Great Altcar is a
farming community with the housing scattered among the farms, and along t=
he B
5195, which passes through the village from Formby to Ormskirk. Little Altcar
comprises of housing and a few shops, at the south end of Formby. Within =
the
parish boundary, and formally within the Parish of Little Altcar, is the =
Altcar Range, which runs a=
long

worship is at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday. It is a Parish Communion Service, a=

we use the modern Common Worship services. Our Church is very friendly, a=

new visitors are especially welcome. We have several small babies in the
congregation, and plenty of willing hands to help look after them ! We are very proud of our link with the 1st Fo=
rmby
Scout Group - one of the oldest in the world - and they attend our Church=
on
