(1). Iraq war make Americans safer at home.

Does the Iraq war really make Americans safer?

To this question, the answer is still yes because facts prove that to confront terrorists in Iraq indeed make Americans safer. Why? These Al-Qaeda and foreign terrorists had used many suicide bombers in Iraq to kill many Iraqi police, Iraqi Muslim cleric and Iraqi civilians. However, these Al-Qaeda terrorists who are willing to carry-out suicide bombing had also died in Iraq. So, there are less of these kind of Al-Qaeda and foreign terrorists (who would give their lives to kill others) alive. If these suicide bombers were alive, they would try their best to smuggle themselves into US and carry-out suicide bombing here to kill many Americans on US soil. The result would be just like recent Russia school tragedy in Beslan, Russia. Those terrorists' actions resulted deaths of over four hundred of Russian people (including children).

These facts prove that since US military confronted foreign terrorists and Al-Qaeda in Iraq, it has made America safer on US soil. The reason is that not only US military have arrested and killed many terrorists in Iraq, but many Al-Qaeda and foreign terrorists (who would use themselves as suicide bombers) had also died on Iraqi soil. So, it decrease the numbers of Al-Qaeda terrorists who would use themselves as suicide bombers on US soil. Thus, Americans are safer on US soil.

Before the Iraq war, US can only confront Al-Qaeda terrorists in Afghanistan, or on US soil (If AL-Qaeda terrorists in other countries secretly smuggle themselves into US). However, US (& coalition ) forces would pay a heavy prices on Afghanistan war if they aggressively fight with Al-Qaeda terrorists. This is because Bin Laden (& Al-Qaeda) are hiding in mountainous area where US (& coalition) cannot use its heavy weapons and equipment to fight. By using light weapon and foot soldiers to fight against Al-Qaeda terrorists, it would cost more lives of US (& coalition) forces. By waiting for al-Qaeda terrorists to secretly smuggle themselves into US then fight, it would also easily cost more American civilians' lives on US soil (As Russian example, after terrorists infiltrated into Russian town of Beslan, they killed four hundred civilians).

However, after the Iraq war, it gave US (& Coalitions) an option to use military forces to confront Al-Qaeda terrorists on Iraq soil. Right now, evidences show that Al-Qaeda terrorists had chosen to fight a guerrilla against US (& coalition) forces in Iraq. This does cause the Iraq become a more dangerous battle-field when US (& coalition) soldiers fight with these terrorists. However, the Iraq war made America safer on US soil since Al-Qaeda terrorists are concentrating their resources and dying in Iraq, instead secretly infiltrating US to kill Americans.

(2): 911 Commission's information and other facts prove that Iraq had prior knowledge on 911 attacks and was indirectly involved in 911 attacks (Iraq war is the war on terror):

Senator Kerry frequently say that Iraq war is a diversion from the war on terror No! Although we didn't find WMD weapon in Iraq, it is still a right war on terror. President Bush removed Saddam Hussein in Iraq not only because he had WMD, but also because he supported Muslim terrorists. So, Iraq became a most dangerous country since Saddam had WMD and supported Muslim terrorists.

US rather showed down with Saddam than North Korean because US are worry Bin Laden (AL-Qaeda) terrorists getting WMD from Saddam.

I make this statement because Saddam had supported and harbored international terrorists for many years.

For example, according to Washington Time (on 12-1-2003) report, "Abu Abbas, the Palestinian terrorist wanted by the United States and Italy, lived a comfortable life in Baghdad under Saddam's regime. Members of his gang took over the Italian cruise ship Achille Lauro and shot Leon Klinghoffer, a Jewish American, and pushed him and his wheelchair overboard. U.S. commandos captured Abu Abbas shortly after Baghdad fell."

In 1995, Saddam's elder son Uday had recruited a secret group of Iraq personnel as Fedayeen Saddam (Saddam's `Men of Sacrifice). These personnel prepare to commit suicide, or to be suicide bombers/terrorists. The Fedayeen, with a total strength reportedly between 18,000 and 40,000 troops, was composed of young soldiers recruited from regions loyal to Saddam (see details on GlobalSecurity.Org. http://www.globalsecurity.org/intell/world/iraq/fedayeen.htm ).

Under the pretext of fighting prostitution, units of "Feda'iyee Saddam," the paramilitary organization led by Uday, have beheaded in public more than two hundred women all over the country, dumping their severed heads at their families' door steps. Many of the victims were innocent professional women, including somen who were suspected of being dissidents. Such barbaric acts were carried out in the total absence of any proper judicial procedures, even under Iraq's own penal code. (March 3, 2001)

Women are often raped in order to blackmail their relatives. Men who leave Iraq and join Iraqi opposition groups regularly receive videotapes showing the rape of a female relative. These tapes are intended to discourage Iraqi nationals abroad from engaging in opposition activities. Some authorities carry personnel cards identifying their official "activity" as the "violation of women's honor." (see details on Iraq: A Population Silenced- USINFO.STATE.GOV , http://usinfo.state.gov/products/pubs/silenced/women.htm ).

Saddam had also openly rewarded twenty five thousand (US dollars) to any suicide bomber's family if anyone use himself as suicide boomer to kill Israel and ten thousand for per family, if any Palestinian killed in fighting with Israel.

According to BBC News (3-13-2003)), "Palestinians get Saddam funds Saddam Hussein has paid out thousands of dollars to families of Palestinians killed in fighting with Israel. A Hamas suicide bomber's family got $25,000 while the others - relatives of militants killed in fighting or civilians killed during Israeli military operations all received $10,000 each. Israel condemned the Iraqi handouts as funding for terrorism. "It shows that Saddam is involved in every activity that is terrorism and murderous and leads to instability in the Middle East," said Amira Oron, a spokeswoman for the Foreign Ministry. "

Also, Zarqawi, a 37-year-old Sunni who trained in Afghanistan in the late 1980s, During US attacked Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan war, Zarqawi was there and injured then ran to Baghdad hospital for medical care months. Saddam didn't refuse him but let him stayed Baghdad months. Currently, Zarqawi is still in Iraq and became a leader of foreign terrorists to fight guerrilla war against US (& coalition) forces (see details on http:/members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a35.htm ).

Although no evidence to prove that Saddam was directly involved in 911 attacks, he would indirectly involve to fund Al-Qaeda terrorists. Why?

The reason is that Saddam had used thirty five millions US dollar to support terrorists if anyone died in fighting with Israel. After gulf war, US became Saddam's enemy. During former president Bush visited Kuwait, Saddam had tried to assassinate former President Bush from overseas. it proves that Saddam's personality is same as Arabia culture - eye for eye and tooth for tooth. So, Saddam would take revenge on US if he could achieve it without leaving evidence. Thus, it is logically to believe that Saddam would secretly donate money to support Al-Qaeda terrorists after he knew that AL-Qaeda had planed to use of hijacking plan to hit targets on US soil in 1998. How can I prove that Saddam Hussein would have prior knowledge on 911 attacks? This is because Iraq intelligence officers had hosted a visit two Al-Qaeda members and pro-actively offer safe haven to Bin Laden after Bin Laden openly declared holy war against US in 1998.

The following information came from 911 Commission report and was reported by Washington Post on Friday, July 23, 2004 (Page A01). It stated that representatives of the two [Al-Qaeda & Iraq] may have been in contact in 1994 or 1995, 1998 and possibly 1999, largely because of what the commission described as a shared hatred of the United States.

However, according to an article "Iraq-al Qaeda link comes in focus" of Washington Time (on 12-1-2003), it described their connection and shared hatred of the United States in details as following incidents.

Between 1992 and 1995, Sudanese strongman Hassan al-Turabi set up a number of meetings between former Iraqi Intelligence Service (IIS) Deputy Director Faruq Hijazi and Ayman al-Zawahri, bin Laden's closest adviser. Other IIS-al Qaeda meetings occurred in Pakistan. Sometimes, al Qaeda members would visit Baghdad. Brig. Salim al-Ahmed, an IIS bomb maker, traveled to bin Laden's farm in Sudan and gave instructions on how to build sophisticated explosives. He was observed at the farm in the fall of 1995 and again in July 1996, the year bin Laden left Sudan and established a new base in Afghanistan. Mani abd-al-Rashid, IIS director, went to the farm to meet bin Laden during the same time period. "The Iraqi intelligence chief and two other IIS officers met at bin Laden's farm and discussed bin Laden's request for IIS technical assistance in: a) making letter and parcel bombs; b) making bombs which could be placed on aircraft and detonated by changes in barometric pressure; and c) making false passport." Bin Laden asked that al-Ahmed, who is skilled in making car bombs, stay at the farm after al-Rashid departed. Al-Zawahri traveled to Baghdad in February 1998 and met with one of Iraq's vice presidents. "The goal of the visit was to arrange for coordination between Iraq and bin Laden and establish camps in an-Nasiriyah and Iraqi Kurdistan under the leadership of Abdul Aziz," the intelligence report states. In late 1998, Iraq sent an intelligence official to Afghanistan to seek close ties with bin Laden and the ruling Taliban. "The source reported that the Iraqi regime was trying to broaden its cooperation with al Qaeda." A senior Iraqi intelligence official met with the Taliban leader, Mullah Mohammed Omar. Thereafter, bin Laden hosted a series of meetings with Iraqi officials in Pakistan. "

The above facts prove that Iraq and AL-Qaeda not only shared hatred, but also assist each other's need to advanced their terrorists' activities.

However, the 911 Commission only use following two information to debunk the Iraq and Al-Qaeda's connection as weak.

In 1997, after bin Laden moved from Sudan to Afghanistan, he "sent out a number of feelers to the Iraqi regime, offering some cooperation," the report states. But Iraq was trying then to improve ties with Saudi Arabia, which officially disapproved of bin Laden. Iraq made no significant reply. A year later, Iraq's position reversed. Impressed by bin Laden's declaration of holy war against the United States, Iraqi intelligence officials reportedly hosted a visit by two al Qaeda members; follow-up meetings took place in 1998 and possibly in 1999, the report states. But bin Laden declined an Iraqi offer of haven.

However, the real situation was not same as 911 Commission's conclusion that the 1997 and 1998 incidents had showed both (Iraq and Bin Laden) no intention to further cooperation and real connection.

I would logically explain why Saddam refused to let Al-Qaeda fleers enter Iraq in 1997 and then pro-actively offered of safe haven to Bin Laden in 1998. There are different reasons behind the scene.

Although Iraq had helped to advanced Al-Qaeda terrorists' techniques, Saddam helped Bin Laden as an Muslim extremist but didn't truly trusted Bin Laden before 1998. This is because Saddam Hussein hated US and consider US as his first enemy after Gulf war. However, Bin Laden was connected with CIA during his holy war against Russia in Afghanistan. Thus, he refused to allow Al-Qaeda's fleers to enter Iraq when Bin Laden made his request to Iraq. However, on May 26, 1998, Bin Laden made an open declaration of holy war against United State. This declaration made Saddam to believe that Bin Laden would be his real ally to fight against US. Thus, Saddam pro-actively made an offer of haven to Bin Laden in 1998 when two Al-Qaeda members came Iraq to visit Iraq intelligence officer. However, in 1998, Bin Laden had moved in Afghanistan and cooperated with Taliban very well. He was not only allowed to have his own base, but also allowed to build his training camping. Furthermore, Bin Laden rather fight guerrilla war in Afghanistan mountain than fight in Iraq's plain and city like Baghdad. The following fact prove my statement is true. During US attacked Afghanistan, Bin Laden rather pro-actively left Kabul, the Capitol city of Afghanistan and hid into mountain area to fight.

That's is the real reason that Bin Laden declined Iraq's offer of haven. He kept staying Afghanistan because he believed that Afghanistan is a safer and better place (more mountain area) to fight against US than Iraq. So, he declined an offer of haven didn't mean that Bin Laden had no intention to further cooperate with Iraq.

So, Saddam Hussein and Al-Qaeda would further cooperate each other because US became their common enemy since 1998.

The 911 Commission's information prove that Bin Laden had tried to cooperate with Iraq in 1997 and sent out a number of fleers to Iraq regime. This also shows that Iraq officers and Al-Qaeda members would have visited and helped each other many times before 1997. Otherwise, Bin Laden would not suddenly consider to send a numbers of fleers to Iraq regime with cooperation's promise in 1997. Although Iraq then disapproved of Bin Laden, Iraq's position reversed in next year (1998). Why? The report stated: "next year [1998], Iraq's position reversed. Impressed by bin Laden's declaration of holy war against the United States. This proves Saddam changed his mind and wanted to allow Al-Qaeda fleers to enter Iraq as safe haven after bin Laden's declaration of holy war against the United States. This proves that Saddam was still considering US as his enemy and would like to secretly take revenge on US. Thus, as soon as he knew Bin Laden would fight against US, he quickly changed his mind and pro-actively made an offer of haven to Al-Qaeda. Facts prove that although Bin Laden declined an Iraq offer of haven, follow-up meetings took place in 1998 and in 1999, the report states. This proves that Iraq and Al-Qaeda did further work together. Saddam changed his mind to offer of haven to AL-Qaeda after Bin Laden's declaration of holy war against US. This is also because both really trust each and would share their hatred toward US. The hostility in Saddam Hussein's mind toward US can be clearly understood in this incident by any smart person.

This facts prove that Iraqi intelligence officials had cooperated Al-Qaeda members several times since 1994 (or 1995). Beside offer intelligence, Iraq intelligence agents had helped Al-Qaeda in following techniques: a) making letter and parcel bombs; b) making bombs which could be placed on aircraft and detonated by changes in barometric pressure; and c) making false passport (see Washing Time 12-1-2003). After 1998, Saddam really wanted to cooperated with Al-Qaeda because US became Saddam Hussein and AL-Qaeda's common enemy. It is the evidence to prove that Iraq had real intention to secretly help Al-Qaeda's terrorists' abilities against US after 1998.

I would state that Saddam Hussein must had prior knowledge on 911 attacks although he might not know accurate date. How can I prove my statement is right. One of following two ways must had happened and it would prove my statement is true.

*First way to share Al-Qaeda secret attack on US with Saddam: After Bin Laden's declaration of holy war against US, two members of AL-Qaeda visited Iraq (according to 911 Commission report). What kind of message had been sent to Saddam and made Saddam to aggressively offer an haven to Bin Laden? I would deduce that these two members of AL-Qaeda had shared with Iraq officer about their secret plan that use of hijacking planes to hit their targets (e.g World Trade Center, Pentagon, etc.) in Us. Then, Saddam would easily agree to help Al-Qaeda because his hatred toward US.

Bin Laden/Al-Qaeda had planed to use of hijacking plan to hit target in US (World Trade Center, Pentagon, CIA headquarters) since 1995. However, they didn't aggressively to do it before 1998. After Bin Laden's declaration of holy war against US in 1998, AL-Qaeda became to aggressively plot to original plans. During this time, when two members of Al-Qaeda visited Iraq, they must requested Iraq to help Al-Qaeda in their needs. Thus, to make Saddam easily accepting their request, they would tell Saddam with their secret attack US plan (using of hijacking plane to hit the World Trade Center, Pentagon, etc.). Thus, Iraq intelligence not only hosted these members of Al-Qaeda but Saddam also made an offer of haven to Bin Laden. So, Saddam Hussein would have prior knowledge on 911 attacks and donated money, offered intelligence to Al-Qaeda and encourage their so-called holy war against US (see details on following source). Saddam would love to see the attack to happen since Al-Qaeda members would give their lives to do it and didn't need Iraqi to join their action. Thus, Al-Qaeda aggressively plot this attack plan since 1998.

===============

http://www.cnn.com/interactive/us/0205/intelligence.timeline/content.1.html

JANUARY 1995 - Philippine police complete a report outlining three terrorist plots after they shut down a terrorist cell. According to the report, one of the plots detailed the use of hijacked airliners to hit targets, including CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, the Pentagon and the World Trade Center. One member of the cell was Ramzi Yousef, the mastermind behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Yousef was convicted in the United States for plotting to blow up U.S. airliners in Asia.

MAY 26, 1998 - Osama bin Laden holds a news conference in Afghanistan declaring war on the United States.

AUGUST 1998 = The FBI and the Federal Aviation Administration receive information that unidentified Arabs plan to fly an "explosive-laden plane" from an unnamed country into the World Trade Center. The FAA finds the plot "highly unlikely given the state of that foreign country's aviation program." Skeptical FAA officials also believe a flight originating outside the United States would be detected before it reached its target. The FBI's New York office files away the information.

FALL 1998 - Intelligence officials are notified of a bin Laden plot involving aircraft and the New York and Washington areas.

SEPTEMBER 1998 - The intelligence community details the infrastructure of al Qaeda in the United States. Also, intelligence information indicates bin Laden's next plan could be to fly an aircraft loaded with explosives into a U.S. airport and then detonate the plane.

========

Based on US intelligence in 1998, the conclusion would be most close to the truth

*The second way to share Al-Qaeda's secret attack (on US) with Saddam.

After 1998, Al-Qaeda aggressively plot to use of hijacking plan to hit targets on US soil and their secret ally Saddam considered US as his first enemy. So, some senior (high rank) of Al-Qaeda terrorists would share their secret attack (on US) with Saddam. This is because the cooperation and relation between Saddam and Al-Qaeda became more closer after Bin Laden's declaration of holy war against US in 1998. They would share this secret plan because they both hated US and believed that each other would not leak this secret to US. So, if Saddam knew Al-Qaeda would attack US soil, he would love to see it to happen, donated money, helped with techniques and definitely would not notify US (although Saddam might not know accurate date). This is just like US officer had shared the secret information to Saudi ambassador before US attacked Iraq. This is because Saddam regime was a common threat to both Saudi Arabia and US. So, the ambassador certainly would not leak this secret to Iraq.

This is a same thing to Iraq and Al-Qaeda since US was their common enemy. If any high rank Al-Qaeda terrorist shared with Saddam Hussein their secret attack plan on US, Saddam certainly would not notify US and would love to see the attacks to happen. That's why Saddam changed his mind and offered safe haven to Bin Laden after Bin Laden's declaration of holy war against the United States.

So, Saddam Hussein must had prior knowledge on 911 attacks, no matter which way had been used by Al-Qaeda to notify Saddam.

Although Saddam would deny that he had prior knowledge on 911 attacks before it happened, we certainly would not believe him based on his assassination attempt on former President Bush. Furthermore, we won't forget that even Bin Laden had denied that he was involved in 911 attacks before US attacked Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. The direct evidence was only found in a video-tape from a senior Mullah's home in Afghanistan after US successfully defeated Taliban. So, based on above facts, Saddam would have prior knowledge on that Al-Qaeda would attack US soil (911 attacks) before it happened. When facing a common enemy, the different terrorists group would like to share each other with their secret attacks on their enemy (US). So, no one can rule out that Saddam Hussein would have secretly donated money to Al-Qaeda terrorists and had prior knowledge on Al-Qaeda's attack on US. Since Saddam didn't need to use his own operative to directly take part in the 911 attacks and it was no direct evidence related with him, he would have donated money to Al-Qaeda terrorists and love to see the attacks on US soil to happen. This fit Saddam's further cooperation with Al-Qaeda after 1998 (Saddam also offered Iraq regime to Bin Laden as a safe haven) and let his intelligence officers to help Bin Laden against US .

According to Washington Time (on 12-1-2003) report, "After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, two al Qaeda operatives traveled to Iraq for training in chemical and biological weapons." This fact further prove my statement is true.

This secret cooperation fit Saddam's behavior pattern of revenge and trying to assassinate former President Bush. This secret cooperation fit his behavior pattern of donating money against his enemy. For example, he reward twenty five thousand US Dollar to any family of Hamas/Palestinian suicide bomber who died in fighting with Israel. And he paid ten thousands of dollars to any family of Palestinians who killed in fighting with Israel. The above facts show that Iraq must secretly tied with Al-Qaeda since 1998. However, to prevent any evidence was involved with Saddam, Iraq would reduce their contacts with Al-Qaeda when the date of Al-Qaeda's attacks on US was closing.

Thus, Saddam even didn't directly involve in 911 attacks, he still could be charged as a conspirator of 911 attacks.

Although the 911 Commission said that no direct evidence to prove Iraq involving in 911 attack, the Commission can never rule out that Bin Laden and Iraq had shared the hatred of US and helped each other's need. Obviously, Iraq intelligence officers would have advanced Al-Qaeda's terrorists abilities and techniques (see above Washington Time report on 12-1-2003),

However, to easily accuse President Bush to cause a wrong war then damaged Bush's re-election campaign, Democrats totally deny any possibility of that Saddam could be indirectly involved (such as donate money to Al-Qaeda, help to train Al-Qaeda with techniques and would have prior knowledge on Al-Qaeda's attack on US soil). Since even Bin Laden had used lies to deny that he was involved in 911 attacks, we certainly cannot trust these terrorists' denials. So far, no one can rule out that Saddam Hussein was indirectly involved (as secret money/cash donator and had prior knowledge) in 911 attacks. It proves that war on Iraq is not a wrong war and Saddam Hussein should be the suspect (co-conspirator) of 911 attacks.
