All Solutions was started in the summer of 1994 by Dean Young. Since All Solutions was started they have added many services to their list of improvements for the homeowner. Dean Young owner of All Solutions started out as a commercial painter and worked his way up to owning his own painting business which quickly turned into a full service home maintenance and home improvement company. Serving the Triad area for over 8 years, and making many new friends.
"Their are so many companies that say they do small jobs, but I hear my customers tell me that it is so hard to find a company that offers small job services" says Mr. Young. All Solutions is only trying to make a living not a fortune like a lot of companies.
Whether it's changing a door knob or caulking your bathtub we do not discriminate any size job. There are people out there that need help and sometimes can not afford the high price a contractor will charge to do a small job, so thats where All Solutions comes in. Meeting new people and being able to help them out is the best feeling in the world, and you never know who they know that they may end up referring you to.
In this business not many people remember the good things you do because it is expected, but when you do something wrong everyone will know because word of mouth travels very fast.
Dean recommends that all homeowners get more than one estimate. "I have been in this field for over 12 years and I have seen too many people get ripped off" Whats so hard about being honest with people? I guess only the "fly by night" contractors know the answer to that.
