              USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, FEDEX, or UPS with a tracking number or delivery confirmation, or BIDPAY

Q. I am an international customer.  How much to ship item outside of the U.S.?  What payment methods do you accept from international customers?

A. We are happy to ship internationally.  Usually we ship via USPS Global Priority Mail, however certain countries don't accept this.   Please be sure to obtain a shipping quote from us BEFORE placing your bid, as we do not wish you to be surprised by the cost of shipping after the fact.

Q: Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?

 A: No. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges     

Q: Will I get a refund if my event cancels?

 A: Depends. If an event completely cancels and is not rescheduled, then we can issue a FULL refund.  However, if part of an event cancels or if it's postponed to a new date/time, there are no refunds issued. We are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, nature, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.

Q. When will I receive my order?

    We pride ourselves on super fast shipping.  Therefore, orders are sent as soon as they are physically available. That means we will ship your order to you (via the shipping method you selected) immediately after we receive.  Most orders are shipped within 7-10 days of the date they were ordered. In extreme cases beyond our control, some orders , particularly those ordered for major events, take considerable time before we receive them. We guarantee that you will receive your order prior to the event.  Orders are shipped out approximately every 2 business days
