During the third debate, Bob Schieffer asked President Bush and Senator Kerry that " whether you thought "homosexuality is a choice?" Allow me to answer this question since both candidates didn't directly answer it.

Ever since 1973, when the American Psychiatric Association ruled that homosexuality is not a mental disorder requiring treatment, stacks of studies have reached this consensus: Homosexuality is not a matter of choice. That does not mean that it is never a matter of choice. It just means that normally it is not. (Based on NEW York Daily News report on 10-19-2004)

Now, I would explain it in details. We know that to normal people, homosexuality is the psychological difference but not physical difference because one's psychological (sexual) orientation oppose his/her gender. Under normal situation, homosexuality can be caused by nature (genetics), nurture (environment), or a combination of nature and nurture (genetics and environment).    However, such kind of regular homosexuality that are either caused from nature (genetics), or nurture (environment), or a combination of nature (genetics) and nurture (environment) are very special and rare.  So, such kind of psychological difference should occur very rare.  Thus, under normal situation, there are only very small percentage of homosexuality within people (or animals).  . Thus, homosexuals (gays) in a society should be very rare if their psychological (sexual) orientation are the result of normal causes. This conclusion must be true because normally homosexuality is not a choice.

Homosexuality is not a personal choice but it can be caused by somebody else with bad intention: Homosexuality is not a choice of a gay but gays can be intentionally created with alteration of sex patterns technique by involved police/agents (who use invisibility technology):

But in 21 Century, suddenly there are million gays to appear in the world and in every society. Why? The logical explanation is that most of gays are caused by alteration of sex patterns technique (mind control technology) of  involved police/agents (who use invisibility technology)  Because US and foreign invisible personnel (involved police/agents) have secretly manipulate people's behaviors with mind control technologies (including alteration of sex patterns technique) over several decades.

The original goal was to secretly control citizens' behaviors and control crimes by involved police/agents. However, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. After these involved police/agents can use illness/death inducing techniques to control one's life in 1960s, they became corrupted. According to John Marks in _The Search for the Manchurian Candidate_ (1979), "In a 1953 document, Dr. Sid Gottlieb listed subjects he expected Abramson to investigate with the $85,000 the Agency was furnishing him. Gottlieb wanted 'operationally pertinent materials along the following lines: a. Disturbance of Memory; b. Discrediting by Aberrant Behavior; c. Alteration of Sex Patterns; d. So, the invisible personnel can use mind machine to create dreams and deliver subliminal message on a minor/target to alter sex pattern in a long period of time. Besides the invisible personnel like to worsen a target's health, they will use this technique on the target's children to further unleash their anger. To some of their targets who are not isolated, the invisible personnel will use this technique on their targets' children who have not reach puberty. This can change the juvenile psychological (sexual) orientation to opposite the juvenile gender.

So, by using the alteration of sex-patterns technique, the invisible personnel can turn their targets' children into a homosexual (either male or female) while these children have not reach puberty.

So, the invisible personnel's secret technologies and criminal activities. Their alteration of sex-patterns technique would be the main reason to cause million gays in the world after invisible personnel have used mind control technology over several decades.

There are different interests between real law enforcement officers and invisible personnel. Real law enforcement officers (e.g Attorney General Ashcroft, current Directors of FBI, CIA, DEA, prosecutors, DA, some police & agents who do not use invisibility technology) will enforce the laws and pursue country's interests. What is invisibility technology? According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has been developed successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate (floating in the air as weightless condition). Since the invisible personnel & equipment will become tiny (after using invisibility technology), the tiny personnel and weapon are not useful in military combat. Thus, the invisibility technology has been changed to use in surveillance system. In 1950s, this invisibility technology has been transferred to Taiwan. Based on the characteristic of levitation of invisibility technology and wearing a propulsion device on back, every invisible personnel can move as a small flying ant (carried equipment such as weapons & mind machine). Thus, the tiny invisible personnel can gently fly onto people's head to mind control their targets and manipulate people's brain/bodily functions without unaware targets' knowledge. Also, they can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce illness/death without most victims' knowledge (But so far, they still cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field).

The unlawful life control surveillance system's establishment is based on atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a factor in his decision.  His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to
regard people's lives as properties and in the communist ideology, the properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed.  Thus, when pursuing invisible personnel's unlawful interest, these invisible personnel would toy with anyone's health and kill anyone. As an atheist with considerable
power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s.

Also, Chiang ching-Kuo believed that the people need to spy on each other (like in communist society) to secure everything and avoid unlawful life control from being exposed.  Thus, his invisible operatives also recruited operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants, all religions, many different media, psychics, psychiatric institutions, etc.) in order to mind/life control anyone.

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility technology from all other public officials (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek, etc.).  The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with
them.  President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly notified him of it after the invisible personnel injured his knee (see details on Part II-A of my website). These invisible personnel have no ethics, moral and can induce illness/death on his blood relatives. Taiwan's examples prove that Taiwan invisible personnel's not only secretly cooperate with US invisible personnel for unlawful life control, but they also secret cooperate with China's invisible personnel for unlawful life control (see details on Part II-A of my website). It proves unlawful life control is an international conspiracy between every country's invisible personnel. These invisible personnel will secretly cooperate in US, Taiwan, China, UK and any country - no matter their own country is Capitalism, or Communism. Also, their secret cooperation on unlawful life control will disregard that their country's relationship is an enemy or ally. As same as Taiwan's invisible personnel, US invisible personnel also secretly cooperate with most foreign countries' invisible personnel for unlawful life control (e.g. Taiwan, China, Soviet Unions, UK, France, Israel, Korea, etc.). How can we know that invisibility technology has been used in US? Besides it can be proven from Col. Alexander's article on Military Review, many reported cases and evidences prove that US involved agents and police (nonlethal weapon users) have used in the US (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part1b1.htm ),

After the invisible personnel of surveillance system can carry mind control equipment, mind machine, nonlethal weapons to secretly enter people's home/office, car, boat, plane, etc. they can achieve seven goals which include some unlawful activities, murders and crimes. Their murders and crimes are obviously out of our government's control.

(1). To invade important Americans' privacy by spying on them anywhere: the invisible personnel can secretly enter their targets' homes/mansion, offices/workplace, vehicles, etc. to keep them under close surveillance. They not only secretly spy on Congressmen, but also secretly spy on the President (see details on Part II-A6 of my website).

These nonlethal weapon users (involved agents and police) who use invisibility technology have recruited many civilians as invisible operatives and work around the clock. So, some US invisible personnel (& operatives) must also secretly spy on all important Americans (including President, Secretaries, Congressmen to civilian) in their homes/Mansions, offices, vehicles, etc. Because they want to unlawfully control all important persons' lives and activities to protect their unlawful interests and power. The following three facts prove my conclusion is true.

First, according to Congressional record on 4/22/1971, House Majority Leader Boggs said: "Today, as we in the Congress undertake to recover and restore the people's liberty, we find that it is ourselves who are called to account, ourselves who are under surveillance. Mr. Speaker, 1984 is closer than we think." J, Edgar Hoover could effectively spy on Congressmen (even knew their affairs in details) and avoid being found evidences because he used invisible personnel to achieve it.

Second, the Whitewater document disappearance in 1996 prove that US invisible personnel's secret activities includes in White House. Third, from UK The Times report on 10-11-2000, the Russian former President Boris Yeltsin's remarkable memoirs and interview with reporter Giles Whittell mentioned Boris Yeltsin "knew the truth about the Monica Lewinsky affair long before the world did." It prove that invisible personnel secretly spy on White House (see details on Part II-A6 of my website). Third, President Bush' fainted in White House on 1-13-02. Based on eight circumstantial evidences, it proves that President Bush's fainting was caused by a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my website). So, what I report is true although nonlethal weapon users/invisible personnel will deny it.

(2). To read mind and manipulate their targets' emotional states and behaviors with mind machine and subliminal messages (see details on Part IA-4 of my website).

(3). To alter sex pattern: This should belong to behavior control. But I especially list it as an special subject because this technique is involved with million people. The invisible personnel also can use mind machine to create dream and deliver subliminal message on a minors/target to alter sex pattern in a long period of time. Besides the invisible personnel like to worsen a target's health, they will use this technique on the target's children to further unleash their anger.

(4). To unlawfully induce illness/death on Americans whom the involved police (or agents) dislike: Power corrupts and absolute power corrupt absolutely. Since 1970s, the invisible personnel already become corrupted after they can unlawfully use many illness/death techniques to control Americans' lives. But Clinton didn't know the invisible personnel's corruption and further allowed the military nonlethal (psy) weapon to law enforcement.

Before so-called nonlethal (psy) weapon can be transferred to local law enforcement, invisible personnel (involved agents and police) need secretly borrow these weapon from military agents then can induce death on their targets. However, Clinton's mistakes further placed Americans' lives under imminent threat of illness and death by nonlethal weapon users with advanced military psy weapon, invisibility technology & illness/death inducing techniques (see details on Part I-B1 of my website).

So far, the invisible personnel can induce people to have many different illness or death, such as induced heart-attack, cardiac arrest, cerebral hemorrhage, symptoms of stroke, symptoms of Parkinson and Alzheimer's disease, organs dysfunction, flu-like symptoms, mental confusing (by damaging the brain's parietal lobe), to speed up" the aging process (include losing tooth, losing memories, damaging visions, etc.), impotence, paraplegia disease (with acupuncture technique), indigestion, diabetes, etc. (see details on Part V-C of my website, or http://members.aol.com/colonelyu1/part5c.htm ).

(5). To unlawfully use mind control devices (including microwave voice device & Subliminal MESSAGE DEVICE - ELF waves) to drive unaware victims mad and drive violent targets to kill: after the TINY invisible personnel secretly fly onto a target's head, they can use mind control technology and equipment (such as microwave voice device - see Part I-A2 for details on it) to drive the unaware victim mad and drive violent target to kill other people.

Since Clinton's administration allowed local police to obtain military mind . control technologies in 1994, mind control violent targets to kill become more easy. This causes invisible personnel (involved police and recruited civilian operatives) mind-control violent students to kill for pursuit of gun control.

Why would involved nonlethal weapon pursue gun control? Because
if Americans have no guns for self-defense, invisible personnel can induce illness/death on anyone without fears. So, from gun control to ban guns is always the goal of invisible personnel. However, based on US Constitution, public officials disagree with ban gun. Thus, after Clinton administration allowed law enforcement to obtain military mind control technology in 1994, invisible personnel secretly used the advanced mind control device on violent students and drove them to
kill in school. Their goal is to use massacre to create terror and fears
on the public then used media's report and condemnation to influence society and public officials to pursue comprehensive gun control.

In 1997-99, some local invisible personnel had used microwave voice device to drive some violent students to kill in Oregon, Mississippi
and Colorado school shootings (see details on Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2d1.htm ). They had successfully caused American people's fears on gun violence then seek more serious gun control, funding, manpower and advanced (psy) weapon for involved agents/police of surveillance station/system.

The invisible personnel's secret mind control activities tell that they don't want to be our government's followers but pursue to become underground's controllers of public officials, the public and the government. Thus, these invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited operatives) secretly use the illness/death inducing techniques to remove obstacles to their interests. (6). To unlawfully interrogate a citizen at his home with microwave voice device and mind reading techniques (see details on Part I-A2 of my website).

(7). After these invisible personnel enter people's home/office, they can also use carried generators to create strong electromagnetic field on the object, the invisibility technology can cause the object (e.g. document, cash, or a selected person) to become tiny, invisible, the invisible personnel can secretly kidnap a person, and steal cash (or document) away from a victim's home/office, vehicle, etc.

First example, there was a case which had been reported in "Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation" by Julianne McKinney (December 1992). It states: "In another case, the individual reports that a tremendous amount of money has been stolen from a hiding place in her apartment, within hours after she had withdrawn the money from her bank. There was no obvious signs of entry into her apartment. The police conducted a cursory inquiry which failed to produce evidence of a crime worthy of investigation. (This case is an anomaly. Money is usually not stolen. Documents appear to be the preferred objects of theft, when theft occur.)" Alan Yu note: This case must be true because the victim's bank can show the record and prove to police that a tremendous amount of money had been withdrawn by the victim within a hour. So, how could anyone cause the large amount money (in hidden place) to suddenly disappear in the victim's home without leaving any signs of entry into her apartment? This crime could not be committed by common thief? Why? (1). Because a thief could not know that there was a tremendous amount of money which had been withdrawn from bank to home by the victim. (2). The thief could not know that where the tremendous amount of money was in the victim's home because the victim put it in a hidden place. (3). A regular thief could not enter a target's home to steal money from a hidden place within a hour and without leaving signs of entry into the victim's apartment. Thus, it must be caused by local invisible personnel whose work related with bank. Why? If a customer want to withdraw a tremendous amount of money from bank, he need to notify the bank in advanced. Otherwise, the bank would not allow a customer suddenly withdraw a tremendous amount of money. Thus, a banker who is related with invisible personnel could have prior knowledge on it and secretly spy on the customer with invisibility technology to know that where she hide the tremendous amount of money after withdrawing it from bank. Also, by using invisibility technology, the invisible personnel can make the money to become invisible and tiny then take the target's money away without leaving evidence of an intruder. To prevent invisibility technology being exposed, invisible personnel usually will not steal any target's money. However, when an under surveillance target shows a tremendous amount of money (cash) at home, some invisible personnel will take risk to steal it with invisibility technology. Another case happened in Taipei, Taiwan in the Summer, 2000. According to World Journal (Chinese Newspaper published in NY) report, a accountant (CPA in Taiwan) withdrew cash ten million (NT, it equals US dollar three hundred thousand) to his home in Taipei and put money in the security lock at home. Beside himself, no one else had the key of the security lock However, the whole cash suddenly disappeared after he left home then returned within a hour. The News reported that no signs show that there was other person to enter his home and the cash never can be found by police. The above two cases show that the local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system had monitored above persons for some time. They used invisibility technology to steal these victims' money after these victims left large amount of cash at home and went out for a short period of time. Since invisibility technology is a top secret of involved officers of surveillance station/system, unknowing victims will never know that who stole their money.

Second example, the abduction with invisibility technology: According to two eye-witnesses' report, the invisibility technology had been successfully used in a Philadelphia Tavern to bring two drunken sailors (who had been involved in a brawl with other customers) out of the tavern in 1943. This event proves that invisibility technology has been developed to use on human and can also be used to abduct their targets from the targets' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc.

On October 1943, a region Philadelphia Newspaper had ever reported that two sailors just sort of vanished into thin air during a tavern brawl. It proves that inside information from Taiwan is true.

According to the information from "The Philadelphia Experiment and Ascension", there was a regional Philadelphia newspaper article from October 1943 entitled "Strange Circumstances Surround Tavern Brawl." The article stated as follows:

"Several city police officers responding to a call to aid members of the Navy Shore Patrol in breaking up a tavern brawl near the U.S. Navy docks here last night got something of a surprise when they arrived on the scene to find the place empty of customers. According to a pair of very nervous waitresses, the Shore Patrol had arrived first and cleared the place out - but not before two of the sailors involved allegedly did a disappearing act. "They just sort of vanished into thin air right there," reported one of the frightened hostesses, "and I am't been drinking either!" At that point, according to her account, the Shore Patrol proceeded to hustle everyone out of the place in short order. A subsequent chat with the local police precinct left no doubts as to the fact that some sort of general brawl had indeed occurred in the vicinity of the dockyards at about eleven o' clock last night, but neither confirmation nor denial of the stranger aspects of the story could be immediately obtained" (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).

According to a pair of very nervous eye-witnesses waitresses, the Shore Patrol had arrived first and cleared the place out - after two of the sailors involved allegedly did a disappearing act." Also, one of the frightened hostesses reported: They just sort of vanished into thin air right there, and I am't been drinking either!" The vanished event must be true because the above two eye-witnesses saw the same thing and then reported it to the city police officers who arrived then interviewed the eye-witnesses. Thus, the two sailors' disappearance event in the Tavern must be true. Because telling such kind of event would easily cause problem to these eye-witnesses if their story were lies. Also, telling the two sailors disappearance in the Tavern didn't benefit these two waitresses. So, these two eye-witnesses waitresses must have told the truth. Also, the police also confirm that general brawl had indeed occurred in the Tavern. How could the two of sailors suddenly "vanished into air"? I would explain it in details. According to information on Philadelphia Experiment, Navy had made the successful trial which occurred on 10/28/1943. The above brawl also happened on October 1943, it shows that the two of sailors must be in the crew of the warship which took part in the Philadelphia Experiment. To prevent the invisibility technology testing on the warship being interfered and security leaking, other involved Navy researchers/invisible personnel must carried generator and used invisibility technology on these two of sailors (who involved in the Tavern Brawl) in order to abduct/carry them back to their warship. Thus, after using invisibility technology on the two of sailors, it caused them to become invisible and tiny in the Tavern. However, under such kind of circumstance, unknowing persons (e.g. the eye-witnesses/waitresses) in scene would only see that the two sailors vanished into air. Thus , this News prove that since 1943, US Navy used invisibility technology on their two sailors in a Tavern of Philadelphia. This made them becoming invisible, tiny then Navy invisible personnel brought them out the Tavern.

However, after using invisibility technology on these two sailors, it appears as "vanished into air" to unknowing person in scene. This event also prove that inside information from Taiwan is true that this technology can be used to abduct their target on target's home/workplace, vehicle, etc.

The above situation obviously is not as same as the documentary of Philadelphia Experiment in cable TV History channel- The documentary shows that the sailors repeatedly disappeared (become invisible) and re-appeared (become visible), then finally disappeared/become invisible- It can easily mislead the public that after using invisibility technology, the two sailors become invisible but still keep normal human size in the invisible electromagnetic field. So, the TV documentary of Philadelphia Experiment is most likely used to mislead the public as brain washing tactic of CIA. It tells a few unimportant true information and combined with many misleading information to spread the perception that the invisibility technology was a failed experiment, or to spread the doubt that the technology could not possibly be used on people. For example, in the TV movies of Philadelphia Experiment, it shows a sailor were alive after re-materialized his body with the ship. This dis-information is mainly used to mislead people to stop further investigation on the Philadelphia Experiment. Because human cannot be alive after de-materialization. Also, there is no way to claim that human's blood, muscle can be re-materialized with a ship's steel then appear as normal human after his part of body connect with the ship (see more explanation on following de-materialization). Obviously, we cannot accept such kind of dis-information in the documentary.

To prevent the secret of tiny invisible personnel from knowing by others, some experimental subjects claimed that they had experiences of de-materialization, or time travel in the Philadelphia Experimentation. However, de-materialization and time travel obviously become two misleading theories to cover the facts that these experimental subjects become invisible and disappeared from view. Why? I would explain it.

First, de-materialization did not occur in the Philadelphia Experiment. It might be possible to de-materialize and then re-materialize non-living objects like a ship, but if a living being like a sailor was de-materialized along with the ship, the sailor would be dead the instant it happens. Thus, the theory concerning the Philadelphia Experiment which says both the ship and its crew de-materialized and later re-materialized, with the crew still alive, is obviously not possible. This is very basic logic.

Second, neither did time travel occur in the Philadelphia Experiment. In the successful trial which occurred on October 28, 1943, the ship and its personnel actually became invisible and undertook interdimensional travel from one point on Earth to another (from Philadelphia harbor to Norfolk port in Virginia) in a few seconds. They went neither to the past nor to the future (see details on Part II-B1 of my website).

Why did some experimental subjects use de-materialization and time travel to mislead the public? Because many scientists and researchers took part in the Philadelphia Experiment during WWII. Thus, many scientists and researchers knew about that these experimental subjects had become invisible and disappeared from view during the Experiment. Since they could not simply deny the above facts, some experimental subjects used dematerialization and time travel to explain that why they became to disappear from view during the Philadelphia Experiment.

Since de-materialization and time travel didn't occur, the misleading explanations do revealed that these experimental subjects had become invisible and tiny. So, it not only caused them to disappear from view at scene, but also caused them becoming tiny. That's why they use de-materialization to explain the tiny situation to these sailors in Philadelphia Experiment. Beside some personnel ran into problems during the Philadelphia Experiment, most of them (e.g. Mr. Duncan Cameron, Jr.) had been recovered after medical care for a period of time (see details on Part II-B2 of my website). Thus, invisibility technology of Philadelphia experiment had been successfully demonstrated to use on human being in 1943. It proves that after continuously developing to solve the problems, invisibility technology can be fully used on human being (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).
