Not only were the anthrax attacks launched from within US, but US troops also didn't find weaponized anthrax in Iraq and Afghanistan. Thus, the anthrax attacks on the US must be caused by the invisible personnel who stole anthrax bacteria from military lab to terrorize Americans (see details on http://members.aol.com/colonelyu/part2a12.htm ).

Facts prove that the involved agents/police (and their operatives) had neither used invisibility technology to identify/arrest the terrorists behind the anthrax attack, nor used their world-wide intelligence network to locate Bin Laden.  What is the real reason that they can't find Bin Laden and the terrorists behind the anthrax attacks? The real reason is that US invisible personnel either did not join this war against terrorists, or even might have intentional used the terrorists' attacks to advance their unlawful interests/power.

What is the invisibility technology? According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment had been developed successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will become invisible, tiny and can levitate.  The tiny invisible personnel and weapon are unsuitable for military use. So,  it had been transferred for use in surveillance system. In 1950s, this invisibility technology was transferred to Taiwan's surveillance system.

Since the invisibility technology also has levitation effect, invisible personnel can move like flying ants by wearing propulsion devices on their backs.  They can gently fly onto a victim's body without victim's knowledge.  If they land on the victim's head, they can use equipment such as mind machine to read the victim's mind.  If they land on victim's body, they can use their weapons to target victim's vital organs to induce illness/death.  But so far, their scientists still cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field.

This secret surveillance system is an unlawful life control communist surveillance system because it was established based on atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to explain it in details.  Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s.  As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its atheistic and materialistic beliefs.  He believes that God does not exist.  So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in his/her life would not be a factor in his decision.  He also believes that human beings are purely composed of materials and without souls.  So, he regards people's lives as properties, and in communism, properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed.  During 1950s, these beliefs led him to establish a life control communist surveillance system that control everyone's life in Taiwan through the use of invisible personnel, psychotronic weapons, and illness/death inducing methods.

Although all Taiwan's people have been indoctrinated with Dr. Sun Yat-Sen's "Three Principles of the People", these invisible personnel's beliefs are different.  Why? Because  Atheism, materialism and communism are the beliefs behind life control surveillance system, and all of the invisible personnel and their operatives are specially trained to believe these doctrines.  These beliefs will change these invisible personnel's mentalities to treat other persons just like objects/materials.  Thus, they can cruelly control others' lives and induce illness/death on any target without hesitation.   When advancing their interests, invisible personnel would toy with people's health or kill people using psychotronic weapons.

Also, these invisible personnel's activities prove that they are secret life control communists and worse than regular communists.  Why?

(1).  Like Communists, these invisible personnel are secretly trained to believe in atheism, materialism, and communism even when they are living in a democratic country.
(2).  Regular communists want to control all materials and re-distribute wealth and properties to establish a system that keep communists as the ruling class.  But these invisible personnel are worse than regular communists.
Why? Instead trying to control all materials, these invisible personnel use mind control technologies and life control weapons to control everyone's life/health and manipulate their thoughts.  They will "distribute" illness/death on their targets to manipulate events in favor of their own interests.  So, these invisible personnel can become a secret ruling class "pulling the strings behind the scene" (e.g. they secretly induced death on Chiang Kai-Shek's vice president Cheng-Chen to help Chiang Ching-Kuo becoming the successor of Taiwan President).  So, based on these invisible personnel's secret activities, they can be described as secret life control communists.

Chiang Ching-Kuo also believes that all the people need to be spied on and controlled (like in communist society) to maintain control over country.  To achieve this, the invisible personnel must be able to mind/life control everyone's lives and control people's work, assets, and incomes.  Thus, his invisible personnel recruited operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants, temples/churches, many different media, psychics, psychiatric institutions, etc.).  These operatives are used to mind/life control their acquaintances (co-workers, relatives, neighbors, associates, friends, etc.) when needed.  This allows them to maintain total control over the country.

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility technology from all other public officials (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek, etc.).  The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with them.  President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly informed him of it after the invisible personnel injured President Chiang's knee (see details on Part II-A of my website).

When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives, and even countries.  Why would they betray their relatives and countries?

According to Taiwan's inside information, there is a secret agreement between every country's invisible personnel.  Part of their secret agreement is that these invisible personnel belong to a secret international life control group/organization.  Also, an invisible personnel would treat other invisible personnel (even invisible personnel of other countries) as if  their new "blood brothers/sisters."  (This is also like how gangs are organized.  They will swear an oath to be each other's "blood brothers/sisters").  In the invisible personnel's mind, they no longer treat their biological relatives as family anymore.  Why?  In the invisible personnel's mind, their organization is their "real" family and are more important than their biological relatives.  Their unlawful interests/power and future are tie to the organization.  Thus, after they treat other invisible personnel as their new "blood relatives", they don't regard their biological relatives as their family anymore.  Furthermore, these biological relatives will be treated as potential life/mind control targets. When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they would betray their biological relatives (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek was injured by the invisible operatives of Chiang Ching-Kuo).

Also, the relationship between these invisible personnel of many countries can be described with a communist's slogan - "There is no national border between them."  Because the members of international invisible personnel are like a new big "family".  They will share intelligence information, new life control weapon and illness/death inducing techniques with each other. They will also help each other to induce illness/death on any target.  So, they can secretly control anyone's life in the world to advance their unlawful interests/power. Since the unlawful life control communist surveillance system in Taiwan was secretive and evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil in US and other countries because three reasons.
(a). The invisibility technology and some illness/death inducing techniques were originally transferred from US and Taiwan was the secret test field. (b).  They have same ultimate goal of becoming the secret ruling class in any country.  To accomplish their common goal, they share with each other secret technologies (e.g., mind control technologies, psychotronic weapons, illness/death inducing techniques, etc.).   For example,  By using the same cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique, they can caused their targets' to develop cerebral hemorrhage.  This can happen to any target living in any country with life control surveillance system.  So, these cases will be widespread and  then invisible personnel can easily mislead the public that these victims' cerebral hemorrhages resulted from natural causes. These invisible personnel's secret life control activities and cooperation with foreign nationals have been going on in secret for several decades (see details on Part III-A1 of my website).  Preserving their unlawful life control power has become invisible personnel's first priority. Nothing can stand in its way, not even US national security.

By using life control method, they want to become the real ruling class forever like communists.  To conceal their goals of being real ruling class (as communists) in every country in the world, these invisible personnel currently only want to be the secret ruling class to pull the strings behind scene in every country.  However, during important elections, they will manipulate it to advance their unlawful interests/power (e.g. The the Presidential election in 2000). Their secret life control power, common interests, common goal and common beliefs have caused them to become an international life control communist group (that include all invisible personnel around the world) who will pursue their unlawful interests/power against their government.

However, these invisible personnel will deny that they are life control communists and will only admit that they are atheists.  So, the unknowing public will not easily believe these facts (these invisible personnel had secretly cooperated to control everyone's life as an international life control communist group) to be true. Thus, I would like to use an analogy to describe the relationship between every country's invisible personnel and the relation between the invisible personnel with their governments

In a sense, the relationship between these invisible personnel group and their governments is like the relationship between "labor unions" and "their employers". But the difference is that the labor union is legal, and they bargains with the employers for more labor benefits through legal means. The invisible personnel's "union/group" is an unlawful, secret  organization.  Also, it is a criminal and international group. Their "union" is unlawful because their organization and activities are  covert. Their "union" is criminal because they seek to expand their own unlawful power and interests against the national interest of their countries/employers through illegal means (commit crimes, murders and even treason). Their "union" is international. The international means the international invisible personnel organization has the monopolistic ability to secretly collect intelligence information on any important person (e.g., President, cabinet secretary, etc.) of every country, so these invisible personnel group has the most influence on each country.  Since they will share all important intelligence information (that are related with their unlawful interests) with each other, they can easily commit crimes (e.g. launching the anthrax attacks through the mail) without government detection.

Also, they know how to block/disrupt governmental agencies and public officials from receiving intelligence information that might expose the invisible personnel's unlawful interests/crimes.  For example on the Internet, they can censor posts to newsgroups and intercept e-mails.  So, they can prevent public officials and government agencies from receiving important information from citizens by blocking these e-mails/posts  (e.g. they frequently censor Alan Yu's posts which describe their crimes on Usenet and intercept Alan Yu's e-mails to the public officials and the President.  Because I frequently report the invisible personnel's crimes to Attorney General and The president). Based on this capability of blocking and their ability of collecting intelligence anywhere, the international invisible personnel union's activities will be out of any government's control. Also, the invisible personnel can get many foreign invisible personnel's assistance to cover up their murders, crimes and mislead the public.

Now, I would like to use facts/incidents to prove that US invisible personnel are life control communists just like Taiwan's invisible personnel.  Why?

Regular communists want to control all materials then re-distribute wealth and properties to establish a system that keep communist as the ruling class forever.  Currently, the US invisible personnel (involved police/agents and recruited operatives) secret control everyone's life/health anywhere (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1b1.htm ).

They also secretly distribute illness/death on their targets (with illness/death inducing techniques).   Their unlawful life control ability allow them to secretly manipulate major political and economical events in their favors (e.g. the 2000 Presidential election see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c3.htm  ).
By using illness/death inducing techniques and mind control technologies, these invisible personnel also want to become an secret ruling class "pulling the strings behind the scene".
First example, to promote gun control, US invisible personnel have used microwave voice device and mind control technologies to drive violent student to cause mass murder in 1998 Oregon school shooting and 1997 Mississippi school shooting (see details on

Why will the invisible personnel promote gun control? The liberals pursue gun control because they want to stop gun violence and pursue a peaceful society. But these invisible personnel's goal is different. They pursue gun control for unlawful life control. If Americans don't have guns for self-defense, these invisible personnel can induce illness/death on anyone without fears.

Second example, US invisible personnel disliked former Florida Governor Lawton Chiles because he strongly support gun rights.  Thus, they secretly induced Florida Governor to have cardiac arrest and died (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm ).

Third example, US invisible personnel had murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique and taken other two actions to disrupt George Bush Presidential campaign in 2000 because they dislike President Bush (see
http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c3.htm   ). On 1/13/2002, they had tried to assassinate President Bush with illness/death inducing techniques. How can I make this statement?  There are eight circumstantial evidences to prove that President Bush's fainting (on 1/13/02) was a failed assassination attempt by the invisible personnel (see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a15.htm  ).

Power always corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Currently, most invisible personnel had become corrupted after they unlawfully obtained absolute power to control everyone's life with illness/death inducing techniques. Thus, their activities have crossed the line and broken the law. Obviously, these invisible personnel are not under any government's or public official's control. How can I prove it?   I would explain it in details.

Current local invisible personnel and recruited invisible operatives are controlled by local involved government agents and involved police chiefs (including involved University police chiefs).  To advance their unlawful interests and life control power, the invisibility technology is mainly used by them to commit crimes (e.g. murders and mind control school shootings) in order to advance their unlawful interests/power.  For example, they had murdered Governor, Senator, expert witness (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm , http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c3.htm , http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c4.htm ).

Also, these invisible personnel intentionally keep the invisibility technology a top secret without public officials' knowledge. Thus, these invisible personnel can easily commit crimes, use microwave voice device to drive unaware target crazy, and even use mind control technologies to drive violent students to kill to promote gun control (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2d1.htm , http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2d2.htm ).

Thus, even many public officials in US Justice Department do not know invisibility technology exist and cannot use it to investigate spies and terrorists. This is also because these invisible personnel are not loyal to their country. Thus, the invisibility technology is neither used for national security purpose (investigating spies or terrorists), nor used to control crimes (see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2e1.htm ). It is mainly used by involved police chiefs/agents to unlawfully control Americans' lives and manipulate Americans' health to advance their own unlawful interests/power against their governments (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2e1.htm , or http://members.aol.com/colonelyu1/part2e1.htm ).

The following incidents proved that the invisibility technology and life control surveillance system had not been used to protect national security.  For example,  Cox Washington Bureau published an article on 08-18-02: "Edward Lee Howard, a former CIA Agent Who Defected to Soviet Unions in 1985". "On Sept. 20, 1985, FBI agents interviewed Howard and put him under surveillance. With his wife's help, however, he ditched the tail and fled the country on Sept. 21 on a flight bound for Helsinki. According to Russian sources, however, the 'spy who got away' traveled repeatedly to the United States after his defection without the CIA or FBI's knowledge."

This incident proves that invisibility technology was not used by the FBI agents to investigate spy case when Edward Howard was put under surveillance. Otherwise, the tiny invisible personnel would fly onto the Howard's head and stay on his head wherever he goes.  Then, Howard's wife certainly could not help Howard to ditch the FBI agents and fled to Moscow.  This traitor had also traveled repeatedly back into the US without CIA and FBI's knowledge.  Obviously, after Edward Howard became a traitor, he should be a "most wanted" person.  Since the life control surveillance network gives the invisible personnel "total awareness" on important persons' movements into the country, the invisible personnel had to know that Howard sneaked back into the US repeatedly.  Yet, they never alerted FBI to arrest Howard.  This proves that keeping spies under close surveillance and capturing them are obviously not the invisible personnel's concern and business.  So, the invisibility technology is only used by involved agents and police (invisible personnel) to advance unlawful life control on Americans (see Part I-B1 of my website, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1b1.htm ).

If Invisible personnel had worked to protect US National Security, Aldrich Ames (former CIA senior agent) would not be able to work as a KGB spy inside the CIA for over ten years without being discovered.  Nor, would Robert Hanssen (FBI' senior counter-intelligence agent) be able to work for the KGB for over twenty years without being discovered.  Until the above two spies had been captured, US invisible personnel (involved agents/police and recruited operatives) did not make any contribution on these spy cases.  Facts prove that these invisible personnel either don't care about National Security, or are unable to identify spy.   It doesn't matter which of these above two reason is the real reason.  These invisible personnel's past records prove that they do not qualify to work for National Security (investigate spies or terrorists) anymore.  Furthermore, some invisible personnel intentionally let terrorists' attack to occur in order to advance their unlawful interests/power (1993 WTC Bombing - see details on next example).  To protect National security, and political leaders/Americans' lives,  these heads of local invisible personnel (involved local police chiefs, University police chiefs and agents who use invisibility technology) must be fired or their positions must be changed.

For example, The 1993 World Trade Center bombing.  According to New York Time's article (10-27-1993),  the involved agents and police had a secret informer who infiltrated the terrorist group which carried out the 1993 WTC bombing.  The article also stated:  "A New York City police detective working with FBI, told Mr. Salem, who was getting $500 a week from the government, that if he wanted a $1 million informer's fee, he should press for $1.5 million and then negotiate."  Telling the secret informer to ask for such high informer's fee showed that these involved police might want to get some kick-back money (probably several hundred thousands dollars).  Since the secret informer was already on the government's payroll ($500 dollars a week), he was already a government "employee."  He should not be able to bargain for an enormous sum in informer's fee.  The article also reported that secret informer had several disagreements with these involved agents/police over the undiscovered operation.  The "handler" pushed the secret informer to supply real explosives instead of fakes to the terrorists. Since the FBI and police was monitoring/investigating this terrorist group's activities, it is incredible that these terrorists could bombed the World Trade Center in 1993 without being arrested first.  It seems that these involved agents/police intentionally forgot to use invisibility technology to secretly monitor terrorists' every movement. Obviously, the fact tells that the involved agents/police intentionally let 1993 WTC Bombing happened to create terror and chaos on the public then pursue their unlawful interests.  The article also stated:  "Federal officials have acknowledged in the past that they dropped Mr. Salem as an informer sometime before the trade center bombing, they said he never provided detailed information of the attack in advance."  However, if a secret informer really didn't cooperate, the law enforcement officer could make him a dead man by leaking to the terrorist that the informer was working for the government.  With such of a threat hanging over his head, it is unbelievable that a secret informer would not provide detailed information to these involved agents/police.  Furthermore, according to above NY Time (10/27/93) report, "the most striking passages in the transcripts show Mr. Salem agonizing over what he suggests was the failure of FBI, despite his information, to halt the Feb. 26 bombing of the trade center."   This is a contradicting statement against the statement of involved agents.

Beside using a secret informer, the involved agents and police must had personally used invisibility technology to track the terrorists group, or used civilian invisible operatives to track these terrorists.  This is a common multiple surveillance method.  They usually use multiple surveillance method to monitor important targets to insure everything is under control.  So, the involved agents and police must had clearly known these terrorists' activities and plan before these terrorists took actions.

If the involved agents and police deny that they know about invisibility technology or have used it, they are lying.  Because many incidents in US prove that they had used the invisibility technology before 1993.  For examples, in 1980s, invisibility technology had been used with mind machine to read a prisoner's mind in Utah State prison by involved police (see details Part I-A1 of my website, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1a1.htm ).   Also, in a 1992 report, "Microwave Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation" by Julianne McKinney, many reported cases prove that involved agents and police had used the invisibility technology against average American civilian before 1971 (see details on Part I-B of my website).  The facts prove that at least since 1980s, the involved police/agents had used the invisibility technology. Why couldn't they use the invisibility technology or civilian invisible operatives to monitor these terrorists?  So, if the involved agents/police claim that they did not know about invisibility technology, or forgot to use the invisibility technology on this case, it is obvious a lie.  Also, it proves that invisibility technology is only used by them to commit crimes. Thus, they certainly and must clearly knew these terrorists' activities and plans in 1993 WTC Bombing case  How could the involved field agent and police simply mislead the public and public officials by claiming that they didn't have detailed knowledge of terrorists' activities because their secret informer (Mr. Salem) didn't cooperate with them.   Beside this secret informer's information, the involved field agent and police must had also tracked the terrorists with the invisible personnel.  So, they must be fully aware of these terrorists' plan.  Yet,  they still didn't stop the WTC Bombing in 1993.  The only logical explanation is that they intentionally committed treason against the US and betrayed the public to let the bombing occurred.  The goal is to use the 1993 WTC Bombing to create an environment of terror and chaos in order to advance their unlawful interests and expansion of their power (see http://members.aol.com/colonelyu/part8a.htm ).

So, on 2-26-93, a bomb exploded in WTC, killing seven people, injuring as many as 700 and setting off a terrorist alert.  This is obviously the fault of these involved agent & police (who use invisibility technology) for not stopping it.  Facts proved that after the 1993 WTC Bombing, the unsuspecting Clinton administration allowed military grade nonlethal weapon to be transferred to local law enforcement. It has caused seriously unlawful life control on any Americans.

According to Washington Post (3-23-94): under Clinton's administration, "The Pentagon and the Justice Department have agreed to share state-of-the-art military technology with civilian law enforcement agencies, including exotic 'non-lethal' weapons.'"

After reviewing the above history, one can conclude that the real motives of involved agents and police (who intentionally let the 1993 WTC Bombing happened) was to create an environment of terror and chaos which would be conducive for them to acquire more power and better weapons/equipment (military grade non-lethal weapons) for the reason of "anti-terrorism" in 1994.   After they had obtained military grade non-lethal weapon to increase their unlawful life control and mind control capabilities, these involved agents, police (invisible personnel) only use the military grade non-lethal weapon to induce illness/death on Americans who knew their secrets, and  whom they disliked.  Thus, the invisible personnel induced the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease on former President Reagan in 1994 to prevent invisibility technology from being exposed in his memoir/biography; murdered Florida Governor Lawton Chiles with cardiac arrest inducing technique in 1998 because he strongly supported gun rights; murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing techniques in 2000 to disrupt George W Bush's Presidential campaign; induce an expert witness (Dr. Edward Allard) to have cerebral hemorrhage and murdered another expert witness (Carlos Ghigliotti) with heart-attack inducing technique in 2000 (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website, or see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c1.htm ,

This string of events proves that involved agents and police only use invisibility technology to conceal their crimes of unlawful life control and elimination targets for their own unlawful interests.  Also, it appears that they would have used the crimes (e.g. 1993 WTC Bombing) of Bin Laden's terrorist group as a tool to create terror and chaos in order to advance their unlawful interests, life control weapon and power (see details on Part I-B1 of my website).

Furthermore, the Congressional report on 9/11 attacks proves that some different government agents had prior knowledge on some of 9/11 attacks terrorists' activities. If these agencies had exchanged their information, 9/11 attacks would have been stopped. In the 9/11 attacks, if any police or government agents knew about the terrorists' activities and plans, then those invisible personnel (involved agents/police & recruited operatives) must also knew about it. This is because these invisible personnel are always secretly spying on their colleagues (who do not know about invisibility technology). Since they spy on their colleagues, they can secretly collect all important intelligence in every police department, FBI office, etc., which allows them to use their invisible operatives to manipulate these intelligence in their favor.  So, these invisible personnel can completely control situation in every FBI/police office and department.

Also, these invisible personnel in different agency, police department and foreign invisible personnel will always secretly exchange the collected intelligence information with each other in order to control whole situation in a country  (This shows their intelligence information are better than their governments) in any country.

What is their motives if these invisible personnel intentionally let 9/11 attacks happened? The 9/11 terrorists' attacks would damage US economy and ruin US during Bush's administration. Also, White House was one of the 9/11 terrorists' target.  These invisible personnel might try to use terrorists' attack to assassinate President Bush: How can I make this charge?  These invisible personnel disliked Bush and had tried to disrupt George Bush's Presidential campaign in 2000. They secretly murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique because he supported Bush and was responsible for Republican National Convention. How can I prove that the 9/11 attack could be also a failed assassination? Although a hijacked plane  crashed in Pennsylvania, the terrorists' original target was White House. Also, after 9/11 terrorists' plane failed to hit White House, the invisible personnel tried to use choke inducing techniques to assassinate President Bush. How can I prove it? Because there are eight circumstantial evidences which prove that President Bush's fainting (on 1/13/02) was a failed assassination attempt by the invisible personnel (see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a15.htm ).

Also, when the war on Afghanistan began, anthrax attacks had been sent anthrax through US mails to terrorize Americans (see http://members.aol.com/colonelyu1/part2a12.htm ).

In the anthrax attacks, the following three goal had been achieved. (a). The Central Command (Coalition military command center) is located in Florida. The Anthrax attacks also started in Florida. It can secretly help Bin Laden group to interfere with the coalition's war on terrorists. (b). It terrorize Americans, increases the public's fears and stop Congressmen/Senators from receiving citizens'  complaints/suggestions through mails. Because I had sent reports through mail to Congress about the invisible personnel's treason and crimes after they intentionally censor my e-mails to public officials on internet. (c). it diverts the public's attention from focusing on their crimes of murders/assassinations (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm ), mind controlling other to kill (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2d1.htm ) which I had posted on newsgroups and my website on internet. Based on above goals, motives and the fact that invisible personnel did not use invisibility technology to find anthrax terrorists during anthrax attacks, it can conclude that these invisible personnel (or their recruited bio-scientist) must be prime suspects of anthrax attacks. Since some invisible personnel are involved agents/police, It must be the real reason that they cannot capture the anthrax terrorists so far.  How can I make this charge on the involved police/agents (invisible personnel) and their operatives? Beside above goals, motives and  facts, I would further use an information to prove it.
According to UNCLOAKING THE CIA (p. 181 published by The Free Press in 1978), the former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo said in 1971 when he was police chief: "We know everything about the troublemakers. And we know who comes into the town, we know who's going to leave it. when they're going to leave it."

Police chiefs can know everything about troublemakers in a city under one of the following two conditions. (1). Totalitarian regime: The entire population is under surveillance and population's mobility is restricted. Thus, everybody are forced to stay within fixed community, so the police and everybody know exactly who then trouble-makers are. It is kind of like living in a small town, everybody know each other. Thus, if any stranger enter the town, he will be identify as stranger by everyone who meet him in town. However, this does not applies to Philadelphia
City because US is a free country and Philadelphia is a large metropolis. (2). They use invisible personnel in surveillance system and these personnel can enter people's homes for close surveillance. If there were no invisible personnel in surveillance system to secretly enter people's homes/offices, vehicles, etc. and keep a close eye on these troublemakers, a police chief of a large city certainly cannot know everything about them. admission shows that the invisible personnel have been secretly used on Americans by local involved police/agents before 1971.  Otherwise, the police chiefs cannot know everything about the troublemakers. Also, these invisible personnel network must readily share their information
between federal and local agents/police.   Thus, former Philadelphia
police chief Frank Rizzo's frankly admitted in 1971: "We know everything about the troublemakers [because these invisible personnel spy on them]. And we know who comes into the town [because other city invisible personnel will inform him], we know who's going to leave it .when they're going to leave it [because their own local invisible personnel inform him]."). .

Base on former Philadelphia police chief Frank Rizzo's frank admission in 1971, Americans must have some questions to ask these involved police chiefs and agents.  Why these involved police chiefs/agents neither stop anthrax attacks in advance, nor can capture these anthrax terrorists so far?!    Also, the 9/11 attacks did not suddenly happen, the terrorists lived in US and had been planning for years. How can these involved police chiefs/agents convince us that they really did not know these 9/11 terrorists' activities, plans and when would they commit their crimes if terrorists came from their jurisdiction?!

So, why cannot US find Bin Laden so far? The real reason is that these invisible personnel did not use their worldwide intelligence network to locate Bin Laden. President Bush has said that there is no neutral position in the war against  terrorism, you are either with us, or with the terrorists. These invisible personnel (involved agents/police and their operatives) must join the war against terrorists with the US now. Otherwise, they are with terrorists and must be punished. Current CIA and FBI Director are good law enforcement officers. However, they obviously cannot control and regulate many invisible personnel's bad behaviors. Especially, local invisible personnel are under local involved police chiefs' control. The local invisible personnel (involved local police/agents) can secretly cooperate with foreign invisible personnel to recruited immigrants as their secret operatives. As mentioned in my other articles, local involved police/agents secretly allowed foreign invisible personnel (of other countries) to recruited immigrants (naturalized US citizens) as their operatives. The foreign invisible personnel will pay the salary/fees of these recruited operatives from immigrants.  But, US local involved police chief/agents can also secretly  use these recruited immigrants as their invisible operatives without paying any money.
So, local invisible personnel have enough invisible operatives (including foreign invisible operatives and recruited operatives from business stores) to work for them in their spare time and work for free.  The secret cooperation with foreign invisible personnel in local have caused them to become most corrupted group. They act as an international life control communist group to control everyone's life.  When advancing their unlawful interests/power, they dare to kill anyone, or commit any crime (e.g.. 1998 Oregon mind control school shooting - see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2d1.htm ).

If the anthrax attacks in US had been really caused by the invisible personnel, foreign invisible personnel would help to cover-up it. Why?
