Why was a police officer involved to leak it?
The short answer is that it must be caused by nonlethal weapon users (involved police, agents & recruited civilian operatives)/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system to damage a Presidential candidate whom they dislike.
According to News report, Republican candidate George W. Bush was forced Thursday night to answer questions about a drunken driving case in 1976.
Bush told reporters he's "not proud" that he was arrested for driving under the influence in Kennebunkport, Maine, after drinking several beers at a bar. "I regret that it happened, but it did," Bush said. Bush was 30 at the time. He was fined $150 and his driving privileges were suspended.
Bush said "It was 24 years ago and that's the interesting thing about this: Here we are with four days to go in the campaign and we're discussing what happened 24 years ago," Bush said. "I've got my suspicions."
Now, we would like to know who can track down such kind of information on a selected target accurately although the incident occurred 24 years ago?!
I deduce that only the involved LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system can provide such kind of detail information on a selected person. Why do I make such kind of deduction?
There are two reasons:
1. The case happened in Kennebunkport, Maine in 1976 but not in Texas.
Most people know George W Bush live in Texas. Very few people could know that 24 years ago, he was arrested for "operating under the influence" in Maine. Thus, only the police in charge of this case or other involved person are aware of such kind of information. However, the involved LEO/invisible personnel can always secretly collect such kind of information from a target after they over heard it.
2. Without knowing the exact information on the date, month, and year in which the George W. Bush was arrested, even a lawyer cannot find the case from a local court.
Thus, it is obvious that the lawyer received inside information on this DUI case of Bush from the local polices or other involved LEO of surveillance station/system. Otherwise, the lawyer cannot know the exact date, month, and year on this DUI case and trackdown the record from the courthouse.
Now, we can examine how Erin Fehlau (a reporter from WPXT-TV Channel 51, a Fox Affiliate in Maine) find out about Bush's DUI offense to further prove my above statement.
According to ABC NEWS Nov. 3, the reporter who broke the news Thursday of George W. Bush's 1976 arrest for drunk driving arrest says she came across the discovery virtually by accident.
Could it be really found by accident or should this be a set-up?
According to ABCNEWS, "Erin Fehlau, a reporter from WPXT-TV Channel 51, a Fox Affiliate in Maine, says she first heard about the story from a police officer at the Cumberland County courthouse."
"While we were waiting for a verdict on another trial, a police officer came up to me and said she had overheard a lawyer and the judge in the courthouse talking about the fact that [Bush] had an [arrest]," said Fehlau on ABC's Nightline Thursday night. "[The officer] actually thought it was a joke. She didn't believe it."
Now, the key is here. Why would a police officer came up to her and said that "she had overheard a lawyer and the judge in the courthouse talking about the fact that [Bush] had an [arrest]."
This about representation on how this police officer learn about this information is obviously a lie. Why?
How could the police suddenly overheard a lawyer and judge in the courtroom talking about a DUI case which happened 24 years ago?
If the lawyer was checking this case at courthouse on the same day ,then he could have chance to discuss the event with a judge. However, the fact does fit the above situation. Why?
There are three reasons:
(1). The lawyer must had checked-out this DUI information before he appeared the courthouse to talk to the reporter because he already has a copy of this case in his own office.
Why can I make this conclusion?
According to reporter Fehlau’s own words on ABCNEWS report, she said: "I ran over to him and said, `What’s going on, do you know anything about this?`" Fehlau. "At which point he said, `Yes, I have a copy of a docket. It's in my office.`"
The above situation proves that the case has been check-out already, and the lawyer has kept a copy of Bush's DUI arrest. However, they set-up the reporter, so it would appear that as if she found out about this information by accident.
(2). The reporter didn't see the lawyer talked to a judge and only saw the lawyer in the courthouse.
According to ABCNEWS, the tip piqued Fehlau’s interest. She spotted the lawyer - who she describes as a "local criminal defense attorney," but has not named -leaving the courthouse and pursued him to ask about the matter."
(3). It is most likely that the informants (police and Lawyer) cooperated to set-up the TV reporter to leak the DUI case to her.
Why?
Most of people do not know that local polices who are involved in surveillance station/system have unlawfully control local Americans' lives and become mind controllers of local citizens (see details on Part I-B from my other website -on address http://members.aol.com/colonelyu1/part1b.htm).
According to following Press report, state and local polices have used mind control (microwave voice device) equipment and life control weapons (infrasound, microwave weapon, radio-frequency weapon, EMP, laser, etc.). Thus, local police become mind control basic unit and unlawfully control local Americans' lives.

The 3\23\94 WASHINGTON POST reported: "The Pentagon and the Justice
Department have agreed to share state-of-the-art military technology with
civilian law enforcement agencies, including exotic 'non-lethal' weapons.
The 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported: "Federal researchers are now investigating a broad array of non-lethal devices including ... LOW-FREQUENCY 'INFRASOUND' GENERATORS POWERFUL ENOUGH TO TRIGGER NAUSEA OR DIARRHEA, ... electronics-disrupting pulses of electromagnetic radiation .. and biological agents that can chew up crops."
In March, 1993, the National Institute of Justice [NIJ]-- (an office of Janet Reno's Justice Department), issued a report titled: "NIJ Initiative On Less-Than-Lethal Weapons." The Department is now encouraging local and state police organizations to utilize psychotronic, electromagnetic and mind control weapons against their local citizenry. The reports stated: "Short-term research will be completed TO ADOPT MILITARY TECHNOLOGIES TO USE BY DOMESTIC LAW ENFORCEMENT ... including LASER, MICROWAVE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC" WEAPONS.
MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, in November, 1993, a three day top-secret non-lethal weapons conference took place in the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. 400 scientists gathered at this University Applied Physics Lab to discuss their work in developing nonlethal weapons technologies including radio-frequency radiation (RF), electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weapon, ELF, lasers and chemical. The meeting was classified. The meeting was attended by numerous scientist, military weapons experts, intelligence officials from state and local police departments. The main purposes of the meeting was to prepare leading law enforcement officials for the use of psychotronic mind-control weapons.
Amongst the subjects covered at the conference were "RADIO-FREQUENCY WEAPONS, HIGH POWERED MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGY, ACOUSTIC TECHNOLOGY" (used to transmit subliminal voices into a victims head), VOICE SYNTHESIS, and APPLICATION OF EXTREME FREQUENCY ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS TO NON-LETHAL WEAPONS." Col. John B. Alexander, Program Manager for Non-Lethal (psychotronic) Defense, Los Alamos National Laboratory, served as PRESENT DAY, U.S. Government use of electromagnetic weapons was described conference chairman.
In the Oct-Nov., 94 NEXUS MAGAZINE: "Directed-energy weapons currently
being deployed include, for example, a micro-wave weapon manufactured by
Lockheed-Sanders and used for a process known as 'Voice Synthesis' which
is REMOTE BEAMING OF AUDIO (i.e., VOICES OR OTHER AUDIBLE SIGNALS) DIRECTLY
INTO THE BRAIN OF ANY SELECTED HUMAN TARGET. This process is also known
within the U.S. Government as "Synthetic Telepathy" [Microwave voices device
-- Alan Yu note]. This psychotronic weapon was demonstrated by Dr. Dave
Morgan at the November, 1993 Non-Lethal weapons conference.

Thus, the unknown named police pretended that she didn't believe this information but still went to the reporter to tell about it. It is obviously a mind control tactic to set-up the reporter as if she obtained the information by accident.
If the police really didn't believe this story and thought it was a
joke like the Fox reporter had stated, why would the police specially approach
to the TV report Erin Fehlau and told her about it?
The above fact shows that the police and lawyer might cooperate to
set-up the female reporter.
The above situation appears that it is most likely a set-up case but not accident.
Now, the another interesting question is that why is the information exposed 4 days before election?
It is obviously another mind control tactic to suddenly destroy George W Bush's reputation and cause voters to distrust Bush. I don't think the above tactic is directed by Al Gore although the above situation will benefit him. I deduce that this event is caused by involved LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system and the lawyer only received detail information from them.
However, since the involved LEO would destroy George W. Bush's reputation to cost him votes, it appears that they have used their tactics and power to select Al Gore to become President for US citizens.
Why?
The above reports (on above source) has proven that mind control equipment (microwave voices device, voice synthesis) and life control weapons (infrasound, microwave, radio-frequency weapon, EMP, etc.) have been used by state and local law enforcement officers.
However, the cases of Oregon and Mississippi school shootings show that some involved LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system used microwave voice device on some violent students and drove them to cause school shootings (see details on Part II-D1, D2 from my main webpage- http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/). It has increased fears to publics and can cause to ask for further gun control, more manpower, funding, advanced nonlethal weapons for involved LEO of surveillance station/system.
By delivering microwave voice on students to cause some school shootings, it shows that we have a weak leader to be the President who cannot regulate these corrupted LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system and might have been misled..
Bill Clinton and Al Gore have become weak leaders of our nation because Clinton had disgraced the Presidency and damaged his prestige (as result of the sex scandal and fund raising tactics, etc.). To prevent their crimes and corruption from being exposed, the involved LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system rather select a weak leader as US President who cannot regulate them as Bill Clinton.
Such kind of dirty trick will frequently happen in every election year
when the involved LEO/invisible personnel of surveillance station/system
dislike a candidate. It is their special tactic to eliminate a political
candidate whom they dislike and make another candidate (whom they like)
easily be elected in government. However, if some involved LEO/invisible
personnel of surveillance station/system use any means necessary to pursue
their goal, it must be the result of corruption. Thus, informed citizens
cannot allow them to achieve their goal.

Bush Admits DUI Arrest
Nov. 3 - Holding the lead in the polls just days before the presidential election, Republican candidate George W. Bush was forced Thursday night to answer questions about a previously unknown arrest for drunken driving in 1976.
Bush told reporters he's "not proud" that he was arrested for driving under the influence in Kennebunkport, Maine, after drinking several beers at a bar.
"I regret that it happened, but it did," Bush said.
. . .
Chris Lehane, spokesman for the Democratic presidential candidate,
Vice President Al Gore, refused to comment on the story, though he did deny any effort to tie his camp to the story.
"This is not something the Gore campaign is involved with in any shape way or form," Lehane said. Asked how he could be certain after learning about the report just moments earlier, Lehane responded, "I know that's not something the Gore campaign would engage."
Appearing Thursday night on Nightline, Erin Fehlau, the local TV reporter who broke the story, said she was confident it was "not a setup' -though the revelation apparently originated with a lawyer who has served as a Democratic National Convention delegate.
A police officer, Fehlau said, had overheard a judge and the attorney discussing the matter. The officer asked Fehlau, who was covering an unrelated story at the courthouse, if it was true. Later, Fehlau said she sought out the lawyer, who provided her with a court document on the Bush case.
Mistakes Were Made
Reiterating his blanket response to questions about indiscretions of his early years that he refuses to discuss publicly, Bush said, "I've been very candid about my past."
"I've said I made mistakes in the past," he said. "People know that. They've thought about that. They've made their' they're making their minds up now."
The Republican presidential candidate said again that he quit drinking right after his 40th birthday in 1986. Bush called one of his daughters to inform her. His wife, Laura, called the other. The main reason Bush cited for failing to disclose the information sooner was that he did not want to set a bad example for his twin girls.
'I made the decision that, as a dad, I didn't want my girls doing the kinds of things I did," Bush said.
A year before the incident, Bush earned his Masters of Business Administration
and returned to Texas to get into the oil business at age 29. In
the summer of 1977, he met his wife, Laura, and married her in November.
A year later, he launched an unsuccessful bid for the U.S. Congress.

How the Story Broke
Nov. 3 - The reporter who broke the news Thursday of George W. Bush's 1976 arrest for drunk driving arrest says she came across the discovery virtually by accident.
Erin Fehlau, a reporter from WPXT-TV Channel 51, a Fox Affiliate in Maine, says she first heard about the story from a police officer at the Cumberland County courthouse.
The tip piqued Fehlau’s interest. She spotted the lawyer - who she describes as a "local criminal defense attorney," but has not named - leaving the courthouse and pursued him to ask about the matter.
"I ran over to him and said, `What’s going on, do you know anything about this?`" Fehlau. "At which point he said, `Yes, I have a copy of a docket. It's in my office.`"
Fehlau said the attorney told her he dug up the docket after hearing a rumor about the 1976 incident.
Appearing on ABC's Good Morning America today, Fehlau said the lawyer also "indicated to me he was a delegate to the Democratic convention," held in Los Angeles in August.
After taking a copy of the docket from the attorney, Fehlau verified the docket number with the courthouse, and also called the officer who made the arrest in 1976, and, she firmly asserted that it did "indeed happen."
Addressing reporters Thursday night, Bush repeatedly said he had "suspicions" about how the story broke.
But Fehlau says the attorney was not actively trying to peddle the story to reporters.
"If he had wanted me to have that information, maybe he would have just given it to me," she said today.
On Nightline Thursday, Fehlau said she was "confident that I wasn't set up."
Gore aides have vigorously denied any involvement in the airing of the
story.- ABCNEWS’ Melanie Axelrod
