According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek  invisibility technology tested in the Philadelphia Experiment had been successfully developed to use on human by the US after WWII.  In 1950s, this technology was transferred to Taiwan surveillance system because Taiwan was being used as a testing ground to unlawfully control everyone's life. About that time, Taiwan also tested illness/death inducing techniques that were mostly developed by Taiwan's acupuncturists and Chinese Kung-Fu practitioners using acupuncture theory.

• Why did Taiwan become a testing ground for unlawful life control surveillance system?

(1). After losing mainland to Communists, Taiwan was under martial law and all budgets of intelligence agencies could be used as black budgets without being audited. Taiwan's internal security system and all Intelligence agencies were also directly controlled by Chiang Ching-Kuo from 1950-60s. Thus, they did have power, enough budgets, manpower to support the secret illness/death inducing techniques researches in Taiwan.

(2). Taiwan has many acupuncture doctors and Chinese Kung-Fu practitioners who are also licensed in Taiwan. With some of these acupuncturists' and Chinese Kung-Fu practitioners' help, traditional acupuncture practices and how to injure a acupuncture point (the theory of Chinese Kung-Fu) were adapted and applied using stun stick (or laser beam, laser gun, etc.) in place of acupuncture needle (or hand)  to manipulate people's health & induce illness/death on people (within a short distance) through stimulation of different acupuncture points.
For example,  there is a notorious illness inducing technique to induce the symptoms of Paraplegia on a senior target, or suddenly cause a target to break his leg based on acupuncture knowledge.
When using this illness inducing technique on a target, the invisible personnel will either use stun  gun, or use a long piece of metal rod (it will become tiny in invisible electromagnetic field) as the acupuncture needle.
This illness inducing technique will use stun gun (stun stick) to attack (or use long piece of metal rod to insert) on the target's knee, it can cause an unaware target to have bad knee condition (cannot stand or walk like the symptoms of Paraplegia) after the target being constantly injured a period of times.  Also, it can be used to suddenly break an unaware target's leg.  How?
When unaware victim is sitting or sleeping, the invisible personnel will use stun gun to injure the victim's legs (by attacking the acupuncture points between the knee-cap and shin bone on the victim).  Attacking these acupuncture points will temporarily cut-off blood from reaching the lower legs, thus causing the victim's lower legs to become numb.  This tactic is mainly used to break or injure a victim's leg when the unknowing victim suddenly stand up from his bed, chair, or toilet.
When using this illness inducing technique on a target for a long period, it can induce the symptoms of Paraplegia (e.g. cannot stand or walk).  This technique had been used on Taiwan former President Chiang Kai-Shek by invisible operatives of Chiang Ching-Kuo to force Chiang Kai-Shek to quickly transfer his power to his son.

The goal of this secret intelligence and life control system is only aimed to advance intelligence chief's (and involved agents/police's) personal interests/power.  How could it be developed ?

There was a :Global intelligence cooperation between US and its' allies during WWII.
After WWII, under the cover of the Global intelligence cooperation, US FBI Director Hoover secretly developed an underground intelligence and life control network with foreign countries' intelligence chiefs. For example, when US transferred invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques to Taiwan, there was a secret agreement between US's and Taiwan's intelligence chiefs to help each other to find out any target's secrets, know a target's activities and control any target's life/health in both countries and overseas, Since US had same secret agreement with many foreign countries, it became an underground global intelligence and life control network. It is an underground network because this secret agreement was only done by each countries'  intelligence chiefs without their President's and Congress' knowledge. The secret surveillance system is an unlawful life control communist style surveillance system because its establishment is based on atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a factor in his decision. His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to regard people's lives as properties and in the communist ideology, the properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed. Thus, when pursuing invisible personnel's unlawful interest, these invisible personnel would toy with anyone's health and kill anyone. As an atheist with considerable power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control communist surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s.
Although all Taiwan's people have been indoctrinated with Dr. Sun Yat-Sen's "Three Principles of the People", these invisible personnel's beliefs are different. Why? Because Atheism, materialism and communism are the beliefs behind life control surveillance system, and all of the invisible personnel and their operatives are specially trained to believe these doctrines. These beliefs will change these invisible personnel's mentalities to treat other persons just like objects/materials. Also, these invisible personnel's activities prove that they are secret life control communists and worse than regular communists. Why?

(1). Like Communists, these invisible personnel are secretly trained to believe in atheism, materialism, and communism even when they are living in a democratic country. (2). Regular communists want to control all materials and re-distribute wealth and properties to establish a system that keep communists as the ruling class. Chiang Ching-Kuo also believes that all the people need to be spied on and controlled (like in communist society) to maintain control over country. To achieve this, the invisible personnel must be able to mind/life control everyone's lives and control people's work, assets, and incomes. The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with them. For example, General Wang (his full name is Wang Sen) was an official who directed Taiwan's invisible personnel. from the mid 1970s to 1982. Why? This is because Wang Sen was Chiang Ching-Kuo's right hand man and he helped Chiang Ching-Kuo to establish the secret life control system. SO, he knows the invisibility technology and have used those invisible personnel to work. With Chiang Ching-Kuo's consent, Wang Sen not only controlled military personnel, but he expanded his power into civilians area. From the mid 1970s to 1982, he was allowed to have a special office in Taiwan's Executive Yuan. The special office's personnel included many different units' officials and personnel who use invisibility technology. In Spring of 1982, the special office in Executive Yuan was canceled by President Chiang Ching-Kuo. The reason was the office's power was huge and General Wang had abused his power. Then, General Wang's position was transferred to Latin America as an ambassador (his position was never changed again until Chiang Ching-Kuo died).

President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly informed him of it after the invisible personnel injured President Chiang's knee (see details on Part II-A of my website).

When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives, and even countries. Why would they betray their relatives and countries?

According to Taiwan's inside information, there is a secret agreement between every country's invisible personnel. Part of their secret agreement is that these invisible personnel belong to a secret international life control group/organization. • Latest situation about these invisible personnel in the world

By using life control method, they want to become the real ruling class forever like communists. To conceal their goals of being real ruling class (as communists) in every country in the world, these invisible personnel currently only want to be the secret ruling class to pull the strings behind scene in every country. However, during important elections, they will manipulate it to advance their unlawful interests/power (e.g. The the Presidential election in 2000). Their secret life control power, common interests, common goal and common beliefs have caused them to become an international life control communist group (that include all invisible personnel around the world) who will pursue their unlawful interests/power against their government.

However, these invisible personnel will deny that they are life control communists and will only admit that they are atheists. In a sense, the relationship between these invisible personnel group and their governments is like the relationship between "labor unions" and "their employers". But the difference is that the labor union is legal, and they bargains with the employers for more labor benefits through legal means. The invisible personnel's "union/group" is an unlawful, secret organization. Also, it is a criminal and international group. Their "union" is unlawful because their organization and activities are covert. Their "union" is criminal because they seek to expand their own unlawful power and interests against the national interest of their countries/employers through illegal means (commit crimes, murders and even treason). Their "union" is international. The international means the international invisible personnel organization has the monopolistic ability to secretly collect intelligence information on any important person (e.g., President, cabinet secretary, etc.) of every country, so these invisible personnel group has the most influence on each country. These criminal activities could happen because these invisible personnel already secretly cooperate with foreign agents and police to become an international secret invisible personnel (secret life control communist) group/organization over decades. How did it all happen?

Based on inside information from Taiwan former President Chiang Kai-Shek, Taiwan's invisible personnel have secret agreement with US invisible personnel (involved agents and police) to assist each other for unlawful life control on their citizens. After US successfully developed invisibility technology to use on human and transferred it to foreign countries (which has secret agreement with US, e.g. Taiwan), the secret agreement between every country's invisible personnel had become more corrupted. Why? Their secret agreement is not only used for collecting intelligence information and secretly help to spy their overseas citizens on host country anymore. Why am I certain that the inside information is true (that invisibility technology has been developed successfully and invisible personnel have secretly enter people's residences [homes/offices, cars, etc.] to induce illness/death on their targets when keeping targets under close surveillance)?

• The reason why this Inside Information is True

In 1967, Taiwan invisible personnel injured President Chiang Kai-Shek's knee with illness inducing technique (by attacking the acupuncture points between the knee-cap and shin bone on the victim).  Their goal was to keep President Chiang Kai-Shek staying his mansion or office in order to force him transfer more power to his son Chiang Ching-Kuo. Taiwan invisible personnel can have these special illness/death inducing techniques because they have been arranged to learn the acupuncture knowledge from Taiwan famous acupuncturists.

Thus, since 1967, Taiwan's President, Chiang Kai-Shek, was suffering from bad knees conditions.  The knees conditions limited his mobility and prevented him from making surprise field inspections on his subordinates.  Consequently, he spent most of his times in the Presidential Mansion/Office and delegated many of his duties to his son, Chiang Ching-Kuo.  On surface, this is very similar as current King Fahd of Saudi Arabia who also suddenly bad serious stroke (cerebral hemorrhage) in 1995.  Although he survived, the cerebral hemorrhage would damage his brain functions (for lacking oxygen in brain).  So, he still suffered physical disability as the symptoms of stroke's after effect.  Then, he transferred more power to Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz.

About that time, President Chiang Kai-Shek was secretly informed that Taiwan's intelligence agencies (which was fully under Chiang Ching-Kuo's control) had acquired invisibility technology from the U.S. in 1950s.  Since 1960s, by using invisibility technology, the invisible personnel of Taiwan's surveillance systems have entered important Taiwan's governmental officials' homes/office, vehicles, etc. to keep them under close surveillance and unlawful life control.  Also, invisible personnel had induced illness/death on Taiwan's public officials whom Chiang Ching-Kuo disliked (e.g., they induced liver dysfunction on Chiang Kai-Shek's vice President Chang-Chen - for details see Part II-F1 of my web site).  The information also mentioned symptoms caused by invisible personnel using stun stick to induce illness/death.  It stated : if the invisible personnel use stun stick, or use a long metal within invisible field as acupuncture needle on the acupuncture points on the target's knees, blood circulation to the lower-legs, it  would be temporarily cut-off and causing the victim's legs to go numb.  After receiving the information, President Chiang Kai-Shek became concerned that his knee condition might not be curable.

After he had received the information, Chiang Kai-Shek sent an invitation to Legislator Yu for a regular annual meeting at the Presidential Office.  During the meeting, President Chiang Kai-Shek asked if Legislator Yu knew about Taiwan's intelligence agencies acquiring invisibility technology.  The answer was no.  President Chiang Kai-Shek chose to discuss this information with Legislator Yu because Legislator Yu  had been a long-term chairman of defense (military & intelligence) committee in Taiwan's Congress.  Also, Legislator Yu was originally trained under Chiang Kai-Shek in Whampoa Military Academy and his long-time loyal supporter.  Also, most officers in the military and intelligence agencies would not dare to criticize Chiang Ching-Kuo at that time.  In the meeting, President Chiang Kai-Shek ordered Legislator Yu to audit budgets of Taiwan Defense Department and intelligence agencies for secret projects.  Then, check if one of these project was being used to fund the invisible personnel.

Unfortunately, Legislator Yu did not gather enough information before invisible personnel struck against him.  The invisible personnel used electroshock weapon (stun stick)  to induce Legislator Yu to have cerebral hemorrhage in 1968.  Unfortunately, the worse situation happened on  President Chiang Kai-Shek in 1972.  How?  On June 1972 Chiang Kai-shek promoted Ching-Kuo to be promoted to be the Premier of Taiwan (Executive Yuan). Two months later, President Chiang Kai-Shek suddenly got car accident and was sent to hospital. Since then, President Chiang Kai-Shek's health never be fully rehabilitated.  Why?  Because Taiwan invisible personnel's frequently took care him with illness inducing technique.  Thus, since 8/1972, President Chiang Kai-Shek was either living in hospital, or his mansion.  Under the position of Premier, Chiang Ching-Kuo fully dealt everything for his father in Taiwan's government.

The facts proves that former President Chiang Kai-Shek was also under invisible personnel's surveillance and secret life manipulation. Because the head of invisible personnel of surveillance station/system in Taiwan was Chiang Ching-Kuo but not Chiang Kai-Shek.

When seeking a special interests, they even eliminate their loyal deputy to achieve it.  For example, Taiwan invisible personnel induced cerebral hemorrhage on Premier Yun-Chuan Sun (who was from Mainland and President Chiang Ching-Kuo's loyal deputy in 1984).  Why? • Detail on Invisibility Technology

.Based on the inside information about the invisibility technology, it can be described as follow:

This invisibility technology, which is created with an electromagnetic field (EMF), has some very unique characteristics. It not only renders a person carrying equipment invisible, but it also causes him to levitate (floating like an astronaut in zero gravity) and become as tiny as a small ant (the same things also happen to the equipment). Interestingly, their scientists still do not know why a person becomes tiny in the electromagnetic field.

Since a person and his equipment is rendered tiny by the invisibility technology, he is of little use in military combat, so this technology was later adapted for surveillance purposes. In the 1950s, it was transferred to Taiwan.

Each tiny invisible personnel, by wearing a propulsion device on his back to control his movements while levitating, can function as a small flying ant. By combing this ability with the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons) and mind machine that they carry, these tiny invisible personnel can not only fly onto their target's head to read his mind, but they can also use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control any unknowing target's health/life. In 1970s, microwave voice device was mainly used for implanting subliminal message in a mind control case. Later, after scientist developed ELF (skull zappers), the ELF is mainly used for implanting human thoughts into a mind control target (US involved local law enforcement have obtained this technology from military in 1994).

So, while using mind control devices to manipulate the target's activities, the tiny invisible personnel can gently fly onto people's head to manipulate a target's emotion, and use ELF (skull zapper) to implant thoughts into the target's mind. Since the ELF is the same frequency as human brain waves, the unaware target will believe the implanted thought to be his own and think about it, eventually leading to the target doing something that the invisible personnel wants him to do; this is their mind control method. In summary, the invisible personnel can manipulate a target's brain/bodily functions, land near any organ on a victim's body and induce him to have illnesses or to die, all without the knowledge of most of their victims.

• The invisible personnel's current code-name : Bees

Generally, there are two methods for the invisible personnel to reach their destination (targeted person's residence).   They can either be transported by cars or directly enter target's home from surveillance station/system with inter-dimensional travel.  Since married couples are often recruited together, the local operatives could also be transported with car of his/her spouse or that of involved LEO.  The operatives are dropped off at (or near) the targets' homes where these operatives will enter the targets' homes.  The other method is directly to enter target's home from surveillance station/system thru inter-dimensional travel. After the tiny, invisible operative reached the residence of the target, the personnel needs a special-monitoring system to monitor the targets.  That's because the targeted person is in normal four-dimensional space and the invisible personnel are hiding in a secret magnetic dimension after they use invisibility technology.

Since 1960s, this type of invisible personnel has been used secretly & unlawfully to induce illnesses/deaths on Taiwan's political leaders and citizens from their homes/workplaces, cars, etc. The goal is either to assassinate political leaders or murder witnesses who know about the involved LEO's corruption or whom the invisible personnel dislike.

The current secret codename of these invisible personnel is "bee."  This codename also fits activities as described in the insider information.  These invisible personnel  become tiny and can levitate.  Thus, after wearing a propulsion device on back. every invisible personnel can move/fly as flying tiny ant.   So, they can carry weapons to fly and injure victims in normal four-dimensional-space from the secret magnetic dimension.  So, they are just like "bees" with "stingers."  Why would they change their secret codename from "little spirits" in Operation Pandora to bees?  That's because most of westerners are aware that "little spirits" in the Pandora's box are tiny, invisible and would spread illness/death on people.  To prevent people from finding out that these personnel are invisible, tiny, and will induce illness/death on people, they changed the codename to "bees" as their secret codename.

• How can invisible personnel secret murder their targets in their homes/offices/vehicles, etc. and make the victims appear to die as if by natural causes?

How can the invisible personnel commit murder and leave no evidence of their crime?

First, there is no evidence of an intruder: these invisible personnel become tiny after using invisibility technology. Thus, by wearing propulsion devices on their backs, these assassins can fly like bees and enter a target's home/office/vehicle etc. through small holes. So, they will not leave signs of forced entry (broken windows, damaged door locks, etc.) at the crime scene. So, the fact that there is no evidence of intrusion might be used to show there was no "foul play" under normal circumstances, but of course it is unsuitable for cases involving invisible personnel.

Second, there are no signs of external injury on the victim's body: Some special drugs (e.g. ephedra - linked to stroke and heart attack) and the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons, such as radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, etc.) can be used to induce illness/death without leaving signs of external injury on a victim's body. So, finding no signs of external injury only proves that conventional weapons (e.g. guns, knife) were not used. In cases in which the murder is committed with psychotronic weapons (e.g., Radio-Frequency weapon, infrasound weapon) or special drugs, no sign of external injury becomes a good cover-story for hiding "foul play".

Third, there is no evidence of a struggle: The evidence of a struggle are the result of a victim physically resisting against a criminal whom the victim can see/touch. However, when the murder is committed by these tiny invisible personnel, the unsuspecting victim would not resist because he/she would not see the invisible personnel and would probably think his/her pain/injury was caused by some disease. Also, the invisible personnel are tiny in the invisible electromagnetic field. How could the unsuspecting victim physically confront these tiny invisible personnel? Thus, there will never be any evidence of a struggle when the murderers are the invisible personnel.

• How can the "tiny invisible personnel" use their weapons (e.g., stun stick/gun) to criminally induce illness/deaths on people without victims' knowledge?

1. Most victims don't have knowledge about invisibility technology and illnesses/death inducing techniques.  Since the victims don't see anyone around them at the time of being injured, the victims obviously would not think that others could injure them in their home, car, boat, plane, etc.
2. The pain caused by the attack is usually minor.  When the  tiny invisible personnel attack victims, the victims will usually only feel as if they have  been stung by bees or bitten by mosquitoes (both sensations can be caused  by stun stick/gun).  This is because the invisible personnel's weapons (or equipment) also become tiny in the magnetic dimension.  The sensation-of-pain experienced at the time of injury would differ depending on the type of weapons used by the invisible personnel.
3. "tiny invisible personnel" will also use mind machine or advanced mind reading techniques (more details on that later) to check if the victim is aware of being injured while they induce illness/death on their target.

"In a notorious 1980 article, 'The New Mental Battlefield' in Military Review (an US Army journal), John Alexander stated that " "The use of psychotronic weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. Col. Alexander didn't explain why the psychotronic weapons "would require only a human operator as a power source" because the reason is a secret. I will now discuss the two parts of this secret:

(Reason 1): The secret concerns invisibility technology:

Based on this statement, it is obvious that when using a psychotronic weapon to attack a victim, the "human operator" needs to be physically present at the scene of the crime to control the weapon and to be a power source for the psychotronic weapon. This point will be explained in the second part of this secret.

Thus, when the victims are attacked with radio-frequency (psychotronic) weapon, or hear "microwave voices," there must be some human operators at the same place as their victims to use the psychotronic weapons (radio-frequency weapon or microwave voice device) against them. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who complained of being "zapped by radio waves" or heard "voices" never saw anybody use radio-frequency weapon, or microwave voice device against them where they were victimized.

Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention thus far. FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..."

Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment. ==========

Why didn't the above victims see anybody attack them with psychotronic weapons? The reason is because the psychotronic weapons users also used invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny before attacking their victims. As mentioned earlier, in the Nov/Dec 1993 issue of the periodical Microwave News, it is reported that Col. Alexander chaired a top secret conference which prepared "leading law enforcement officials for the use of psychotronic mind-control weapons." By examining Col. Alexander's comments, the activities concerning psychotronic weapons, and the victims' experiences, it becomes obvious that local police and involved FBI agents have been using invisibility technology in tandem with psychotronic weapons. The victims cannot get help from local police or FBI because they are either:

1.  The direct cause of the microwave (psychotronic) harassment of the victims or 2.  In on the conspiracy of psychotronic harassment of civilians or 3. Uninvolved and have no knowledge of invisibility technology, so they are unable to help the victims

Meanwhile, the victims of these "invisible personnel" are falsely labeled "mentally disturbed" in order to keep invisibility technology a secret.

This information further confirms that the conclusion that non-lethal weapons users have used invisibility technology is true. It also proves that inside information from Taiwan that invisibility technology has been used in surveillance station/system is completely true.

(Reason 2): The second reason why Col. Alexander didn't explain why a psychotronic weapon requires a human operator as a power source is because it is related with unlawful life control.

According to the article "The Mind Has No Firewall" by Timothy L. Thomas, a psychotronic generator can be used to "produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks, supply pipes, and incandescent lamps" (see PARAMETERS, US Army War College Quarterly, Spring 1998, Vol. XXVIII, No. 1).

Using a psychotronic generator, the invisible personnel can attack a victim whenever the victim is near electrical devices; the victim would be subject to attack whenever he is in a car, an airplane, a motorboat, in public buildings (such as schools, hospitals, banks, supermarket, shopping centers, etc.), at work, and by a light pole or power line. The victim would not be safe at home either, because the psychotronic generator can reach him through his TV, microwave oven, lamps, computer monitor, or any other household appliance and any hidden electric emitter. In other words, the invisible personnel can use the psychotronic generator to secretly attack a victim anywhere in a modern society.

For example, the invisible personnel can enter a target's home and use the psychotronic generator to produce a powerful electromagnetic emanation to attack the target through the TV, computer monitor, microwave oven, the lawn mower (when he's in the yard), etc. The target would be attacked, yet he would not see his attackers because they are invisible.

Obviously, under such kind of circumstance, local involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives can control Americans' lives with invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques and so-called non-lethal (psychotronic) weapons.

To disguise their tiny sizes in the secret dimension from the target, the invisible personnel will send normal-size person's image via ELF into the targets' minds while conducting remote interrogation via microwave voice devices.  The image send into targets' minds will mislead the targets into believing that the sizes of invisible operatives (who are "talking" to the target thru microwave voice device) in the secret invisible dimension are the same as regular people. Sometime, the invisible personnel will secretly enter people's homes to remotely interrogate.  Beside a few of invisible operatives fly onto the target's head to read his mind/thoughts & deliver microwave voices, the involved agent & police (invisible personnel) would maintain a distance from the target (within a short distance -e.g. from upper section of wall to interrogate a target in bedroom) to interrogate a special target with  microwave voice device (see details later).  To prevent the target from becoming aware that the invisible operatives are very small (when the operatives are in the secret magnetic dimension), one invisible operative will use ELF to send an image of a normal-size person into the target's brain.  The goal is to mislead the target to mistakenly believe that the invisible operatives (who are "talking" to the target thru "microwave voice") are of normal size.

• How could these invisible personnel stay invisible after they leave the surveillance station & how do they return to normal?

To bring these invisible personnel back to normal dimensional space (the fourth dimension being time), they just need to shutdown the generator which is always carried by them.   After the strong electromagnetic field fades out, the invisible operatives will be back to normal, just like what happened in the 1943 Philadelphia Experiment: the warship became invisible, then appeared in Norfolk a few minutes after they shut down the power generators.  Thus, married invisible operatives would be transported by their spouse in their car to the target's house, pretending to or actually visiting the target's neighbor and park their car around the neighbor's lot.

If the target's neighbor is an invisible operatives' collaborator, the invisible personnel can just fly into this collaborating neighbor's home (after finishing their job in the target's home) and use "microwave voice" to ask their spouse to drive them home.  These invisible operatives can return to normal at home after shutting down the generator (which is same as the propulsion devices and will always carried by invisible personnel) and wait for the strong electromagnetic field to fade out.  Generally, they return to the local surveillance station before turning off their electric generator in order to keep their equipment secured and prevent others from finding out about these technologies.

This advanced microwave voice device (which has voice synthesis capability) is used for the advanced mind-reading technique.  That is why this microwave voice device (with voice synthesis capability) is used for a process called "Synthetic Telepathy" within the US government.

Using advanced microwave voice device, the tiny invisible operatives would use their propulsions to fly near to the target's skull and clone the target's brain electrical impulses which express one's thoughts or language.   Then, send this clone brain impulse into another side (other side of the target's skull) nearby invisible operative's brain to "read" the target's thoughts or language immediately.  By using this method, these invisible operatives who fly near the target can read the target's thoughts, no matter where the target is.  Under this kind of situation, mind reading (psychic-like) capability is a basic capability of every invisible personnel of surveillance system. When spying on a target in his home/office, car, boat, or follow the target at outdoors (e.g. shopping center, bank, etc.), the invisible operatives will use the advanced mind reading technique to "read" a target's thoughts immediately.  If the invisible operatives are tracking a target, they will first locate target at one of his usual "hangouts" (e.g., place of residence, workplace, etc.), then proceed to follow the target to wherever he goes (e.g., supermarket, spa, into his car, etc.) and listen in on the target's conversations when the target walk on street with other.  At the same time, they will use the advanced mind-reading technique to monitor the target's mind and collect information.  When invisible personnel are inducing illness/death on the target, they will also be monitoring the target's mind as well (to gauge if they have achieved their goals and check if the victim suspects that he/she is being injured).  If the target suspects that he/she is being injured, the operatives would temporarily stop attacking him.  This allows the operatives to injure the victim anywhere and prevent the victim from finding-out that he is being injured.

That's also why these invisible personnel can spy on any person (even when the target is in his own home, car, boat, etc.) and read the target's thoughts anywhere.  Furthermore, when they follow their target into target's car, they can also accurately injure other passengers inside the cars as well.  The tiny invisible personnel can either cause minor or serious injuries on unaware victims.  Furthermore, if they decide to harass their target's children, the invisible operatives can follow the children to school and injure them there and on the school bus with sound & radiation wave weapons. • Remote interrogation on citizen within a citizen's home is the basic ability of "little spirits/tiny invisible operatives" of surveillance station/system with microwave voice devices.

If they want to interrogate a target at home, these tiny invisible operatives will enter the target's home from surveillance station/system.  After they enter the target's home, the "little spirits/tiny invisible operatives" will hide on the upper section of the wall in the home and remotely send questions (via microwave voices) to the target's brain to interrogate him.  At same time, the invisible operatives will use the advanced mind reading technique, which involves:

• one invisible operative flying onto the target's head (one side of target's skull).
• another invisible operative will fly onto the other side of target's skull and use microwave voice device to clone the target's brain electrical impulses which express thoughts or language.
• the cloned target's brain electrical impulses will be sent directly into the brain of first invisible operative (who is on the another side of target's skull) to know the target's mind immediately.

• By using the technology of invisibility & interdimensional travel from surveillance station/system, the tiny invisible personnel can enter anyone's home/office.  After that, they can enter one's vehicles (a car and/or boat) without an unaware target's knowledge and then follow him anywhere (whether the target enter a ship or an airplane).  Therefore, invisible operatives/little spirits can easily penetrate a special target or group from surveillance station/system to collect important intelligence information.

•  By using invisibility technology, these tiny invisible personnel can secretly steal documents, money, abduct a special target, and even kill an entire family in the victim's home without anybody's knowledge.

1. By using invisibility technology, the invisible personnel can send snipers to  a special location to assassinate a political leader then immediately carry the sniper away (within a few minutes) from the crime scene with invisibility technology (as abducted method).

How will they use this method?  I would like to explain it in details.  First, they would use invisibility technology on the sniper and his rifle to become invisible.
Then, other invisible personnel will accompany with the sniper/assassin to anywhere (e.g. woods, or empty building) and shutdown the generator to make the sniper returning to normal.  Thus, the sniper can hide in woods or any empty building (where he can easily shoot his target) to wait for his target.

After shooting, other invisible personnel will help the snipers escape by using invisibility technology on the sniper and his rifle to become invisible and tiny.  Then, they can take snipers away (similar to their abduction method).  It will only take a few minutes to use this invisibility technology on a target.  So, if authorities cannot arrest the assassin within a few minutes after shooting, the sniper/assassin will use invisibility technology to escape from crime scene. By using this assassinated method with invisibility technology, the assassin will never be captured at the crime scene.

Since invisible personnel want to expand their influence on everyone, their operatives have secretly planted in different political groups.  To manipulate extremists to kill, the invisible personnel's operatives (civilian) also joins extremists organization and criminal gangs. Thus, before the death inducing techniques have been developed successfully, the invisible personnel frequently used criminals/extremists/snipers to assassinate a  political leader whom they disliked.   The invisible personnel's sniper/assassin dare to assassinate anyone (including the President)
not just because lure of money, but their invisibility technology insures a  clean escape from the crime scene.  So, the safe escape with invisibility technology is the most important thing to these snipers/assassins.  Without using invisibility technology, the assassinated actions will be limited to less in society.  Because the assassinations of these snipers/assassins will openly pursued and charged with first degree murder.  These snipers/assassins are not stupidly and mostly kill others for money.  They will not easily risk their lives to be assassins anymore if there are no invisible personnel to help them escape with invisibility technology.

For example, although some researches claimed that Mafia hired a few criminal snipers to assassinate President John Kennedy, these criminal snipers must be related with invisible personnel, or belong to their civilian operatives.  Thus, they dared to assassinate President Kennedy for lure of money and escaped with invisibility technology.  So, at that time, some invisible personnel caused the secret service agents staying away Dallas, TX. while President Kennedy visited there.
Also, the criminal sniper obviously had prior knowledge about that where President Kennedy's car would pass by.  So, the criminal sniper (s) could hide at a special location (or a storage house/building) to wait for John Kennedy coming then assassinated him.  Such kind of snipers would be killed by others to cover-up everything, if he accidentally be captured. From Washington Post on 12-09-1999, " A jury hearing a lawsuit filed by the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s family found Wednesday (12-08-99) that the civil rights leader was the victim of a vast murder conspiracy, not a lone assassin.  After the verdict, Pepper (Dr. Kings family's lawyer) said, "Today, a jury of 12 men and women ruled that  there was a conspiracy that involved Loyd Jowers, a local man, as well as other unknown conspirators associated with the Memphis police department, the state of Tennessee and the federal government." By using invisibility technology, special trained (hand-to-hand combat) invisible personnel can abduct their targets/opponents from their homes, or kill a whole family members when they sleep.

For example, JonBenet Ramsey was most likely kidnapped and murdered by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system if John and Patsy Ramsey have told the truth.  Comparing with reported facts, there are many unusual circumstance in the case.  For examples,  there was no foot print on snow of outdoor, the criminal had detail knowledge of Ramsey's a year-end bonus of $118,000, the ransom's author cannot be identified although the ransom note was written unusually long, there are drafts of ransom note, the shoe print of "High Tech", an unidentified partial palm print on the door, and the DNA didn't mach anyone who police questioned. The above report also shows that since 1953, CIA have invisible personnel.  However, to keep the invisibility technology a top secret, they must have created UFO and artificial alien abductions to cover-up it.

How could they create the artificial UFO abduction on a target?
To cause a target to mistakenly believe that he were abducted by alien. The involved agents & police (invisible personnel) will use invisibility technology to abduct the target then send the victim to a hidden place. In the hidden place, they will set the program of so-called "de-patterning" to erase the victim's memory with electroshock treatment. To input new memory as abduction of UFO, the victim will be further transformed into a virtual blank machine (Tabula Rasa) and then be re-programmed with a technique which he termed "psychic driving" (see details on  following Source 5).  The above information proves that inside information of Taiwan is true that invisibility technology can be used to abduct a target at home and create artificial UFO abduction on a target with other mind control technology.

Comparing with the tiny invisible personnel's abilities and their abduction tactic in surveillance station/system, I believe that the local invisible personnel are most likely the murderers of JonBenet Ramsey case.  Thus, the local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system must be logically on the next list of suspects in this case ( JonBenet Ramsey murder case - see details on Part II-C5 of my website). How could they achieve it?
After these invisible personnel enter people's home, they can also shutdown the generators which every invisible personnel carried and re-emerge as normal people after the strong electromagnetic field fades.

This tactic allows them to show up inside a home, kill the target's family members while they sleeps, and then escape without leaving any signs of entry into or exit from the home.

For example:
In 1980, the Mr. Yi-Shuon Lin's family was murdered in his home in Taipei. When Mr. Lin and his wife came home, they found the throats of their twin daughters and Lin's Mother had been slashed.  Lin's mother and one of the twin daughter died from the attack.  This murder case is still unsolved today.
At that time, Mr. Lin was trying to establish an independent political party (Democratic Progress Party) to oppose the ruling party (KMT) in Taiwan.  However, formation of new political party was not allowed by KMT (the ruling party).  Furthermore, beside the callous life control operatives, there was nobody who hated Mr. & Mrs. Lin so much that they would try to kill his family members (including two children that were only three-years-old).  Therefore, the callousness and randomness of the killing has been considered by most people to be an intimidation tactic to stop Mr. Lin and his allies from establishing a political party to oppose the ruling KMT.

Furthermore, beside invisible operatives, who else can secretly enter another person's home and silently murder family members sleeping in bed.  Thus, the murders must have been committed by invisible operatives who entered Mr. Lin's home, turned off their EMF generators to re-emerge as normal people when they know Mr. Lin's mother and twin daughters are sleeping, and then slashed their throats.  The invisible operatives have been trained in the martial arts, so if the target(s) wake up while the invisible operatives are about to make their move, the operatives can deal with them.. . .

Additional studies, conducted by Dr. Ewen Cameron and funded by the CIA, were directed towards erasing memory and imposing new personalities on unwilling patients. Beside erasing memory, the electroshock weapon can also render paralyzing blows-for temporarily immobilizing a target subject by means of muscular tetanization in which the tetanization is produced by conducting a precisely-modulated electrical current through the target.

If involved LEO & invisible personnel of surveillance station/system want to debilitate and impair their victim's movement, they could enter victim's home and then use the electroshock weapon (stun gun, tazer/taser) to strike on the victim's leg (extensor or lower legs [at or near the gastrocnemius muscle], thighs [at or near the hamstring or retus femoris]) and arms.  Beside feeling serious pain, the victim leg's muscle spasm would hinder the victim's movement. Thus, the involved LEO & invisible operatives can also use it to stop the victim from appearing at an important appointment.

By using the electroshock weapon (on low-setting) on a victim's brain, the victim would suddenly become hazy and fall asleep without obviously feeling pain.  Thus, the invisible operatives can prevent the unsuspecting victim from knowing that his brain is being damaged.  After a period of time, the brain damage caused by the invisible operatives will diminish the victim's memory.

The original electroshock weapon need physical contact on victim. How could the involved LEO use this weapon to cause victim's  muscle spasm, or erase a victim's memory without  the victim's knowledge?

The answer is very simple.  The Navy has invented the invisibility technology before WWII from Philadelphia Experiment.  After WWII, the involved LEO can use invisibility technology on weapon & personnel to make them become invisible and tiny.  Therefore, the invisible personnel can secretly enter people's homes and unlawfully use the handheld electroshock weapons (e.g. Taser) on their victim's body without victim's knowledge.

The above facts prove that the invisibility technology has been used by involved LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system over five decades.

First, you need to create a hot surface that is more than 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, it requires a strong magnetic field. Then, you need an accelerator, followed by an electromagnetic injection point. For communications or data communication, you need 2 devices. Each device is connected to a transmitter and receiver. *This allows electromagnetic energy to enter a dimension and to travel at speeds faster than the speed of light.*

   * The magnetic fields are focused onto the heat generating device. The electromagnetic injection point is the plane generated by the two opposing magnetic fields.

This patent (mentioned above) proves that by using above technology to enter another dimension, it allows electromagnetic energy to travel at speeds faster than the speed of light.   In Philadelphia Experiment after using invisibility technology, the ship (including personnel) became invisible and was surrounded with electromagnetic field. Under such kind of situation, the ship (including personnel) could be considered be in electromagnetic field.    Therefore, the act of interdimensional travel of invisibility technology would be similar to patent's technology mentioned above.  That's why after the invisibility technology was used on the warship, it disappeared from Philadelphia harbor in Oct. 28, 1943 and re-appeared on Norfolk seaport, Virginia only in few seconds later.  Therefore,  the US navy must have found the  technology of  interdimensional travel through Philadelphia Experiment.  The above US patent proves the interdimensional travel is a real technology and the fastest way.  This also confirms the inside information from Taiwan.

As stated earlier, this invisibility technology was not suitable for military use because the personnel and equipments become tiny when they enter the magnetic dimension to become invisible.  However, it is perfect for use in surveillance system.  Unfortunately, besides using this invisibility technology to spy on people for surveillance purposes, the involved agents/police also tried to use this technology for assassination (or inducing illness/death) from surveillance system.

• Operation Grill-Flame:  By using the invisibility technology of surveillance station/system, the abilities of these tiny invisible personnel are as same as the personnel of previous highly classified Operation Grill-Flame. Now, they had changed another name remote view.

The international invisible personnel group became corrupted for several decades. US invisible personnel group was either behind many incidents in US, or intentionally let some incident happened to advance their unlawful interests/power. James Hepburn (the pen name of Herve Lamarre) published a book in 1968 entitled Farewell America. According to Amazon.com, the real sources of information in Farewell America "included Andre Ducret of the Surete; Interpol; and, among others in French intelligence, Philippe Vasjoly, the chief French petroleum agent in the United States."

In this book, Lamarre wrote: "In 30 years on the job, J. Edgar Hoover has developed an intelligence system [by using invisible personnel to spy and collect intelligence - Alan Yu note] which nothing - no racket, and certainly no conspiracy - can escape. Through its extensive network of informers, the FBI knows everything worth knowing that goes on in the United States even in areas that lie outside its legal jurisdiction. The Dallas conspiracy [JFK's assassination] was born and took root in places where the FBI was well represented... By mid-October, Hoover had been informed of the existence of a plot and was familiar with many of the details... The week before the President's departure for Texas, Hoover knew exactly what was going to happen. Why did the FBI fail to intervene?"

This assessment must be correct because it was based on information from many insiders of many intelligence agencies/units and Interpol.

Furthermore, in a book written by two recognized experts on international spying (John Lofus and Mark Aarons), it is revealed that during WWII, FBI Director Hoover had secretly cooperated with the involved agents of foreign countries (such as the the UK) to collect intelligence information on American citizens living overseas (see details at http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm ). Also, there is INTERPOL. This is an international cooperated organization between foreign police department and police can use this organization to track an important person or criminals in the world. Thus, US did secretly cooperate with the involved agents/police of foreign countries to collect intelligence and to secretly spy on their citizens living abroad.

However, if the FBI didn't use the invisibility technology and international invisible personnel group (secret network), FBI Director Hoover certainly could not have "developed an intelligence system which nothing - no racket, and certainly no conspiracy - can escape and [know] everything worth knowing that goes on in the United States even in areas that lie outside its legal jurisdiction." So, the US had shared the invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques with the involved agents/police of foreign countries for surveillance purposes, and has secretly control anyone's life for several decades.

So, this information from FAREWELL AMERICA also support Alan Yu's report that, by using the invisibility technology, these involved agents/police had secretly cooperated with foreign involved agents/police to keep all important people (from the US President all the way down to regular civilians) under secret surveillance, read their minds, and secretly control their lives/health (see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm ).

It was just a few years after FAREWELL AMERICA revealed the above information about FBI Hoover in 1968 that another information surfaced which shows that the invisibility technology had been used by local police department. Why? Former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo said in 1971, back when he was a police chief: "We know everything about the troublemakers. And we know who comes into the town, we know who's going to leave it. when they're going to leave it" (see details on page 181 of UNCLOAKING THE CIA, published by The Free Press in 1978). Police chiefs can know everything about troublemakers in a city under one of the following two conditions:

(1) Totalitarian regime: the entire population is under surveillance and the population's mobility is restricted. Thus, everybody is forced to stay within a fixed community, so that everybody, including the police, knows exactly who the trouble-makers are. It is kind of like living in a small town where everybody knows one another. Thus, if any stranger enters the town, he will be known to be a stranger by anyone who meets him in town. However, this does not apply to a city like Philadelphia because it is a large metropolis.

(2) The police chief uses invisible personnel in surveillance system and these personnel can enter people's homes for close surveillance. If there were no invisible personnel in surveillance system to secretly enter people's homes/offices, vehicles, etc. to keep a close eye on these troublemakers, a police chief of a large city certainly cannot know everything about them. This event shows that the invisible personnel have been secretly utilized on Americans by involved local police/agents since before 1971. Otherwise, the police chiefs cannot know everything about the troublemakers. Also, these invisible personnel networks must readily share their information between federal and local agents/police. Thus, former Philadelphia police chief Rizzo frankly admitted in 1971: "We know everything about the troublemakers [because the invisible personnel spies on them]. And we know who comes into the town [because the invisible personnel of other cities will inform him], we know who's going to leave it, when they're going to leave it [because their local invisible personnel inform him]."

This statement by former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo also proves that "We [police chiefs] know everything about the troublemakers..." The real reason is because, just like former FBI Director Hoover, they use invisible personnel to secretly spy on any person whom they deem important.

Thus, based on the 1968 book FAREWELL AMERICA's information and former Philadelphia police chief Frank Rizzo's admission in 1971, we know that "[before 1971], J. Edgar Hoover has developed an intelligence system which nothing - no racket, and certainly no conspiracy - can escape. Through its extensive network of informers, the FBI knows everything worth knowing that goes on in the United States even in areas that lie outside its legal jurisdiction." Those local police chiefs must also be like former Philadelphia police chief Frank Rizzo and knows "everything about the troublemakers...."

So how could the 9/11 attacks happen even though those terrorists had planned for years and had lived in the US for several months? What could have happened to the originally effective surveillance system that made it unable to stop the 9/11 attacks?

The real reason must be because US invisible personnel had been corrupted and only listened to FBI Director Hoover but would not listen to current Director Robert Mueller. So, Director Mueller would not get the inside intelligence from the CIA's invisible personnel, nor from the FBI involved agents, nor local police chiefs who use the invisibility technology, nor from foreign invisible personnel. Why?

FBI Director Hoover knew about the invisibility technology and had direct control of these invisible personnel. Thus, Hoover never intended to turn over those invisible personnel to be controlled by other public officials (such as future FBI Directors). So, in the 9/11 attacks, current FBI Director Robert Mueller would not directly get accurate inside intelligence from those US invisible personnel, nor from foreign invisible personnel...

Furthermore, the international invisible personnel is most likely secretly supporting Osama Bin Laden. That's why Bin Laden could escape from coalition forces and not be tracked. Also, Al-Qaeda terrorists in Iraq could have accurate intelligence for assassinations. If the US government cannot even control their own invisible personnel group, then invisible personnel, no matter where they are from, will be the real problem for the US in the war on terrorism.
