What is a Home Inspection?

A Home inspection is a visual and functional examination of the condition of your house, by the experienced eyes of a professional. All the systems and components will be tested, and their existing condition will be recorded in a comprehensive and informative Report Book. Areas include roof, exterior, foundation, basement, structure, plumbing, heating and cooling, interior, and attic. The inspection does not reveal information on the concealed areas or items not readily accessible. Your house will be Test Driven!

Limitations of a Home Inspection:

As described in the Home Inspection Agreement, All American Home Inspections are based on a visual examination of readily accessible components of a home. No Guarantee or warranty against future repairs is expressed or implied.
