Part 1: (On 5/22/2005)
These invisible personnel (who secretly use invisibility technology: involved police/agents and recruited operatives from civilians) recently aggressively try to murder me at my house with their illness/death inducing methods.   Their goals include that (1). They would totally dismiss my report about the top secret of invisibility technology, after they could murder me. (2). They will falsely accuse my family members (including my my wife and two sons ) were mentally ill persons.  Their reasons will be that my house's electric equipment (including home appliances) all have equipped with some stainless steel.  Although it is unusual to common family, it is the effective way to prevent invisible personnel using them (electrical home appliances) as life manipulation equipment.     However, invisible personnel will deny the facts and will falsely accuse my family members were mentally ill persons.  Beside falsely charge them were mentally ill, the involved police/agents will further charge them as the murderers (if I were murdered by the illness/death inducing methods.)
(3). So, the involved police /agents (who secretly use invisibility technology) can deny the charge in my articles. (There is a reoccurring pattern in the 1993 WTC Bombing, 1995 OKC Bombing and 9/11 attacks.  It is that these invisible personnel (involved agents/police and recruited
operatives) secretly withheld detailed information about terrorists' attacks from
government (Attorney General, Directors of CIA, FBI) and allowed the attacks to
happen. see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part30.htm  ).   To prevent my family from being falsely accused as mentally-ill and murderer if I were murdered by invisible personnel with illness/death inducing methods at home, I  would like to let the publics know the truth.

Part 2: (On 4/14/2005)
In Part III-A1 of my website, I have used evidence to prove that under the cover of US global intelligence cooperation, there is an underground global intelligence and life control network (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part3a1.htm.). The original intelligence cooperation formed between the US and its allies during WWII had been secretly changed. After President Roosevelt died, no elected officials knew about the details of the intelligence cooperation. FBI Director Hoover and foreign intelligence chiefs secretly made changes to the agreements and used the intelligence cooperation to advance their personal interests and power. Since invisibility technology and illness/death inducing methods had been developed and used in the 1950s, these technologies were shared and used by involved agents and police to spy on every important target's activities, discover the target's secrets, and secretly manipulate the target's life. This cooperation created an underground global intelligence and life control network to benefit the intelligence chiefs' interests/power even at the expense of US National interests. It was done without the knowledge of US Presidents nor the Congress.

In order to inform our important public officials of this underground global intelligence and life control network, I have also used certified mail to send these articles to President Bush (the return mail-receipt shows that it was received on April 5, 2005), Vice President Cheney (although I still have not received the return mail/receipt) and Attorney General Gonzales (the return mail/receipt shows that it was received on March 28, 2005).

Although I tell the truth in this report, my actions have obviously angered these involved FBI agents, police chiefs, police, and their operatives (those people who use invisibility technology). So, they would have motives to quickly kill me with illness/death inducing methods, if there is any opportunity.

Actually, it is not news that they have tried many times to kill me. However, since I have real knowledge on the invisibility technology, illness/death inducing methods and their weapons, I have defeated their attempts each time. In order to discredit my information and have the public not believe me, they have not only falsely accused me as being mentally ill, but these invisible personnel have also interfered with my website's articles (such as changing the contents of any important article) for many years.

Since Pope John Paul the II was seriously ill and had passed away on Sunday, April 2, it attracted the attention of the public and news media, drowning out most other news. The news media did extensive coverage during his final days, and afterwards, reported on his legacy. With this major news event dominating the news, the invisible personnel have arranged to have a lot of invisible operatives enter my house to try to quickly kill me during this time. If they had succeeded, it would have not attracted the public's attention.

On the day after the Pope had passed away, they started to attack me continuously 24 hours a day for several days, using several different groups of attackers to attack me in shifts, similar to work shifts at a store. If anything happens to me, it would have been caused by the invisible personnel and I will sue them for monetary damages. They are attacking me because I have been exposing how they knew in advance of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and the September 11th attacks and then did nothing to try to stop it (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2a30.htm ).

This is a letter of warning to these invisible personnel about their recent criminal activities.
