Why? If Dr. Wiley was murdered, his missing & death must be related with anthrax terrorists and it become a lead to find anthrax terrorists

What a coincidence! A body (carrying with Don Wiley's ID) was found in Mississippi river after Dr. Wiley disappeared a month later.  This body was found just a few days later after I reported on intent (since 12/16/2001) that Dr. Don Wiley could be abducted by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.

According to AP report on Saturday 12/22/2001, the body has been identified to be Dr. Don Wiley based on his dental record. An autopsy will be performed next week.  However, we didn't see any news report on Dr. Don Wiley's autopsy until 1/14/2002.  Why?!

Body Found of Missing Biologist Found

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - A body found snagged on a tree in the Mississippi River carried the identification of a missing Harvard University scientist who was last seen in Memphis over a month ago.

Memphis police Lt. Joe Scott said the body and the wallet with Don C. Wiley's identification were found Thursday by workers at a hydroelectric plant in Vidalia, La., about 300 miles south of Memphis.

An autopsy was scheduled in Memphis on Friday.

Wiley, 57, has been missing since Nov. 16, when his rental car was discovered on a Mississippi River bridge. The keys were in the ignition and the gas tank was full.  The molecular biologist had been in Memphis for a two-day annual meeting of the  Scientific Advisory Board of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

His disappearance, following the terrorist attacks by about a month, had raised larger concerns because Wiley had done research into a number of potentially deadly viruses, including Ebola (news - web sites), a fever that is highly contagious and lethal. Scientific organizations, including St. Jude, posted rewards totaling $26,000 for  information leading to the ``arrest and charge'' of anyone responsible for Wiley's disappearance.

"We're holding out any and all hope that this is not Don,'' St. Jude hospital deputy director Dr. William Evans said Thursday. ``I can't speculate on what happened, but the night he went missing we were with a very engaging and outgoing individual who was acting completely normal.''  Memphis police consider Wiley's disappearance a missing persons case and have  said it might have been suicide.  "As soon as the body gets in our morgue, the medical examiner will begin the autopsy to help answer a lot of questions,'' said Memphis Police Director Walter

Did Dr. Don Wiley really jump into the river to commit suicide on 11/15/2001, or the criminals (invisible personnel) pull Dr. Don Wiley into the river recently (after I report on internet) to avoid further investigation and public's attention?

Since the result of autopsy will determine that Dr. Don Wiley's death is a case of suicide or homicide, the coroner's experiences and creditability are very important. Also, if Dr. Don Wiley was murdered, it must be related with anthrax terrorists and his death become a lead to find the anthrax terrorists. Why?   Because of Dr. Wiley is an expert in deadly viruses - "how the human immune system fights off infections and had recently investigated such dangerous viruses as AIDS, Ebola, herpes and influenza." So, Dr. Wiley's disappearance could be the alarm bells which amid U.S. fears of possible bioterrorism following the Sept. 11 attacks and subsequent anthrax mailings.

According to The Boston Globe on 11/28/2001, 'Don's a chemist, not a biologist;  it's absurd to suggest he would know how to grow a virus or help make a biological weapon,' said Matthew Meselson, a professor of molecular biology at Harvard."  Thus, police dismissed that Dr. Wiley's disappearance was related with any terrorist. However, the above conclusion is simply untrue.  Why?  Because the invisible personnel can simply use invisibility technology to kidnap a target and steal any bio-weapon from an institute (The invisibility technology can be used to kidnap a person, or steal important document, cash, ballots and weapons - see details invisibility technology on Part II-A, A1 of my website).

For example, according to AP report on 11/21/2001, "The Federation of American Scientists on Wednesday told a 144-nation conference on banning germ warfare that " The anthrax used in letters sent to addresses in NY City, Washington and Florida "was derived, almost certainly, from a U.S. defense laboratory," said Rosenberg."  Although our government would not commit this crime, some invisible personnel would know where the anthrax bio-weapon is and steal the anthrax from any research institute; then mailed it to increase public's fears.  It can move public's attention on anthrax terrorists from focusing on their own crimes (see details on Part II-C2, C3, C4, D1, D2 of my website).

The following messages of Col. John Alexander also prove that invisibility technology has been used by these so-called nonlethal weapons users to secretly deliver "microwave voice" and use microwave (or Radio wave) weapon on American people without being seen by victims.

"In a  notorious 1980 article, 'The New Mental Battlefield' in MILITARY REVIEW (an US Army journal), John Alexander also stated that "The use of psychotronic weapons has already been mentioned. Certainly, with development, these weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator as a power source."  (see details on "The New Mental Battlefield" by John B. The above messages proves that when using these weapons, the human operators must  need in scene to power the weapon as power source. Thus, when the victims heard "microwave voices", or are attacked by so-called nonlethal weapons (e.g. microwave weapon, infrasound weapon, radio-frequency weapon), there must be some human operators ("at crime scene") around the victims to power their microwave voice device and weapons. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who complained of  being "zapped by radio waves" or  heard "voices" never saw anybody use microwave voice device, or weapons against them where they were victimized.

When elderly parents and young children in the family become targets for apparent purposes of intimidation.  This situation has been reported in eight of our cases, to date.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines.  Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed.  It is also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory [microwave voices - Alan Yu note] input.

FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..."

Why the above victims didn't see any human operator who used microwave (or radio-frequency) weapon to zap them, or used microwave voice device to deliver voice to them (then cause them hearing voices)?

Because these human operators and weapons have used invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny. Thus, although many victims had been attacked by these weapons, they could not see these invisible personnel and their weapons.  Thus, combined with John Alexander's messages and these victims' experiences, it does proves that invisibility technology has been used by local law enforcement officers (involved FBI & police of local surveillance station/system) and their recruited operatives to make them and their weapons become invisible.  Thus, those personnel can use their weapons (or microwave voice device) on their targets without being seen by these targets.  The above facts prove that invisibility technology has been used in US surveillance station/system and used by involved local law enforcement officers.  However, to prevent the invisibility technology from leaking to society, these victims had been falsely accused as mentally disturbed (see details on above source).  Based on MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, state and local law enforcement have used nonlethal weapons (e.g. infrasound microwave weapon, radio-frequency, etc.) and mind control equipment (see details on Part IV-A3 of my website).  Thus, the above victims didn't get help from police and FBI because their harassment could be caused by some of involved local FBI agents and involved police of surveillance station/system (including involved police of University).

The following information confirm that John Alexander developed technologies (including mind reading technology and nonlethal weapons) for invisible personnel/invisible warriors (please see details on Part IV-A3 of my website).

PSYCHOTRONIC UFO ABDUCTIONS

The Federal Government has acquired enough high tech psychotronic devices to zap the minds of targeted victims and if necessary even create the APPEARANCE of UFO abductions as an experimental method to conceal a program of injecting tiny computer tracking-chips into targeted subjects.  Many of non-lethal weapons projects, in which Col. Alexander is involved, have the technical capability to create  the effects of ARTIFICIAL UFO abductions, via holography and electromagnetic mind control techniques.

NEXUS reported that Alexander is a member of the secret U.S. Government "Aviary" Group (made up of CIA and defense officials), which has been involved in repeated efforts to plant PHONY UFO stories, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCREDITING ALL SERIOUS PRIVATE CITIZEN UFO RESEARCH.  SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported that in 1993, Col. John Alexander "organized a meeting on the 'Treatment and Research of Experienced Anomalous Trauma' at which attendees discussed alien abductions," many of which are now being deliberately staged by the government as a propaganda tool to promote the New World Order.

To prove that the invisible personnel can steal cash, document and bio-weapon from any hidden place (a privacy home or an institute), I would use following examples to further clarify it.

First example, there was a case which had been reported in "Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation" by Julianne McKinney (December 1992).

It states: "In another case, the individual reports that a tremendous amount of money has been stolen from a hiding place in her apartment, within hours after she had withdrawn the money from her bank.  There was no obvious signs of entry into her apartment.  The police conducted a cursory inquiry which failed to produce evidence of a crime worthy of investigation.  (This case is an anomaly Money is usually not stolen.  Documents appear to be the preferred objects of theft, when theft occur.)"

Alan Yu note: This case must be true because the victim's bank can show the record and prove to police that a tremendous amount of money had been withdrawn by the victim within a hour. So, how could anyone cause the large amount money (in hidden place) to suddenly disappear in the victim's home without leaving any signs of entry into her apartment?

This crime could not be committed by common thief?  Why?
(A). Because a thief could not know that there was a tremendous amount of money which had been withdrawn from bank to home by the victim.
(B). The thief could not know that where the tremendous amount of money was in the victim's home because the victim put it in a hidden place.
(C). A common thief could not so quickly to have knowledge on above two points and then entered her apartment to steal large amount of money from a hidden place within a hour and without leaving signs of entry into the victim's apartment.  Thus, it must be caused by local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system. Also, the invisible personnel's work must be related with bank.

Why? Because by using invisibility technology, the invisible personnel can make the money to become invisible and tiny then take the target's money away without leaving any trace evidence.  Furthermore, only an invisible personnel whose work related with bank could have prior knowledge about that a customer would withdraw a tremendous amount of money from the bank lately. Because if  a customer didn't notify a bank in advanced that he will withdraw a tremendous amount of money from the bank in which date, the bank will not allow the customer to suddenly withdraw a tremendous amount of money (cash).

To prevent invisibility technology being exposed, invisible personnel usually will not steal any target's money.  However, when an under surveillance target shows a tremendous amount of money (cash) at home, some invisible personnel will take risk to steal it with invisibility technology.  Another case happened in Taipei, Taiwan in 2000.  According to World Journal (Chinese Newspaper published in NY) report, a accountant (CPA in Taiwan) withdrew cash $10,000,000 (NT, it equals US dollar $300,000) to his home in Taipei and put money in the security lock at home.

Beside himself, no one else had the key of the security lock  However, the whole cash suddenly disappeared after he left home then returned within a hour.  The News reported that no signs show that there was other person to enter his home and the cash never can be found by police.

The above two cases show that the local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system had monitored above persons for some time.  They used invisibility technology to steal these victims' money after these victims left large amount of cash at home and went out for a short period of time. Since invisibility technology is a top secret of involved officers and police of surveillance station/system, unknowing victims will never know that who stole their money.

Second example, by using invisibility technology, invisible personnel can abduct person anywhere.
According to two eye-witnesses' report, the invisibility technology had been successfully used in a Philadelphia Tavern to bring two drunken sailors (who had been involved in a brawl with other customers) out of the tavern in 1943.  This event proves that invisibility technology has been developed to use on human and can also be used to abduct their targets from the targets' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc.

On October 1943, a region Philadelphia Newspaper had ever reported that two sailors just sort of vanished into thin air during a tavern brawl.  It proves that inside information from Taiwan is true.

According to the information from _The Philadelphia Experiment and Ascension, there was a regional Philadelphia newspaper article from October 1943 entitled "Strange Circumstances Surround Tavern Brawl." The article stated as follows:

"Several city police officers responding to a call to aid members of the Navy Shore Patrol in breaking up a tavern brawl near the U.S. Navy docks here last night

got something of a surprise when they arrived on the scene to find the place empty of customers. According to a pair of very nervous waitresses, the Shore Patrol had arrived first and cleared the place out - but not before two of the sailors involved allegedly did a disappearing act. "They just sort of vanished into thin air right there," reported one of the frightened hostesses, "and I am't been drinking either!"  At that point, according to her account, the Shore Patrol proceeded to hustle everyone out of the place in short order.  A subsequent chat with the local police precinct left no doubts as to the fact that some sort of general brawl had indeed occurred in the vicinity of the dockyards at about eleven o' clock last night, but neither confirmation nor denial of the stranger aspects of the story could be immediately obtained" (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).

According to a pair of very nervous eye-witnesses waitresses, the Shore Patrol had arrived first and cleared the place out - after two of the sailors involved allegedly did a disappearing act." Also, one of the frightened hostesses reported:  They just sort of vanished into thin air right there, and I am't been drinking either!"

The vanished event must be true because the above two eye-witnesses witnesses saw the same thing and then reported it to the city police officers who arrived then interviewed the eye-witnesses.  Thus, the two sailors' disappearance event in the Tavern must be true.  Because telling such kind of event would easily cause problem to these eye-witnesses if their story were lies. Also, telling the two sailors disappearance in the Tavern didn't benefit these two waitresses. So, these two eye-witnesses waitresses must have told the truth.  Also, the police also confirm that general brawl had indeed occurred in the Tavern. How could the two of sailors suddenly "vanished into air"? I would explain it in details.

According to information on Philadelphia Experiment, Navy had made the successful trial which occurred on 10/28/1943. The above brawl also happened on October 1943, it shows that the two of sailors must be in the crew of the warship which took part in the Philadelphia Experiment. To prevent the invisibility technology testing on the warship being interfered and security leaking, other involved Navy researchers/invisible personnel must carried generator and used invisibility technology on these two of sailors (who involved in the Tavern Brawl) in order to abduct/carry them back to their warship. Thus, after using invisibility technology on the two of sailors, it caused them to become invisible and tiny in the Tavern. However, under such kind of circumstance, unknowing persons (e.g., the eye-witnesses/waitresses) in scene would only see that the two sailors vanished into air. Thus , this News prove that since 1943, US Navy used invisibility technology on their two sailors in a Tavern of Philadelphia.  This made them becoming invisible, tiny then Navy invisible personnel brought them out the Tavern.

However, after using invisibility technology on these two sailors, it appears as "vanished into air" to unknowing person in scene. This event also prove that inside information from Taiwan is true that this technology can be used to abduct their target on target's home/workplace, vehicle, etc.

The above situation obviously is not  as same as the reported movies of Philadelphia Experiment in cable TV History channel- The movies shows that the sailors repeatedly disappeared (become invisible) and re-appeared (become visible), then finally disappeared/become invisible- It can easily mislead the public that after using invisibility technology, the two sailors become invisible but still keep normal human size in the invisible electromagnetic field.  So, the TV movies of Philadelphia Experiment is most likely used to mislead the public as brain washing tactic of CIA.  It tells a few un-important true information and combined with many misleading information to spread the perception that the invisibility technology was a failed experiment, or  to spread the doubt that the technology could possibly be used on people.  For example, in the TV movies of Philadelphia Experiment, it shows a sailor were alive after re-materialized his body with the ship.  This information not only used to mislead people, but it also intentionally create fears to the public to stop further investigation.   Because human cannot be alive after de-materialization.  Also, there is no way to claim that human's blood, muscle can be re-materialized with a ship's steel then appear as normal human after his part of body connect with the ship (see more explanation on following de-materialization).   Obviously, we cannot accept such kind of big lies.

To prevent the secret of tiny invisible personnel from knowing by others, some experimental subjects claimed that they had experiences of de-materialization, or time travel in the Philadelphia Experimentation.  However, de-materialization and time travel obviously become two misleading theories to cover the facts that these experimental subjects become invisible and disappeared from view.  Why?  I would explain it.

First, de-materialization did not occur in the Philadelphia Experiment.  It might be possible to de-materialize and then re-materialize non-living objects like a ship, but if a living being like a sailor was de-materialized along with the ship, the sailor would be dead the instant it happens.  Thus, the theory concerning the Philadelphia Experiment which says both the ship and its crew de-materialized and later re-materialized, with the crew still alive, is obviously not possible.  This is very basic logic.

Second, neither did time travel occur in the Philadelphia Experiment.  In the successful trial which occurred on October 28, 1943, the ship and its personnel actually became invisible and undertook interdimensional travel  from one point on Earth to another (from Philadelphia harbor to Norfolk port in Virginia) in a few seconds.  They went neither to the past nor to the future (see details on Part II-B1 of my website).

Why did some experimental subjects use de-materialization and time travel to mislead the public?  Because many scientists and researchers took part in the Philadelphia Experiment during WWII.  Thus, many scientists and researchers knew about that these experimental subjects had become invisible and disappeared from view during the  Experiment.  Since they could not simply deny the above facts, some experimental subjects used dematerialization and time travel to explain that why they became to disappear from view during the Philadelphia Experiment.

Since de-materialization and time travel didn't occur, the misleading explanations do revealed that these experimental subjects had become invisible and tiny. So, it not only caused them to disappear from view at scene, but also caused them becoming tiny.  That's why they use de-materialization to explain the tiny situation to these sailors in Philadelphia Experiment.

Beside some personnel ran into problems during the Philadelphia Experiment, most of them (e.g. Mr. Duncan Cameron, Jr.) had been recovered after medical care for a period of time (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).  Thus, invisibility technology of Philadelphia experiment had been successfully demonstrated to use on human being in 1943. It proves that after continuously developing to solve the problems, invisibility technology can be fully used on human being (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).   This confirmed that inside information from Taiwan is true that invisibility technology has been developed successfully to use on human being after WWII.

Third example, now, I would use the victims' reports to further prove that after using invisibility technology, the personnel, equipment and their weapons will become invisible and tiny.

Based on victims' reports, some victims have the experiences of losing some of their teeth due to attacks by invisible personnel.   However, under normal situation, infrasound weapon cannot be used to attack a target with extremely narrow beam.  But the facts is that when a victim's tooth is attacked, the infrasound will not attack the victim's whole mouth teeth, or damage another tooth which is either on the left, or right side of the targeted tooth.  Why such kind of crime can be committed without most victims' knowledge and why infrasound waves can become so narrow beam on surface.

The reality is that these criminals and their weapons are invisible and tiny as small ants (or mosquitoes) after using invisibility technology.  Thus, the tiny invisible personnel can use tiny infrasound weapon which infrasound waves will appear as extreme narrow beam to normal size human (comparing with normal person's size) and attack the targeted tooth of normal human on his gum from his above, or lower lip.  Under such kind of situation. the infrasound wave certainly will only attack the targeted tooth (and another side tooth where the infrasound exit). It will neither attack the victim's whole mouth teeth, nor attack the tooth on the left (or right) side of targeted tooth (see other techniques in details on Part V-C of my website)

Now, I would further explain it in details.
The tiny invisible personnel (who enter people's home and keep the victim under close surveillance & control) can loosen the victim's teeth while he is sleeping by gently landing on the area between the victim's upper lip and nose and attacking his gums with infrasound weapon. The goal is to cause the unknowing victim to lose his/her teeth as if the result of natural cause.  By using infrasound to attack the gums of the teeth, the invisible personnel can loosen the victim's teeth and cause them drop out.  This kind of tooth loss will be different from natural tooth loss.

Natural tooth loss will always have cavity on the tooth and will usually occur individually.  However, there is no cavity on the teeth  loosened by tiny invisible personnel (with infrasound). This kind of tooth loss will also cause at least two teeth to loosen or fall out. That's because the infrasound attacks a target's teeth by entering through one side of the mouth and exiting at the other side.  Therefore, it will not only damage the targeted tooth (or teeth), but it will also damage teeth on the side of the mouth where the infrasound exits.  Beside other victims' report, I personally have same experiences of such kinds of teeth damage by tiny invisible personnel.   Also, to stop me exposing their crimes on internet, sometime, the tiny invisible personnel would secretly stay on my eye-lash and attack my eyes with microwave weapon in order to blind me.

The above facts prove that after using invisibility technology, the personnel, equipment and their weapons will become invisible and tiny (as the size of small ants, or small mosquitoes).  Also, the above facts prove that the invisible personnel can use invisibility technology to steal other's document, cash, or bio-weapon etc. and even abduct a person. Because they can easily take the targeted object away, and even abduct a person, after using invisibility technology on a targeted person,  or on other's document, money, and bio-weapon, etc. to become invisible and tiny.

Thus, the invisible personnel even didn't develop any bio-weapon but they can still can use invisibility technology to obtain (steal) and then use any bio-weapon.  So, what they really need is the expert's knowledge - what kind of bio-weapon is more deadly, or available and easily used or where they can easily steal bio-weapon from without attracting owner's attention!

Also, Dr. Wiley's knowledge on immune system fights infection can still be abused by invisible personnel to increase their illness/death inducing ability and avoid being blocked by immune system.  Thus, invisible personnel are un-common terrorists if anthrax mails are sent by them.  So, Dr. Wiley's expertise is very valuable to them since the invisible personnel can steal any of bio-weapons from others.

In recent anthrax mails cases, although anthrax spore could be stolen from military institute by military intelligence units' invisible personnel, their goal is still same because military invisible personnel have cooperated with invisible personnel of law enforcement for several decades.

Their common goals are to prevent the invisibility technology and unlawful life control from leaking in order to protect their unlawful power and seek their unlawful interests.   For example, reported cases in Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation have proven that military grade weapons have
been used on American people (those mind control/life control victims).

I personally also have experiences of being attacked with sonic weapon, acoustic weapon, laser wagon at my home.  How could these military grade weapons be secretly stolen with invisibility technology by invisible personnel to eliminate the civilians?

Because the military invisible personnel will support local involved officers, police of surveillance station/system to eliminate their targets to prevent the invisibility technology and unlawful life control from leaking.

Thus, no matter anthrax spore was stolen from an institute of military or civilians, the most likely suspects should be invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.  Also, Dr. Don Wiley's disappearance was most likely caused (abducted) by invisible personnel with invisibility technology because he had no intention to commit suicide.  Also, Beside his family rejected suicidal theory, all his relatives, friends, colleagues do not believe that he would commit suicide.

According to News report, Dr. Wiley left the Peabody Hotel in the midnight of November 15 and his car was found to be abandoned on the Mississippi River bridge four hours later.  If Dr. Don Wiley's car parked and abandoned on it by himself, it only need five minutes to drive here from the Peabody Hotel and certainly would not use four hours.  Thus, there was four-hour gap and it must happened something on Dr. Wiley during these four hours.  So, it caused Dr. Wiley disappearance and his car abandoned on the Mississippi River bridge, when he was supposed to return to his father's home.  Thus, the fours hours gap and what reason caused his car appeared on Mississippi river bridge must be the keys and need to be investigated to know what really happened on Dr. Wiley during the four hours.   Since Dr. Wiley had no intention to suicide and was driving to his father's home, he could be abducted with invisibility technology by invisible personnel during the four hours. Also, his car parked on Mississippi river bridge must be caused by criminal to mislead public that Dr. Wiley were to commit suicide and jumped into river as other suicidal persons.  Otherwise, Dr. Wiley's car would not appear on Mississippi river bridge because it is the way to Arkansas but not the way to his father's home.

Thus, the autopsy's result about Dr. Don Wiley's death is very important and concerned by all American people.

Since invisible personnel belong to surveillance station/system which is involved with law enforcement and if the invisible personnel have selected in Memphis to abduct Dr. Don Wiley, it shows that some Memphis' LEO might have involved in the case.

Thus, we must suggest that US Justice Department need to select a reliable coroner to perform the autopsy mission to avoid public's suspicions. Why?

Because Dr. Don Wiley is unlikely to commit suicide and is most likely that he had been abducted by criminals then disappeared a month (see details on my report on internet -Dr. Don Wiley could be abducted by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system). Also, in OKC Bombing case, there was a witness police officer Yeakey who had been murdered to prevent him appearance in trial as a witness. However, local coroner reported that Yeakey committed suicide (see details on Part VIII-C of my main website). So, we do believe that there is blue wall silence existence.

The coroner's main mission in this case is not simply to prove that if the body is Dr. Don Wiley, or simply claim that Dr. Wiley committed suicide if the body is Dr. Don Wiley. The above action is irresponsible to be the coroner and law enforcement officers. The most important thing during autopsy is to check that Did  Dr. Don Wiley died over a month (when he died) and which factor really cause him to die.  Why?

Because if Dr. Don Wiley didn't die on November 16 morning, or he didn't drown, it must be a case of homicide.  Then, Dr. Don Wiley would have been abducted for five weeks by some invisible personnel (who should be the anthrax terrorists).  Also, any conclusion must be wrong if it cannot logically explain following two questions.

(1). What reason caused Dr. Wiley to spend four more hours on road when he was supposed to back his father's home in midnight. (2). What reason caused Dr. Wiley's car drove to Mississippi river bridge which is the way toward Arkansas and headed away his father's home.

Could Don Wiley commit suicide?

No! Based on following five reasons, Dr. Don Wiley absolutely would not commit suicide.

1. According to The Boston Globe report on 11/22/2001, there are many information to tell a same message that Dr. Don Wiley would not commit suicide.

"Wiley's family and friends say he did not seem despondent or depressed. Also, Dr. Don Wiley was known no financial or domestic problems. His sister-in-law said Wiley was chairman of a review panel overseeing a new research laboratory at St. Jude Hospital. He was active and happy, she said, having celebrated his 57th birthday last month while raising two young children, ages 6 and 10, with his second wife. Wiley's wife, Katrin Valgeirsdottir, said that she doesn't believe her husband would have killed himself. `We don't know what happened. We can speculate until the cows come home but we don't know,' she said in a telephone interview from Cambridge, Mass. 'To say, `This doesn't sound like him,' is an understatement,' said Craig Wiley (Dr. Wiley's son), 24, who lives in Worcester, but found out about his father's disappearance on his way to visit his sister for Thanksgiving in Tacoma, Wash. On Harvard's campus yesterday, students and faculty expressed disbelief at Wiley's disappearance and were reluctant to speculate on his fate."

Also, according to Associated Press report on 11/28/2001, the following information still tells the same message that Dr. Don Wiley would not commit suicide.

"Valgeirsdottir reported her husband missing Nov. 16, the day she and their two children had planned to meet him in Memphis (airport). She said Wiley had been staying with his father in a Memphis suburb. Wiley's 85-year-old father, retired chemist Bill Wiley, said his son knew his way around the city from years of visits and attending the hospital meetings. `We can't accept the suicide theory,' Bill Wiley said." Dr. William Evans, the hospital's deputy director, said Wiley seemed ``in a great frame of mind'' and was looking forward to time with his family when he left a Nov. 15 dinner at the Peabody Hotel about midnight."

According to The Boston Globe on 12/2/2001, at night of Nov. 15, Dr. Don Wiley "told a few of his colleagues how much he was looking forward to taking his wife and two young children to see where Elvis Presley lived" after the annual meeting over.

So, the above all facts and information tell a same message that Dr. Don Wiley would have no intention to commit suicide on that midnight he left the hotel.

2. According to The Boston Globe report on 11/22/2001, "relatives and friends said yesterday that Wiley's disappearance was uncharacteristic for a man who always communicated, even informing them when he went jogging. It is uncharacteristic for Wiley not to leave a note, said Susan Wiley, his sister-in-law, who lives in suburban Memphis. Just days before, Don Wiley left a note for his 85-year-old father, informing him when he planned to return from a jog."

The above information proves that Don Wiley was a man who always communicated with relatives and even informing them when he went jogging.  So, even if Don Wiley's disappearance case were a case of suicide, he at least, would leave a suicidal note to tell the suicidal reasons to his relatives, friends and colleagues. However, there was no any suicidal note. So, this case must not be
suicide..

3. There are many ways to commit suicide with less pain. So if Mr. Don Wiley really wanted to commit suicide, he would not drive his car to the bridge in midnight then jumped into a cool river. Also, without leaving a piece of suicidal message to notify his relatives, friends, colleagues to avoid any confusing, it didn't suit Don Wiley's characteristic. Also, he didn't leave a message to his family to explain why he could not take his wife and children to visit Graceland (where Elvis Presley lived) as they planed. Thus, the above three facts only shows that the missing could be a abducted case. So, some criminals could abduct Don Wiley first then set up the scene on bridge to mislead publics to mistakenly consider that it were a suicidal case.

4. According to The Boston Globe report, "The drive from The Peabody to the DeSoto Bridge is about five minutes through the city's well-lighted downtown corridor." If Don Wiley really drove his car to park on the DeSoto Bridge by himself, he would not spend four hours to here! Also, the gas tank was full, it shows that he prepared to drive a long distance (e.g. drive to Graceland) but not only drove to Mississippi river and sparked on the DeSoto Bridge then disappear.

So, above facts all tell a same thing that Dr. Don Wiley should be ``in a great frame of mind'' and was looking forward to time with his family when he left a Nov. 15 dinner at the Peabody Hotel about midnight." as Dr. William Evans, the Memphis hospital's deputy director, said (see details on Associated Press on 11/28/2001). Dr. Joseph Mirro, executive vice president at St. Jude's Hospital also made the similar comment '' This (disappearance) is totally unexpected. He was fine on Thursday night,'' (According to The Boston Globe report on 11/21/2001).

Also, according to AP report on 11/28/2001, Dr. Don Wiley's wife, Valgeirsdottir. said "she could think of no reason he would have driven toward Arkansas after the hotel dinner." That's why Don Wiley's car was full of gas and didn't leave any suicidal note. The above facts also suit Dr. Don Wiley's characteristic and the common viewing of his relatives, friends and colleagues.

5. If Dr. Don Wiley really fell into the river, his body should appear on surface of river after a few days. However, even the Coast Guard could not find the body although they had checked the river within two weeks. So far, Dr. Wiley had disappeared over a month (from 11/16/2001 to 12/16/2001).

The above five facts tell that Dr. Don Wiley had no intention to commit suicide. Also, no one see Dr. Don Wiley's body appearance in river. Thus, he could be abducted by criminals and set up the scene as a suicidal case. Why? Because Wiley is an expert in highly contagious and deadly viruses- "how the human immune system fights off infections and had recently investigated such dangerous viruses as AIDS, Ebola, herpes and influenza."  Although Dr. Wiley is a chemist, not a biologist and do not know how to grow a virus or help make a biological weapon, he is still valuable to invisible personnel to increase their death inducing ability.  Also, Dr. Wiley's knowledge can offer invisible personnel to steal more deadly bio-weapon from any institute (see details on front of this article).

Who could be the criminals to abduct Dr. Don Wiley with such kinds of methods?

I would deduce that Dr. Don Wiley was most likely abducted by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system. Why? Because invisibility technology can be used on a target and his car to make them to become invisible and tiny. Thus, the invisible personnel can secretly abduct the target to hide and deliver his car to the Hernando DeSoto Bridge. Obviously, the ability of invisibility technology and above facts shows that Don Wiley should be abducted in the four hours after he left the restaurant by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system; then the invisible personnel delivered his car on the DeSoto Bridge (with invisibility technology - see details on Part II-A1 of my website). If the invisible personnel used invisibility technology to abduct Dr. Don Wiley from car, it would not leave sign of struggle in the car. Also, the invisible personnel would not use his credit cards because their goal is to increase their inducing death ability on aware targets - if they can secretly injure a target and avoid being blocked by his immune system. So, according to The Boston Globe report, "there was no sign of struggle in the car, nor any indication that Wiley's credit cards have been used since last week."

How could the invisible personnel abducted Dr. Don Wiley without encountering resistance? I would explain it with my best knowledge on invisibility technology. For example, a group of invisible personnel can follow Dr. Don Wiley into his car and stay at passenger seat. When Dr. Don Wiley drove his car at midnight to a deserted area (according to The Boston Globe on 12/2/2001, his father live in a quiet residential neighborhood in north Memphis), two invisible personnel can shut down their generates (which create electromagnetic field to make them invisible). So, these two invisible personnel can back to normal person with their handguns and pretend as the hidden robbers in his car's passenger seat. Thus, the criminals can put their gun on Dr. Don Wiley's head and tell him that he will not be hurt if he listen to them to give up his money; and then ask him to stop his car in the deserted area. Under such kind of situation, Dr. Don Wiley would consider that if he give up the money that he carries then the robbers would let him go. So he would listen to the criminal to stop his car in the deserted area without any resistance. However, the criminals would further ask Dr. Don Wiley to get off his car after he stop it. The other invisible personnel who are also in the car will then use invisibility technology on Dr. Don Wiley then carry him to the place where they stay. Dr. Don Wiley's car can be either driven to the bridge by other criminal, or use invisibility technology to send it to the bridge. So, the keys in the ignition should be also intentionally left by invisible personnel to mislead publics to mistakenly consider that this were a suicidal case. So, if Dr. Don Wiley's body can never be found in river, he is most likely abducted by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system. If Dr. Don Wiley's body appear in the river after this report, coroner must check when did Dr. Don Wiley die to know the truth.

Why would invisible personnel abduct Dr. Don Wiley at this time?

I have reported on internet that the anthrax mails terrorists are most likely caused by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system to increase public's fears in order to move public's attention on terrorists from focusing on their own crimes (see details on Part II-A12 of my website).

The current abuse of invisibility technology is like using drugs; it easily robs a person's dignity, character and morals. Why? I would explain it in details. Everyone knows that drugs will adversely affect a person's health, but some people still use them. These people are either trying to get a high to feel better, or they are just trying to escape reality because they can't handle their problems. The invisible personnel who abuse these technologies are addicted to using these technologies like drug addicts are addicted to drugs. Some invisible personnel are addicted to these technologies because it allows them to gain knowledge about other people's secrets and private activities (in order to protect their own interests), while other invisible personnel cannot handle their problems in society and want to escape the law to induce illness/death on others who know their crimes and secrets, or who have become a witness to oppose their interests (see details on Part II-C4 of my website) and whom they dislike (see details Part II-C2, C3 of my website).

Thus, when abusing invisibility technology, most invisible personnel act as drug addicts who have lost their dignity, character, and morals to seek their personal interests,; or who cannot handle their problems in society to escape the law then induce illness/death on American people whom they dislike.

I have stated that if anthrax attacks keep sending through new mails, the invisible personnel must can find out and capture the anthrax terrorists. Otherwise, the invisible personnel become the most likely suspects because they can secretly enter anyone's home, vehicle, etc. to monitor one's activities.

Thus, if the anthrax attack through mails keep sending from new mails (e.g. after December 1), the anthrax terrorists must can be found and captured no matter who are the anthrax terrorists.

After I report above facts on internet, the anthrax attacks through new mails have stopped. However, it also appears that invisible personnel are the most likely suspects since they cannot find and capture the anthrax terrorists.

So, the invisible personnel could abduct Dr. Don Wiley to know that what kind of bio-weapon can be used by them and learn his knowledge to increase their inducing illness/death ability on aware targets then cause his disappearance.

Where are the invisible personnel from? According to an inside information from Taiwan former President Chiang kai-Shek, invisibility technology tested in Philadelphia Experiment has been developed successfully to use on human by US Navy after WWII. In 1950s, this invisibility technology has been transferred to Taiwan surveillance system for surveillance purpose and unlawful life control. After using invisibility technology, the personnel & equipment become invisible, tiny and can levitate (floating in the air as weightless condition). Thus, by wearing a propulsion device on back, every invisible personnel can fly/move as if a small plane - carried equipment such as weapons & mind machine (But so far,
they still cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field).  These invisible personnel's codename was "little spirits" in 1960s and changed to "bees" to prevent security leaking. That's because most of westerns know that "little spirits from Pandora are invisible, very small/tiny and would spread illness/death on man.

By using invisible personnel and illness/death inducing techniques, Chiang Ching-Kuo, the head of Taiwan surveillance system at that time, established an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan. Chiang Ching-Kuo could establish the criminal life control system because he was an atheist (he had been a communist when he was in the Soviet Union). Since their chief goal was to hasten Chiang Ching-Kuo's rise-to-power, Taiwan invisible personnel kept all important political figures (including President Chiang Kai-Shek) under surveillance.  They have also secretly induced illness/death on some victims who opposed Chiang Ching-Kuo to inherit Chiang Kai-Shek's Presidency from victims' homes/offices, cars, etc. (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek's vice President Chang Chen -see details on Part II-F1 of my webpage).

In 1960s, they also use inducing illness techniques to injure President Chiang Kai-Shek's knee (using acupuncture medical knowledge) and caused him to stop inspecting troops.  This allowed Chiang Ching-Kuo to represent his father to inspect the troop, establish Chiang Ching-Kuo to be heir-apprent and his power in the military earlier.  The above facts prove that unlawful life control surveillance system is mainly used to seek unlawful interests and power for involved officers' (invisible personnel) of surveillance station/system but not for the nation's interests.  That's why there is no national border between invisible personnel of every country (see details on Part III-A1 of my website). It means that any country's involved officers and police of surveillance station/system could also use invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques to eliminate others whom they dislike to seek unlawful interests and power.

So, when anything is related with invisibility technology, the involved agents and police (including involved US police in University) will either cooperate to cover the invisibility technology, or deny the existence of invisibility technology.
So, although Harvard spokesman, Joe Wrinn claimed that  ''We are very confident that our police department is stressing to Memphis police how important this case is to us,'' it will not change a fact that invisible personnel will be most loyal to life control group. Thus, if  Dr. Wiley was abducted by invisible personnel, his death will be covered as suicide or accidentally death by involved police of surveillance station/system and their associates.

Major Edward Dames, formerly with the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency until 1992, was a long-serving member of the highly classified operation GRILL-FLAME, a program that focused on some of the more bizarre possibilities of intelligence gathering and remote interrogation. Known as "remote viewers," GRILL-FLAME personnel possessed a marked psychic ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures. The program operated with two teams: one working out of the top secret NSA facility at Fort George Meade in Maryland, and the other at SRI. Results are said to have been exemplary.

Following the Oliver North debacle, the Defense officially terminated GRILL-FLAME, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public. The leading members of the project -- including Dames -- immediately relocated to the privately owned and newly formed Psi-Tech, and continue their work to this day, operating under government contract. In the course of his work, Dames was (and remains) close to many the leading figures and proponents anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons, especially those that operate in the neurological field. During NBC's "The Other Side" program, Dames stated that "The U.S. Government has an electronic device which could implant thoughts in people." He refused to comment further. The program was broadcast during April 1995.

PSI-TECH operate in the private sector and have received a number of classified government contracts. In a lengthy telephone call, British researcher Armen Victorian pointed out a number of relevant and interesting facts: A) Maj. General Stubblebine is no longer with Psi-Tech -- he was removed in a "palace coup" engineered, Armen says, by Major Ed. Dames and Col. John Alexander. B) In addition to his (DoD backed) Ad Hoc advisory role on Non Lethality for NATO, Alexander has now moved to head up multi-millionaire R. Bigelow's new Nevada-based National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS). Bigelow is recruiting "top draw" personnel to study fringe science subjects including Remote Viewing, UFO's, etc. Jacques Vallee, the renowned French-born UFO researcher, is also part of the team.

Alexander wrote a book an article (and later co-authored a book entitled The Warrior's Edge) published in Military Review in which he outlined a number of hitherto "fringe" subjects --including telepathy - - that should be brought in to the battery of future weapons. Alexander is dedicated to the development of a super-human soldier with enhanced abilities leading to an "invisible warrior."

Professor's trail leaves few clues

MEMPHIS - It was getting late and the well-dressed professor had switched from sipping port to ginger ale when he told a few of his colleagues how much he was looking forward to taking his wife and two young children to see where Elvis Presley lived.

The group of eminent scientists had retired to the piano bar from a penthouse banquet hall in The Peabody, a century-old hotel. As midnight approached on Nov. 15, Harvard biochemist Don C. Wiley was preparing to drive back to his father's home about 20 minutes away.

''He was very upbeat,'' recalls Patricia Donahoe, the chief of pediatric surgical services at Massachusetts General Hospital and an old friend of Wiley's who chatted with him about 10:30 that night. ''He was his normal, even-tempered self, and he was happy his family was coming in.''

But Wiley, one of the nation's foremost experts on the way viruses such as HIV, influenza, and Ebola become deadly infectious diseases, never got to take his family to Graceland. He never even made it back to his father's.

Instead, the lanky 57-year-old professor vanished. At 4 a.m., police found Wiley's rental car abandoned on a mile-long bridge that spans the Mississippi River, with his rental-car contract in the glove compartment, the keys in the ignition, and a full tank of gas.

Two weeks later, police here say they have no clue what happened to him. Speculation abounds about the fate of the man colleagues say was doing work that could make him a candidate for a Nobel prize. But after more than a dozen Globe interviews with family, colleagues, and police, every theory seems to have serious flaws.

Since his car was parked in a traffic lane without any signs of a struggle and on a bridge where others have jumped, some investigators surmise Wiley killed himself. Yet family and friends insist the father of four and granddad of three is just not the type to commit suicide: He's exuberant about his work and was nearing a breakthrough in a molecular understanding of HIV that could help develop an AIDS vaccine.

While it's possible he was mugged or abducted, police and local criminologists say the downtown area around the Peabody is heavily patrolled and the safest part of Memphis. And both police and colleagues say Wiley has no scientific knowledge that would benefit bioterrorists, making it absurd to suggest he was kidnapped for his expertise.

''At this point, it could really be anything,'' says Lieutenant Richard True, a spokesman for the Memphis Police Department.

Wiley had come to Memphis on Wednesday Nov. 14 to attend a two-day annual meeting of the scientific advisory board of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, on which he has served for about a decade.

He had flown in from Washington, where he went that Sunday to attend meetings for several days at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in Chevy Chase, Md. The institute has long sponsored much of his research. At the Memphis airport, he rented a white 2001 Mitsubishi Gallant from Avis and drove for about 20 minutes to his 82-year-old father's ranch home in Raleigh, a quiet residential neighborhood in north Memphis.

It was late in the afternoon and the professor's father, William C. Wiley, says that his son seemed in good spirits. The two caught up for a while and the professor called his wife in Cambridge to let her know he had arrived and to find out what time he should meet her and their two children Lara, 7, and William, 10, at the airport that Friday.

Wiley's wife had already bought four tickets to visit Graceland. The couple's son, William, is a budding Elvis fan. The professor and the boy have a close relationship, and Wiley was eager to finally take him to Graceland.

''There was nothing out of the ordinary,'' says Wiley's wife, Katrin Valgeirsdottir, about their last conversation at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 14. ''We talked about where we were going for dinner on Friday night, and how I should talk to his dad about finding a nice place to eat. He sounded happy to see his dad.''

Wiley left his father's house soon after for a dinner meeting at the Peabody Hotel with members of St. Jude's scientific advisory board, a group of high-profile scientists serving the nation's largest childhood cancer center. One board member, Leland Hartwell of Seattle, for example, was recently awarded the Nobel prize in Medicine. And Wiley, who colleagues say has a strong shot at the Nobel for his work using X-ray crystallography and complex mathematical formulas to diagram viruses, has received the prestigious Lasker and Japan awards.

The reserved professor greeted his colleagues that night with the same subdued but warm embrace they had come to expect from him. He inquired about the families of some and the progress of others' research. After finishing business for the night, Wiley and a few colleagues walked across the street to the Rendezvous, a rib joint that is perhaps Memphis' most famous barbeque restaurant.

''All I can really say is that he was definitely engaged,'' says Marvin Zelen, a board member who's a professor of statistical science at Harvard School of Public Health.

After dinner, Wiley returned to his father's home. The next morning he was up early and drove to the sprawling campus of St. Jude's to meet the board for a 7:30 breakfast.

His mission that morning was to review the hospital's structural biology department, which Wiley played a key role in founding. The professor toured the high-tech facilities and at times marveled to some of the department's 46 staff members that St. Jude's often received the latest scientific equipment before Harvard.

Later, in a formal review in front of the advisory board, Wiley delivered a report that praised the progress of the department's researchers in paring diseases down to their molecular level and making discoveries that might soon help treat a variety of infectious diseases.

''He asked a lot of technical questions and he was very thorough,'' recalls Larry J. Shapiro, a professor of pediatrics at the University of California at San Francisco Medical School and a board member who reviewed the structural biology department with Wiley. ''I saw nothing at all to say he was disturbed, agitated, uneasy, or anything atypical.''

When the board meeting wrapped up late in the afternoon, Wiley drove back to his dad's house. Around 5 p.m., the professor's father returned home from a few errands and found a note telling him his son was out for a 5-mile run and would be back soon.

When Wiley returned from the run, his youngest brother, Greg, who also lives in Memphis, popped in for a short visit. ''We just shot the bull,'' says Greg Wiley, recalling the last time he saw his brother.

The professor showered, shaved, and just before 7 p.m. he zipped back to the Peabody Hotel for the banquet in honor of the visiting scientists. Wiley was wearing a black suit he had bought in 1999 when the emperor and prime minister of Japan awarded him their country's top science prize for his work showing how the immune system fights infections.

The formal gathering in the Peabody's penthouse included about 150 doctors, researchers, and administrators from St. Jude's. Several colleagues remember talking to Wiley that night about how he took his son sailing and his family's plans for the weekend.

''He was in great spirits,'' says Samuel L. Katz, a professor of pediatrics and infectious diseases at Duke University Medical Center who also serves on the hospital's advisory board.

Dinner ended about 10 p.m. and Wiley and several colleagues decided to hang around for a while in the hotel's lobby. After nursing a glass of port for about an hour, the professor switched to soda and told Patricia Donahoe and others about his plans to take his family to Graceland.

Although he had a room reserved for him at the hotel, Wiley told his remaining colleagues around midnight he was heading back to his father's house and he would see them the next day.

It was the last time anyone saw him.

The next four hours are a mystery.

About 3:45 a.m., the first calls started ringing at the police department. A white car pointing west in the direction of Arkansas was blocking a traffic lane on the narrow bridge. Patrol cars arrived a few minutes later and found the empty car.

Other than a missing hubcap on the right front wheel and yellow scrape marks on the Mitsubishi Gallant's front bumper, the car looked like it just came from the showroom. Police say they have no idea if the marks and missing hubcap were on the car before that Friday morning.

Harvard and St. Jude's announced a $10,000 reward this week for any information that helps find Wiley, and police say they have received a few tips since then. But investigators acknowledge they are no closer to finding him today than they were more than two weeks ago.

''The case remains a mystery,'' says Lieutenant Richard True. ''He's still classified as a missing person. There's always hope.''
