Dear President Bush, Attorney General Ashcroft and FBI Director Mueller,
After inducing illness/death, the invisible personnel's crimes always leave no evidence of an intruder, a struggle and no signs of external injury on victims' bodies.
With God as my witness, I tell truth about the invisible personnel's crimes of murders, mind controlling others to kill, inducing other to have illness and other crimes. I will accept any punishment from God and laws if I lie about their crimes. Anyone who reads this report & has no knowledge on invisibility technology must submit my report to the President Bush to avoid obstruction of justice.
Why must declassify invisibility technology? Because, currently, invisibility technology is neither used for National Security purpose (investigate spies & anti-terrorism), nor used for crimes control (this will be explained later). Although involved agents and police have used invisibility technology for decades, this technology is not used to serve the justice. Currently, the invisibility technology is only used to serve the involved agents and police's unlawful interests and advance their power. The reality is that the involved police, agents mainly use invisibility technology and other devices to commit murders, crimes, mind controlling others to kill and unlawfully control Americans' health/lives.
What is invisibility technology and invisible personnel? According to
inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility
technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has been developed
successfully for use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility
technology on the personnel and equipment, they will become invisible,
tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate (floating in air as zero gravity).
Since these personnel & equipment will be rendered tiny by the invisibility
technology, they are of little use in military combat; invisibility technology
was later used in the
field of surveillance. In 1950s, this invisibility technology was transferred
to Taiwan. Each tiny invisible personnel, by wearing a propulsion device
on back to control his movement while levitating, can function as a small
flying ant. By combing this ability with the psychotronic weapons (aka
non-lethal weapons) and mind machine that they carry, these tiny invisible
personnel can not only fly onto their target's head to read his mind, but
they also can land on an unaware target's body (near an organ) to induce
illness/death. While using mind control device, the tiny invisible personnel
can gently fly onto people's head and use ELF waves (mind altering electronic
emission) to implant thoughts into the target's mind. Since the ELF (extreme
low frequency) is same frequency as human brain wave, the unaware target
will act upon it as his own will (But, so far, they still cannot explain
why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field).
The secret surveillance system is an unlawful life control communist surveillance system because its establishment is based on atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a factor in his decision. His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to regard people's lives as properties and in the communist ideology, the properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed. Thus, when pursuing invisible personnel's unlawful interest, these invisible personnel would toy with anyone's health and kill anyone. As an atheist with considerable power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control communist surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s.
Although all Taiwan's people have been indoctrinated with Dr. Sun Yat-Sen's "Three Principles of the People", these invisible personnel's beliefs are different. Why? Because Atheism, materialism and communism are the beliefs behind life control surveillance system, and all of the invisible personnel and their operatives are specially trained to believe these doctrines. These beliefs will change these invisible personnel's mentalities to treat other persons just like objects/materials. Thus, they can cruelly control others' lives and induce illness/death on any target without hesitation. When advancing their interests, invisible personnel would toy with people's health or kill people using psychotronic weapons.
Also, these invisible personnel's activities prove that they are secret life control communists and worse than regular communists. Why?
(1). Like Communists, these invisible personnel are secretly trained to believe in atheism, materialism, and communism even when they are living in a democratic country. (2). Regular communists want to control all materials and re-distribute wealth and properties to establish a system that keep communists as the ruling class. But these invisible personnel are worse than regular communists. Why? Instead trying to control all materials, these invisible personnel use mind control technologies and life control weapons to control everyone's life/health and manipulate their thoughts. They will "distribute" illness/death on their targets to manipulate events in favor of their own interests. So, these invisible personnel can become a secret ruling class "pulling the strings behind the scene" (e.g. they secretly induced death on Chiang Kai-Shek's vice president Cheng-Chen to help Chiang Ching-Kuo becoming the successor of Taiwan President). So, based on these invisible personnel's secret activities, they can be described as secret life control communists.
Chiang Ching-Kuo also believes that all the people need to be spied on and controlled (like in communist society) to maintain control over country. To achieve this, the invisible personnel must be able to mind/life control everyone's lives and control people's work, assets, and incomes. Thus, his invisible personnel recruited operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants, temples/churches, many different media, psychics, psychiatric institutions, etc.). These operatives are used to mind/life control their acquaintances (co-workers, relatives, neighbors, associates, friends, etc.) when needed. This allows them to maintain total control over the country.
Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility technology from all other public officials (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek, etc.). The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with them. For example, General Wang (his full name is Wang Sen) was an official who directed Taiwan's invisible personnel. from the mid 1970s to 1982. During these years, General Wang was the head of political War-Fare in Defense department (this special political war-fare department was learned from Soviet Union's military system and adopted in Taiwan's military system by Chiang Ching-Kuo.). The Political war-fare department existed in all branches of Taiwan military. So, General Wang Sen, the head of Political War-Fare in Defense department, his power was huge because his jurisdiction included personnel's loyalty, Security clearance level, education of military political war-fare, intelligence, inspection, etc. Although General Wang's rank was next to vice chairman of joint staff in General, his real power is much bigger even than Taiwan's Secretary of Defense. Why? This is because Wang Sen was Chiang Ching-Kuo's right hand man and he helped Chiang Ching-Kuo to establish the secret life control system. SO, he knows the invisibility technology and have used those invisible personnel to work. With Chiang Ching-Kuo's consent, Wang Sen not only controlled military personnel, but he expanded his power into civilians area. From the mid 1970s to 1982, he was allowed to have a special office in Taiwan's Executive Yuan. The special office's personnel included many different units' officials and personnel who use invisibility technology. These units included Taiwan National Security bureau, intelligence agencies, Investigation Bureau, military police dept. police dept. etc. Thus, during that time, General Wang's real power was much bigger than his title on surface. This is because General Wang actually control Taiwan's all personnel's political life (from military to civilians. For example, if premier Sun Yun-Quan (the head of Taiwan Executive Yuan) wanted to use any new officer, the officer must be also agreed by General Wang's special office in Executive Yuan.
In Spring of 1982, the special office in Executive Yuan was canceled by President Chiang Ching-Kuo. The reason was the office's power was huge and General Wang had abused his power. Then, General Wang's position was transferred to Latin America as an ambassador (his position was never changed again until Chiang Ching-Kuo died).
President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly informed him of it after the invisible personnel injured President Chiang's knee (see details on Part II-A of my website).
When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives, political parties and even countries. Why would they betray their relatives and countries?
According to Taiwan's inside information, there is a secret agreement between every country's invisible personnel. Part of their secret agreement is that these invisible personnel belong to a secret international life control group/organization. Also, an invisible personnel would treat other invisible personnel (even invisible personnel of other countries) as if their new "blood brothers/sisters." (This is also like how gangs are organized. They will swear an oath to be each other's "blood brothers/sisters"). In the invisible personnel's mind, they no longer treat their biological relatives as family anymore. Why? In the invisible personnel's mind, their organization is their "real" family and are more important than their biological relatives. Their unlawful interests/power and future are tie to the organization. Thus, after they treat other invisible personnel as their new "blood relatives", they don't regard their biological relatives as their family anymore. Furthermore, these biological relatives will be treated as potential life/mind control targets. When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek was injured by the invisible operatives of Chiang Ching-Kuo).
Also, the relationship between these invisible personnel of many countries can be described with a communist's slogan - "There is no national border between them." Because the members of international invisible personnel are like a new big "family". They will share intelligence information, new life control weapon and illness/death inducing techniques with each other. They will also help each other to induce illness/death on any target. So, they can secretly control anyone's life in the world to advance their unlawful interests/power. Thus, these secret life control communists (invisible personnel) do not believe that they belong to any country. So, they are not loyal to their countries, nor to their political Parties. When pursuing their unlawful interests, they would betray their countries. For example, an American researcher tried to find a traitor who sent the secret of A-bomb to Soviet Union. However, deuring the researcher's investigation, the invisible personnel murdered the researcher's mother with staged car accident. After Taiwan's government lifted martial law and allowed Taiwan citizens
to travel to China, Taiwan invisible personnel have been secretly arranged
to enter Mainland for unlawful life control (Vise versa). Why can this
kind of secret life control cooperation be easily achieved? Because they
have already secretly cooperated in the US for decades on unlawful life
control operations under the US invisible personnel's arrangement. This
kind of secret cooperation with foreign invisible personnel on unlawful
life control are mostly under US local police chief's arrangement or supervision.
Because local police have used invisibility technology, mind control device
and psy (nonlethal) weapons. So, local police station is mind control basic
unit and involved police secretly use illness/death inducing techniques
to unlawfully control local Americans' lives. Also, these local involved
police and agents (invisible personnel) secretly allow foreign invisible
personnel to secretly recruited some naturalized US citizens (who originated
from the same country) as the foreign operatives (exist in different career
but many of them are small stores' owners/managers). This is allowed because
the recruited, (naturalized US citizens) foreign invisible operatives not
only will work for
foreign invisible personnel, but they will also work for involved US
local agents and police (invisible personnel) for free in their spare times.
So, US invisible personnel can use these invisible operatives at no cost.
They will help to collect others life/health information and pursue unlawful
life control on everyone. Under involved police's/invisible personnel's
direction, these double agents (invisible operatives) will secretly induce
illness/death on Americans who know their crimes and whom the involved
police/invisible personnel dislike. Under such kind of corruption and secret
cooperation, local police station become the intelligence information secret
exchange center of foreign invisible personnel.
The secret cooperation of Taiwan and China's invisible personnel in
China also lead to the murder of Chiang Ching-Kuo's illegitimate son Dr.
Winston Xiao-Ci Zhang with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique by Taiwan's
invisible personnel in 11/14/1994 when Dr. Zhang visited China on an academic
exchange trip (see details on Part II-A of my website). Taiwan's examples
prove that
Taiwan invisible personnel's not only secretly cooperate with US invisible
personnel for unlawful life control, but they also secret cooperate with
China's invisible personnel for unlawful life control. It proves unlawful
life control is an international conspiracy between every country's invisible
personnel. These invisible personnel will secretly cooperate in US, Taiwan,
China, UK, France, Soviet Union, and any country - no matter their own
country is Capitalistic
system, or Communistic system, an ally, or enemy to unlawfully control
everyone's life everywhere.
So, there is "no national border" between invisible personnel of every
country (see details on Part
III-A1). Also, involved agents and police always use national
security and criminal control as their reasons to keep invisibility technology
a top secret. But these reasons are only their excuses (see details explanation
later). The reality is that they mainly use invisibility technology to
commit murders and crimes to pursue their unlawful interests. So, keeping
invisibility technology a top secret, they can prevent the public from
knowing the truth of unlawful life control and invisible personnel's murders.
These invisible personnel's secret life control activities and cooperation with foreign nationals have been going on in secret for several decades (see details on Part III-A1 of my website). Preserving their unlawful life control power has become invisible personnel's first priority. Nothing can stand in its way, not even US national security.
By using life control method, they want to become the real ruling class forever like communists. To conceal their goals of being real ruling class (as communists) in every country in the world, these invisible personnel currently only want to be the secret ruling class to pull the strings behind scene in every country. However, during important elections, they will manipulate it to advance their unlawful interests/power (e.g. The the Presidential election in 2000). Their secret life control power, common interests, common goal and common beliefs have caused them to become an international life control communist group (that include all invisible personnel around the world) who will pursue their unlawful interests/power against their government.
However, these invisible personnel will deny that they are life control communists and will only admit that they are atheists. So, the unknowing public will not easily believe these facts (these invisible personnel had secretly cooperated to control everyone's life as an international life control communist group) to be true. Thus, I would like to use an analogy to describe the relationship between every country's invisible personnel and the relation between the invisible personnel with their governments
In a sense, the relationship between these invisible personnel group and their governments is like the relationship between "labor unions" and "their employers". But the difference is that the labor union is legal, and they bargains with the employers for more labor benefits through legal means. The invisible personnel's "union/group" is an unlawful, secret organization. Also, it is a criminal and international group. Their "union" is unlawful because their organization and activities are covert. Their "union" is criminal because they seek to expand their own unlawful power and interests against the national interest of their countries/employers through illegal means (commit crimes, murders and even treason). Their "union" is international. The international means the international invisible personnel organization has the monopolistic ability to secretly collect intelligence information on any important person (e.g., President, cabinet secretary, etc.) of every country, so these invisible personnel group has the most influence on each country. Since they will share all important intelligence information (that are related with their unlawful interests) with each other, they can easily commit crimes (e.g. launching the anthrax attacks through the mail) without government detection.
Also, they know how to block/disrupt governmental agencies and public officials from receiving intelligence information that might expose the invisible personnel's unlawful interests/crimes. For example on the Internet, they can censor posts to newsgroups and intercept e-mails. So, they can prevent public officials and government agencies from receiving important information from citizens by blocking these e-mails/posts (e.g. they frequently censor Alan Yu's posts which describe their crimes on Usenet and intercept Alan Yu's e-mails to the public officials and the President. Because I frequently report the invisible personnel's crimes to Attorney General and The president). Based on this capability of blocking and their ability of collecting intelligence anywhere, the international invisible personnel union's activities will be out of any government's control. Also, the invisible personnel can get many foreign invisible personnel's assistance to cover up their murders, crimes and mislead the public.
Why can they commit many murders & crimes without others' knowledge?
Beside using Taiwan inside information about invisibility technology,
I would further use a news report from Washington Post (April 02,1979)
that mentioned CIA death inducing research to explain and prove it. The
CIA death inducing research (induced heart-attack, or cancer) in 1950s
and Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency's classified research of
operation Pandora from 1965-70 are two solid evidences to prove that illness/death
inducing techniques have been secretly developed.

At the height of the Cold War, the Central Intelligence Agency looked into ways to "knock-off key guys" through such "natural causes" as cancer and heart attack, it was disclosed yesterday.
Heavily censored CIA documents from a quarter-century ago [1952] show the agency considered performing experiments on terminal cancer patients under the guise of "legitimate medical work.["]
...The CIA project apparently started with an undated, unsigned note indicating concern about the vulnerability of U.S. leaders to assassination by "natural causes."
The memo referred to studies by the Office of Strategic Services, the World War II predecessor of the CIA. "Knock off key people," the heavily censored document said. "How knock off key guys ...natural causes....
The next pertinent document was a Feb. 4, 1952, "draft memorandum from "Chemical Branch, Research & Development.
The paper reported inspecting a lab for possible use in "medical research involving physiologically active chemical compounds.
"Human subjects would be available for work that could be carried out as legitimate medical research," it said. "Extensive animal facilities exist for other kinds of research."

These inducing death methods (cancer and heart attack) originally involved the use of chemicals. To avoid having these drugs from being found in an autopsy, they need to select special drugs to use. So, this method has limited opportunities for use.
Thus, although the original mind control research focused on using drugs, US mind control research was re-directed to mainly study electromagnetic mind control in 1960. In the 1960s, US successfully developed radio-frequency weapon. This weapon can be used to attack the human heart and kill people (without leaving evidence of external injury), so it will look as if the victims died of heart attacks. Thus, the CIA's assassins switched to using radio-frequency weapon to induce their victims to have heart attacks.. This is because it is more convenient and can avoid the use of chemicals, which can be being detected.

The Washington Post reported that year that the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range. The Pentagon, it turns out, has been pursuing similar devices since the 1960s.

Beside the goal of CIA death inducing research project (including heart-attack
& cancer) was to "how knock off key guys ... natural cause..,"
there was an insider of the project had used an unsigned note to indicate
his concern about the vulnerability of US leaders to assassination by "natural
causes."
How could the death inducing techniques be used to kill a target as
if the result of natural causes?
Because such death inducing method is not as usual to train a professional
gun man to kill a target with gun. The originally traditional method will
obviously be known as a homicidal case and the murder suspect will be openly
searched.
However, the new death inducing methods will be secretly used by the
invisible personnel (who other cannot see). How can I prove that
new death inducing methods will be used by the invisible personnel?
Beside inside information from Taiwan former President Chiang Kai-Shek,
I would further use the CIA death inducing methods, heart-attack inducing
technique, as example to explain it.
Let's see who have chance to create heart-attack on a victim? Obviously,
only a surgeon in operation room has chance to stop blood flow into a patient's
heart to cause it, or the invisible personnel use the radio-frequency weapon
to cause it.
However, to induce heart-attack on a patient in the hospital's operation
room without others' knowledge, even a surgeon cannot do it. That's because
several medical staff are always in an operation room. Also, this death
inducing method is always carried out immediately by the murderers/assassins.
Why?
When the involved agents/police of surveillance station/system want
to induce heart-attack on a target, it means they want to kill the target
immediately- no matter the target is at home, or workplace car, boat, plane,
etc. Thus, the murders/assassins have no enough time to wait for their
target and only kill him after he enter a hospital. Thus, only invisible
personnel are available to become such kind of reliable assassins/murderers
who can secretly enter any place to kill a target without being seen by
others.
Furthermore, the invisible personnel will use psychotronic (nonlethal) weapons which is silent and leaves no signs of external injury on victim's body. Thus, their victims' deaths will always appear as the result of natural causes. Why can these homicide victims be mistakenly believed to have died of natural causes? It happened because the invisible personnel's murders always leave no evidence of an intruder, leave no external signs of injury on victim's body and leave no evidence of a struggle (will be explained later). Using these three reasons, local involved police can easily conclude that the victims died from natural causes and close these murder cases. Obviously, these three reasons are suitable for investigating regular criminal cases, but not suitable for invisible personnel's (assassin's) crimes. So, in these cases of crimes committed by invisible personnel, these three "reasons" becomes a cover up for their murders & crimes. Why? I would explain it in details.
First, tiny invisible personnel can enter a target's home/office, vehicle. etc. from small space in electric system, or a small hole. So, they will not leave signs of forced entry (broken windows, damaged door locks, etc.) at the crime scene. So, the fact that there is no evidence of intrusion might be used to show there was no "foul play" under normal circumstances, but of course it is unsuitable for cases involving invisible personnel.
Second, there are no signs of external injury on the victim's body: Some special drugs (e.g. ephedra - linked to stroke and heart attack) and the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons, such as radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, etc.) can be used to induce illness/death without leaving signs of external injury on a victim's body. So, finding no signs of external injury only proves that conventional weapons (e.g. guns, knife) were not used. In cases in which the murder is committed with psychotronic weapons (e.g., Radio-Frequency weapon, infrasound weapon) or special drugs, no sign of external injury becomes a good cover-story for hiding "foul play".
Third, The evidence of a struggle are result from when victim physically resist against a criminal whom the victim can see. However, when the murder is committed by tiny invisible personnel, the victim will not resist because unknowing victim even didn't know where the invisible personnel are. Also, the invisible personnel are tiny in the invisible electromagnetic field. How could the victim physical confrontation with the tiny invisible personnel! Thus, it will never leave evidence of a struggle when murderers are invisible personnel. So, the evidence of a struggle only can be used to determine a murder which is committed by a regular human and cannot be used to determine a murder which is committed by tiny invisible personnel.
This fact prove that the three reasons which are used to investigate regular human's crime become a cover up for invisible personnel's crimes..
Since invisibility technology is still a secret, the involved police
can easily rule the deaths of invisible personnel's victims as the result
of natural causes based on above three reasons. Also, the unsuspecting
victims and their spouses/relatives will easily consider that their injuries
& illnesses were caused accidentally since they didn't see anyone who
use weapon attack these victims. So, based on above three reasons, a coroner
unaware of these technologies would conclude that the victim died of natural
causes, even though the cause of death is obvious inconsistent with the
victim's overall health. For example, Senator Paul Coverdell was
murdered with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique and electroshock weapon

Also, Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, a healthy 41 years old expert witness
of Waco lawsuit was murdered with heart-attack technique although he had
no heart problem before (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c4.htm
).
The above CIA classified death research proves that since late of 1950s,
invisible personnel of surveillance station/system can induce their victims
to have heart-attack over several decades. Also, from 1965-1970, Defense
Advanced Projects Research Agency (DAPRA) had another project of operation
PANDORA
to study techniques on how to induce cerebral hemorrhage (create leak
on blood/brain barrier) and induce heart seizures (inducing heart dysfunction
and cardiac arrest) in US (see details on source).

(DARPA), with up to 70-80% funding provided by the military, set in motion
operation PANDORA to study the health and psychological effects of low
intensity microwaves." This project appears to have been quite extensive
and included (under U.S. Navy funding) studies demonstrating how to induce
heart seizures, create leaks in the blood/brain barrier [to induce cerebral
hemorrhage] and production of auditory hallucinations.

So, the induced cardiac arrest and cerebral hemorrhage techniques also have been developed over several decades. Thus, these invisible personnel must have induced many victims to have heart-attack, cardiac arrest or cerebral hemorrhage (see details cases on Part II-C2, C3, C4, C6 and Part V-B1, B2 of my website).
Why would I investigate these cases that Americans suddenly suffered
cerebral hemorrhage, heart attack. cardiac arrest to die ? Well,
I would like to explain it in details.
The CIA's induced heart attack research (since 1950s) had passed half
century and must had been used to induce their victims to have heart attack

The classified research of operation Pandora proves that since late of
1960s, the invisible personnel must have induced many victims to have cerebral

However, so far, all victims who suddenly died of heart attack, cardiac
arrest or cerebral hemorrhage will be ultimately ruled as the result of
natural causes. However, their records prove that none of these victims'
cases (who suddenly died of cerebral hemorrhage, heart-attack & cardiac
arrest) had ever been recorded on medical literature as a homicide case.
It means these victims' sudden deaths in past several decades have all
been decided as the result of natural causes. However, it is an obvious
lie. Because there must be some victims who
had been murdered with heart-attack, cardiac arrest, or cerebral hemorrhage
inducing techniques in past several decades. Their rulings only proves
that the medical examiners either have no knowledge on invisibility technology
(and induced illness/death techniques), or intentionally help to cover-up
their crimes of murders because they are associated with involved police
and agents. Obviously, many involved physicians have taken part in
the above two classified researches. But they neither mentioned these illness/death
inducing techniques to the public, nor admit invisibility technology existing.
These facts prove that there are many cooperated physicians (who associated
with involved agents and police who use invisibility technology) have involved
to mislead the public. Taiwan's examples prove that hospitals' physicians
had secretly cooperated with the involved police and agents (who use invisibility
technology) to mislead their targets. In US, Microwave Harassment
& Mind Control Experimentation (by Julianne McKinney Dec/1992)
had also reported that cooperative physicians had involved in many
reported cases to mislead or mind control their targets.
Examining the rulings on these victims' sudden illnesses/deaths with
the induced illness/death techniques, they either didn't tell the truth
or didn't know the truth. Since they either do not know the truth,
or do not tell the truth, the involved police, agents and medical examiners
do not qualify and do not have credibility to rule that if a victim's sudden
suffering cerebral hemorrhage, heart attack or cardiac arrest is the
result of natural causes, or from a attack. We certainly cannot trust
their investigation anymore.
Because based on their records in past several decades, they will also
claim and decide that all victims' deaths (who suddenly suffer cerebral
hemorrhage, heart attack and cardiac arrest to die) were still only the
result of natural causes. This also prove that involved agents, police
and their operatives (invisible personnel) can easily use their law enforcement's
identities and influences on associated institutions to cover-up the invisible
personnel's crimes of murders.
In fact, US invisible personnel's criminal activities also prove that like Taiwan's inmvisible personnel, they became secret life control communists and worse than regular communists. Why?
Regular communist control all materials then re-distribute wealth and properties to establish a system and keep communist as the ruling class forever. They also secretly distribute illness/death on their targets (with illness/death inducing techniques). By using illness/death inducing techniques and mind control technologies, these invisible personnel also want to become an secret ruling class pulling the strings behind the scene. First example, To promote gun control, US invisible personnel have used microwave voice device and mind control technologies to drive violent student to cause mass murder in 1998 Oregon school shooting (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2d1.htm ).
Second example, US invisible personnel disliked former Florida Governor Lawton Chiles because he strongly support gun rights. Thus, they secretly induced Florida Governor to have cardiac arrest to die (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm ).
Third example, US invisible personnel dislike President Bush (see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c3.htm ). Thus, they had tried to assassinate President Bush with illness/death inducing techniques. There are eight circumstantial evidences to prove that President Bush's fainting (on 1/13/02) was a failed assassination attempt by the invisible personnel (see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a15.htm ).
To cover up the invisible personnel's murders, the involved police will
directly use above three reasons to rule that their victims died of natural
causes.
Thus, although invisibility technology has been used over five decades,
involved agents and police of surveillance station/system still use the
national security and crimes control as reasons to oppose invisibility
technology being declassified. But these reasons are simply untrue. Why?
I will use facts and incidents to prove that current invisibility technology is neither used for the national security, nor used for crimes control. Obviously, the invisibility technology is not used to serve the justice but have been used to serve involved agents and police's unlawful interests.
First, invisible personnel didn't stop terrorists attacking US 6 times since 1993 WTC Bombing. These terrorists' 6 attacks include: three attacks in continental US and three attacks on US embassies/military installations in foreign countries (see details on Part II-A10 of my web). Since 1993, invisibility technology and invisible personnel can never be used to prevent terrorists' attacks on US for 6 times. This facts prove that invisibility technology certainly is not used for national security.
Second, US invisible personnel never could capture any spy in past several decades, never capture any terrorist for US. Here are five incidents prove that involved police and agents didn't use invisibility technology to investigate spies and terrorists. So, although involved agents and police have already used invisibility technology over decades, they didn't want to use this technology to serve justice. But they always use it to serve their unlawful interests and unlawfully control Americans' lives with psychotronic weapons.
First case, Edward Lee Howard, a former CIA Agent Who Defected to Soviet Unions in 1985. According to Cox Washington Bureau 08-18-02 By MARGARET COKER, " On Sept. 20, 1985, FBI agents interviewed Howard and put him under surveillance. With his wife's help, however, he ditched the tail and fled the country on Sept. 21 on a flight bound for Helsinki. According to Russian sources, however, the 'spy who got away' traveled repeatedly to the United States after his defection without the CIA or FBI's knowledge."
The above fact prove that invisibility technology was not used in the spy case when FBI agents kept Howard under surveillance. Otherwise, the tiny invisible personnel would land onto the Howard's head and follow him where he would go. Then, Howard's wife certainly could not help her husband to mislead FBI agents then caused Edward Howard to flee to Moscow. Also, the traitor had traveled repeatedly to the US without CIA and FBI's knowledge. The above facts prove that invisibility technology is only used by involved police & agents (invisible personnel) to pursue unlawful life control on Americans (from the President's life to civilians). To keep a spy under surveillance and capture spies is obviously not the invisible personnel's concern and interests.
If Invisible personnel had worked to protect US National Security, Aldrich Ames (former CIA senior agent) would not able to work as a KGB spy inside the CIA for over ten years without being discovered. Nor, would Robert Hanssen (FBI counter-espionage agent) be able to work for the KGB for over twenty years without being discovered. Until the above two spies had been captured, US invisible personnel (involved agents/police and recruited operatives) did not make any contribution on these spy cases. Facts prove that these invisible personnel either don't care about National Security, or are unable to identify spy. It doesn't matter which of these above two reason is the real reason. These invisible personnel's past records prove that they do not qualify to work for National Security (investigate spies or terrorists) anymore. Furthermore, some invisible personnel intentionally let terrorists' attack to occur in order to advance their unlawful interests/power (1993 WTC Bombing - see details on next example). To protect National security, and political leaders/Americans' lives, these heads of local invisible personnel (involved local police chiefs, University police chiefs and agents who use invisibility technology) must be fired or their positions must be changed. .
Second case, according to New York Time reported, the 1993 NY Bombing case on 10-27-1993, it proves that involved agents and police have recruited a secret informer in the terrorists group. A New York City police detective working with FBI, told Mr. Salem, who was getting 500 a week from the government, that if he wanted a $1 million informer's fee, he should press for $1.5 million and then negotiate." The above facts prove that involved agents and police in this case might use the informer in the terrorists group to get kick backs. Although "Federal officials have acknowledged in the past that they dropped Mr. Salem as an informer sometime before the trade center bombing, they said he never provided detailed information of the attack in advance." However, if a secret informer really didn't cooperate with law enforcement, he could be killed by the terrorists anytime- if his handler intentionally leak the informer's identity to the terrorists. So, if a secret informer didn't provide details information to law enforcement officer, it is unbelievable. Based on NY Time report (10/27/93), "What he [Salem] suggest was the failure of FBI, despite his information, to halt the Feb. 26 bombing of the trade center." This is a contradicting statement against the statement of involved agents. Also, beside using secret informer, the involved agents and police must have used invisibility technology (or invisible operatives) to track the terrorists. This is a common multiple surveillance method to insure everything under control. So, they must clearly knew the terrorists' activities and plan. How can the involved agent and police falsely claimed that they didn't know terrorists' WTC Bombing plan because the secret informer didn't cooperate with them. It is either a lie to mislead the public, or they claimed that the invisibility technology would not used to counter terrorism. But no mater which reason, it is still the invisible personnel/involved agent and police's fault (see details on Part VIII-A of my website, or http://members.aol.com/colonelyu/part8a.htm ). Facts prove that after WTC Bombing, Clinton allowed military psychotronic weapons (aka nonlethal weapons) to law enforcement (see 3/23-/94 Washington Post reports). The case only prove that some involved agents and police already become corrupted after using invisibility technology. This case also proves that the invisible personnel (involved agents, police and recruited operatives) would betray the US and the public to advance their interests and power.
Third case, from the former FBI counter-terrorism agent John O'Neill's case. He didn't know invisibility technology and had been set up by invisible personnel to lose his briefcase with a classified document (see details on Part II-E1 of my website). This case proves that invisibility technology is also not used by a real law enforcement officer, nor is it used for anti-terrorism. But the invisible personnel had interfered with John O'Neill's career after they knew he was on the right path to tried to stop terrorist Bin Laden. Why would the invisible personnel want to set up John O'Neill? Because the invisible personnel had used Bin Laden terrorists' 1993 WTC Bombing to obtain advanced military's psychotronic (aka non-lethal) weapons. If they wanted to continuously use Bin Laden terrorist's crime to advance their unlawful interests, they would prevent these terrorists' activities in US from being known by FBI Headquarters. Thus, they set up John O'Neill because he was responsible to anti-terrorism in FBI Headquarters (& later in New York) and in right path (see details on Part II-E1 of my website).
Fourth case, 1995 OKC Bombing. USA Today (20 April '95) reported that Harvey Weathers, of the Oklahoma City Fire Dept., said that the fire department had received a call from the FBI prior to the bombing, stating that there would be "some people entering the city over the weekend." Spotlight reported on 5-19-97, A copy letter of OKC police Yeakey (who sent to an OKC Bombing victim before he was killed) said that ""The man that you and I were talking about in the pictures I have made the mistake of asking too many questions as to his role in the bombing and was told to back off... I was told by several officers he was an ATF agent who was overseeing the bombing plot." Could Yeakey make mistake on his claim? No! Because latest information can support his claim to be true. Based on Associated Press reports (on 2/11/2003), two federal agencies [ATF , FBI] had information on OKC Bombing before it happened. Yeakey also stated: "many police officers convinced that by covering up the truth [OKC Bombing] about the operation gone wrong, that they are actually doing our citizens a favor.." and OKC police Dept. had made "false reports to their fellow officers, citizens of the city and our country." Evidences prove that various law enforcement had prior knowledge on OKC Bombing but the OKC Bombing still happened. It proves that invisible personnel intentionally let the crime happened, or the involved agents and police claimed that invisibility technology would not be used to serve justice.
The fifth case, From Reuters on 9-24-02,_ Congressional 9/11 Hearing to Tackle 'Phoenix Memo, "August 2001, FBI arrest of Moussaoui, who had raised suspicions at a Minnesota flight school and was detained on immigration violations." FBI field agents had requested a search warrant for fully investigating Moussaoui from the Minneapolis office that was denied before the Sept. 11 attacks. But, obviously, local invisible personnel didn't help to investigate Zacarias Moussaoui in Minnesota. Otherwise, by using mind reading device, the invisible personnel would know that Zacarias Moussaoui tried to hijack US air-lines and hit the landmark building. So, the local invisible personnel's absence in the investigation of this case shows either that invisibility technology will not be used to serve justice, or they intentionally avoid the investigating of Zacarias Moussaoui to prevent the terrorists' 9/11 hijacking attacks from being exposed.
The Congressional report on 9/11 attacks prove that some different government agents had prior knowledge on these terrorists' activities. If these agencies had exchanged their information, 9/11 attacks would have been stopped. In 9/11 event, if any government agents or police knew about terrorists' activities and plans, those invisible personnel (involved agents/police & recruited operatives) must also knew about it. Because these invisible personnel (the involved agents/police & operatives) are always secret spy on their colleagues (who do not know invisibility technology). Since they spy on their colleagues, they can secretly collect all important intelligence in every police department, FBI office, etc., which allows them to use their invisible operatives to handle it. So, these invisible personnel can completely control situation from local unit (police department and FBI field office) to federal agencies. Also, these invisible personnel in different agency, police department and foreign invisible personnel will always secretly exchange the collected information to each other in order to control any situation that are related with their interests (This shows their intelligence information are better than their government) in any country.
So, the truth behind 9/11 attacks must be that the invisible personnel pretended that they did not know about the terrorists' activities in US then intentionally let 9/11 attacks happened (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2e1.htm ).
From examining these five events, it is evident that these local invisible personnel have already betrayed the US and used the terrorists' attacks of 9/11 to create terror in order to advance their unlawful interests.
These incidents prove that involved agents and police didn't use invisibility technology to investigate spies and terrorists. Sometime, invisible personnel even interfere with these real law enforcement officers' activities and jobs if something are related with the invisible personnel's own unlawful interests and power. How did all it happen?
Because there is no national border between every country's invisible personnel. So, they are not loyal to their country and don't care spy. When prevent invisible personnel's crime from being exposed, they had betrayed their own country (see details on reported case on Part III-A1 of this website, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm). To pursue their own interests, invisible personnel would let terrorist's attack happened to create terror (see 1993 NY WTC & OKC Bombing case). So, I deduce that anthrax terrorist's suspect must be invisible personnel. Because they have the means, opportunity and motive (to create terror and chaos to advance their unlawful interest as above cases). So, they still cannot capture the anthrax terrorist after the incident passed over a year.
Currently, such kind of situation are worst in local police station because foreign invisible personnel secretly cooperate with involved local police chief (invisible personnel) to unlawfully control everyone's lives (foreign citizens, immigrants & Americans). They secretly exchange collected intelligence information and their targets' life information, share each other with illness/death inducing techniques and advanced weapons. Also, they assist each other to induce illness/death on their targets. So, US involved local police and agents secretly allow foreign invisible personnel to recruit some naturalized US citizens (who originated from the same country) as the foreign operatives. The recruited, naturalized US citizens will become their invisible operatives and work as double agents. Beside they work for foreign invisible personnel, they will also work for involved US local police (invisible personnel) in any life control case and work for free in their spare times. So, local involved police and agents secretly allow these double agents exist because it can increase their manpower to induce illness/death on their targets and work for free (in their spare times). Under such kind of secret cooperation, local invisible personnel (involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives) only pursue unlawful life control on everyone. They never actively capture spies because some of them are accustomed to betray their own country (see details and reported cases on part III-A1 of my website). So, some of invisible personnel become traitors. Others will stay silent on the traitorous invisible personnel's illegal activities (like police's blue wall of silence). US invisible personnel never actively capture KGB spies for US. These spies, Aldrich Ames (former CIA agent) and Robert Hanssen (former FBI counter-agent) could be finally captured because other law enforcement officers (who are not invisible personnel) acquired evidences of these traitors.
Some involved agents and polices use the term "crimes control" to justify keeping invisibility technology a top secret. But, this is only an excuse because invisible personnel should control criminals, terrorists and crimes. However, the invisible personnel use most of time to spy on important Americans who can affect their interests (from the President, Cabinet Secretaries, Congressmen, Governor, to civilians) and unlawfully control their lives. The invisible personnel also spy on terrorists, criminals but will not stop their crimes. Why? Because they prefer to use their crimes to create terror and chaos then advance their unlawful interests and agenda. Thus, to prevent their murders and crimes from knowing by others, the invisible personnel use most of time to spy on important Americans (who can affect their interests) and unlawfully control their lives.
The following two facts prove my statement is true, First, according to April 22, 1971 Congressional record, Majority Leader Boggs said: "Today, as we in the Congress undertake to recover and restore the people's liberty, we find that it is ourselves who are called to account, ourselves who are under surveillance, ourselves who are prisoners of the power which our silence permitted to come into being. Mr. Speaker, I submit that 1984 is closer than we think." Furthermore, only the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system could secretly enter anyone's home/office to monitor every important person's activities or private secret. Thus, former FBI Director Hoover can embarrass or threaten an opponent by exposing the opponent's most personal secret at a critical time.
Second, the former Russian President Boris Yeltsin's remarkable memoirs and interview on Oct. 2000 (The Times UK) prove that beside monitoring on Congressmen's private activities, invisible personnel also secretly spy on the President of US. Thus, the oral sex between Monica Lewinsky & Bill Clinton was also clearly watched by the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system in White House So, former Russian President Boris Yeltsin knew the truth about the Monica Lewinsky affair long before the world did (see details on Part II-A6 of my website).
However, the over trusted, involved agents, police & operatives of surveillance station/system will never admit above facts in order to keep the invisibility technology a top secret.
The above facts prove that "crimes control" is only an excuse because the invisible personnel use most of their time to spy on important American people 24 hours a day (from the President, Congressmen, Governors, to civilians) who can affect their interests (& power). Also, they secretly and unlawfully control everyone's lives with illness/death inducing techniques. Because they become corrupted after they can unlawfully control everyone's lives and public officials over trust them for several decades. Thus, by using citizen control method to control crimes become involved police and agents' rhetoric. Unlawful life control on everyone with invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques is the reality.
The following facts prove my conclusion is true. When protecting their unlawful interests, invisible personnel had induced Alzheimer's disease on former President Reagan, murdered Florida Governor Lawton Chiles, Senator Paul Coverdell and an expert witness Carlos Ghigliotti (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website). Also, there was an event that President Bush fainted on Sunday (1/13/2002). Based on eight circumstantial evidences, it prove that President Bush's fainting was caused by a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my website). Beside Taiwan's inside information, the following messages of Col. Alexander (who developed nonlethal weapons for law enforcement during Clinton term) proves that invisibility technology must has been used by these so-called nonlethal weapons users. So, they can secretly deliver "microwave voice" and use microwave (or Radio wave) weapon to attack American people without being seen by victims.
In the notorious 1980 article "The New Mental Battlefield" in MILITARY REVIEW, John Alexander stated that "The ability to ..cause disease can be transmitted over distance, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent cause. (These weapon) can induce illness, death at little or no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator as a power source." (see details on "The New Mental Battlefield" by John B. Alexander, MILITARY REVIEW, English Ed, Dec. 1980).
According to above information, "the psychotronic weapon would require only a human operator as a power source." To prevent the secret from public's knowing, Col. Alexander didn't explain it in details. So, I will explain it in details with two important points.
(1). This secret is related with invisibility technology: Based on John Alexander's above words, it proves that when using the psychotronic weapon, the human operator need to be physically present (in scene) at same place as his target to be a power source. Obviously, the human operator's functions at scene are two. First one is to control the weapon to attack his target. Second function is that he will also be the weapon's power source - this point will be explained in details on (2). Thus, when the victims are attacked with radio-frequency (psychotronic) weapon, or heard "microwave voices", there must be some human operators at same place (scene) as their victims to use their psychotronic weapons (radio-frequency weapon or microwave voice device) on their victims. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who complained of being "zapped by radio waves" or heard "voices" never saw anybody use radio-frequency weapon, or microwave voice device against them where they were victimized.

When elderly parents and young children in the family become targets
for apparent purposes of intimidation. This situation has been reported
in eight of our cases, to date.
Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed. It is also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory ("hearing" microwave voices - Alan Yu note) input.
*Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention thus far. FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or " are hearing voices..."
"* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency
of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government
harassment as the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above,
it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment.

Why didn't the above victims see any human operator who used microwave (or radio wave) weapon to zap them, or used microwave voice device to deliver voice to them (then cause them hearing voices)? Because these human operators and weapons have used invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny. Thus, although many victims had been attacked by these weapons, they could not see these invisible personnel and their weapons. Thus, combined with John Alexander's messages and these victims' experiences, it does proves that invisibility technology has been used by local involved agents & police and their recruited operatives to make them and weapons invisible. Thus, those invisible personnel can use their weapons (or microwave voice device) on their targets without being seen. The facts tell that invisibility technology has been used by non-lethal weapons users. However, to prevent the invisibility technology from leaking to society, these victims had been falsely accused as mentally disturbed (see above reported cases). Based on MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, State and local law enforcement have obtained so-called nonlethal weapons (infrasound, high power microwave weapon, radio-frequency, etc.) and mind control equipment (see details on Part I-B1 of my website).
The above victims cannot get help from local police and FBI because the harassment could be caused by some of local involved FBI agents and police (including involved police of University) of surveillance station/system with invisibility technology. This information further confirm that the above conclusion is true that nonlethal weapons users have used invisibility technology. Also it proves that inside information from Taiwan about invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques have been used in surveillance station/system is completely true.
(2). This secret is related with unlawful life control: I will further explain that why the psychotronic weapon would require only a human operator as a power source.
According to Spring 1998 report _The Mind Has No Firewall" by Timothy L. Thomas Parameters, US Army War College, " A psychotronic generator, which produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks, supply pipes, and incandescent lamps"
So, carrying a psychotronic generation, invisible personnel can attack their targets from a nearby electronic device or hidden emitter (e.g. Microwave Oven, battery, lamps, TV) in people's home/office, car, boats, plane, buildings, etc.) without unknowing persons' knowledge.
It means that in current society, many hidden psychotronic weapon (electronic device) and hidden emitters already exist in citizens' homes/workplaces, cars, boats, planes, or public buildings, banks, shopping center, business stores, etc. These electronic device include household appliances (TV, monitor, electronic cooker, radio networks, microwave oven, incandescent lamps), telephone lines, supply pipes, light poles, lawnmower, etc. . Thus, there are always hidden psychotronic weapons surrounding a citizen, no matter where the citizen is (even in White House). Thus, if they want to attack a target, it only needs an invisible operator who use a psychotronic generator (as power source) to power a nearby electric device (e.g. TV, Microwave oven, lamp, etc.) or hidden emitter (on light pole) and attack the target from the target's home/workplace, vehicle, or from a bank, shopping center, light poles, etc. without the victim's knowledge.
For example, the tiny invisible personnel can use the psychotronic generator to produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation (or radio waves) to attack a target at his home through TV, monitor, microwave oven. So, why would involved agents and police use the reason of anti-terrorism to request military psychotronic weapons in Clinton administration. Because some lethal weapon (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, sonic weapon) are not installed in the household appliance (e.g. TV. microwave oven, etc.). Thus, if they want to quickly murder a target at home, they need radio-frequency, laser weapon. If they want to murder an aware target, they use the infrasound weapon to avoid the target's knowledge. Also, if they want to intentionally cause car accident to kill a driver, or secretly destroy a target's car, they need HPM (high power microwave weapon (see reported cases on Part I-E2 of my website). Obviously, under such kind of circumstance and after local police obtain military psychotronic weapons in 1994, Americans are under unlawful life control by local police and recruited operatives with invisibility technology, psychotronic weapons & illness/death inducing techniques.

The following information proves that Col. John Alexander (who developed advanced mind control technology and nonlethal weapon for invisible warrior/invisible personnel) also involved the technology of abduction and create the appearance of UFO. Invisibility technology can be used to create the appearance of UFO because the personnel and equipment can levitate after enter invisible electromagnetic field.

PSYCHOTRONIC UFO ABDUCTIONS
The Federal Agency has acquired enough high tech psychotronic devices to zap the minds of targeted victims and if necessary even create the APPEARANCE of UFO abductions as an experimental method to conceal a program of injecting tiny computer tracking-chips into targeted subjects. Many of non-lethal weapons projects, in which Col. Alexander is involved, have the technical capability to create the effects of ARTIFICIAL UFO abductions, via holography and electromagnetic mind control techniques.
NEXUS reported that Alexander is a member of the secret U.S. Government
"Aviary" Group (made up of CIA and defense officials), which has been involved
in repeated efforts to plant PHONY UFO stories.

This information must be true because there was a news report in 1943 and two eye-witnesses prove that two US sailors had become invisible and then brought away from a Philadelphia Tavern (see details on Part II-A1 of my website).
This information and above facts further proves that inside information from Taiwan about invisibility technology and invisible personnel's criminal activities are completely true.
If any congressman still doesn't believe invisibility technology existence, I hope Congressmen can invite Col. John Alexander and Ms. Janet Morris to present a Congress hearing and ask them about invisibility technology. I guarantee the invisibility technology is true and will accept any punishment if I tell lie about invisible personnel's murders and crimes.
When the military transferred the so-called nonlethal weapons (including mind control device) to involved agents and police, law enforcement promised that these psychotronic weapons would be mainly used against terrorists and drug traffickers (see details on Part IV-A3 of my website)
However, after so-called nonlethal (psy) weapons have been transferred to involved agents and police of law enforcement, involved agents and police (invisible personnel) of surveillance station/system used these weapons (e.g. radio-frequency, acoustic bullets, microwave weapon) to induce symptoms of Alzheimer's disease on former President Reagan in 1994, induced cerebral hemorrhage on Florida Governor Lawton Chiles in 1995, then induced his heart to fail in 1998, murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique to influence Presidential election in 2000, and induced heart-attack on an expert witness Carlos Ghigliotti (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website).
Also, when seeking comprehensive gun control, the invisible personnel had used microwave voice device to drive some violent students to cause mass murder in 1997 Mississippi, 1998 Oregon and 1999 Colorado school shootings which increased public's fears on gun violation (see details on Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website). If they can get rid of all guns, American people will not have guns for self-defense. Thus, invisible personnel can induce illness/death on Americans without fears. Also, a special group of invisible personnel (who practice martial art) can easily use invisibility technology to abduct an aware, tough target from victim's home/office, vehicle, etc. And then, they can erase the target's memory to eliminate him (see details on Part II-D2 of my website), or induce death on the victim with radio-frequency weapon but the victim's death appears as the result of natural causes (see Dr. Wiley's case on Part II-A14 of my website).
Also, on 1-13-2001, President Bush fainted in White House. This event have eight circumstantial evidences to prove that it was a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my website). These facts tell that after abusing illness/death inducing techniques with advanced mind control device (skull zappers/ELF), the invisible personnel could secretly assassinate the President to die as if the result of natural causes. It is same as the insides of CIA inducing death research (in 1950s) concern/forecast about the vulnerability of US leaders to assassination by "natural causes."
The above happened murders and crimes prove that invisible personnel's crimes dramatically increase after the involved agents and police of surveillance station/system obtained advanced nonlethal (psy) weapons in Dec. 1993 to increase their murder and mind control abilities.
Above facts also prove that their mind control school shootings and mind control other to kill cases also increase because they obtained advanced technology on mind control device (ELF/skull zapper) since 1995 from military. To prove my statement is true, I would use a 1995 news report to clarify it.
When transferring nonlethal (psy) weapon to law enforcement from military, what particularly worries civilian scientist is a classified Pentagon contract issued earlier this year for the development of high-power electromagnetic generators that interfere with human brain waves. According to Spotlight magazine on 7/31/1995 report, "These electronic "skull-zappers (ELF)" are designed to invade the mind and short-circuit its synapses -- the tiny electric impulses that control our behavior," says Dr. Emery Horvath, a professor of physics at Harvard University. "it may be used to disorient entire crowds, or to manipulate individuals into self-destructive acts. It's a terrifying weapon," says Prof. Arno Roche of Columbia University. "But the use of mind altering electronic emissions may be even worse. It's use does not just violate the law," he added. "It effectively annuls every protection the Constitution provides for your people."
However, the invisible personnel never used these nonlethal (psy) weapons to stop terrorists' attack (see details on Part VIII-A of my website). Also, every country's invisible personnel never kill terrorist Osama Bin Laden before he entered Afghanistan -no matter he was in any country, or kill any leader of gang in their country.
From above happened cases, we find that only law abiding citizens, witnesses, judges, public officials (including former President, Governor, Senator, etc.) are their victims and have been induced illness, or murdered. Why? Because the involved agents, police of surveillance station/system simply disliked these Americans who affected their unlawful interests. These facts prove that invisibility technology is not really used on the criminals/terrorists control but have been combined with illness/death inducing techniques (& psy weapons) to unlawfully control every American's life.
Thus, invisibility technology does not have anything to do with national security. Current invisibility technology is neither used to investigate spies, nor terrorists (& criminals). However, it is virtually only used by the invisible personnel to unlawfully control everyone's lives. Especially, the psychotronic weapons (aka nonlethal weapons) includes anti-personnel weapons (e.g. radio-frequency weapon), anti-material weapon (HPM, electromagnetic pulse), and advanced mind control device (e.g. ELF/skull zappers). Since local law enforcement obtained advance psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons) in 1994, they have betrayed the public officials to induce symptoms of Alzheimer's disease on former President Reagan, murder Florida Governor Lawton Chiles, Senator Paul Coverdell and expert witness (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website). The involved police (invisible personnel) have betrayed the public to mind control violent student to kill (see details on Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website). The invisibility technology had been also used to steal money, or even can be used to deliver drugs, stealing ballots, document, etc. (see details on Part II-A6, A7 of my website). From 1993-2002, the so-called nonlethal (psy) weapons (including mind control device and psy weapon) have been used by local law enforcement officers almost ten years. Look what they have done in past ten years (as above cases), you would know the reality of invisibility technology and so-called nonlethal (psy) weapon abusing situation.
Today, we must judge these law enforcement involved agents and police of surveillance station/system based on their above records in the past ten years, but not their untrue promises. Because these involved agents and police (invisible personnel) are accustomed to lie and abuse their promise to earn public officials' trust. We cannot trust their untrue promise and fall into their Traps anymore. Because they become corrupted and have been trained to have evil personality in using mind control technology. So, we need to enact comprehensive law to regulate these invisibility technology users (involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives of surveillance station/system).
Thus, keeping invisibility technology a top secret, it only cause invisible personnel to further become the most corrupted group. Because unless invisibility technology being declassified, the involved police and agents of surveillance station/system can always use above three reasons to cover invisible personnel's murders. Also, they can easily mind control the unaware violent person to kill and simply accuse the mind control target were mentally ill. Now, I would use several happened murder cases to prove my above conclusion is true.
For example, when Florida Governor Lawton Chiles was riding a stationary-bike, some invisible personnel secretly entered his mansion and used radio-frequency weapon to attack him from his back in 1998. It caused him to have "an abnormal heart rhythm". The quickly increasing heart-beat caused his heart to fail then died. About eight hour later his body was found near an exercise bike. Since there was no evidence of an intruder, no external signs of injury on Gov. Chiles, no evidence of a struggle, Lawton Chiles' death was simply ruled by local law enforcement as the result of natural causes (see details on Part II-C2 of my website).
Another example, Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti (the expert witness) who was healthy, only 42 years old and had no heart problem, suddenly died of heart-attack in his office. It was murdered by invisible personnel with radio-frequency weapon. However, based on above same cover way (no evidence of an intruder, no external signs of injury on the victim, and no evidence of a struggle), his death had been ruled by police as the result of natural causes. So, the above method is their typical tactic of involved agents and police to mislead public and quickly close a homicide case that is committed by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-C4). Also, although JonBenét Ramsey was most likely murdered by invisible personnel, they never try to investigate invisible personnel (see details on Part II-C5 of my website).
Sometime, the invisible personnel will use their advanced mind control device to drive a mentally ill person to kill (see Andrea Yates case on Part II-A18 of my web). Because it can mislead the public that "hearing voices" were only caused by mentally ill persons. If people are convinced, it can stop they further investigation. This can prevent people from knowing the truth that people hearing microwave voice are delivered by invisible personnel.
If invisibility technology can be declassified, it will not affect surveillance on criminals because they cannot see invisible personnel. To stop the international organized crime of invisible personnel continuously mind control others to kill, steal ballots to influence an important election (see details on Part II-A7 of my website), abduct their target from victim's home/office, vehicle (see Dr. Wiley's case details on Part II-A14 of my website), deny Americans basic rights to life and use above three reasons to cover their murders, invisibility technology must be declassified.
So, the local police chiefs and directors of these involved government agencies (e.g., NIJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, SSA, Military Intelligence Agencies) are taking a reckless gamble in gathering intelligence and surveillance if they allow their agents and police to continuously use invisibility technology without any limitations.
