According to Associated Press report on 10/20/03, "Diana Feared Staged Car Accident.  (LONDON) - Princess Diana wrote months before her death that she feared someone was planning to harm her in a staged car accident, a newspaper reported Monday."

I do not want to rush to judgment about Diana's car accident but I do know that involved police, agent & operatives (who use invisibility technology) can create staged car accident.  So, I would like to report their techniques openly.

To kill a target by creating an "accident" on the target's transportation (e.g. car, boat, plane, etc.) become one the infamous tactics of involved police and agents of surveillance station/system to eliminate their target.  This tactic was from CIA assassination manual.  After mind control technology have been used in local surveillance system, the assassination tactic was also transferred to the involved local police and agents of surveillance station/system.

According to CIA assassination first manual, "for secret assassination, the contrive accident is the most effective technique. When successfully executed, it causes little excitement and is only casually investigated."

Thus, by using invisibility technology to cause a staged car accident, it become an  infamous tactic of involved local police chief of surveillance system to eliminate a citizen whom they dislike.

How could they cause a car accident on a target?  The involved police, agents and recruited operatives will use (1). invisibility technology and stupor (unconscious) inducing techniques, or (2) invisibility technology and HPM (high power microwave) weapon to cause a car accident to kill a driver or the passengers.

1. The tiny invisible personnel and invisibility technology: The invisibility technology using in US (see proof on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1b1.htm ).

This secret surveillance system is an unlawful life control communist surveillance system because its establishment is based on atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a factor in his decision. His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to regard people's lives as properties and in the communist ideology, the properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed. Thus, when pursuing invisible personnel's unlawful interest, these invisible personnel would toy with anyone's health and kill anyone. As an atheist with considerable power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control communist surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s. Also, these invisible personnel's behaviors prove that they are secret life control communists and worse than regular communists. Why? Regular communist control all materials then re-distribute wealth and properties to establish a system that keep communist as the ruling class These invisible personnel are specially trained to believe atheism, materialism, communism and use mind control technologies, weapons to control everyone's life/health. They will distribute illness/death on their targets then keep these invisible personnel to become an secret ruling class pulling the strings behind the scene (e.g. they secretly induced death on Chiang Kai-Shek's vice president Cheng-Chen and it made Chiang Ching-Kuo to become the successor of Taiwan President). So, these invisible personnel are also secret life control communists. Also, Chiang Ching-Kuo believed that the people need to be spied on and
controlled (like in communist society) to maintain control over country. To
achieve this, the invisible personnel must be able to mind/life control everyone's lives and control people's work, assets, and incomes. Thus, his invisible personnel recruited operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants, all religions, many different media, psychics, psychiatric institutions, etc.) in order to mind/life control anyone.

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility technology from all other public officials (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek, etc.). The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with them. President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly notified him of it after the invisible personnel injured his knee (see details on Part II-A of my website). When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their country and would betray their blood relatives.

Why would they betray their country and relatives?
According to Taiwan's inside information, there is a secret agreement between every country's invisible personnel.  Part of their secret agreement is that these
invisible personnel belong to a secret international life control group/organization.
Also, an invisible personnel would treat other invisible personnel (even invisible
personnel of other countries) as if their new "blood brothers/sisters."(This is just like the members of a criminal organization. They will swear an oath to be each other's "blood brothers/sisters" ). So, in the invisible personnel's mind, they no longer treat their biological relatives as family anymore.  Why? In the invisible personnel's mind, their organization is their "real" family and are more important than their biological relatives. Their unlawful interests/power and future are tie to the organization. Thus, after they treat other invisible personnel as their new "blood relatives", they don't regard their biological relatives as their family anymore. Furthermore, these biological relatives will be only considered as their potential life/mind control targets. When pursuing the invisible personnel's
unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek was injured by the invisible operatives of Chiang Ching-Kuo). Also, the relationship between foreign invisible personnel is just like communist' slogan - "there is no national border between them." Because the members of international invisible personnel (life control communists) group include all invisible personnel around the world. So, these secret life control communists (invisible personnel) group do not believe themselves belong to any country. Thus, they are not loyal
to their country, nor to their political Party. When pursuing their unlawful interests, they would betray their country/Party (see proof from staged car accident case later on this article).

Since the unlawful life control communist surveillance system in Taiwan was secretive and evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil in US and other countries because three reasons. (a). The invisibility technology and some illness/death inducing techniques were originally transferred from US and Taiwan was the secret test field. (b). These invisible personnel is a secret international life control communist group (They want to control everyone's life/health and will distribute illness/death on any target). • The stupor inducing technique (it induces the target to become unconscious) and HPM weapon are currently two main method to stage a car accident

Now, I would further explain these sleep inducing techniques in details.
(a). By using psychotronic generator to power low frequency electromagnetic radiation on driver: It is currently popular sleep (stupor) inducing tactic of invisible personnel.  After secretly enter people's car with psy generator, the invisible personnel will position themselves near the steering column of car.  During driving, the invisible personnel will use psy generator to send very low frequency electromagnetic radiation to the driver's head through electric lines of horn (in steering column).  It can quickly induce the target to fall into a stupor  (unconsciousness) during driving then cause a car accident on street.

Beside creating staged car accident, the invisible personnel can injure the driver or passengers in vehicle (see details on Part I-E1 of my website).  These invisible personnel in victim's car can contact with involved police and agents of surveillance station/system - see details answer on Part I-E1.

Also, the invisible personnel can secretly enter people's home/office, vehicle, etc. or even follow a victim in the outdoors.  Thus, invisible personnel can power any nearby hidden emitter in home/workplace (household appliance -e.g. TV, computer monitor, lamp, etc.), car (e.g. turning signal lights, head lights high beam, lamp of car door, etc.) to injure driver (and/or passengers), or outdoor light poles, stores of shopping center, etc. to beam radio-wave with a psychotronic generator.

Under such kind of situation, if the invisible personnel secretly follow a driver/victim almost anywhere, they can find many opportunities to kill the unaware victim.   Beside creating a car accident on the driver, these invisible personnel can use psy generator to power a concealed emitter of radio frequency wave (e.g. on light poles) to induce "heart attack or heart-failure" on their target. This can be done when the target leave his car outdoor (in shopping center), or indoor (in bank, stores, etc.).  So, these victims can be secretly killed by the nearby invisible personnel (who secretly follow the targets) as if they died of natural causes (heart-attack or car accident).

• Beside the sleep/stupor inducing techniques, HPM (High Power Microwave weapon) is the another method used by invisible personnel to cause car accidents

Based on following information from Red Cross, the High power microwave (HPM) weapon can be used as EMP weapon and is controllable.  According to an international Red Cross document, this HPM weapon can be used as EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse weapon) "which give an operator the ability to wipe out electronic circuits. The main difference is that new technology on HPM is controllable and can be used without violation nuclear weapons treaties."

"When microwaves being pulsed between 10-100 pulses per second, "A HPM (High Power Microwave) weapon employs a high power, rapidly pulsation microwave beam that penetrates electronic components. According to above information, the involved police of surveillance station/system can use EMP/HPM weapon to disable the plane's or car's engine.

Although the above report claimed that the EMP weapon only knocks the motor out but leaving the brakes and steering operative, however, the only operative brakes are the hand pull brakes. That's because the car engine's brakes would fail or malfunction after EMP (or HPM) weapon had been secretly used (by the invisible personnel) to disable the car's engine.  However, an unknowing driver would always step on the brakes pedal to stop his car.  Thus, if the victim is driving at a high speed and there is a short distance behind another car, she cannot stop his car smoothly and get into a car accident.

According to Microwave News report in 1993, police department obtained HPM weapon.  However, almost ten years later, we still frequently see California police car chase speeding car in highway from TV.   So far, we didn't see any police to use the HPM to stop a single speeding car (which police pursue) on street.  Why?

It only shows that HPM weapon is secretly used by the involved police and operatives (who use invisibility technology) to cause car accident on their targets for unlawful life control. Furthermore, the invisible personnel will use the HPM weapon to secretly attack a special target's car engine many times to cause a target's car's engine complete failure.  The goal is to limit a target's activities, or
force the target to walk on street then kill him with radio-frequency weapon.

Now, I would use two reported cases as below to further clarify it:

The first case: The staged accident caused by invisible personnel with a psychotronic generator to produce low frequency electromagnetic radiation (through the electric lines of horn in steering column) on driver's head. It caused the driver to fall into a stupor (un-consciousness) during driving then occurred a car accident.

Staged accident:

It should be noted that, in some of these cases "accidental" deaths do occur. One individual in contact with us reported that his mother drove off a cliff to her death, during a period when he was researching evidence that a still-respected, high-level State Department official had passed A-bomb secrets to the Soviet Government during World War II. The accident occurred shortly after her car had undergone routine maintenance. She was returning from a dental appointment when the accident occurred. Witnesses state that it appeared that she had suddenly stepped on the accelerator before running off the road. The accident served to terminate this person's research project.

Based on above report, the victim's son suspects that the accident might be related with his research (The son suspected the car accident was caused by some conspirators who did not wanted to see the research to go forward).

The above cases has proven that the car accident occurred shortly after victim's car had undergone routine maintenance.

How could the victim get into a car accident? It must not be caused by mechanical failure because the car had just undergone routine maintenance. Nor could it be cause by driver's fatigue from long distance travel since she was returning from a dentist appointment. So, what could have caused this car accident?

Considering facts of this case, my deduction is below.

The nonlethal weapon users (involved police & agents)/invisible personnel can direct invisible operatives to enter the victim's car with a special psychotronic generator. The operatives use psychotronic generator produce the low frequency electromagnetic radiation through the electric lines of horn (in the steering column) to the head of the driver. This caused the driver "fall into a stupor" and occurred the car accident.

Furthermore, according to the reported case, eyewitness mentioned that the victim had stepped on accelerator before running out the road. Why would the victim step on the accelerator instead the brakes (at that moment)? Because before the low frequency electromagnetic radiation was beamed at the driver's head, her foot was stepping on accelerator to drive her car (A driver's foot is usually keeping on accelerator during driving).

Although these invisible personnel secretly entered the victim's car and use the psychotronic generator to remotely emit the low frequency electromagnetic radiation on the driver (through the steering column) to induce her to fall into a stupor, the victim was able to momentarily regain her consciousness. Why ? Because the invisible personnel found that the driver lost consciousness and fell into a stupor after they attacked her. So, they believed that the victim would have a car accident soon. Thus, these invisible personnel stopped to continually emit low frequency EMR waves to attack the driver and quickly flew away the car with their equipment to porevent themselves being injured in a car accident. Thus, the victim got chance to regain the consciousness after the low frequency electromagnetic radiation was stopped to attack on her. However, after the victim regained the consciousness, she found that her car was approaching the cliff. Thus, she was trying to stop her car by stepping the brakes. Unfortunately, she made a big mistake and step on the accelerator (instead of the brakes) then ran off the road. Why would she make the mistake?

Under such kind of condition, a normal, conscious driver will always first move his foot from the accelerator to the brakes before he try to step on brakes for stopping his car. That's because a driver's foot is usually on the accelerator lightly when one is driving.

Unfortunately, this female victim totally forgot that her foot was still on the accelerator to continuously drive on road. That's because she had been beamed with low frequency electromagnetic radiation to fall into a stupor. Although she awoke in a moment, she did not fully regain consciousness. Thus, the semi-conscious victim didn't move her foot to the brakes from the accelerator as usual (which a normal driver would have done if she is fully conscious). That's because the command of stepping on the brakes was issued by an unconscious brain when the victim tried to step on brakes.

Furthermore, In the emergency situation, victim only has a split second remaining to stop her car. Thus, she simply tried to step on the brakes as hard as she could. However, she did not fully awake (after she was force to "fall into a stupor" with the very low frequency EMR wave) and then totally forgot that her foot was still on the accelerator (it proves she didn't really fully regain consciousness). Thus, when the unconscious victim thought that she stepped on the brakes as hard as she could to stop the car, she actually only stepped on the accelerator and caused herself to run off the road. Thus, "witnesses state that it appeared that she had suddenly stepped on the accelerator before running off the road."

Why can I solve this case?

The main reason is that during 1994-96, I have also had many of the same experience of being attacked with low frequency electromagnetic radiation through the electric line of steering column by the nearby invisible personnel, who secretly entered my car. These local invisible personnel had tried to kill me with staged car accident many times because I know invisible personnel's crimes of treason, murders, mind controlling others to kill and other crimes. So, I have some experiences just like above victim who was also induced to fall into a stupor (unconsciousness) at the wheel. For example,  Once, I drove to Maryland from Delaware to visit my mother.  Although I had enough rest with good health before driving, I was suddenly "knocked" unconscious while driving on the highway within one hour; then momentarily regained consciousness and found that I was no longer driving in my lane.

How did I regain consciousness under this situation? The invisible personnel who secretly entered my car and used psychotronic generator to produce the low frequency electromagnetic radiation on my head (through the electric lines in steering column) had flown away. They left because they found that I had been knocked unconscious and would have a car accident soon. Thus, to avoid themselves being hurt in a staged car accident, these invisible personnel quickly flew away with their equipment. Thus, after the invisible personnel stopped emitting low frequency electromagnetic radiation on me, it allowed me to regain consciousness.

When I found that I veered into the other lane, I tried to stop it immediately. I also stepped on the accelerator instead of brakes because I thought the accelerator were the brakes at that moment. I made the mistake because I was not fully awake (still semi-conscious) and totally forgot to move my foot to the brakes from the accelerator as usual (which a normal driver would have done if he was fully conscious). This caused me to almost hit another car on my left. I immediately made a hard right turn, then regain control my car (and avoid the accident).

Unfortunately, the female victim was driving near a cliff, so there was not enough room to regain control the car. Therefore, she drove off the cliff.

How could I avoid being forced into a stupor with low frequency EM radiation and killed in a staged car accident?

Under such kind of condition (of suddenly feeling sleepy and will fall into a stupor), I knew that low frequency electromagnetic radiation was being used on me by invisible operatives (who secretly entered car). That's because I only drove on highway for one hour, and I had enough sleep before I drove on highway.

Thus, I immediately ate several pieces of onions which I had handy, whose biting taste and juices quickly woke me up. Thus, I could safely drive to a rest stop and recuperate myself to normal condition from inducing dizziness to fall into a stupor.

Using my own experience es of staged car accident as above to examine this female victim's case, it proves that the staged car accident case's female victim must be beamed with the low frequency electromagnetic radiation from the steering column by the nearby invisible personnel who secretly entered the victim's car.

Why must it be caused by the invisible personnel who secretly entered a victim's car? If the nonlethal weapon users (involved police and agents) could remotely power the hidden emitter in victim's car from surveillance station/system (without using invisibility technology), they would have continuously produce the low frequency EMR radiation to keep the driver/victim falling into a stupor until a car accident happen. Then, a victim would have no chance to regain the consciousness. This case and my own experiences have proven that the nonlethal weapon users (involved police, agents)/invisible personnel and their invisible operatives are the real murderers in this staged car case. This case also proves that the staged car accidents can be secretly created on unaware victims by invisible personnel.   Also, if anyone claim that the female victim were naturally falling a sleep and were not induced to fall into asleep by the invisible personnel, he is
either a liar or the invisible personnel's collaborator. Because if the female were falling into asleep naturally, she would not step on the accelerator (instead
of the brakes) then ran off the road. Obviously, there is no such coincidence that she suddenly woke up when her car drove near the cliff unless she was induced
to stupor (sleep)..

Why did the corrupted invisible personnel rather kill the individual's mother but
not kill the individual (in the above case)? That's because the individual was researching the evidence of a still- respected, high-level State Department official had passed A-bomb secrets to the Soviet Government during World War II. This action should have been known by many friends of the individual. Thus, if the nonlethal weapon users (invisible personnel) directly killed the individual, it could cause even more serious inquiries into the matters by others. Thus, the corrupted invisible personnel rather killed individual's mother if it can achieve the goal to intimidate and stop the individual's research.

Why did the invisible personnel want to kill the individual's mother and intimidate the individual if individual was trying to expose a traitor? Because the invisible personnel believe that they don't belong to any country but belong to an international invisible personnel group of the world. Also, an invisible personnel
of any country (even enemy country) is still their "blood brother/sister." When pursuing their unlawful interests/power, the invisible personnel can commit treason or betray their blood relatives. So, the US invisible personnel rather kill the individual's mother to stop the individual's research and protect the traitor (who work for invisible personnel). Obviously, beside other invisible personnel, the regular American people are not their man in these invisible personnel's eyes.

• Car accident caused by HPM weapon

We are informed that she had been collecting affidavits from persons who believe they are the targets of government harassment and experimentation when her "accident" occurred. We are also informed that those affidavits have disappeared.

Based on above information, this case must be caused by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.   That's why the collecting affidavits from many persons (who believe they are the targets of involved police's/agents harassment and experimentation) have disappeared.   How can they cause the staged car accident?  There are two ways.

(a). Before obtaining HPM weapon, local involved police have secretly recruited local major auto repair shops' owners/managers and mechanics as their operatives.  So, if the invisible personnel's target's car is brought to an auto repair shop for  maintenance service, they can intentionally fix the car's engine so that the engine brakes will malfunction when driving at a high speed. After the car is "fixed," the car will operate normally before the driver reaches a highway. But once he accelerates the car to highway speeds, the engine brakes will not function properly and the car will be harder to stop. Thus, the unaware driver can easily rear end another car when he is unable to slow down his car as usual.

(b). The tiny invisible personnel can secretly enter a victim's car and use the EMP or HPM (High Power Microwave) weapon to cause the same effect of EMP (electromagnetic pulse) weapon. This will cause sudden engine disable and make the car to lose its engine brake system. So, the unaware driver cannot step the brake pedal to stop his car when driving on high speed.  So, it can easily cause a car accident when the victim is driving at high speed (or behind a short distance with another car).  Also, the method will leaves no signs of an attack because HPM weapon will not damage any parts of the car's brakes system.

The above two cases proved that the invisible personnel (the involved police & operatives of surveillance station/system are subverting US Constitution to unlawfully control everyone's  life (or induce illness/death) from one's home/office, car, boat, etc.  Most of citizens will not believe that the involved police and agents of surveillance station/system can use invisibility technology with so-called nonlethal weapon to induce illness/death, or cause car accident on citizens (whom involved police/agents dislike) to pursue their unlawful interests and power.  However, the above cases and news reports prove that above conclusion is completely true.

Since these invisible personnel can create car accident, people are driving under very dangerous situations. Considering the millions of people who are driving everyday & can be affected to fall into a stupor, or disable engine brake by invisible personnel (who hide in target's car), I must tell the truth to the public with two reported cases which had already occurred.  These staged car accident are just facts.

Furthermore, other facts prove that the invisible personnel have used so-called nonlethal weapons to induce illness/death on political leaders (e.g. President, Governor, Senator- see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C6 of my website), judges, officials (see details on Part V-B1), civilians, expert witness (see details on Part II-C4 of my website), etc. who know their crimes, or whom the involved nonlethal weapon users/invisible personnel dislike.  Also, to pursue comprehensive gun control, the invisible personnel have used mind control equipment, technologies to drive unaware violent students to kill (see details on school shootings cases Part II-D1, D2 of my website).  These invisible personnel's ultimate goal is to ban gun for pursuit of completely unlawful life control. Why?

If Americans have no guns to defense themselves at homes, invisible ;personnel can induce illness/death on Americans without fears.  Also, a special group of invisible personnel (trained in hand-to-hand combat) can easily use invisibility technology to abduct a target at his home then erase his memory (see details on Part II-D2 of my website), or abduct the target then kill him to appears as the

To prove the real goal of so-called nonlethal weapons are mainly used to induce illness/death on citizens as if natural causes, I would show following information to public.

Why lately many nonlethal weapons have been developed under Col. John Alexander's direction (see details on above Source)?

John Alexander is an US scientist who has learned death science. Col. John Alexander wrote a article on December 1980's MILITARY REVIEW article titled, "THE NEW MENTAL BATTLEFIELD. When describing Soviet development of psychotronic weapons, Alexander stated: "The ability to ... CAUSE DEATH can be transmitted over distances, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent reason. These "weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator."

According to above information, it tells that so-called nonlethal weapons are mainly used to mislead public in order to induce illness/death on human for no apparent reason. Based on above John Alexander's message, you can know that Col. John Alexander is an expert who teach others how to use nonlethal (psychotronic) weapons to induce illness/death on a target as if natural cause (for no apparent reason).

John Alexander has directed to develop the mind control technology, sound & radiation wave weapons (so-called Nonlethal weapons) for involved LEO (federal & local) of surveillance station/system. That's because he know the the LETHAL nature of many of the so-called "non-lethal" weapons.

In the Oct-Nov., 1993 NEXUS MAGAZINE article: "Psychic Warfare & Non-Lethal Weapons." Nexus reported that Alexander has worked closely with Dr. C. B. Scott Jones, who SERVE AS HEAD OF THE ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION. NEXUS reported that Col. Alexander is currently involved in over twenty separate projects at the Los Alamos Laboratories. Alexander's associate, Janet Morris, "confirmed John Alexander's involvement in mind control and psychotronic projects" at the laboratory.

Describing some of her written articles, NEXUS reported: "Morris seeks to establish a doctrine for the use of non-lethal weapons by the U.S. in crisis 'AT HOME' " (MEANING USE AGAINST AMERICAN CIVILIANS) " 'or abroad' ... She totally disregards the offensive, LETHAL ASPECTS inherent in some of the weapons in question." Morris suggest areas where these non-lethal weapons can be used "adventurism, insurgency, ethnic violence, terrorism and domestic crime."

The above information proves that nonlethal-weapons is a misleading name and mainly used to silent induce illness/death on citizens by involved LEO (& invisible personnel) of surveillance station/system.

This criminal life-control method give unlimited chances to nonlethal weapon users/invisible personnel to murder anyone (whom they dislike) after the invisible personnel secretly enter the victim's home/office, vehicle, etc.   Beside create car accident, invisible personnel can use so-called nonlethal weapons (e.g. stun gun, laser gun, psychotronic generator, etc.) to induce illness/death on their targets.

To stop some invisible personnel subverting our Constitution and protect every life of citizens (including political leader, judge, regular officer, student, etc.), the invisibility technology must be de-classified (see details on Part II-E1).

If invisibility technology can be de-classified, it will not interfere with surveillance goal because people cannot see the invisible operatives to spy on them. After invisibility is de-classified, it also will not affect national security. That's because invisibility technology is a common knowledge of every country's involved police and agents (of surveillance system) and it is only unknown to regular citizens. However, after invisibility technology is de-classified, it can stop invisible personnel of surveillance station/system inducing illness/death on citizens, political leaders, judges, public officials, or mind control unaware student to commit murder (school shooting).

Also, after invisibility technology is de-classified, it might also solve many unsolved cases (including Whitewater document's secret disappearance in White House, or prove that FBI could hear David Koresh's voices clearly (as former Col. Rawlings told the Dallas Morning News-see details on my webpage Part II-A6).  Also, we could find the real criminals in JonBenet Ramsey murder case. That's because JonBenet Ramsey was most likely murdered by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system -see details on webpage Part II-C5).  Furthermore, Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, the Infrared Technologies expert of Waco was most likely murdered by these invisible personnel with heart-attack inducing technique to stop him appearing in court as a witness (see details on my webpage Part II-C4).  To stop these murders and crimes further happening on other citizens, we need to declassify the invisibility technology immediately.
