Why do I conclude that the remote viewing must be the invisibility technology's new code-name?
There are fifteen reasons.

1. According to inside information from Taiwan, the technologies of invisibility & interdimensional travel tested in Philadelphia Experiment have been developed successfully to use on human by the US after WWII.   After using the invisibility technology the personnel and equipment become tiny (like small ant size), invisible and can levitate (like weightless floating in the air).  However, the tiny invisible personnel and weapon cannot take advantage in military combat.  So, it has changed to use in surveillance system.  In 1950s, this invisibility technology was transferred to Taiwan in order to test the effectiveness of the technology for use in surveillance system.  Thus, by wearing a propulsion device on back to combine their levitation ability, every invisible personnel can move as flying ant (with carried equipments such as weapons & mind machine).   This enable these invisible personnel to gently fly onto people's head to mind control people and manipulate their brain functions (including emotions) without unaware targets' knowledge. Also, they can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce illness/death without unaware victims' knowledge after they secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, cars, boats, planes, etc. (see details on Part II-A).

Since 1960s, Taiwan's invisible personnel have secretly entered important persons' homes/offices, cars, etc. to keep them (including President Chiang Kai-Shek) under close surveillance and unlawful life control.   Also, the invisible personnel have secretly induced illness/death on some political targets who opposed Chiang Ching-Kuo to inherit Chiang Kai-Shek's Presidency  (e.g. former Vice President Chang-Chen -see details on Part II-F1 of my webpage).  By using invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques, materialism and atheism theory, Chiang Ching-Kuo establish an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan (because Chiang Ching-Kuo had been a communist when he was in the Soviet Union).  This unlawful life control system is cruel and inhumane because these invisible personnel consider human as only material and will deny human basic right to life to pursue their unlawful interests.

In 1960s, they also use inducing illness techniques to injure President Chiang Kai-Shek's knee (using acupuncture medical knowledge) to help Chiang  Ching-Kuo to obtain more power from his father (see details on Part II-A of my website). Also, when seeking a special interests, they even eliminate their loyal follower to achieve it.  For example, Taiwan invisible personnel induced cerebral hemorrhage on Premier Yun-Chuan Sun (who was a Mainlander and President Chiang Ching-Kuo's loyal follower) in 1984.  Why? Because Chiang Ching-Kuo's vice President Shie (a Taiwanese) was injured and need to retire.  Chiang Ching-Kuo wanted to promote another Taiwanese person (whose rank is much lower than Premier Sun) to become his next vice President.  To avoid the public's question on such unusual promotion, Premier Sun was eliminated by Taiwan invisible personnel with cerebral hemorrhage inducing technique (see details on Part II-F1 of my website).

The above facts prove that unlawful life control surveillance system is mainly used to seek unlawful interests and power for invisible personnel and their real head (who has experience of using invisibility technology) of surveillance station/system but not for the nation's interests.

It means that every country's  invisible personnel (the recruited operatives from civilians & involved agents and police of surveillance station/system) could also use illness/death inducing techniques to secretly murder others to pursue their unlawful interests, powers.  Because invisibility technology and unlawful life control is an international conspiracy between involved agents and police of many countries. For example, before Saddam Hussein became the leader of Iraq, he was responsible for Iraq's surveillance system. He also knows about invisibility technology. That's because US involved agents and police of surveillance system have secret agreement to share the invisibility technology to most countries in the world for several decades - No matter the country is Communism, Capitalism, an ally or enemy (see details on Part III from my webpage).

The above information was originally notified from former President Chiang Kai-Shek to a legislator Yu whose position was similar the Congress chairman of military & intelligence committee -see details on my webpage Part II-A).   Since 1960s, the above invisible personnel of surveillance system can secretly enter any target's home/office, car, etc. to unlawfully induce illness/death in Taiwan. This must also be the same case in the current US surveillance station/system (see details on my webpage Part I-B).

2. The invisibility technology was invented in Princeton University in 1939 and had been fully tested to use on material (small ship) at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in 1940.   The above test "was declared a success."   This proves the invisibility technology definitely existence.

The invisibility technology was conducted years earlier by the famed scientists Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla.  According to interview From "The Metaphysical Experience", the invisibility technology experiments started in Princeton University back in 1939. They made small objects invisible. They presented this technology to the government.  In 1940, they had a full test on a small ship at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. "Everything worked and the project was declared a success." The above facts prove that invisibility technology using on material is completely successful.

The Philadelphia experiment originally began back in the 1930's in Chicago with three people. Dr. John Hutchinson Sr., who was the Dean of the University of Chicago, Nikola Tesla, who was an Austrian physicist and Dr. Kurtenaur who was on staff at the University.

They decided to do something with the speculation regarding the concept of things and people being invisible. This subject had been discussed for several year. They got together and did some research at the University of Chicago around 1931 or 1932. In 1933 the Institute of Advanced Studies at Princeton was formed and the project was transferred there in 1934. One of the people on staff at the Institute was Dr. John Erich Von Neumann, who was from Budapest Hungary. He got his degree in chemistry in 1925 and his Ph.D. in mathematics in 1926. He taught in Europe for about four years and transferred to the United States. He taught at the graduate level for three years and was invited to join the Institute.
Other people at the Institute included Albert Einstein, who left Germany in 1930. He went to the California Institute of Technology for three years and taught there and then went to the Institute upon their invitation and acceptance. A lot of other people showed up there as time went on. The project expanded about 1936. In the meantime, Tesla was named director of the project. He was a friend of president Franklin Roosevelt, whom Tesla met in 1917 when FDR was secretary of the Navy. Tesla was asked at that time to do some work for the government for the war effort, which he did. He accepted and became director of the invisibility project until he resigned in 1942. In 1936, after intensive study, they decided to have an initial test of their work. They achieved some partial invisibility. The Navy and everyone else was encouraged to continue the work, and the Navy supplied money for research.
In 1940, after research using Tesla's approach, they decided they were ready for a full test at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. They had a small ship and a tender ship at each side. One ship provided the power and the other supplied the drive for the coils. They were tendered to the test ship by cables. The idea was that if anything went wrong they could cut the cables or sink the test ship.  Everything worked and the project was declared a success.

3. After 1943, US Navy stared to test the invisibility technology on personnel (the crew of a ship). After a series of tests, the results had been exposed to society and was reported that whole ship (including crew) become invisible.

In 1943, the interdimensional travel and invisibility technology have been indeed discovered although US Navy claimed that it just wanted radar invisibility and not optical invisibility in Philadelphia Experiment.   According to Charles Berlitz 's book, WITHOUT A TRACE, the Philadelphia Experiment' have been reported in many books, magazines and newspapers in USA & foreign country.  It was reported ... that the experiment was successful at sea with an effective invisibility...

In his book, 'WITHOUT A TRACE', Charles Berlitz makes some interesting comparisons ...in the 'Philadelphia Experiment.' Berlitz stated that:

"In mid-October 1943, the United States Navy allegedly conducted a series of tests at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, at Norfolk-Newport News, Virginia, and at sea Although a certain amount has been written about the 'Philadelphia Experiment' in books, magazines, and both domestic and foreign newspapers, basic sources of information remain clouded. Witnesses have died, other witnesses or informed personnel refuse to be quoted, and at least one researcher has (supposedly - Branton) committed suicide... Nevertheless, persistent reports and comment about the Philadelphia Experiment follow the same pattern: an attempt to make a Navy ship 'disappear' in a 1943 experiment was eminently successful, except for the deleterious effect on the crew.

According to Jessup the purpose (of the Philadelphia Experiment) was to test out the effect of a strong magnetic field on a manned surface craft. This was to be accomplished by means of magnetic generators (degaussers). Both pulsating and non-pulsating generators were operated to create a tremendous magnetic field on and around the docked vessel. The results were as astonishing as they were important, although with unfortunate after effects on the crew. When the experiment first began to take effect, a hazy green light became evident, something like reports we have from survivors of incidents in the Triangle who tell of a luminous greenish mist. The destroyer was subsequently reported to have appeared and disappeared at Norfolk, Virginia, which may have been the result of a trial invisibility run,..

In addition to the above report, the invisibility technology was also successfully used in a Philadelphia tavern to bring two drunken sailors (who had been involved in a brawl with other customers) out of the tavern in 1943.  This event proves that invisibility technology can also be used to abduct their targets from the targets' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc.

On October 1943, a region Philadelphia Newspaper had reported that two sailors just sort of vanished into thin air during a tavern brawl.  It proves that inside information from Taiwan is true.  According to the information from The Philadelphia Experiment and Ascension, there was a regional Philadelphia newspaper article from October 1943 entitled "Strange Circumstances Surround Tavern Brawl." The article stated as follows:

"Several city police officers responding to a call to aid members of the Navy Shore Patrol in breaking up a tavern brawl near the U.S. Navy docks here last night got something of a surprise when they arrived on the scene to find the place empty of customers. According to a pair of very nervous waitresses, the Shore Patrol had arrived first and cleared the place out - but not before two of the sailors involved allegedly did a disappearing act. 'They just sort of vanished into thin air right there,' reported one of the frightened hostesses, 'and I am't been drinking either!'

At that point, according to her account, the Shore Patrol proceeded to hustle everyone out of the place in short order.  A subsequent chat with the local police precinct left no doubts as to the fact that some sort of general brawl had indeed occurred in the vicinity of the dockyards at about eleven o' clock last night, but neither confirmation nor denial of the stranger aspects of the story could be immediately obtained" (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).

Based on the report, two eye-witnesses (waitresses in scene), who haven't been drinking, saw two drunken sailors who were involved in a brawl suddenly vanish. This vanishing event must be true because the above two eye-witness witnesses' words are the same and the police also confirm that general brawl had indeed occurred in the Tavern.  So, our question is how could the two of sailors suddenly "vanished  into air"?   I would explain it in details with the ability of invisibility technology.  According to above information on Philadelphia Experiment, Navy had made the successful trial which occurred on 10/28/1943. The above brawl also happened on October 1943, it shows that the two of sailors must be in the crew of the warship which took part in the Philadelphia Experiment. To prevent
the invisibility technology testing on the warship from being interfered and avoid the two sailors leaking some information about their test, other involved Navy researchers/invisible personnel must have carried generator and used invisibility technology on these two of sailors (who involved in the Tavern Brawl) in order to abduct/carry them back to their warship. Thus, after using invisibility technology on the two of sailors, it caused them to become invisible and tiny in the Tavern.

However, under such kind of circumstance, unknowing persons (e.g. two eye-witness waitresses) in scene would only see that the two sailors vanished into air. Thus , this News prove that since 1943, US Navy used invisibility technology on their sailors to become invisible and tiny and brought them out.   However, to those unaware persons in scene (like these two eyewitnesses), they only could see that these two sailors (targets of using invisibility technology) "vanished into air" on surface. This event also prove that inside information from Taiwan is true that this technology can be used to abduct their target on target's home/workplace, vehicle, etc.  The above situation obviously is not  as same as the reported movies of Philadelphia Experiment in cable TV History channel- The movies shows that the sailors repeatedly disappeared (become invisible) and re-appeared (become visible), then finally disappeared/become invisible- It can easily mislead the public that after using invisibility technology, the two sailors become invisible but still keep normal human size in the invisible electromagnetic field.  So, the TV movies of Philadelphia Experiment is most likely used to mislead the public as brain washing tactic of CIA.  It tells a few un-important true information and combined with many misleading information to spread the perception that the invisibility technology was a failed experiment, or  to spread the doubt that the technology could possibly be used on people.  For example, in the TV movies of Philadelphia Experiment, it shows a sailor were alive after re-materialized his body with the ship.  This information not only used to mislead people, but it also intentionally create fears to the public to stop further investigation.   Because human cannot be alive after de-materialization.  Also, there is no way to claim that human's blood, muscle can be re-materialized with a ship's steel then appear as normal human after his part of body connect with the ship (see more explanation on following de-materialization).   Obviously, we cannot accept such kind of big lies.

To prevent the secret of tiny invisible personnel from knowing by others, some experimental subjects claimed that they had experiences of de-materialization, or time travel in the Philadelphia Experimentation.  De-materialization is obvious created with lies. Time travel theory's witness was misled with invisibility technology.  Their goal is to prevent invisibility technology from leaking to the public. Thus, de-materialization and time travel obviously become two misleading theories to cover the facts that these experimental subjects become invisible and disappeared from view.  Why?  I would explain it.

First, de-materialization did not occur in the Philadelphia Experiment.  It might be possible to de-materialize and then re-materialize non-living objects like a ship, but if a living being like a sailor was de-materialized along with the ship, the sailor would be dead the instant it happens.  Thus, the theory concerning the Philadelphia Experiment which says both the ship and its crew de-materialized and later re-materialized, with the crew still alive, is obviously not possible.  This is very basic logic.  However, this theory can be used to create fears to the public then stop some people further investigating on this event. How could we accept such big lies!

Second, neither did time travel occur in the Philadelphia Experiment.  In the successful trial which occurred on October 28, 1943, the ship and its personnel actually became invisible and undertook interdimensional travel  from one point on Earth to another (from Philadelphia harbor to Norfolk port in Virginia) in a few seconds.  They went neither to the past nor to the future (see details on Part II-B1 of my website).

Why did some experimental subjects use de-materialization and time travel to mislead the public?  Because many scientists and researchers took part in the Philadelphia Experiment during WWII.  Thus, many scientists and researchers knew about that these experimental subjects had become invisible and disappeared from view during the Experiment.  Since they could not simply deny the above facts, some experimental subjects used dematerialization and time travel to explain that why they became to disappear from view during the Philadelphia Experiment.

Since de-materialization and time travel didn't occur, the misleading explanations do revealed that these experimental subjects had become invisible.  So, it caused them to disappear from view at scene.  Beside some personnel ran into problems during the Philadelphia Experiment, most of them (e.g. Mr. Duncan Cameron, Jr.) had been recovered after medical care for a period of time (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).  Thus, invisibility technology of  Philadelphia experiment had been successfully demonstrated to use on human being in 1943. It proves that after continuously developing to solve their problems, invisibility technology can be fully used on human being (see details on Part II-B2 of my website).   This confirmed that inside information from Taiwan is true that invisibility technology has been developed successfully to use on human being after WWII.

In 1943, the original invisibility technology and interdimensional travel have been indeed discovered when scientists of the US Navy first attempted the Philadelphia Experiment. According to "The Philadelphia Experiment from A-Z" web-site, the goal of the "Philadelphia Experiment" was to make the warship invisible from radio; but they not only got optical invisibility, they also discovered teleportation-interdimensional travel (see details on my webpage Part II-A).  Furthermore, according to the report of a scientific researcher & witness (Drue & Al Bielek ), they had two agendas in WWII-"a military agenda, since we were at war (WW II) they wanted this ability as a weapon to move personnel and cargo instantaneously from one point to another; and lastly, an extraterrestrial agenda, which was to map out the earth's planetary magnetic grid work for interdimensional travel."   If invisibility technology was not invented successfully, they would not consider to develop other two agendas.

The above information (including two agendas) confirm that the technology of invisibility & interdimensional travel must have been discovered in 1943 & would have been secretly, successfully developed after WWII.

4. Why US Navy learned mind control from Nazi after WWII when first goal of mind control research is development the reliable assassins?  It proves that US Navy must had successfully developed the invisibility technology on personnel in Philadelphia Experiment. Thus, to train the invisible personnel as reliable assassins, Navy learned mind control technology from Nazi after WWII and conducted US first classified mind control research Chatter in 1947.

Following the conclusion of the war, the U.S. Naval Technical Mission was tasked with obtaining pertinent industrial and scientific material that had been produced by the Third Reich and which may be of benefit to U.S. interests. Following a lengthy report, the Navy instigated Project CHATTER in 1947. Many of the Nazi scientists and medical doctors who conducted hideous experiments were later recruited by the U.S. Army and worked out of Heidelberg prior to being secretly relocated to the United States under the Project PAPERCLIP program....

By 1953 the CIA, U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army Chemical Corps were conducting their own narco-hypnosis programs on unwilling victims that included prisoners, mental patients, foreigners, ethic minorities and those classified as sexual deviants. (2)

According to above information, "the principle aim of mindcontrol-research programs (e.g., MKULTRA, ARTICHOKE and CHATTER) and associated programs was the development of a reliable programmable assassin." The secondary aim was the development of a method of citizen control.

Why would US Navy learn the mind control technology from Nazi and conducted US first mind control research Chatter if the first goal of mind control research is to develop the reliable assassins?
It only because the invisibility technology has been developed successfully to use on personnel in WWII by Navy in Philadelphia Experiment.

Thus, US Navy was arranged to learn mind control technology from Nazi and conducted mind control research operation Chatter.   The goal is to train the invisible operatives to use the mind control technology in surveillance station/system and eliminate (either drive mad or kill) their targets.  How can I make the above statement!?
If the invisibility technology didn't develop successfully or could not be used on personnel, there were no invisible personnel.  Thus, why would Navy need to learn the mind control technology from Nazi and conducted US first classified mind control research Operation Chatter in 1947 to develop their reliable assassins?

Only because the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment must has been developed successfully on personnel by Navy in WWII.  Thus, Navy could use the mind control technology to develop these invisible personnel to become reliable assassins of surveillance system.  The above facts also support that the inside information from Taiwan is true -The invisible personnel of surveillance system have secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, cars, etc. to keep people under close surveillance and induce illness/death on their victims.

According to above information, the secondary aim of mind control research was the development of a method of citizen control.   This secondary goal has also been proven by mind control research history (that CIA has developed the remote electric bodily control method which can be used by invisible personnel to control citizens).   Thus, comparing with the above two mind control research goals with mind control researches history and facts, it does prove that Navy must has successfully developed invisibility technology on personnel.   Thus, the involved LEO of surveillance system could use mind control technology to train these invisible personnel to become reliable assassins to achieve  the first goal of mind control research.   Thus, these invisible personnel must have been used to secretly enter important persons' homes/offices, cars, etc. for surveillance after WWII. However, to further use these invisible personnel to murder some targets whom the involved LEO of surveillance system disliked, they not only used the mind control technology, but also further developed the  illness/death inducing techniques to train these invisible personnel to become professional murderer.  This is their first goal of mind control research.

Thus, CIA learned the death inducing techniques of heart-attack and cancer in 1950s.

5. According to Washington Post article (2 April 1979): Since 1950s, Office of Strategic Services (the World War II predecessor of the CIA) researched on methods to induce death (cancer & heart attack) to knock off or assassinate their targets, so the targets appeared to die of natural causes.

At the height of the Cold War, the Central Intelligence Agency looked into ways to "knock-off key guys" through such "natural causes" as cancer and heart attack, it was disclosed yesterday.

Heavily censored CIA documents from a quarter-century ago [1952] show the agency considered performing experiments on terminal cancer patients under the guise of "legitimate medical work.["]

...The CIA project apparently started with an undated, unsigned note indicating concern about the vulnerability of U.S. leaders to assassination by "natural causes." The memo referred to studies by the Office of Strategic Services, the World War II predecessor of the CIA. "Knock off key people," the heavily censored document said. "How knock off key guys ...natural causes....

The next pertinent document was a Feb. 4, 1952, "draft memorandum from "Chemical Branch, Research & Development. The paper reported inspecting a lab for possible use in "medical research involving physiologically active chemical compounds.

"Human subjects would be available for work that could be carried out as legitimate medical research," it said. "Extensive animal facilities exist for other kinds of research."

These inducing death methods (cancer and heart attack) originally involved the use of chemicals. To avoid having these drugs from being found in an autopsy, they need to select special drugs to use. So, this method has limited opportunities for use. Thus, although the original mind control research focused on using drugs, US mind control research was re-directed to mainly study electromagnetic mind control in 1960.

In the 1960s, US successfully developed radio-frequency weapon. This weapon can be used to attack the human heart and kill people (without leaving evidence of external injury), so it will look as if the victims died of heart attacks. Thus, the CIA's assassins switched to using radio-frequency weapon to induce their victims to have heart attacks.

The 1987 issue of Soviet Military Power, a cold war Pentagon publication, warned that the Soviets might be close to "a prototype short-range tactical RF [radio frequency] weapon." The Washington Post reported that year that the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range. The Pentagon, it turns out, has been pursuing similar devices since the 1960s.

First, let's see who have chance to create heart-attack on a victim?  Only a surgeon in operation room has chance to stop blood flow into a patient's heart to cause it, or the invisible personnel use the radio-frequency weapon to cause it. However, even a surgeon has no chance to induce heart-attack on a patient in the hospital's operation room without nurses' knowledge. That's because there are a lot of nurses always in an operation room.

Also, when the involved agents and police of surveillance station/system want to induce heart-attack on a target, it means they want to kill him immediately- no matter the target is at home/workplace car, boat, plane, etc. Thus, only invisible personnel are available to become such kind of reliable assassin/murderer.

Second, before the CIA death inducing research project (including heart-attack & cancer) stared, there was an insider of the project had used an unsigned note to indicate his concern/forecast about the vulnerability of US leaders to be assassinated by "natural causes." Why?

Because such death inducing method is not as usual to train a professional gunman to kill a target with gun. The originally traditional method will obviously be known as a homicidal case and the murder suspect will be openly searched.

However, after these CIA assassins use invisibility technology, the special features of invisibility technology helps cover-up foul-play which make victims' deaths to appear to be the result of natural causes.

What are these special features of the invisibility technology? Based on former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek's information: After using the invisibility technology, the assassins and their weapons all became invisible, tiny (as tiny as small ants) and can levitate. When they equip propulsion devices on their backs, these assassins can fly like bees, enter any place through a small hole, and secretly use their weapons to kill any unsuspecting victim (see details on Part II-A).

However, how would these assassins make their victims' deaths appear to be the result of natural causes?

The victims' deaths appeared to be the result of natural causes because these secret assassins leave no evidence of an intruder, no signs of external injury on the victim's body, and no evidence of a struggle at the scene. Using these three reasons, local involved police can easily conclude that the victims died from natural causes and close these murder cases. Obviously, these three reasons are suitable for investigating regular criminal cases, but not suitable for invisible personnel's (assassin's) crimes.

How can the invisible personnel commit murder and leave no evidence of their crime?

First, there is no evidence of an intruder: these invisible personnel become tiny after using invisibility technology. Thus, by wearing propulsion devices on their backs, these assassins can fly like bees and enter a target's home/office/vehicle etc. through small holes. So, they will not leave signs of forced entry (broken windows, damaged door locks, etc.) at the crime scene. So, the fact that there is no evidence of intrusion might be used to show there was no "foul play" under normal circumstances, but of course it is unsuitable for cases involving invisible personnel.

Second, there are no signs of external injury on the victim's body: Some special drugs (e.g. ephedra - linked to stroke and heart attack) and the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons, such as radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, etc.) can be used to induce illness/death without leaving signs of external injury on a victim's body. So, finding no signs of external injury only proves that conventional weapons (e.g. guns, knife) were not used. In cases in which the murder is committed with psychotronic weapons (e.g., Radio-Frequency weapon, infrasound weapon) or special drugs, no sign of external injury becomes a good cover-story for hiding "foul play".

Third, there is no evidence of a struggle: The evidence of a struggle are the result of a victim physically resisting against a criminal whom the victim can see/touch. However, when the murder is committed by these tiny invisible personnel, the unsuspecting victim would not resist because he/she would not see the invisible personnel and would probably think his/her pain/injury was caused by some disease. Also, the invisible personnel are tiny in the invisible electromagnetic field. How could the unsuspecting victim physically confront these tiny invisible personnel? Thus, there will never be any evidence of a struggle when the murderers are the invisible personnel.

So, the evidence of an intruder, external injury, and a struggle are useful in investigations of murders which are committed by regular people, but are unsuitable in investigations of murders committed by tiny invisible personnel (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a16.htm )..

Based on above three reasons,  a coroner unaware of these technologies would only conclude that the victim died of natural causes, even though the cause of death is obvious inconsistent with the victim's overall health.  Although some vicitms' relatives didin't believe that these victims died from the natural
causes, involved police can still rule these vicitms' deaths were the results of natural causes with the three reasons (no evidence of an intruder, a struggle and no signs
of external injury).  So, they can easily close these cases to cover-up the murders that committed by invisible personnel. For example,  Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, a healthy 41 years old expert witness of Waco lawsuit was murdered with heart-attack technique although he had no heart problem before (see details on Part II-C4 of my website, or http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c4.htm ).

How could the invisible personnel induce death of heart-attack on a target? By using radio-0frequency weapon to attack a victim's heart fron the target's chest (see details answer on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part5b1.htm ).

Thus, the above Washington Post's report (that CIA have conducted research on methods to induce death of heart-attack on the target in 1950s) proves that CIA also have invisible personnel and trained them with induce death techniques of heart-attack & cancer (originally using chemicals/drugs) . This report also supports that inside information from Taiwan is true - not only the invisibility technology had been developed successfully to use on human by US after WWII, but the invisible personnel (involved agents, police & recruited civilian operatives) of surveillance station/system also induce illness/death on their targets.

The above facts are also history of mind control research and they support the inside information from Taiwan about invisible personnel's activities of unlawful life control surveillance system.   Since I obviously could not fabricate the above facts and create mind control research history, it proves that I report the true information about invisibility technology.

The first goal of mind control research is development of reliable assassin.  Beside developed death inducing techniques to train the invisible personnel as reliable assassin/murderer, the invisible personnel also can use mind control technology, equipment to drive unaware person to kill (as their mind controlled assassin/murderer).

How could they achieve it?
According to inside information from Taiwan, it states:
When mind control a target, the "tiny invisible personnel/bees" will secretly fly onto the head of an unaware target in order to totally control an unaware person's thoughts, emotional states, consciousness, speech, & behaviors, etc. Beside manipulating one's bodily functions, this method can be used to achieve following three goals:

(a). If a violent target is a selected to be mind controlled murderer/assassin, this method can drive the violent target to kill.

(b). If the target was mind controlled to kill and is on trial for that murder case, this method can make the victim to appear as mentally ill, or produce incorrect testimonies in the court room. After Navy learned mind control technology from Nazi, Navy also conducted classified mind control research Operation Chatter in 1947.  Thus, beside secretly entering people's home/office, car, boat, etc. for surveillance, the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system would be used to mind control their targets (before they invented microwave voice device, they mainly know that how to drive victim mad).

However, after 1973 the microwave voice device and mind machine have been invented, they mainly studied that how could drive their target  to kill beside studied control one's thoughts.  In recent years, some of school shooting murderers are most likely the programmable murderers of mind control (e.g., 1997 Mississippi school shooting & 1998 Oregon school shootings -see details on my webpage Part II-D1, D2).   These facts prove that invisibility personnel have used mind control technology & equipment of  surveillance station/system to drive their target mad and/or to kill.

The above facts further prove that the invisibility technology must have been developed to use on human successfully after WWII by Navy. Therefore, the invisibility technology & mind control technology would have been adapted for use in surveillance system to develop (the invisible personnel to become) reliable murderer/assassin.   The above facts are all histories and have confirmed that the Taiwan's inside information about invisible personnel and unlawful life control surveillance system is completely true.

6. To use the invisible personnel of surveillance system to control citizens, CIA also developed brain map and electric method.  Thus, the invisible personnel can use these methods to control citizen by controlling a citizen's emotions and bodily functions

According to information cited in 4th reason, the second goal of mind control research is the development of method of citizen control.  This goal of mind control research also proves that the invisible personnel are used in surveillance system.  This goal shows that they also needed to develop a special method which can be used by these invisible personnel to control citizens.

During 1950s-60s, CIA had successfully developed brain map knowledge and electric method to control human bodily functions in mind control program (see details on part I-B of my webpage).  These bodily functions, emotions control methods are used to control a citizen's behaviors.  By using brain map and electric method to control a citizen's bodily functions, they can control a citizen's behaviors.

If they want to use brain map and electric method to control citizen's bodily functions and emotional states (to control citizen's behaviors), they must be very close to the person.  So, they can accurately stimulate the location of the brain with electric method to control target's behaviors.  Therefore, they must use invisible personnel (who can secretly enter people's homes/offices, car, etc. to keep citizens under close surveillance); otherwise, they cannot use these methods (brain map and electric method) to control citizens.

Unfortunately, after these invisible personnel enter people's properties (homes/offices, vehicles, etc.) to keep people under close surveillance and manipulate citizen's bodily functions and emotional states, they can also mind control their targets to commit murder, or drive the targets mad.  Furthermore, invisible personnel can unlawfully induce illness/death on American people whom they dislike.

The following information shows that invisible personnel have been used in local surveillance station/system before 1971.  According to former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo, the police chief must have used the invisible operatives of surveillance system to enter people's properties (e.g., homes/offices, vehicles, etc.) for surveillance purpose before 1971.  The former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo boasted in 1971 when he was police chief: "We know everything about the troublemakers. And we know who comes into the town, we know who's going to leave it. when they're going to leave it." (see details on UNCLOAKING THE CIA, p. 181 published by The Free Press in 1978).

Police chiefs can know everything about troublemakers under one of the following two conditions.  (1). Totalitarian regime:  The entire population is under surveillance and population's mobility is restricted.  Thus, everybody are forced to stay within fixed community, so the police and everybody know exactly who the trouble-makers are.  It is kind of like living in a small town, everybody know each other.  Thus, if any stranger enter the town, he will be identify as stranger by everyone who meet him in town.  However, this does not applies to Philadelphia because it is a large metropolis.  (2).   They use invisible personnel in surveillance system and these personnel can enter people's homes for close surveillance.  If there were no invisible personnel in surveillance system to secretly enter people's homes/offices, vehicles, etc. and keep a close eye on these troublemakers, a police chief of a large city certainly cannot know everything about them.  Also, there is another information proves that police have used mind machine and invisibility technology in 1980s.

According to some victims' reports, their thoughts have been monitored by EM mind machine.  One of them is David James Fratus, an Utah State prisoner, (ID) 17886 -Box 250 Draper, Utah 84020.  In 1988, he reported to news media that he knew his thoughts were being read by the prison guards, and they almost drove him crazy.  Because they were able to play mind games on him and his mind could not stop from thinking which must have been caused by police with mind machine.  However, he didn't see any prison guard use the mind machine against him (see details on Part I-A1 of my website).  This information proves that police not only use mind machine, but use invisibility technology.

How can the invisible personnel of surveillance system control people's bodily functions?
Human body functions are controlled by the brain's bio-electric (impulse) activities/instructions.  Therefore, after scientists develop the brain map (identify every function/reaction of human body and the corresponding area on the brain which control these functions), the invisible personnel of surveillance system can control human mind & bodily functions through the brain control (by using brain map & mind machine).

How can the invisible personnel of surveillance system control an unaware target's brain functions (in order to control a target's mind, emotions & bodily functions) without a victim's knowledge?

That's because they not only become invisible, can levitate, but also become tiny after using the invisibility technology on the personnel & their equipment. Thus, wearing propulsion devices on back,they can fly (like bees) onto the unaware target's head without his/her knowledge and control every key location of the target's brain. The above true information is the top secret of invisibility technology and most aware persons will not reveal it to society to avoid being falsely accused as insane. Beside inducing illness/death ability didn't mention, the above personnel's abilities are as same as invisible personnel who enter people's home with their equipment (mind machine, microwave voices device, etc.) in surveillance station/system. I have reported that EM mind machine has been developed by US scientist in 1973 and transferred to Taiwan in use in surveillance system. Thus, the Taiwan invisible personnel have used the mind machine in surveillance system to read any target's thoughts as a person who possess psychic ability.

We know that a psychic doesn't mean that he has ability of remote interrogation on a special target. In the process of interrogation, the invisible operatives will fly onto the target's head and only use microwave voice device to deliver their questions to the target's head. The target will "hear" what the invisible operatives say (via microwave voice directed at his brain). In other words, the target have the sensation of hearing the questions, but there is no audible sound actually being received by his ears. Sometimes, the invisible personnel will show the target an image of a normal sized person, then have the image disappear, to further confuse and scare him.

After asking a question, two invisible personnel will use the advanced mind reading techniques to read the target's thoughts for the answer (even if the target answers aloud, invisible personnel will still use mind reading techniques). If the target refuses to answer or the invisible personnel are somehow unsatisfied with the answer given, they will use their weapons (e.g. stun  gun, radio-frequency, etc.) to torture the target or even injure the target's children to threaten the target (these children will stay asleep although they will physically react to any injury. That's because other invisible personnel will fly onto these children's head to control their brains in order to keep them asleep). The invisible personnel will always "talk" the target through microwave audiogram in the interrogated process. Thus, other persons, who live with the target at a same home, neither can see the invisible personnel, nor will they hear the microwave voices. By using the invisible personnel and the technique of microwave voice, local involved LEO of surveillance station/system can easily interrogate a citizen at home and avoid attracting the attention from others (including the target's relatives who are living with the target in a same address) beside their target.

Also, there is a remote interrogation method: some involved LEO of surveillance station/system can only stay in the target's neighbor's home to ask questions. Then, some of invisible personnel will use microwave voices to deliver the questions to the target and deliver the target's answers (including process of interrogation to them).

Thus, based on invisible personnel's abilities and above facts, an invisible personnel definitely can penetrate designated targets to gather important intelligence on significant figures and use for remote interrogation.

Thus, Operation Grill-Flame and its personnel must be related with invisibility technology & invisible personnel. Also, you can say that "invisible personnel" possessed a "marked psychic ability" and can be used to penetrate designated targets and gathering important intelligence on significant figures by using their advanced mind reading techniques. Therefore, the abilities of highly classified Operation Grill-Flame personnel (known as "remote viewers") on psychic, intelligence gathering and remote interrogation are as same as invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.

However, the highly classified Operation Grill-Flame was renamed to remote viewing, and the leading members of the project -- including Dames have been relocated to the privately owned and newly formed Psi-Tech. Therefore, the remote view is the new code name of invisibility technology and must also related with invisibility technology, invisible personnel & interdimensional travel of surveillance station/system. Why would the Defense officially terminated GRILL-FLAME?
According to above information, Major Edward Dames, formerly with the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency until 1992, was a long-serving member of the highly classified operation GRILL-FLAME.

Based on Major Edward Dames own words in a separate interview on A&E TV interview about remote-viewing, it was his request to terminate GRILL-FLAME in government.   He said "he felt that to keep Operation Grill-Flame in government was not right." This means that Secretary of Defense might even only know part of the truth about operation GRILL-FLAME. Thus, Dames, was a long-serving member of operation GRILL-FLAME, must know whole truth about it although he definitely would deny that remote-viewing is related with invisibility technology.

However, I have proven that the personnel's abilities of "operation Grill-Flame" is same as invisible personnel who can read mind, penetrate anyone's home/workplace, vehicle etc. to spy and collect information and used for remote interrogation

If an invisible personnel as Dames requested to terminate GRILL-FLAME in government, it should include following three reasons:

(A). This invisibility technology has been kept a classified technology by involved LEO over five decades since it was discovered in 1943. It should be declassified after twenty five years. Why it wasn't de-classified after passing fifty years. Also, after the invisible personnel/bees of surveillance station/system enter citizens' homes to keep people under close surveillance, there is absolutely no privacy to everyone.

(B). In 1960s, the tiny invisible personnel have secretly entered judge's home/office and unlawfully used the radio-frequency weapon to induce heart-attack on Judge Miller and induce cardiac arrest on Judge Battle (Judge Battle and Judge Miller, who were both murdered while presiding over James Earl Ray's appeal of his conviction of assassinating Dr. King-see details on Part V-B1 of this website)

(C). The invisibility technology has been secretly transferred to local surveillance station/system (local police department) several decades. After using microwave voice device, invisible personnel can drive unaware person mad.   Also, local invisible personnel have unlawfully abused nonlethal weapons to induce illness/death on citizens those citizens whom they dislike and those citizens who know their secrets, corruption, and crimes (see details on reported cases on Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation by Julianne McKinney 1992 -or see details on Part I-B).

The above reasons must be similar some things that Major Edward Dames could fear bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public. Therefore, following the Oliver North debacle, GRILL-FLAME was terminated under Dames' request, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public.

The above information also proves that invisibility technology & interdimensional travel technology have been used in current surveillance station/system to gather intelligence and in remote interrogation. It is possible that the invisibility technology might need psychics to map out the earth's planetary magnetic grid work for interdimensional travel ( or even is used as the direction finder for invisible operatives after they enter the magnetic dimension. That's because their ordinary compass might be useless after they create strong electromagnetic field to become invisible). However, to avoid their secret from being exposed, the involved LEO usually claim that their personnel are only psychics. That's because by using advanced mind reading technique, every invisible personnel of surveillance system has mind reading abilities or "psychic capabilities". Since CIA has employed some psychics and the invisible personnel also have "psychic abilities" to read mind when they used the mind reading technique in surveillance system, the "psychics" personnel & designation has been intentionally used as a cover for their secret assassins/murderers ("invisible personnel) in order to prevent the secret of invisibility technology & invisible personnel from being exposed.

The whole truth must be that tiny invisible personnel can not only secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, cars, boats planes, etc. to keep people under close surveillance and control, but they also unlawfully use sound & radiation wave weapons (so-called nonlethal weapons) to induce illness/death on those citizens whom they dislike and those who know their secrets, corruption, and crimes.  For example, in 1995 the invisible personnel induced Florida Governor Lawton Chiles to have cerebral hemorrhage and then in 1998 murdered him with radio frequency weapon to induce his heart to fail (see details in Part II-C2 of my webpage).  In July 2000, the invisible personnel had also induced Senator Paul Coverdell to have cerebral hemorrhage (see details on Part II-C3).

In April 2000, the invisible personnel also used heart-attack inducing technique to murder Mr. Carlos Ghigliotti, an Infrared Technologies expert witness of the plaintiffs who sued the US Government over the wrongful deaths of Branched Davidians in the Waco, Texas siege (see details on Part II-C4  of my webpage).

Furthermore, the tiny invisible personnel can gently fly onto an unaware target's head to manipulate his emotions, behaviors, and use microwave voice device, special ELF (input homicidal thoughts) to drive him to kill (see Oregon, Mississippi school shootings on Part II-D1, D2 of my webpage).  However, the technology of invisibility & interdimensional travel now is called remote viewing in Psi-Tech company. Also, it has become a private company of CIA to avoid scrutiny from Congress or any governmental branch. Thus, remote viewing become the new code-name of invisibility technology. According to above information, Grill-Flame's personnel must be related with the invisible personnel/bees of surveillance station/system and its leading members of the project -- including Dames -- has been relocated to the privately owned and newly formed Psi-Tech.

The above fact only shows that the leading members of top Federal Agencies have become civilians and the codename of invisibility technology has been changed to remote viewing. This might cause the invisible personnel of surveillance system (including invisible personnel of CIA, NSA, FBI, Military Intelligence Agencies, etc.) to become civilians as well to prevent their invisibility technology from being scrutinized by Congress and governmental officer.

However, it would not change the facts that local invisible personnel (including local surveillance station's invisible personnel of FBI, State, County, City Police department and recruited operatives) still secretly enter people's home/office, car, boat, plane, etc. for surveillance and control (see details on my webpage Part I-B).. Furthermore, some of the invisible personnel have induced illness/death on Governor, Senator, former President, judges, witness (see details on Part II-C1, C2, C3, C4, and Part V-B1 from my webpage)). Also, some of local invisible personnel of surveillance station have used mind control equipment, tactics to drive some unaware students to kill (e.g. Oregon, Mississippi school shootings -see details on Part II-D1, D2 from my webpage).

Therefore, following the Oliver North debacle, GRILL-FLAME was terminated under Dames' request, fearing bad publicity if the program were to become known to the public. .

Based on the information (see details on following Source), it further proves that the Dames' work was close on anti-personnel electromagnetic weapon and an electronic device (which can implant thoughts into human) after the Grill-Flame re-located in Psi-Tech company. Thus, it further proves that remote-viewing of Psi-Tech company is related with the invisibility technology and invisible personnel because they have same special device to implant thoughts and use anti-personnel electromagnetic weapon (nonlethal weapons) as same as invisible personnel.

I have proven that the personnel's abilities of operation Grill-Flame is as same as part of abilities of invisible personnel who can read mind, penetrate anyone's home/workplace, vehicle etc. to spy and collect information and used for remote interrogation. Furthermore, the following information further proves that the personnel of Psi-Tech company's remote-viewing as Dames also use anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons and an electronic device which can input thoughts to human as invisible personnel of surveillance station/system. Why?

The anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons are so-called nonlethal weapons and have been used by invisible personnel to induce illness/death on citizens. Also, Dames admitted that there is an electronic device which could implant thoughts into people. Such kind of device obviously has been abused by invisible personnel to implant homicidal thoughts into some unaware students' brains, or manipulate individuals into self-destructive acts, then drive them to kill (e.g. the Oregon & Mississippi school shootings -see details on Part II-D1 from my webpage).

In the course of his (Major Edward Dame) work, Dames was (and remains) close to many the leading figures and proponents anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons, especially those that operate in the neurological field. Thus, the above information further proves that Psi-Tech company's remote-viewing is related with invisibility technology and invisible personnel. That's because beside they have same abilities of remote interrogation, mind reading, penetrating special target to collect intelligence information, they also use nonlethal weapons (which can be used to induce illness/death) and electronic device (which can implant homicide thoughts into unaware violent students to kill) as same as invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.

Since 1978-1993, Janet Morris, a mind control expert and mind machine researcher, " has been conducting remote viewing experiments for fifteen years."  In 1992, she "have briefed senior U.S. intelligence and Army officials about the Russian infrasound weapon that that cannot be offset by protective gear.

The above facts further prove that remote-viewing of Psi-Tech company (was operation Grill-Flame) must be related with the invisibility technology and invisible personnel of surveillance station/system. Why? I would explain it in details with three points.

(1). Janet Morris is an expert of mind control technology and must worked for highly classified operation Grill-Flame since 1978.

According to U.K. intelligence magazine, LOBSTER in June 1993 by Armen Victorian, "Janet Morris has been a member of the New York Academy of Sciences since 1980 and is a member of the Association for Electronic Defense.  She was graduated from the Silva course in advanced mind control. She worked on a research project investigating the effects of mind on probability in computer systems." The above information shows that Janet Morris is also an expert of mind control technology and researched on mind machine.

Based on UK magazine LOBSTER in June 1993 by Amen Victorian, "Janet Morris has been conducting remote viewing experiments for fifteen years."  Thus, Janet Morris must originally worked at highly classified operation Grill-Flame of Defense Intelligence Agency since 1978.  That's because the highly classified operation Grill-Flame and the leading members of Defense Intelligence Agency was re-located to remote-viewing of Psi-Tech company 1992.  The above facts prove that operation Grill-Flame is also related with mind control technology as the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.

According to the article of Non-Lethalty: John B. Alexander, the Pentagon's Penguin by Armen Victorian, "With Major Richard Groller and Janet Morris as his co-authors, Alexander published "THE WARRIOR'S EDGE" in 1990 (24)."

On April 22, 1993, BBC Defense Correspondent interviewed (Retired) U.S. Army Colonel John B. Alexander and Janet Morris, two of the main proponents of the concept (1). The concept of non-lethal weapons is not new. Non-lethal weapons have been used by the intelligence, police and defense establishments in the past (2). Several western governments have used a variety of non-lethal weapons in a more discreet and covert manner. It seems that the U.S. government is about to take the first step towards their open use.

In 1991 Janet Morris issued a number of papers giving more detailed information about USGSC's concept of non-lethal weapons (5).

 In "Defining a non-lethal strategy," she seeks to establish a doctrine for the use of non- lethal weapons by the U.S. in crisis "at home or abroad in a life serving fashion." She totally disregards the offensive, lethal aspects inherent in some of the weapons in question, or their misuse, should they become available to "rogue" nations.  she admits that "casualties cannot be avoided (8)."

"Janet Morris,... has been a member of the New York Academy of Sciences since 1980 and is a member of the Association for Electronic Defense. She is also the Research Director of the U.S. Global Strategy Council (USGSC). She was initiated into the Japanese art of bioenergetics,.. and graduated from the Silva course in advanced mind control. She has been conducting remote viewing experiments for fifteen years. She worked on a research project investigating the effects of mind on probability in computer systems. Her husband, Robert Morris, is a former judge and a key member of the American Security Council (33).

In a recent telephone conversation with the author (34), Janet Morris confirmed John Alexander's involvement in mind control and psychotronic projects in the Los Alamos National Laboratories. *Alexander and his team have recently been working with Dr. Igor Smirnov, a psychologist from The Moscow Institute of Psychocorrelations. They were invited to the U.S. after Janet Morris' visit to Russia in 1991. There she was shown the technique which was pioneered by the Russian Department of Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical Academy. The Russians employ a technique to electronically analyze the human mind in order to influence it. They input subliminal command messages, using key words transmitted in "white noise" or music (35). Using an infrasound very low frequency-type transmission, the acoustic psycho-correction message is transmitted via bone conduction - ear plugs would not restrict the message. (2). Grill-Flame personnel have "marked psychic ability" must be achieved with the use of mind machine and it is as same as the invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.

Based on the information of UK magazine LOBSTER in June 1993, "She (Janet Morris) worked on a research project investigating the effects of mind on probability in computer systems."  The above information shows that Janet Morris was involved with the research of mind machine.  Furthermore, the 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported that "Janet E. Morris and her husband Christopher C. Morris have been involved in promoting a 'psycho-correction' technology (infrasound mind machine), developed by a Russian scientist, that is INTENDED TO INFLUENCE BY MEANS OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES EMBEDDED IN SOUND OR VISUAL IMAGES."  In 1993, the Morrises organized a meeting in which the technology was demonstrated for U.S. scientists and officials by its Russian inventor."

The above facts prove that highly classified Operation Grill-Flame personnel have "marked psychic ability" must be easily achieved with the technology of mind machine.  That's why Janet Morris was involved in promoting a Russian infrasound mind machine in US.

Thus, the description that Operation Grill-Flame personnel have "marked psychic ability" are just specially selected words to cover up the fact that their personnel use mind machine to read the minds of others.

The 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported that Janet E. Morris and her husband Christopher C. Morris "have been involved in promoting a 'psycho-correction' technology, developed by a Russian scientist, that is INTENDED TO INFLUENCE BY MEANS OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES EMBEDDED IN SOUND OR VISUAL IMAGES" (infrasound mind machine -Alan yu note). In 1993, "the Morrises organized a meeting in which the technology was demonstrated for U.S. scientists and officials by its Russian inventor."

Defense News reported that on Dec. 15, 1992, Janet Morris stated that she and the Richmond, Virginia-based International Health-line Corporation "have briefed senior U.S. intelligence and Army officials about the Russian capabilities, which Morris said could include hand-held devices for purposes of special operations, crowd control and anti-personnel actions."

Morris reported that this particular weapon creates "BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES that cannot be offset by protective gear (Alan Yu note - infrasound weapon). These devices appear to work at the Very Low Frequency (VLF) spectrum, the same frequency range as generated by the sinister U.S. Gwen (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system of transmitters.

(3). Janet Morris, as same as Col. John Alexander, was also involved with designing the concept of nonlethal weapons, identifying and requiring a new category of non-lethal weapons, tactics, etc. (see above Armen Victorian report). Also, she was deeply involved the development of nonlethal weapon ( a Russian infrasound weapon that cannot be offset by protective gear) for involved LEO of surveillance station/system. The above facts prove that the personnel of operation Grill-Flame/remote-viewing must be involved the use of so-called nonlethal weapons. Thus, the remote-viewing of Psi-Tech company must be related with invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.

Based on Defense News on 12/15/1992, "the Russian infrasound weapon is a particular weapon which Morris said could include hand-held devices for purposes of special operations."  The Russian infrasound weapon "creates "BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES that cannot be offset by protective gear." Obviously, a hand-held device of the Russian infrasound weapon can be easily carried by invisible personnel of surveillance station/system to induce illness/death on citizens.

With God as my witness, I would say that recently, the invisible personnel have used such kind of infrasound weapon on me in order to induce illness/death.  Their goal is to prevent their corruption, crimes and secret technology being continuously exposed by me on internet.  The above fact also proves that the hand-held device of Russian infrasound weapons have been invented and used on American people. I can protect myself to keep alive because I know that these invisible personnel are tiny. Thus, I know that how could they use their weapons to attack me. If anyone does not believe that these invisible personnel are tiny in electromagnetic field, he will be easily mind controlled by the tiny invisible personnel (who secretly fly onto his head), or murdered with so-called nonlethal weapons & illness/death inducing techniques by these tiny invisible personnel.

The 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported: "Federal researchers are now investigating a broad array of non-lethal devices including ... LOW-FREQUENCY 'INFRASOUND' GENERATORS POWERFUL ENOUGH TO TRIGGER NAUSEA OR DIARRHEA, ... electronics-disrupting pulses of electromagnetic radiation .. and biological agents that can chew up crops.

Comparing with above three facts and my own experiences of being attacked by Russian infrasound weapon, it further proves that the remote-viewing of Psi-Tech company (was highly classified operation Grill-Flame of Defense Intelligence Agency) must use the same invisibility technology and have their invisible personnel.

The Jan. 11-17, 1993 issue of DEFENSE NEWS reported that U.S. political and military officials are obtaining Soviet mind-control technology... Janet Morris of the Global Strategy Council, a Washington "think-tank" tied to the CIA, "is a key U.S. liaison between Russian and U.S. officials." Morris is a long time close associate of Col. John B. Alexander, a leading U.S. expert on psychotronics

I would deduce that Ms. Morris's recent works in development mind machine & infrasound weapon for involved police and agents is as same as John Alexander to the development of a super-human soldier (including telepathy-mind reading) with enhanced abilities leading to an "invisible warrior (personnel)."  That's why "Janet Morris has been conducting remote viewing experiments for fifteen years."  Also, "with Major Richard Groller and Janet Morris as his co-authors, Alexander published "THE WARRIOR'S EDGE" in 1990." 12. According to Col. Alexander's own message, it proves that nonlethal (psy) weapons users (police and involve agents) also use invisibility technology.

Beside inside information from Taiwan, the following messages of Col. John Alexander also prove that invisibility technology must have been used by these so-called nonlethal weapons users (police and involved agents).  Thus, they have secretly delivered "microwave voice" and used microwave (or Radio wave) weapon on American people without being seen by victims.

Recently, the nonlethal weapons are mostly developed under Col. John Alexander's direction. Who is Col. John Alexander?
Col. John Alexander is a special US scientist who has learned death science and an expert of mind control technology and psychotronic weapon.  Col. John Alexander could direct the development of nonlethal weapons for US law enforcement because he know the lethal abilities of nonlethal (psy) weapons that can be used to silently induce illness and death on their targets.

In the notorious 1980 article "The New Mental Battlefield" in Military Review, Col. Alexander stated, These weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to  detect and would require only a human operator as a power source" (see details on "The New Mental Battlefield" by John B. Alexander, MILITARY REVIEW, English Ed, Dec. 1980).
Based on John Alexander's own words, "The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to  detect and would require only a human operator as a power source."  This  proves that when using these weapons, they need human operators in scene to power the weapon and equipment as power source (To prevent secret leaking, Col. Alexander didn't explain in details why using these psy weapon only need a human operator as a power source.  So, I will explain it later).

Thus, when the victims heard "microwave voices", or are attacked by so-called nonlethal weapons (e.g. microwave weapon, infrasound weapon, radio-frequency weapon) at victims' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc., there must be some human operators around the victims ("at crime scene") to power their microwave voice device and weapons. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following source), all victims who complained of being "zapped by radio waves" or  heard "voices" at their homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. never saw anybody use microwave voice device, or weapons against them where they were victimized.

When elderly parents and young children in the family become targets for apparent purposes of intimidation.  This situation has been reported in eight of our cases, to date.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines.  Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed.  It is also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory ("hearing" microwave voices - Alan Yu note) input.

*Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention thus far.
FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..."

" Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment.

Why the above victims didn't see any human operator who used microwave (or radio-frequency) weapon to zap them, or used microwave voice device to deliver voice to them (then cause them hearing voices) at homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc.?

Because these human operators and weapons have used invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny. Thus, although many victims had been attacked by these weapons at homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc., they could not see these invisible personnel and their weapons.  Thus, combined with John Alexander's messages and these victims' experiences, it does proves that invisibility technology has been used by local law enforcement officers (involved FBI & police of local surveillance station/system) and their recruited operatives to make them and their weapons become invisible.  Thus, those personnel can use their weapons (or microwave voice device) on their targets at victims' homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. without being seen by these targets.  The facts tell that invisibility technology has been used by non-lethal weapons users.  However, to prevent the invisibility technology from leaking to society, these victims had been falsely accused as "mentally disturbed" (see above reported cases).

In March, 1993, the National Institute of Justice [NIJ]-- (an office of Janet Reno's Justice Department), issued a report titled:  "NIJ Initiative On Less-Than-Lethal Weapons." The Department is now encouraging local and state police organizations to utilize psychotronic, electromagnetic and mind control weapons against their local citizenry. The reports stated:  "Short-term research will be completed TO ADOPT MILITARY TECHNOLOGIES TO USE BY DOMESTIC LAW ENFORCEMENT ... including LASER, MICROWAVE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC" WEAPONS.

According to MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993 reported, State and local law enforcement have obtained so-called nonlethal weapons (infrasound, microwave weapon, radio-frequency, etc.) and mind control equipment (see details on Source of news reports on  reason 13.).  The above victims cannot get help from police and FBI because the harassment could be caused by some of local involved FBI agents and police of surveillance station/system with invisibility technology (including involved police of University).

Furthermore, according to an article of UK, "Some Aspects of Anti-Personnel Electromagnetic Weapons" by David G. Guyatt on 3/8/1996, " Col.  Alexander is dedicated to the development of technologies (including advanced nonlethal weapons an mind reading technology) for invisible personnel/warriors" (see details on Source at reason 13).  This information further confirm that the above conclusion is true that nonlethal weapons users have used invisibility technology.  Also it proves that inside information from Taiwan about invisibility technology has been used in surveillance station/system is completely true.

Now, I want to explain that why the silent, lethal psychotronic weapon would require only a human operator as a power source. According to above report, "The Mind Has No Firewall" by Timothy L. Thomas, PARAMETERS, US Army War College, " A psychotronic generator, which produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks, supply pipes, and incandescent lamps" (see details on above source).

Using a psychotronic generator (technology like power beaming system), invisible personnel can activate & power concealed devices/emitters installed in people's homes/offices, cars, boats, planes, and public buildings (school, hospital, shopping center, banks, stores, light poles, etc.) to attack the target from the scene (within a short distances of invisible personnel).

It means that in current society, many hidden emitters already exist in citizens' homes/workplaces, vehicles, or public buildings, banks, shopping center, business stores, etc.  These electronic and radiation hidden emitters are in household appliances (e.g. monitor, TV, radio networks, microwave oven, incandescent lamps), telephone lines, supply pipes, light poles, lawnmowers, cars, boats, planes, etc.  Thus, there are always psychotronic weapons surrounding a citizen, no matter where the citizen is.  So, if they want to attack a target, it only needs an invisible operator who use a psychotronic generator (as power source) to power the hidden emitters (psychotronic weapons) and attack the target from the target's home/workplace, vehicle, (or from a bank, supermarket, light poles, etc.) without the victim's knowledge.

For example, the invisible personnel can use the psy generator to produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation (or radio waves) to attack a target at his home through TV, monitor, microwave oven, telephone lines, supply pipes,  and lawnmower in his yard.  Thus, the target would "zapped by radio-waves" but didn't see anyone use the weapon on him. Because to prevent the attack from victim's knowing, the operator (who carry a psychotronic generator as power source) has used the invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny (as small flying ant size).  Under such circumstance, the involved agents, police and recruited operatives (of surveillance station/system) unlawfully control everyone's lives with invisibility technology and psychotronic weapons..

Now, I would use some victims' reports to further prove that after using invisibility technology, the personnel, equipment and their weapons will become invisible and tiny (like small ant size).
Based on victims' reports and my personal experience, some victims have the experiences of losing some of their teeth due to attacks by tiny invisible personnel with infrasound weapon.   However, under normal situation, infrasound weapon cannot be used to attack a target with extremely narrow beam.  But the facts is that when a victim's tooth is attacked, the infrasound will not attack the victim's whole teeth, or damage another tooth which is on the left, or right side of the targeted tooth.

How could such kind of crime be committed without most victims' knowledge and why can infrasound waves be used so narrow beam to attack a single tooth on surface?
The reality is that when these criminals are using invisibility technology, they and their weapons become as tiny as ants and invisible.  And when the infrasound weapon have become tiny, the side-to-side area of the infrasound weapon's affected range becomes narrower (when compared with regular size weapon).  This allows the infrasound weapon to attack a narrow area and allows the invisible personnel the precision to attack an individual tooth without affecting the surrounding teeth.  We know that the infrasound weapon attacks in a straight line.  If the invisible personnel is on a victim's right cheek and attacks a tooth from there, the infrasound weapon will attack the targeted tooth in the right side of the mouth (where the infrasound enters the mouth) and also attack another tooth on the left side of the mouth (where the infrasound exits) - see other illness/death inducing techniques in details on Part V-C of my website.

Now, I would further explain it in details.
The tiny invisible personnel (who enter people's home and keep the victim under close surveillance & control) can loosen the victim's teeth while he is sleeping by gently landing on the area between the victim's upper lip and nose and attacking his gums with infrasound weapon.  The tiny invisible personnel can also land on the area between low lip and chin to attack a target's gum to damage the tooth.  The goal is to cause the unknowing victim to lose his teeth as if the result of natural causes.  By using infrasound to attack the gums of the teeth, the invisible personnel can loosen the victim's teeth and cause them drop out.  This kind of tooth loss will be different from natural tooth loss.

Natural tooth loss will always have cavity on the tooth and will usually occur individually.  However, there is no cavity on the teeth  loosened by invisible personnel (with infrasound). This kind of tooth loss will also cause at least two teeth to loosen or fall out when the attack is from the cheek. That's because the infrasound attacks a target's teeth by entering through one side of the mouth and exiting at the other side.  Thus, it will not only damage the targeted tooth, but it will also damage tooth on the other side of the mouth where the infrasound exits.  Beside other victims' reports, I personally have same experiences of such kinds of losing teeth by tiny invisible personnel with infrasound. My son also have experiences of being attacked on his tooth.  Because he feels a little tooth sore or ache. Since I have same experience on this technique, I know it is caused by tiny invisible personnel's attack on his tooth with infrasound.  So, I tell him to attack the tiny invisible personnel who must be on his lip or cheek to attack his tooth.  Thus, he can finally avoid losing his tooth.

It is their tactic to damage one's health and make a target's life more difficult.   Also, to stop me continually exposing their murders and crimes on internet, sometime, the tiny invisible personnel would secretly land on my eye-lash and attack my eyes with microwave weapon in order to blind me.

The above facts prove that after using invisibility technology, the personnel, equipment and their weapons will become invisible and tiny (as the size of small ants, or small mosquitoes).  Also, the above facts prove that the invisible personnel can use invisibility technology to steal other's document, cash, or bio-weapon etc. and even abduct a person. Because they can easily take the targeted object away, and even abduct a person, after using invisibility technology on a targeted person, or on other's document, money, and bio-weapon, etc. to become invisible and tiny (see reported cases on Part II-A6 of my website).

After Col. John Alexander & his team have worked with Russian scientist to to develop infrasound mind machine, the enhanced abilities of telepathy can be easily achieved with the use of mind machine (EM mind machine & infrasound mind machine) or advanced mind reading technique (advanced microwave voice device). Also, the other enhanced abilities must be to use so-called nonlethal weapons, advanced microwave voice device, etc.  So,  Col. According to Col. Alexander's own message on psy (nonlethal) weapon (see details source on reason 12), it tells that so-called nonlethal weapons are mainly used to mislead public.  Because these weapons can be used to silently kill people as if natural causes. The new concept of nonlethal weapons was re-built by both Janet Morris and Col. John Alexander. Their intention must use the nonlethal weapons name to let military technology, weapons can be easily transferred to local law enforcement. Thus, the local invisible personnel can easily use these weapons to unlawfully induce illness/death on their targets for no apparent reason.
