Lost At Sea
I looked out
across the sapphire sea
and saw a ship,
like angel's breath,
afloat.
I am lost to myself,
all that I be
is sparkling water,
singing sky
and sailing boat.

London UK born artist, musician and poet Alisha Sufit was the singer-songwriter with the band Magic Carpet which released an album of the same name in 1972, an innovative recording using sitar, tabla, guitars and voice, that has since become a sought after collectable LP.
