quickly causes President Bush to have a lot of gray hairs since his brain cell over work everyday without rest.   Why would these invisible personnel now secretly read President Bush's mind everyday during his sleep?
This secret action obviously will damage President Bush's brain cell and cause him to quickly have gray hairs. The logical explanation is as follow.

Since these invisible personnel can collect highly classified intelligence from reading US President's mind, spy on National Security councils' meeting and spy on any important public official, they always have prior knowledge on highest-level of decisions in US government. If these invisible personnel wanted to keep terrorists (like Bin Laden) alive in order to manipulate the situation in the world, they certainly can help Bin Laden to escape from air strike and military search by passing on information.   This might be the real reason that Bin Laden is still on the run if the international invisible personnel group secretly help him in order to use him to manipulate the world situation.  There are some incidents in US prove that these invisible personnel had prior knowledge on terrorists' attacks on 1993 WTC Bombing, OKC Bombing and 911 terrorists' activities but still let these crimes to happened in order to advance their unlawful interests/power (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a30.htm  ).

This might be the real reason that before US President election, foreign terrorists had created chaos, violence and beheaded hostages in Iraq in order to cause badly influence to President Bus's re-election (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a35.htm  ).

Beside secretly spy on US president, Some of these involved Secret Service agents (invisible personnel) would work in financial institute (including banks). Thus, they can suddenly raise interests rate on a targeted customer and easily cause the target to become bankrupt in order to ruin the target.  How could they do it?
These invisible personnel can use invisibility technology to steal a target's
payment letter in the target's house then put back the payment letter in the
target's house after the due day had passed.  They would also intentionally
notify other credit card banks about this customer's late payment.  Since every
bank would have a few of invisible personnel hide in their office, they can work
together to all raise interests rate on the same target at same time.  So, it can
easily cause a target to become bankrupt.

(3). These invisible personnel in DEA had used mind machine to read former Director Asa Hutchinson's mind everyday during he served as Director of DEA:

Mr. Hutchinson didn't have many gray hairs and had enough energy when he was a Congressman in the summer of 2001.  However, after Mr. Hutchinson became the Director of DEA, most of his hairs became gray within one and half years and looked tired. I was shocked for his appearance when he appeared on TV in 2002.   Obviously, it shows that these corrupted invisible personnel in DEA have spied on their Director's activities and secretly read Hutchinson's mind to protect their unlawful interests on drugs markets.   Furthermore, they had also used the mind machine to keep Hutchinson's mind constantly thinking (dreaming) when he was sleeping.  So,  Hutchinson's mind never had rest within first two years when he started to serve as the Director of DEA.  So, he quickly have a lot of gray hairs after he became the Director of DEA. The reason for this is obviously not because of job stress, but because of his mind never had rest even when he is sleeping. These invisible personnel in DEA secretly used mind machine and this technique on him.  Their goal is not only to collect intelligence information from his mind, but this method would also accelerate Hutchinson's aging process.  This would rapid deterioration of health condition on Director Hutchinson.

Many incidents prove that invisibility technology was neither used for national Security purpose (e.g. investing spies and terrorists), nor used to control crimes (see details on front report).
