Six incidents in the US also confirm that the inside information from Taiwan is true and invisible personnel exist.

1. Nonlethal (psy) weapon users (police and involved agents) also use invisibility technology.  2.  After secretly enter a target's car, invisible personnel can use a  psychotronic generator to produce low electromagnetic radiation then induce the driver falling asleep to caused a car accident 3. News report about invisibility technology in 1943: Two sailors vanished into air during a Tavern brawl in Philadelphia. 4. By using invisibility technology on their target (or material), the invisible personnel can abduct a target, or steal document, money, ballots from anywhere. 5. The invisible personnel's secret activities in White House:  Yeltsin's memoirs proves that US invisible personnel must had secretly monitored the oral sex between Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky in oval office- It proves that beside monitoring Congressmen, invisible personnel also secret monitor the President. 6. The invisible personnel must have been used by FBI in the standoff against Branch Davidian in 1993 for surveillance purpose.

What is the origin of invisible personnel?

According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has been developed successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate (floating in air as zero gravity). Since these personnel & equipment will be rendered tiny by the invisibility technology, they are of little use in military combat; invisibility technology was later used in the field of surveillance. In 1950s, this invisibility technology was transferred to Taiwan. Each tiny invisible personnel, by wearing a propulsion device on back to control his movement while levitating, can function as a small flying ant. By combing this ability with the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons) and mind machine that they carry, these tiny invisible personnel can not only fly onto their target's head to read his mind, but they also can use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control any unknowing target's health/life. While using mind control devices to manipulate the target's activities, the tiny invisible personnel can gently fly onto people's head and use ELF (skull zapper) to implant thoughts into the target's mind. Since the ELF is same frequency as human brain wave, the unaware target will act it as his own will. This is their mind control method. So, the invisible personnel can manipulate the target's brain/bodily functions without unaware targets' knowledge. Also, they can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce illness/death without most unknowing victims' knowledge (But so far, they still cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field -invisibility technology see details on Part II-A1 of my website). Since their chief goal was to hasten Chiang Ching-Kuo's  rise to power, Taiwan invisible personnel kept all important persons (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek to important civilians) under surveillance and unlawful life control. Taiwan's invisible personnel of surveillance station/system also secretly induce illness/death on some victims who opposed Chiang Ching-Kuo to inherit Chiang Kai-Shek's Presidency from victims' homes/offices, cars, etc. (e.g. former Vice President Chang Chen -see details on Part II-F1 of my website).

The deaths of invisible personnel's victims will always appear as the result of natural causes. Also, their victim's injuries will be considered as accidental injury.   How can these victims be mistakenly believed to have died of natural causes, or injured accidentally?   It happened because following three reasons:
(a). The crimes committed by invisible personnel always leave no evidence of an intruder:  Because tiny invisible personnel can secretly enter a target's home/office, vehicle, etc. through electric system and leave no evidence of an intruder.
(b). The crimes committed by invisible personnel always leave no external signs of injury on victim's body:   Because the Psy (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, infrasound) weapons can be used to kill a target and leave no external signs of injury on victim's body (c). The crimes committed by invisible personnel always leave no evidence of a struggle: Since unknowing target will not know his pain is caused by invisible personnel's attack, he will not resist and leave no evidence of a struggle. Thus, the injury of invisible personnel's victim will be considered as accidental injury.  Based on above three reasons,  a coroner unaware of these technologies would only conclude that the victim died of natural causes, even though the cause of death is obvious inconsistent with the victim's overall health.

The unlawful life control surveillance system's establishment is based on atheism & materialism Why? I would use Taiwan's unlawful life control as example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a factor in his decision. As an atheist with considerable power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s. Beside invisible personnel and directly involved official, Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the unlawful life control and invisibility technology a top secret without any other official's knowledge (including the President Chiang Kai-Shek, Vice President, Premier, and his brother Chiang Wei-Kuo). Chiang Kai-Shek only received secret information from his loyal intelligence agent after he was induced illness on his knee by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A of my website)

This unlawful life control was the case in Taiwan and it should also be the case in US because these technologies were being transferred by US to Taiwan for field-test. Also, unlawful life control is an international conspiracy of invisible personnel (see details on Part III-A of my website).

To cause invisible personnel's head, Chiang Ching-Kuo, obtaining more power from his father earlier, Taiwan's invisible personnel had used illness inducing techniques (with acupuncture medical knowledge) to injure former President Chiang Kai-Shek's knee to become weakness in 1960s.  Thus, President Chiang Kai-Shek spent most time to stay in office, or his mansion. Thus, he authorized more government's power to his son Chiang Ching-Kuo.

Also, when seeking a special interests, they even eliminate a loyal deputy to achieve it. For example, Taiwan invisible personnel induced cerebral hemorrhage on Premier Yun-Chuan Sun in 1984 (see details on Part II-F2 of my website). Chiang Ching-Kuo's brother  Chiang Wei-Kuo ultimately became a victim of invisible personnel. In early 1990s, Taiwan invisible personnel used stun stick/gun to induce Chiang Wei-Kuo to have bad knee as his father and induced his heart's capillaries to burst in 1996 (see details on Part II-A of my website).  After Taiwan government allowed Taiwan's citizens to visit their relatives in Mainland, Taiwan's invisible personnel also have been arranged to enter Mainland to secretly cooperate with China's invisible personnel for unlawful life control (Vice versa).  Such secret cooperation on life control between China's and Taiwan's invisible personnel can be easily achieved because they have secretly cooperated in US for unlawful life control over decades under US invisible personnel's arrangement.  This kind of secret cooperation with foreign invisible personnel on unlawful life control are mostly under US local police chief's arrangement or supervision. Because local police have used invisibility technology, mind control device and psy (nonlethal) weapons. So, local police station is mind control basic unit and involved police secretly use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control local Americans' lives. Also, to impose unlawful life control on everyone, involved local police chiefs (& agents) have secret agreement with foreign invisible personnel to assist each other to induce illness/death on any target. So, US involved local police and agents secretly allow foreign invisible personnel to recruit some naturalized US citizens (who originated from the same country) as the foreign operatives. The recruited, naturalized US citizens will become their invisible operatives and work as double agents. Beside they work for foreign invisible personnel, they will also work for involved US local police (invisible personnel) in any life control case and work for free in their spare times. So, local involved police and agents secretly allow these double agents exist because it can increase their manpower to induce illness/death on their targets and work for free in their spare times. Under such kind of circumstance, local police station become the intelligence information secret exchange center of foreign invisible personnel. The secret cooperation between Taiwan and China on unlawful life control also led Chiang Ching-Kuo's illegitimate son Dr. Winston (Xiao-Ci) Zhang being murdered with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique by Taiwan's invisible personnel in 11/14/1994 during he visited Beijing, China for academic exchange (see details on Part II-A of my website).

The above facts prove that unlawful life control surveillance system is mainly used to seek unlawful interests and power for invisible personnel and their head (who has experience of using invisibility technology) of surveillance station/system but not for the nation's interests.  These invisible personnel have no ethics, moral and can induce illness/death on his blood relatives.  Since they even can betray their parents, blood relatives and family, they can also easily betray their own country to pursue their unlawful interests. Taiwan's examples prove that Taiwan invisible personnel's not only secretly cooperate with US invisible personnel for unlawful life control, but they also secret cooperate with China's invisible personnel for unlawful life control.  It proves unlawful life control is an international conspiracy between every country's invisible personnel.  These invisible personnel will secretly cooperate in US, Taiwan, China, UK and any country - no matter their own country is Capitalism, or Communism.  Also, their secret cooperation on unlawful life control will disregard that their country's relationship is an enemy or ally.  Taiwan's example proves that beside invisible personnel, Chiang Ching-Kuo kept unlawful life control and invisibility technology a top secret without any non-involved official's knowledge (from the President, vice President, Premier to civilians. Chiang Kai-Shek was only received secret information from his loyal intelligence agent) As same as Taiwan's invisible personnel, US invisible personnel also secretly cooperate with most foreign countries' invisible personnel for unlawful life control (e.g. Taiwan, China, Soviet Unions, UK, France, Israel, Korea, etc.).  That's why there is no national border between invisible personnel of every country (see details on Part III-A1 of my website). It  means that any country's involved agents and police of surveillance station/system  could also use invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques to secretly eliminate anyone (even betray their own country's interests) to seek unlawful interests and power (see reported cases on Part III-A1 of my website).

Their unlawful underground power exceeds power of the President, Congress, Judicial branch and above the law.  How could it happen?
Because they know any top secret of US since the invisible personnel secretly spying on all important persons (including the President, Cabinet Secretaries, Congressmen, Governor, etc.).   So, they will have prior knowledge if any public official try to interfere with invisible personnel's unlawful power and interests.

Also,  they can easily eliminate an unknowing target because they secretly use illness/death inducing techniques to unlawfully control everyone's life (including the President).  They usually worsen others' health who are not associated with them. Also, every country's invisible personnel have deeply cooperated as an international organized criminal group to seek their own unlawful life control power and interests (see details on Part III-A1).  Their common tactic is to secretly use invisibility technology and illness/death inducing techniques to hijack everyone's lives as terrorists.  Also, to prevent their unlawful life control from leaking, the invisible personnel secretly implement a common dictator's rules in their countries to eliminate those persons who know their murders, crimes and corruption.  The international criminal group of invisible personnel includes all countries' involved agents, police and recruited civilians operatives (of surveillance station/system) who use invisibility technology -no matter the country is an ally and enemy of US (e.g. including Iraq, Soviet Unions, UK, China, Taiwan, Korea, France, etc.).

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  Wielding such unlawful life control power severely corrupted invisible personnel.   Thus, when pursuing their unlawful power, interests and prevent their murders from being exposed, they will deny anyone's human basic rights to life.  So, US invisible personnel had induced President Ronald Reagan to suddenly acquire the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease in 1994, induced Florida Governor Lawton Chiles to have cerebral hemorrhage in 1995 then murdered him in 1998, murdered Senator Paul Coverdell and murdered an expert witness in 2000 (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website), Also, there are eight circumstantial evidences to prove that President Bush's fainting (on 1-13-01) was a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my website). The above cases prove that invisible personnel have severely corrupted.

*The invisible personnel include the involved federal agents (including CIA, FBI, NSA, military intelligence Agency) who work in federal or local and involved police of surveillance station/system - who have used invisibility technology.  Also, there are civilians who have been recruited to work for full time "invisible operatives."  That's because involved agents & local police of surveillance station/system can only work part time as invisible personnel since they have regular jobs. Thus, the involved agents, police will mostly work as invisible personnel at night and weekend.

Because these double agents (invisible operatives) will work for both foreign invisible personnel and involved US local police (invisible personnel) in any life control case.  So, local involved police and agents secretly allow these double agents exist because it can increase their manpower to induce illness/death on their targets and work for free (in their spare times). They are not loyal to their own country because they consider that their unlawful interests and unlawful life control power are more important than their Countries' interests (see details on Part III-A1 of my website).  So, they will not really follow the orders from Attorney General, and their director (including CIA, FBI, NSA, military intelligence agency, etc.) if anything is involved with the interests of invisible personnel themselves.

Since these invisible personnel have a network from local to federal and  connecting with foreign invisible personnel for several decades, the invisible personnel have more accuracy information on terrorists than any public official in the Justice department, or intelligence Agency.  But, they will not notify Attorney General and FBI/CIA Director these terrorists information if these information are involved with their unlawful interests.  When these involved agents and police (invisible personnel) face the public or news reporters, they will deny the existence of invisible personnel to prevent the invisibility technology secret from being exposed.

1. Nonlethal (psy) weapon users (police, involved agents & recruited operatives) also use invisibility technology.

The following message of Col. Alexander proves three important things:
(a). The so-called nonlethal (psy) weapons is lethal, soft killing weapons because they can be silently induced illness/death with no apparent reason- murder with premeditation.
(b). These so-called nonlethal (psy) weapon users (involved agents, police & recruited civilian operatives) also use invisibility technology.  So, they can secretly deliver "microwave voice" and use microwave (or Radio wave) weapon on American people without being seen by victims.
(c). The involved nonlethal weapon users (police, agents and recruited operatives) unlawfully control Americans' lives/health with invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques and psychotronic weapons.

How can we know the so-called nonlethal (psy) weapon is lethal?
Col. John Alexander is an US scientist who has learned death science.  Col. Alexander has directed to develop the mind control technology, psychotronic weapons (so-called Nonlethal weapons) for involved law enforcement (federal agents, State & local police) of surveillance station/system. That's because he know the LETHAL nature of the so-called "non-lethal (psy)" weapons.  These facts can be learned from his 1980's article in MILITARY REVIEW.

"In a  notorious 1980 article, 'The New Mental Battlefield' in Military Review (an US Army journal), when discussing Soviet research on psychotronic weapon, John Alexander stated that "The ability to ... CAUSE DEATH can be transmitted over distances, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent reason. When discussing American research, Col. Alexander stated that "The use of psychotronic weapons ...would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. Range may be a present problem, but this will probably be overcome if it has not been already. Inventor Robert Pavlita claims that no special psychic ability is necessary to charge the generator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator as a power source." To prevent their secret technology from leaking, Col. Alexander didn't explain in details why "the psychotronic (aka non-lethal) weapon .. would require only a human operator as a power source."  So I will explain in details with two important points.

First point, the secret is related with invisibility technology:
Based on John Alexander's above words, it proves that when non-lethal weapon users use the psychotronic weapon, the human operator need to be physically present (in scene) at same place as his target to be a power source. Obviously, the human operator's functions at scene are two. First one is to control the weapon to attack his target. Second function is that he will also be the weapon's power source (this will be explained in details on Second point). Thus, when the victims are attacked with radio-frequency (psychotronic) weapon, or heard "microwave voices", there must be some human operators at same place (scene) as their victims to use their psychotronic weapons (radio-frequency weapon or microwave voice device) on their victims. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who complained of being attacked ("zapped by radio waves" or heard "voices") never saw anybody use psychotronic weapons (radio-frequency weapon, or microwave voice device) against them where they were victimized.

When elderly parents and young children in the family become targets for apparent purposes of intimidation.  This situation has been reported in eight of our cases, to date.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines.

Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed.  It is also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory ("hearing" microwave voices - Alan Yu note) input.

FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..."

Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment."

Why didn't the above victims see any human operator who used psychotronic weapons (e.g. radio-frequency weapon, or microwave voice device) on them?

Because these human operators and weapons have used invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny. Thus, although many victims had been attacked by these weapons, they could not see these attackers and their weapons. Thus, combined with John Alexander's comments concerning about psychotronic weapons and these victims' experiences, it becomes obvious that local involved FBI agents & police (and their recruited operatives) have used invisibility technology to make them and their weapons become invisible.  Thus, they can use their psychotronic weapons to attack their targets without being seen by these victims.  The above facts prove that invisibility technology has been used in US surveillance station/system and used by involved local law enforcement officers.  However, these victims of invisible personnel had been falsely accused as "mentally disturbed" in order to keep invisibility technology a secret (see details on above source).

Second point: The secrets related with unlawful life control: Now, I want to further explain that why the psychotronic weapon would require only a human operator as a power source.

According to "The Mind Has No Firewall" by Timothy L. Thomas, Parameters, (US Army War College Quarterly, Spring 1998, Vol. XXVIII, No. 1), A psychotronic generator, which can be used to "produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks, supply pipes, and incandescent lamps."

The technology of the psychotronic generator is similar to power beaming system which is used to activate and power remote device/emitters (US Patent Number: 5,068,669 _Angels Don't Play This HAARP_ by Dr. Nick Begich & Jeane Manning).

Using a psychotronic generator, invisible personnel can attack their targets through a nearby electronic device (e.g. TV, microwave oven, lamps, high beam, etc.) installed in people's homes/offices, cars, boats, planes, and public buildings (school, hospital, shopping center, banks, stores, light poles, etc.).

It means that many electronic device (e.g. TV, lamps) become hidden psychotronic weapons existence in today's society. Because invisible personnel can use a psychotronic generator to power a nearby electronic device to attack a target.

These electronic and radiation hidden psychotronic weapons are household appliances (e.g. monitor, TV, radio networks, microwave oven, incandescent lamps), or telephone lines, supply pipes, lamps, high beam and already exist in light poles, lawn mowers, cars, boats, planes, etc. .Also, these hidden psychotronic weapon already exist everywhere such as in people's homes/offices, vehicles, or public building (bank, school, supermarket, shopping center, etc.,). Thus, there are always psychotronic weapons surrounding a citizen, no matter where the citizen is. Thus, if they want to attack a target, it only needs an operator who use a psychotronic generator (as power source) to power the nearby electronic device (psychotronic weapons) and attack the target from the target's home/workplace, vehicle, or from a bank, shopping center, light poles, etc. So, no matter a person is at work, or at home, or in his car, invisible personnel can attack a target with psychotronic weapons and without being seen by anyone. In other words, a person can be attacked everywhere in modern society by invisible personnel. For example, by using the invisibility technology to secretly enter a target's home, involved police, agents & recruited operatives can use the psychotronic generator to produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation (or radio waves) to attack a target at his home through TV, monitor, microwave oven, and lawn-mower in his yard. Thus, the target would be "zapped by radio-waves"- but didn't see anyone use the weapon on him. Because these attackers are invisible.
 

Although many psychotronic weapons (electronic devices) are already around American people, involved agents and police still request more advanced military psychotronic weapons. Why? Because some more lethal weapon (e.g., radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, sonic weapon) are not installed in the household appliance (e.g. TV. microwave oven, monitor etc.). Thus, if they want to quickly murder a target at home, they need radio-frequency, laser weapon. If they want to murder an aware target, they use the infrasound weapon to avoid the target's knowledge. Also, if they want to intentionally cause car accident to kill a driver, or secretly destroy a target's car, they need HPM (high power microwave weapon (see reported cases details on Part I-E2 of my website).  Unfortunately, Bill Clinton had allowed these military lethal weapons to be transferred to local law enforcement in 1993.

Obviously, under such kind of circumstance, local involved agents, police and recruited civilian operatives can unlawfully control Americans' lives/health with invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques and so-called nonlethal (psychotronic) weapons.

2.  A car accident can be caused by invisible personnel.

To kill a target by contrived an "accident" on the target's transportation (e.g. car, boat, plane, etc.) become one the infamous tactics of involved police and agents of surveillance station/system to eliminate their target.  This tactic was from CIA assassination manual.  After mind control technology have been used in local surveillance system, the assassination tactic was also transferred to the involved local police and agents of surveillance station/system.  How can they create an accident on a target's car?

After secretly enter a target's car, invisible personnel can use a psychotronic generator to produce low frequency electromagnetic radiation (through the electric lines of horn in steering column) on driver's head. It caused the driver falling asleep during driving then occurred a car accident.

It should be noted that, in some of these cases "accidental" deaths do occur. One individual in contact with us reported that his mother drove off a cliff to her death, during a period when he was researching evidence that a still-respected, high-level State Department official had passed A-bomb secrets to the Soviet Government during World War II. The accident occurred shortly after her car had undergone routine maintenance. She was returning from a dental appointment when the accident occurred. Witnesses state that it appeared that she had suddenly stepped on the accelerator before running off the road. The accident served to terminate this person's research project.

Based on above report, the victim's son suspects that the accident might be related with his research (The son suspected the car accident was caused by some conspirators who did not wanted to see the research to go forward).

In my other articles, I have reported that the Americans are currently under unlawful life control in their own homes/offices, cars, boats, planes, etc. by local invisible personnel (involved police, agents and their operatives) -see details on Part I-B of my website. Also, after secretly enter a target's car, the invisible personnel can use a psychotronic generator (similar technology as power beaming system), to produce low frequency electromagnetic radiation (through the electric lines of horn in steering column) on the driver, or beam powerful radio-wave (through the car's high beam power supply line) on the target.

The above cases has proven that the car accident occurred shortly after victim's car had undergone routine maintenance.

How could the victim get into a car accident? It must not be caused by mechanical failure because the car had just undergone routine maintenance. Nor could it be cause by driver's fatigue from long distance travel since she was returning from a dentist appointment. So, what could have caused this car accident?

Considering the facts of this case, the car accident must be caused by invisible personnel.

The nonlethal weapon users (involved police & government agents)/invisible personnel can direct invisible operatives to enter the victim's car with a psychotronic generator. The operatives use psychotronic generator produce the low frequency electromagnetic radiation through the electric line of horn (in the steering column ) to the head of the driver. This caused the driver falling asleep and caused the car accident.

Furthermore, according to the reported case, eyewitness mentioned that the victim had stepped on accelerator before running out the road. Why would the victim step on the accelerator instead the brakes at that moment?

That's because before the driver's head was targeted by low frequency electromagnetic radiation, she was stepping on accelerator to drive her car ( A driver's foot is usually keeping on accelerator during driving).

Although these invisible personnel (who secretly entered the victim's car) used the psychotronic generator to produce the low frequency electromagnetic radiation on the driver (through the steering column) and induce her falling asleep, the victim was able to momentarily regain her consciousness. Why ?

Because after the invisible personnel found that the victim had been knocked un-conscious with low frequency electromagnetic radiation then falling asleep and would have a car accident soon. Thus, these invisible personnel stopped continuously producing low electromagnetic radiation with the psychotronic generator and quickly flew away the car to avoid being injured in a car accident. Thus, the victim got chance to regain the consciousness after the low frequency electromagnetic radiation was stopped to beam on her (the invisible personnel originally used the psychotronic generator to send low electromagnetic radiation on her through the steering column). However, after the victim regained the consciousness, she found that her car was approaching the cliff. Thus, she was trying to stop her car by stepping the brakes. Unfortunately, she made a big mistake and step on the accelerator (instead of the brakes) and ran off the road. That's because she did not fully awake (after she was force to "fall asleep" with the low frequency electromagnetic radiation) and then totally forgot that her foot was still on the accelerator (it proves she didn't really fully regain consciousness).

Furthermore, in the emergency situation, victim only had a split second to stop her car. Therefore, she simply tried to step on the brakes as hard as she could. However, she stepped on accelerator. Why?

Under such kind of condition, a normal, conscious driver will always first move his foot from the accelerator to the brakes before he try to stop his car. That's because a driver's foot is usually on the accelerator lightly when one is driving.

Unfortunately, this female victim totally forgot that her foot was still on the accelerator to continuously drive on road. That's because she had been attacked with low frequency electromagnetic radiation to lose consciousness and fall asleep. Although she awoke in a moment, she did not fully regain consciousness. Thus, the semi-conscious victim didn't move her foot to the brakes from the accelerator as usual (which a normal driver would have done if she is fully conscious). That's because the command of stepping on the brakes was issued by an un-conscious brain when the victim tried to step on brakes.

Thus, when the unconscious victim thought that she stepped on the brakes as hard as she could to stop the car, she actually only stepped on the accelerator and caused herself to run off the road. Thus, "witnesses state that it appeared that she had suddenly stepped on the accelerator before running off the road."

Why can I solve this case?

The main reason is that I also have several similar experiences of being attacked with low frequency electromagnetic radiation from the steering column by the nearby invisible personnel (who secretly entered my car). These local invisible personnel tried to kill me by creating car accidents many times because I know their crimes of treason, murders, mind controlling others to kill, and other crimes. So, I have similar experiences of being induced to fall asleep at the wheel like the above victim. . Although I had enough rest with good health before driving, I was suddenly "knocked" unconscious while driving on the highway within one hour; then momentarily regained consciousness and found that I was no longer driving in my lane.

How did I regain consciousness under this situation?

The invisible operatives who secretly entered my car and used psychotronic generator to produce the low frequency electromagnetic radiation on my head (through the steering column) and caused me falling asleep. After they found that I had been knocked unconscious and would have a car accident soon, they left to avoid being hurt in a car accident. Thus, after the invisible personnel stopped using low frequency electromagnetic radiation on me, I was able to regain consciousness.

When I found that I veered into the other lane, I tried to stop it immediately. But, I  stepped on the accelerator instead of brakes because I thought the accelerator were the brakes at this moment. I made the mistake because I was not fully awake (still semi-conscious) and totally forgot to move my foot to the brakes from the accelerator as usual (which a normal driver would have done if he was fully conscious).

This mistake caused me to almost hit another car on my left. I immediately made a hard right turn, then regain control my car (and avoid the accident).

Unfortunately, the female victim was driving near a cliff.  So, there was not enough room to regain control her car. Therefore, she drove off the cliff.

How could I avoid being forced asleep with low frequency electromagnetic radiation and killed in a creating car accident?

Under such kind of condition (of suddenly feeling sleepy and fall asleep), I knew that low frequency electromagnetic radiation was being used by invisible operatives (who secretly entered my car). That's because I was healthy, only drove on highway for one hour, and had enough sleep before I drove on highway.

Therefore, I immediately ate several pieces of onions which I had handy, whose biting taste and juices quickly woke me up. Thus, I could safely drive to a rest stop and recuperate myself to normal condition from inducing dizziness & sleepiness.

Comparing with this female victim's case with my own experiences as above, it proves that in the creating car accident, the driver must be attacked with the low frequency electromagnetic radiation by the nearby invisible operatives who secretly entered the victim's car.

Why the attack must be caused by the invisible operatives who secretly entered a victim's car? If the nonlethal weapon users (involved police and agents) could remotely power the hidden emitter in victim's car from surveillance station/system (without using invisible operatives), they would have opportunity to continuously power the low frequency EM radiation to keep the driver/victim asleep until a car accident happen. Then, a victim would have no chance to regain the consciousness. The above case & my own experiences have proven that the invisible personnel/involved nonlethal weapon users (involved police, agents) and their invisible operatives are the real murderers in this creating car accident case. This also proves that the creating car accidents can be secretly induced on unaware victims by invisible personnel.

Why did the corrupted invisible personnel rather kill the individual's mother but not kill the individual (in the above case)?

That's because the individual was researching the evidence of a still- respected, high-level State Department official had passed A-bomb secrets to the Soviet Government during World War II. This action should have been known by many friends of the individual. Thus, if the nonlethal weapon users (invisible personnel) directly killed the individual, it could cause even more serious inquiries into the matters by others. Therefore, the corrupted nonlethal weapon users (invisible personnel) rather killed individual's mother if it can achieve the goal to intimidate and stop the individual's research.

Why did the invisible personnel want to kill the individual's mother and intimidate the individual if individual was trying to expose a traitor?

That's because to normal US citizens, the Soviet Unions was an enemy country. However, there is no national border between invisible personnel in the international criminal life control organization (see details on Part III-A1 of my website). These invisible personnel are just like the members of Mafia family. So, an invisible personnel of any country (even enemy country) is still the "real family member of international life control gang" and US invisible personnel are same. Thus, if a normal US citizen passed the A-bomb secrets to the Soviet Union, he has committed treason. However, the above principle is not accepted by the invisible personnel of criminal life control organization. That's because the invisible personnel of criminal life control organization in the world are just like the organized criminals "members of Mafia family" -they are members of international life control gang". That's why the US invisible personnel rather kill the individual's mother to stop individual's research and protect the traitor (who work for invisible personnel).

That's because a person who work for invisible personnel is a "real family member " of the US invisible personnel in the international life control organization/gang. Obviously, the regular Americans are not their man in their (life control gang) eyes.

3. According to two eye-witnesses' report, the invisibility technology had been successfully used in a Philadelphia Tavern to bring two drunken sailors (who had been involved in a brawl with other customers) out of the tavern in 1943.  This event proves that invisibility technology has been developed to use on human and can also be used to abduct their targets from the targets' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc.

On October 1943, a regional Philadelphia Newspaper had reported that two sailors just sort of vanished into thin air during a tavern brawl.  It proves that inside information from Taiwan is true.

According to the information from _The Philadelphia Experiment and Ascension (website), there was a regional Philadelphia newspaper article from October 1943 entitled "Strange Circumstances Surround Tavern Brawl." The article stated as follows:

"Several city police officers responding to a call to aid members of the Navy Shore Patrol in breaking up a tavern brawl near the U.S. Navy docks here last night got something of a surprise when they arrived on the scene to find the place empty of customers. According to a pair of very nervous waitresses, the Shore Patrol had arrived first and cleared the place out - but not before two of the sailors involved allegedly did a disappearing act. "They just sort of vanished into thin air right there," reported one of the frightened hostesses, "and I am't been drinking either!"

At that point, according to her account, the Shore Patrol proceeded to hustle everyone out of the place in short order.  A subsequent chat with the local police precinct left no doubts as to the fact that some sort of general brawl had indeed occurred in the vicinity of the dockyards at about eleven o' clock last night, but neither confirmation nor denial of the stranger aspects of the story could be immediately obtained" (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).

Considering above report, the vanished event must be true because the above two waitresses who eyewitnesses, told the same thing and reported it to the city police officers during the interview.  Thus, the two sailors vanishing event in the Tavern must be true.  Because telling something this incredible would easily cause problems to these eye-witnesses if their story were lies. Also, telling the story of  two vanishing sailors in the Tavern doesn't benefit these two waitresses.  Thus, unless the story is true, no one would want to be involved in this event.. So, these two waitresses would not lie to the police and cause problem to themselves. So, the story must be true.  Also, the police had confirmed that general brawl had indeed occurred in the Tavern.   So, the important point is how could be the two sailors suddenly "vanished into air"?  This event must be related with the secret technology of invisibility technology and I would explain it in details now.

According to information on Philadelphia Experiment, Navy had made the successful trial which occurred on 10/28/1943. The above brawl also happened on October 1943, this shows that the two of sailors must be the crew of the warship which took part in the Philadelphia Experiment. To prevent the invisibility technology testing on the warship from being interfered and exposed, other involved Navy researchers/invisible personnel must carried generator and used invisibility technology on these two of sailors (who involved in the Tavern Brawl) in order to abduct/carry them back to their warship. Thus, after using invisibility technology on the two of sailors, it caused them to become invisible and tiny in the Tavern. However, under such kind of circumstance, unknowing persons (e.g. the eye-witnesses/waitresses) in scene would only see that the two sailors vanished into air. Thus , this News prove that since 1943, US Navy used invisibility technology on their two sailors in a Tavern of Philadelphia.  This made them becoming invisible, tiny then Navy invisible personnel brought them out the Tavern.

However, after using invisibility technology on these two sailors, it appeared that "they just sort of vanished into thin air right there" to unknowing eye-witness in scene. This event also prove that inside information from Taiwan is true that this technology can be used to abduct their target on target's home/workplace, vehicle, etc.

Beside Taiwan inside information, the following information proves that Col. John Alexander (who developed advanced mind control technology and nonlethal weapon for invisible warrior/invisible personnel) also involved the technology of abduction and create the appearance of UFO.  Invisibility technology can be used to create the appearance of UFO because the personnel and equipment can levitate after enter invisible electromagnetic field.

PSYCHOTRONIC UFO ABDUCTIONS

The Federal Agency has acquired enough high tech psychotronic devices to zap the minds of targeted victims and if necessary even create the APPEARANCE of UFO abductions as an experimental method to conceal a program of injecting tiny computer tracking-chips into targeted subjects.  Many of non-lethal weapons projects, in which Col. Alexander is involved, have the technical capability to create the effects of ARTIFICIAL UFO abductions, via holography and electromagnetic mind control techniques.

NEXUS reported that Alexander is a member of the secret U.S. Government "Aviary" Group (made up of CIA and defense officials), which has been involved in repeated efforts to plant PHONY UFO stories

The above two sailors vanishing situation have also reported in the cable TV History channel documentary.  But in the documentary, they portrayed the sailors to have repeatedly fade in and out until they finally disappeared. This is not true and can easily mislead the public that after using invisibility technology, the two sailors become invisible but still keep normal human size in the invisible electromagnetic field.  So, the TV program of Philadelphia Experiment is most likely used to mislead the public as brain washing tactic of CIA.  It tells a few un-important true information and combined with many misleading information to spread the perception that the invisibility technology was a failed experiment, or  to spread the doubt that the technology could possibly be used on people.  For example, in the TV program of Philadelphia Experiment, it shows a sailor were alive after re-materialized his body with the ship.  This information not only used to mislead people, but it also intentionally create unbelievable things to the public to stop further investigation.   Because human cannot be alive after de-materialization.  Also, there is no way to claim that human's blood, muscle can be re-materialized with a ship's steel then appear as normal human after his part of body connect with the ship (see more explanation on following de-materialization).   Obviously, we cannot accept such kind of big lies.

To prevent the secret of tiny invisible personnel from being exposed, some experimental subjects claimed that they had experiences of de-materialization, or time travel in the Philadelphia Experimentation.  However, de-materialization and time travel obviously became two misleading theories to cover the facts that these experimental subjects become invisible and disappeared from view.  Why?  I would explain it.

First, de-materialization did not occur in the Philadelphia Experiment.  It might be possible to de-materialize and then re-materialize non-living objects like a ship, but if a living being like a sailor was de-materialized along with the ship, the sailor would be dead the instant it happens.  Thus, the theory concerning the Philadelphia Experiment which says both the ship and its crew de-materialized and later re-materialized, with the crew still alive, is obviously not possible.  This is very basic logic.

Second, neither did time travel occur in the Philadelphia Experiment.  In the successful trial which occurred on October 28, 1943, the ship and its personnel actually became invisible and undertook interdimensional travel  from one point on Earth to another (from Philadelphia harbor to Norfolk port in Virginia) in a few seconds.  They went neither to the past nor to the future (see details on Part II-B1 of my website).

Why did some experimental subjects use de-materialization and time travel to mislead the public?  Because many scientists and researchers took part in the Philadelphia Experiment during WWII.  Thus, many scientists and researchers knew about that these experimental subjects had become invisible and disappeared from view during the  Experiment.  Since they could not simply deny the above facts, some experimental subjects used dematerialization and time travel to explain that why they became to disappear from view during the Philadelphia Experiment.

Since de-materialization and time travel didn't occur, the misleading explanations do revealed that these experimental subjects had become invisible and tiny. So, it not only caused them to disappear from view at scene, but also caused them becoming tiny.  That's why they use de-materialization to explain the tiny situation to these sailors in Philadelphia Experiment.

Beside some personnel ran into problems during the Philadelphia Experiment, most of them (e.g. Mr. Duncan Cameron, Jr.) had rehabilitated after medical care for a period of time (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).  Thus, invisibility technology of Philadelphia experiment had been successfully demonstrated to use on human being in 1943. It proves that after continuously developing to solve the problems, invisibility technology can be fully used on human being (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).   This confirmed that inside information from Taiwan is true that invisibility technology has been developed successfully to use on human being after WWII.

4. By using invisibility technology, the invisible personnel can steal money, document, ballots, and abduct a target from one's home/office, vehicle, etc.

According to inside information from Taiwan, invisible personnel can use mind control technology and induce illness/death on their targets.  Also, they can use invisibility technology to steal document, cash, (see detailed explanation later), abduct a targeted person from his home, vehicle, etc. (see Dr. Wiley's case on Part II-A14 of my website), stealing ballots (see details on Part II-A7 of my website) and created appearance of UFO.

The following excerpt proves that Col. How can the invisible personnel steal document, huge amount of cash and abduct a person?
After these invisible personnel enter people's home/office, they can also use the carried generators to create strong electromagnetic field on any material (such as cash, letters and paper documents) or a targeted person to make it tiny & invisible, then take it away.

To prove the abduction technology mentioned above can be used by  involved agents and police of surveillance station/system with invisibility technology, I would mention an old news reports about two sailors vanishing into air in a Philadelphia Tavern..

The news report shows that since 1943, Navy used invisibility technology on two of sailors in Tavern Brawl to make them disappear (invisible and tiny). This news proves that using invisibility technology on a targeted person, invisible personnel can abduct a person from his home/office, vehicle, etc. (see details from incident on front 3.).

Thus, this incident tells that in 1943, US Navy used invisibility technology on their sailors then brought them out of the tavern.   Although these two sailors  became invisible and tiny after using invisibility technology on them, on surface, it appeared as "they just sort of vanished into thin air right there" to unknowing eye-witnesses in scene. The event also tells that by using invisibility technology on their targeted person, invisible personnel can abduct a person in victim's home/office, vehicle, etc. Thus, this event also confirm the abduction technology must be true and is directly related with invisibility technology.   Comparing the sailors' vanishing event in 1943 with the abduction technology that John Alexander is involved, only invisibility technology can be used to achieve the abduction

Now, I would use more reported cases to clarify that invisible personnel can use invisibility technology to steal money, document, and ballots, etc. from a hidden place.

For example, there was a case which had been reported in "Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation" by Julianne McKinney (December 1992).

It states: "In another case, the individual reports that a tremendous amount of money has been stolen from a hiding place in her apartment, within hours after she had withdrawn the money from her bank.  There was no obvious signs of entry into her apartment.  The police conducted a cursory inquiry which failed to produce evidence of a crime worthy of investigation.  (This case is an anomaly.  Money is usually not stolen.  Documents appear to be the preferred objects of theft, when theft occur.)"
This case must be true because the victim's bank can produce the record and prove to police that a tremendous amount of money had been withdrawn by the victim within a hour. So, how could anyone cause the large amount money (in hidden place) to suddenly disappear in the victim's home without leaving any signs of entry into her apartment?
This crime could not be committed by common thief.  Why?
(1). A common thief could not know that there was a tremendous amount of money withdrawn from bank and had been stored at home by the victim.  (2). The common thief could not know where the tremendous amount of money was hid in the victim's home because the victim put it in a hidden place.  (3). A common thief could not enter a target's home to steal money from a hidden place within a hour and without leaving evidence of an intruder in the victim's apartment.  Thus, the case must be caused by local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system, or some invisible personnel who worked in the bank.

Why? Because by using invisibility technology, the invisible personnel can make the money invisible and tiny then take the money away without leaving evidence of an intruder.  Furthermore, only an invisible personnel whose work related with bank could have prior knowledge about that a customer would withdraw a tremendous amount of money from bank. Why?  If a customer didn't notify a bank in advanced that he would withdraw a tremendous amount of money from the bank, the bank would not allow the customer to suddenly withdraw a tremendous amount of money.  To prevent invisibility technology being exposed, invisible personnel usually will not steal any target's money.  However, when an under surveillance target has a tremendous amount of money (cash) at home, some invisible personnel will take risk to steal it with invisibility technology.  Another case happened in Taipei, Taiwan in 2000.  According to World Journal (Chinese Newspaper published in NY) report, a accountant (CPA in Taiwan) withdrew cash $10,000,000 NT  ($300,000 US Dollars) from a bank and stored it in a safe at home.  Beside himself, no one else had the key of the safe  However, cash suddenly disappeared after he left home then returned within a hour.  The News reported that there was no evidence of an intruder in his home and the cash was  never found by police.

The above two cases show that the above persons have been secretly tracked and monitored by local invisible personnel whose works involved with bank.  They used invisibility technology to steal these victims' money after these victims left large amount of cash at home and went out for a short period of time. Since invisibility technology is a top secret of involved agents & police of surveillance station/system, unknowing victims will never know that who stole their money.

I also have a few experiences of these invisible personnel stealing my equipment in my home because it can be used to block their surveillance from a distance.

5. The invisible personnel's activities in White House:

Considering Taiwan former President Chiang Kai-Shek's case, US invisible personnel will secretly spy on all important persons (including the President, Cabinet Secretaries, Congressmen, Governors, important civilians who can affect their interests) and unlawful control their lives with illness/death inducing techniques. The invisible personnel's goal is to protect their unlawful interests and power. They secretly harm others' health who are not associated with them.

To prove my reports is also true in US, I want to use two political leaders' statements to prove it.

First one is the House majority leader Boggs' statement:
According to Congressional record on 4/22/1971, House Majority Leader Boggs said: Today, as we in the Congress undertake to recover and restore the people's liberty, we find that it is ourselves who are called to account, ourselves who are under surveillance, ourselves who are prisoners of the power which our silence permitted to come into being. Mr. Speaker, I submit that 1984 is closer than we think" (see details on Congressional record).

Furthermore, only the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system could secretly enter anyone's home/office to monitor every important person's activities and private secret. Thus, former FBI Director Hoover could embarrass an opponent by exposing the opponent's most personal secret at a critical time. I do believe that the oral sex between Monica Lewinsky & Bill Clinton was also clearly watched by the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system in White House as same as they spy other important political persons or citizens at their homes/offices, vehicles, etc.

However, the involved officers, police & operatives of surveillance station/system will never admit it in order to keep the invisibility technology a top secret. Thus, invisible personnel can continuously enter Americans' homes/offices to secretly monitor important persons' activities (who are important or can effect their interests) 24 hours a day anywhere.

Second one is former Russian President Yeltsin's statement:
In his memoir, Yeltsin revealed that he knew about the sex scandal about Bill Clinton with Monica Lewinsky in 1996. Yeltsin's prior knowledge proves that US invisible personnel secretly spy on the President in White House. Now, I would further clarify it in details.

In a interview, the former Russian President tells Giles Whittell (The times' reporter on 10-11- 2000) that "he knew the truth about the Monica Lewinsky affair in 1996 long before the world did (see details on Source).

Power comes at a price In the second extract from his memoirs, Boris Yeltsin tells how both he and Bill Clinton suffered from systematic campaigns to destroy their presidencies.

It seemed the moment to ask about a claim in the new book, Midnight Diaries, that Russian intelligence warned Yeltsin as early as 1996 that US activists intended to plant an attractive young woman would be Monica Lewinsky? "I knew," Yeltsin replied.

Why then did he not tell President Clinton, whom he famously referred to as "Friend Bill"? "He had enough problems already," Yeltsin said. "But it was not only because of that. I decided not to mention it because I didn't fully believe it, and because we are very sensitive to such issues in Russia. Obviously, the above statement is not an exaggeration because this information has revealed in the former Russian President Boris Yeltsin's memoirs _Midnight diaries_. According to his memoir, it states: "In late 1996, after Clinton's re-election, Russian intelligence sent me a report that Clinton's enemies intended to plant a young provocateur in his entourage who would spark a scandal capable of ruining his reputation.

Could this information mentioned women and affair were Paula Jones or Jennifer Flowers? No! Because Jennifer Flowers didn't want to sue Clinton for their past affair. Paula Jones had sued Bill Clinton for sex harassment in 1994. Also, both above women's career didn't involved in White House. Thus, this information in 1996 must pointed to Monica Lewinsky because she was an intern and worked in White House in 1996.

Furthermore, in the interview, Giles Whittell (The times' reporter) had asked Yeltsin the question. "Did he know then that this woman would be Monica Lewinsky?" Giles Wittell asked. "I knew," Yeltsin replied.

Obviously, Yeltsin had prior knowledge earlier than US citizens on the oral sex relation between Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. Also, he got the information from Russian intelligence even earlier than Linda Tripp and Matt Drudge who exposed the sex scandal in US.

However, how could this happen - Yeltsin had prior knowledge on Bill Clinton's oral sex scandal before Linda Tripp and Matt Drudge who exposed it?

Linda Tripp found about Clinton and Lewinsky's sexual relationship after Lewinsky told Tripp in 1997. Matt Drudge first reported about Clinton's sexual relationship with a White House Intern in Jan. 1998. Obviously, unless Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky told other people, no one should know their private activities in oval office.

Linda Tripp could know this scandal because Monica Lewinsky told her in 1997 and then Linda Tripp might expose it to NEWSWEEK. To prove her information was correct, Linda Tripp made of conversations with Monica Lewinsky in tapes which was from Oct. 3 to Dec. 22 in 1997 (which released as part of evidence referred to the House Judiciary Committee by Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr). Mr. Matt Drudge might get the similar information from News week's reporters because NEWSWEEK didn't want to expose it after their staffs made investigation on it. Thus, Matt Drudge exposed it on internet in January 1998. Then, American could know about Clinton's sex scandal with Monica Lewinsky.

The above facts prove that before 1997, beside Bill Clinton and Lewinsky no one should know the scandal because Lewinsky didn't tell others before 1997. Then how could Russian intelligence knew the Bill Clinton's sexual scandal (with Monica Lewinsky) in 1996 earlier than everyone. Obviously, neither Monica nor Clinton would tell their scandal to Russian intelligence. So how could the Russian intelligence collect so accuracy information which secretly happened in oval office and sent to Yeltsin in 1996. The only reason is that when Bill Clinton had oral sex with Monica Lewinsky in oval office, US invisible personnel also kept spying on them as well in the President's office (Former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek was also under Taiwan invisible personnel's surveillance and unlawful life manipulation. How could Russian intelligence get this information? Since there is no national border between every country's invisible personnel, US invisible personnel might pass it to Russian overseas invisible personnel. Thus, Russian intelligence could know about it and send the information to their President Yeltsin.

Which inviisble personnel would spy on US President in White House?
Most of people will consider that these invisible personnel belong to FBI's involved agents (who use invisibility technology). However, I have different opinion although FBI involved agents would have secretly spied on important public officials (from cabinet Secretaries to Congressmen and Senators) for decades.

Comparing with Taiwan's system, I would deduce that these invisble personnel would be some involved agents who work in Secret Service and secretly use invisibility technology. Why?
It is because US President and Vice President are protected by Secret Service agents. The Secret Secret was established in 1865. Since 1902, a presidential protection unit was formed to protect President and Vice President. Obviously, after invisibility technology had been successfully developed then transferred to foreign counties and US local law enforcement, the invisibility technology must also had also been transferred to involved agents of Secret Service. To these invisible personnel group, this is the similar goal like that they transferred invisibility technology to local law enforcement officers. Beside some Secret Service agents would protect the safety of US President and Vice President, some of involved Secret Service Agents (who use invisibility technology) would secretly monitor the President's activities, or secretly read the President's mind and secretly control the President's life/health. So, these invisible personnel hide in every Agency/Unit/Police dept. They all have double roles like local involved police chiefs, police and agents (who use the invisibility technology), since they secretly control local citizens' lives and are also responsible for local citizens' safety.

Thus, some of these invisible personnel would also hide in White House. Beside life control, they can secretly monitor the President's activities when he is alone and even secretly use mind machine to read US President's mind during his sleep.

These invisible personnel became an international group for several decades.
To secretly control anyone's life/health and advance invisible personnel's unlawful poower/interests have been secretly operated over several decades by these involved agents and police. Although these involved police/agents (who use invisibility technology) might work in different Agencies/Units/Police dept., or even different country, they would still secretly work together to advance their unlawful interests/power. So, they have their secret channel to exchange intelligence and what they need other invisible personnel to help. So, no matter who secretly spies on the US President, the secret activities are key links to the US invisible personel group's secret operations (to secretly control anyone's life/health. spy on any imporatnt American's activities and read any important American's mind to advance their unlawful interests/power).

US invisible personnel secretly passed the information to Russian invisible personnel because Bill Clinton and Boris Yeltsin become friend after Soviet collapse. Thus, this method can help Clinton through Russian President Yeltsin and prevent Clinton from knowing that invisible personnel secretly spy on him in Oval Office. Why would the invisible personnel warn Bill Clinton about his affair? Because they liked Bill Clinton since he didn't know involved agents and police (invisible personnel) have been corrupted. In 1993, although the involved agents and police must knew the terrorists' plan and target, they intentionally let NY WTC Bombing happened to create terror on the public then pursue their unlawful interests (see detail on Part VIII-A of my website). This tragedy caused that Clinton administration allowed military advanced nonlethal (psychotronic) weapons (including military mind control devices) to be transferred to law enforcement (under the name of anti-terrorism). Later, these psychotronic weapons have been secretly used by invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited civilian operatives) to unlawfully control all American people's lives (including Bill Clinton). For example, local invisible personnel secretly induced the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease on former President Reagan in 1994, induced Florida Governor Lawton Chiles to have cerebral hemorrhage in 1995 then induced cardiac arrest on him in 1998, and murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique (see Part II-C1, C2, C3 of my website). They also used advanced mind control device to drive some violent students to commit massacre in 1997 Mississippi, 1998 Oregon, 1999 Colorado school shootings. Their goal is to create terror and fear on the public about gun violation in order to promote gun control (see .details on Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website). To these mind control school shootings, unaware Clinton only reacted with comprehensive gun control. This is also what invisible personnel wanted. Their short-term goal is gun control and long-term goal is to ban gun. Because if Americans don't have guns for self-defense, the invisible personnel can induce illness/death on anyone without fears.

Since Clinton didn't know that the 1993 NY WTC Bombing and above mind control school shootings must be intentionally caused by invisible personnel, his reactions mostly followed involved agents and police's request. Thus, invisible personnel very liked Clinton. Also, Mrs. Janet Morris and his husband Christopher C. Morris (a key member of American Security Council) have close associated with Clinton. Ms. Janet Morris has been deeply related with invisible personnel and developed non-lethal (psychotronic) weapons for invisible personnel (involved law enforcement officers). Thus, when other invisible personnel monitored Bill Clinton's oral sex with Monica Lewinsky in Oval Office, they would notify Mrs. Janet Morris. If Janet Morris knew about it, she would support to warn Clinton in order to keep him in office. This would also benefit Mrs. Morris and invisible personnel because under Clinton's administration, he would continuously pursue gun control and develop psychotronic weapons for involved law enforcement. So, some invisible personnel either liked Clinton, or their scientist (e.g. Janet Morris) had close association with him. These reasons caused US invisible personnel to support Bill Clinton and would keep him in office

It must be the same reason, the invisible personnel had tried to damage George W. Bush's Presidential campaign in 2000. To pursue this goal, they even murdered Senator Paul Coverdell (see details on Part II-C3 of my website). Because they believed that Al Gore would follow Clinton's policy to continuously pursue gun control and develop psychotronic weapons for involved law enforcement. But Al Gore was unaware of this. Why? It is actually quite common that invisible personnel use illness/death inducing techniques to commit murder in order to secretly help the person who can benefit them.

There is another case that a witness who was in jail and related Whitewater case against Bill Clinton. However, he suddenly died while he was in incarcerated. This witness' death was most likely caused by invisible personnel with illness/death inducing techniques. Why? Since the invisible personnel can use illness/death techniques to secretly induce death on any unknowing target, they might had induced serious illness on the witness who cooperated with Ken Starr in Whitewater case and was in jail.  I didn't mean that the witness could expose criminal evidence.  But since those corrupted invisible personnel had been comfortable during Clinton's administration, they would prefer to induce illness/death against the witness to protect Clinton.  Also, based on inside information, by using the technology of interdimensional travel, invisible personnel can spend ten-to-twenty minutes to travel from a state to another state (see US patent on bottom Source 10).  Thus, they can travel to a distant location to injure a target in jail to the brink of death (like causing kidney failure) with illness/death inducing technique and return.  Thus, even the victim was sent to hospital, he cannot be saved by doctors.  So, the invisible personnel can use this tactic to murder a distant target without anyone's knowledge. If some aware persons suspect them to injure a witness in jail to the brink of death, no one can become the eye-witness.  Even an expert as I suspect them of killing a distant target, they still can establish a fake alibi to dismiss any accusation.

However, even if the witness was really murdered with illness/death inducing techniques by invisible personnel, Bill Clinton would not know it because the invisible personnel's real goal is only to seek their own unlawful interests and life control power.  Thus, the invisible personnel might murder the witness in jail, but their real goal is to ensure that Clinton Administration continuously collect funding to develop advanced non-lethal weapons and pursue gun control for involved law enforcement and continuously pursue comprehensive gun control.  Some incidents prove that the invisible personnel have unlawfully used these weapons to eliminate American people who know their crimes, or become a witness to oppose their unlawful interests (see details on Part C4), and whom they dislike (see details on Part II-C2, C3 of my website).

However, to prevent the invisibility technology from leaking, they intentionally used the cover story to send the information to Yeltsin. If Russian President Boris Yeltsin used this information to warn Bill Clinton. It can help Clinton and prevent invisible personnel's secret surveillance in White House from being exposed. So, they used the cover story (Clinton's enemy want to use an attractive young woman in the White House to embarrass him and destroy his reputation) to make it seem that Russian intelligence had gathered this information from Clinton's enemies (who were outside of the White House). This story make it seem that many conspirators worked on this plan, so the Russian could find out about it.

However, the truth proved that this scandal was caused by the Clinton's own failing and Lewinsky's ambition (Lewinsky admitted it to Barbara Walter in the TV interview). Nobody set them up nor would anyone find out about it if Lewinsky didn't start to talk in 1997. Yet, Russians knew about this relationship in 1996, so somebody must have been spying on the White House. This proves that Russian overseas invisible personnel got their information from US invisible personnel and used a cover story to protect the original source of the information to prevent the invisible personnel' s secret surveillance in White House from being exposed. Because only invisible personnel have means, opportunities and motives to secretly spy the President in Oval Office.

Thus, in a interview, the former Russian President tells Giles Whittell (The times' reporter) that "he knew the truth about the Monica Lewinsky affair in 1996 long before the world did. "Why then did he not tell President Clinton, whom he famously referred to as "Friend Bill"?

The above interview with former Russian President Yeltsin prove that when Bill Clinton had oral sex with Monica Lewinsky in oval office in 1996, US invisible personnel kept spying on them. Russian overseas invisible personnel could get the scandal information from US invisible personnel and sent it to Russian intelligence. This is not an amazing thing. Because there is no national border between every country's invisible personnel (see details on Part III-A1 of my website).

*The invisible personnel include the involved police and federal agents (including military intelligence agency) who work in federal or local law enforcement and have used invisibility technology. Also, there are civilians who have been recruited to work for full time "invisible operatives." That's because involved agents & local police of surveillance station/system can only work part time as invisible personnel since they have regular jobs. Thus, the involved agents, police will mostly work as invisible personnel at night and weekend.

So far, the involved local invisible personnel (involved police chief and FBI agents) work as unlawful local region's dictators because their recruited invisible operatives will only follow their order to do anything (either spy on, or murder any target) and disregard the law. Because they became corrupted after using invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques and psychotronic (aka non-lethal) weapons to control everyone's lives. Currently, the first goal of local involved agents, police of surveillance station/system is to protect their unlawful life control power and interests. Thus, they are more loyal to the international life control group than United States. To protect other invisible personnel, they had betrayed the US because there is no national border between invisible personnel (see the staged car accident case on Part III-A1 of my website). They are not loyal to their own country because they consider that their unlawful interests and unlawful life control power are more important than the Country's interests, their duty and the laws. Although Russian overseas invisible personnel got the accuracy information from US invisible personnel and sent it to Russian intelligence, it is still not an amazing thing.  Because foreign invisible personnel will support US invisible personnel to pursue their common interests and prevent invisibility technology from being exposed. Under their unlawful international cooperation, foreign invisible personnel will assist US invisible personnel to cover up their crimes (Vice versa). So, when advancing their own interests, they dared to murder the Governor, Senator, expert witness, and induced illness on former President Reagan (se details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4 of my website). When pursuing gun control, the invisible personnel had betrayed the public to drove violent students to commit massacre in 1997 Mississippi, 1998 Oregon, and 1999 Colorado school shooting (see details on Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website). Also, there are eight circumstantial evidences to prove that President Bush's fainting on 1-13-02 is a failed assassination attempt by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-A15 of my website).

The above facts and incidents prove that invisible personnel have betrayed the United States and Americans many times. So, they will not really follow the orders from Attorney General, CIA & FBI director if anything is involved with invisible personnel's own interests.

Furthermore, these invisible personnel have a secret network from local to federal and connect with foreign invisible personnel for several decades to protect their unlawful life control power and interests. Thus, the invisible personnel have more accuracy information than the President of the US, public officials in the Justice department and government agency. But they will not notify Attorney General, their Directors and regular officers these accuracy information if these information are involved with their unlawful interests. So, 9/11 tragedy and related information tell that invisible personnel have betrayed the United States again (see details on Part II-E1 or Part II-A24 of my website).

On the other hand, if any public official, or news reporter ask these involved officers/invisible personnel about invisibility technology, they will either deny, or keep silence on, the existence of invisible personnel to prevent the invisibility technology secret from being exposed. Thus, some US invisible personnel must also secretly keep spying on all important Americans (from the President to important civilians)) in their offices/homes because they want to unlawfully control all important persons' lives and activities to protect their own unlawful interests and power.

Since invisible personnel are tiny and use psychotronic weapon, they can secretly commit crime and leave no evidence of an intruder, a struggle and external injury on victim's body (see details on Part II-A16 of my website). Thus, those persons who associated with invisible personnel can falsely accuse a mind control target as mentally ill. Because no one can see the tiny invisible personnel land onto the target's head and speak to the unaware target through microwave voice device, implant mind control thoughts on the target with electronic ELF device.

6. The bugging devices in the compound of Branch Davidians, Waco. must be installed by invisible personnel/little spirits of surveillance station/system

According to following information, GRILL-FLAME personnel possessed a marked psychic ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures. Although this classified technology has been removed to a PSI company as the technology of remote viewing, it was called GRILL-FLAME.

However, the above abilities are same as the invisible operatives/little spirits in surveillance system. That's because after the involved LEO recruit the healthy owners or managers of business stories as operatives, they will obtain mind machine, microwave voice device, sound & radiation wave weapons and use the invisibility technology in surveillance station/system to spy on citizens or secretly induce illness/death on a special target.

Major Edward Dames, formerly with the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency until 1992, was a long-serving member of the highly classified operation GRILL-FLAME, a program that focused on some of the more bizarre possibilities of intelligence gathering and remote interrogation. Known as "remote viewers," GRILL-FLAME personnel possessed a marked psychic ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures. The program operated with two teams: one working out of the top secret NSA facility at Fort George Meade in Maryland, and the other at SRI. Results are said to have been exemplary.

Following the Oliver North debacle, the Secretary of Defense officially terminated GRILL-FLAME, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public. The leading members of the project -- including Dames -- immediately relocated to the privately owned and newly formed Psi-Tech, and continue their work to this day, operating under government contract. In the course of his work, Dames was (and remains) close to many the leading figures and proponents anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons, especially those that operate in the neurological field. During NBC's "The Other Side" program, Dames stated that "The U.S. Government has an electronic device which could implant thoughts in people." He refused to comment further. Now, I would use the bugging devices in Waco event in 1993 as an example to clarify that the GRILL-FLAME personnel must be invisible operatives.

For example, according to ABC News report," DALLAS, Oct. 8 Powerful bugging devices allowed the FBI to overhear clearly the voices of Branch Davidians preparing the deadly fire that consumed their compound near Waco in 1993, a former military adviser said in today's edition of the Dallas Morning News.

"Col. Rawlings told the Morning News that he and other officials sat in an FBI monitoring room outside the compound on April 19, 1993. Voices picked up by powerful bugging devices planted inside the compound were broadcast on speakers in the monitoring room, he said.

"You could hear everything from the very beginning, as it was happening, said Rawlings, 54, now a project manager for a computer firm in Austin. Anyone who says you couldn't at the time is being less than truthful, he said.

"Among the most chilling transmissions was Mr. Koresh's order to set the fires, a command followed by the sound of gunshots, Col. Rawlings said. The bugs then broadcast the voice of Mr. Koresh declaring that God did not want him to die, and his chief lieutenant's response that the sect leader "wasn't going to get out of this," he said. The colonel, who retired from the Army in 1997, said he was at Waco as the senior Army liaison to the FBI’s hostage rescue team."

Koresh and about 80 people inside the compound died, some from fire and others from gunshot wounds, after a 51-day siege by federal agents.

Waco Controversy Flares Up, Again

Controversy over the affair was re-ignited last month after the FBI admitted, after years of denials, that agents fired potentially incendiary military tear gas rounds at the roof of a concrete bunker near the compound. But the agency said that there was no evidence the rounds helped start the fire. Col. Rawlings told the Morning News that he and other officials sat in an FBI monitoring room outside the compound on April 19, 1993. Voices picked up by powerful bugging devices planted inside the compound were broadcast on speakers in the monitoring room, he said. Danforth was appointed by Reno last month to investigate how the siege came to a deadly end and whether federal agents had any part in causing the deaths or covering up their role afterward.

.... Officials have told Congress that transmissions from eavesdropping devices inside the compound were too garbled to allow agents to hear the sect's discussions about spreading fuel as FBI tanks began ramming the building and spreading tear gas inside.

Rawlings said about the FBI’s subsequent denials it overheard the fire preparations. They've had the opportunity to say, ‘We knew.’ Weave not gotten a straightforward answer.

How could these powerful bugging devices be implanted inside the Branch Davidian compound?

It must not be implanted by an undercover agent who was in the Branch Davidians. why?

Some of Branch Davidians claimed that they knew the ATF would arrest David Koresh because one of them (must worked for authorities) left the compound before ATF arrived & tried to arrest David Koresh. It shows that this undercover agent (or recruited from Branch Davidians) must worked for ATF. That's why this undercover agent left one day before ATF came to the compound. Obviously, this undercover agent would not & didn't implant the bugging devices inside compound. Why? There are two reasons:

(1). This agent would consider that his job had accomplished if next day ATF agents could arrest David Koresh.

(2). If there were bugging devices inside the compound before ATF agents came, ATF would know (overhear from bugging devices) that if they forcibly entered the compound, Branch Davidians would use their arms to attack ATF.

Since the voices from bugging devices can be overheard clearly as the news report - according to former military adviser Col. Rawlings, it has shown that ATF would not take risk to cost some them to be injured if they have used these bugging devices.

Therefore, the above facts prove that there was no bugging devices before FBI entered this case.

I deduce that these invisible operatives have been used to penetrate the Branch Davidians and gather important intelligence on David Koresh. How?

By using the technology of invisibility & interdimensional travel from surveillance station/system, the "invisible warriors" (or "little spirits" of Operation Pandora) can easily enter the Compound (see details on my main webpage: Part II-A).

Thus, by using invisibility technology from surveillance station/system, these invisible operatives would carry many bugging devices and entered the compound to implant the bugging devices in different concealed places which David Koresh would appear. After these bugging devices have been implanted a while, these devices would become visible. Why? That's because the strong electromagnetic field on devices would disappear after theses invisible operatives left bugging devices alone on concealed places. However, these bugging devices are extremely small and can be easily hidden in concealed places without being found ("Some of these devices were concealed within things like discarded cigarette butts, matchboxes, and things of that nature. They don't have to be very big to transmit a signal far enough to reach a listening post nearby." The ads in electronics magazines for wireless transmitters -with microphones is smaller than a dime that can put out a clean signal at least 1/4 of a mile or more).

According to above information (on Source 1), "GRILL-FLAME personnel possessed a marked psychic ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures."

Could some psychics have been used to penetrate the Branch Davidians and gather important intelligence on David Koresh.

No! I don't think so. Also, we didn't heard that any psychic was involved in this case. On the other hand, even using helicopter to drop the bugging devices or their undercover agents joined the sect, they could not easily carry the bugging devices to implant inside the David Koresh working center (main building). Also, FBI entered this case after some ATF agents have been injured when they tried to forcibly arrest David Koresh.

How could FBI suddenly have undercover agents in the compound of Branch Davidians when Branch Davidians compound had been surrounded

Therefore, by using invisibility technology from surveillance station/system, "the invisible operatives/little spirits" can definitely enter (penetrated) the compound and secretly collect important information from David Koresh.

However, after David Koresh & Branch Davidians showed that they would not surrender, these invisible operatives would quickly get out the compound to avoid being injured. That's because this compound would be besieged forcibly in such kind of situation. Thus, these invisible operatives would carry many bugging devices and entered the compound to install the bugging devices in different concealed places which David Koresh would appear. These bugging devices would be used to collect information from compound after invisible operatives got out the compound. That's because FBI has requested military equipment (should include the equipment operators) to assist. Therefore, before military officers came, I believe that these invisible operatives must have returned to surveillance station/system to avoid their secrets leaking.

Thus, when the "Col. Rawlings and other officials sat in an FBI monitoring room outside the compound on April 19, 1993, Voices picked up by powerful bugging devices planted inside the compound were broadcast on speakers in the monitoring room, he said. "You could hear everything from the very beginning, as it was happening, said Rawlings, 54, now a project manager for a computer firm in Austin. Anyone who says you could not at the time is being less than truthful, he said (see details on Source)." Therefore, the above case also proves that GRILL-FLAME personnel (who can penetrate designated targets and gather important intelligence on significant figures) must be involved with "invisible warriors (operatives)".

Also, these technologies now are called remote viewing in the Psi-Tech company. The above information also proves that invisibility technology & interdimensional travel technology have been used in current surveillance station/system to gather intelligence and in remote interrogation. It is possible that the invisibility technology might need psychics to map out the earth's planetary magnetic grid work for interdimensional travel ( or even is used as the the direction finder for invisible operatives after they enter the magnetic dimension. That's because their ordinary compass might be useless after they create strong electromagnetic field to become invisible). However, to avoid their secret from being exposed, the involved LEO usually claim that their invisible operatives are only psychics because by using advanced mind reading technique, these invisible operatives all have mind reading abilities in surveillance system (in the secret dimension) as "psychic capabilities". Since CIA has employed some psychics and all invisible operatives also have mind reading abilities as (must be better than) psychics when they used the mind reading technique in surveillance system, the "psychics" personnel & designation has been intentionally used as a cover for their secret assassins/murderers ("invisible operatives/little spirits") in order to prevent the secret of invisibility technology & invisible operatives from being exposed.

According to above information (Source 1)," following the Oliver North debacle, the Defense officially terminated Grill-Flame, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public." It further shows that this program must be related with invisibility technology & their secret assassins/murderers (invisible warriors/invisible operatives) from surveillance station/system but not psychics. Otherwise, they didn't need to fear bad publicity if the program were exposed to the public. It does show that Grill-Flame's personnel must be related with the invisible operatives/little spirits in surveillance station/system.

Why was the involved officers of surveillance station/system "fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public"?
According to above information, Major Edward Dames, formerly with the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency until 1992, was a long-serving member of the highly classified operation GRILL-FLAME.

Based on Major Edward Dames own words on cable channel A& E during interview about remote-viewing, it was his request to terminate GRILL-FLAME in government.  That's because he felt that to keep Operation Grill-Flame in government was not a right thing. This means that top public officers in Defense might even only know part of the truth about operation GRILL-FLAME - personnel possessed a marked psychic ability that was put to use "penetrating" designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures (see details on Source at the reasons 11). However, Dames, was a long-serving member of operation GRILL-FLAME, must know whole truth about it although he definitely would deny that remote-viewing is related with invisibility technology, invisible personnel to cover up the truth.

So,  the reality must be as following 4 reasons:

(a). This invisibility technology has been kept a classified technology by involved LEO over five decades since it was discovered in 1943. It should be declassified after twenty five years. Why it wasn't de-classified after passing fifty years.

(b). Also, after the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system secretly enter American people's home, car, plane, etc. keep people under close surveillance, there is absolutely no any privacy to everyone (including the President of US)

(c). The activities of invisible personnel include that local invisible personnel used mind control equipment & technologies to drive their target mad and/or drive a violent target as a programmable murderer to kill (e.g. 1997 Mississippi school shooting & 1998 Oregon school shooting- see details on my webpage Part II-D1, D2) from surveillance station/system.

(d). The invisible personnel of surveillance stations/system have secretly worsen  American people's health and induced illness/death on American people who know their crimes, or become a witness to oppose their interests and whom they dislike.  For example,  the invisible personnel has induced former President Reagan to have Alzheimer's disease in 1994 (see details on Part II-C1 of my website).  Florida Governor Lawton Chiles was induced brain hemorrhage in 1995 & was murdered in 1998 with radio-frequency weapon from his back.  It caused lawton Chiles' heart-beat to keep quickly increasing (like his heart had an abnormal heart rhythm then failed)  and died as if the result of natural causes -see details on Part II-C2 of my website.  Senator Paul Coverdell had been murdered with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique to influence the Presidential Election -See details on Part II-C3, Witness expert Carlos Ghigliotti was murdered with heart-attack inducing technique (see details on Part II-C4).

The above four reasons must be why the involved agents of surveillance station/system fear bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public. Therefore, these technology of invisibility & interdimensional travel now is called remote viewing in Psi-Tech company. It means that remote viewing become the new code-name of invisibility technology.
