                                                Salmon Roll                               

• 1 can salmon
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 T. lemon juice
• 2 T. grated onion
• 1 tsp. horse radish
• 1 tsp.salt
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
• 3 T. parsley                           

Drain salmon, remove any backbone. Mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horse radish and salt. Mix until smooth. Chill approximately 2 hours. Remove from bowl, shape into log. Mix pecans and parsley together and cover log. Spread on ritz crackers. This will be a hit at any holiday gathering.

                                                   Cheese Ball

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 jar Roka cheese(bluecheese)
• 2 jars Old English cheese
• 2 T. wine vinegar or 1 T. vinegar

Let ingredients soften. Mix together until smooth. Chill. Shape into balls, and roll in pecans or Bacos. Yummy!

                                                   Peanut Blossoms

• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c. margarine
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 T. milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• hershey kisses

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Cream margarine and sugars. Mix in egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Roll into small balls and roll in sugar. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Place a hersheys kiss in center and place back in oven for 2 to 5 minutes. A family favorite.
