R Good (10) Popularity: 66
I Remarkable (30)
P Excellent (20)

Powers: Infravision: The Black Panther has Excellent infravision and can see well on moonless nights. However, he cannot see well in absolute darkness. Tracking: The Black Panther's keenly honed senses give him Amazing tracking ability. Outdoors, he can follow a trail up to 12 hours after it was made. In a city environment, the time limit is 6 hours.

Talents: In combat the Black Panther uses Martial Arts A, B, C, E, and Acrobatics and Tumbling. He has an Excellent reason in regard to physics and electronics.

Contacts: In addition to his Avengers membership, the Black Panther is a close friend of the Fantastic Four. He has teamed up with Ka-Zar on occasion, and in his youth he befriended Storm of the X-Men. In addition to this, he has diplomatic immunity in the United States. In my campaign, he is also a close friend of RAD. He is always guarded by his godfather Zuri, and is often accompanied by two Dora Milaje, highly trained martial artist concubines. In Wakanda, there are a number of specialized organizations, including the Hatut Zerare (Wakanda's secret police) and the Golden Gliders (an elite millitary organization).

Equipment: Wakandan technology is highly advanced, including such devices as the Falcon's wings and Captain America's van. In Wakanda itself, this high technology is carefully integrated into the natural surroundings. Its technology is possible because Wakanda is the world's only supplier of a unique metal, Vibranium. Wakanda is guarded by lasers camouflaged in the scenery (-4CS to spot, Remarkable material strength material which causes all sonic attacts directly against it to take a -5CS penalty).
T'Challa himself makes use of Wakandan technology to varying degrees. His gloves contain retractable claws which do Good(10) damage and allow climbing ability at +1 CS. The mask of his costume contains nightvision goggles which enhance his already-formidable night vision (treat as Unearthly when in costume). His costume contains a vibranium mesh which provides Excellent Body Armor, and Remarkable stealth. He also uses Kimoyo cards, small cards which are usable as a personal communicator, and contain an electronic tracer linked to a Global Positioning System, allowing the Black Panther to track the location of any card. The Black Panther also wields an energy knife (Good [10] damage) with three settings: Stun (treat red result as a Stun result), Kill (treat red result as a Kill), and a harmless attack which marks its target with a traceable energy signature.

Roleplaying Notes: The Black Panther is a fiercely proud warrior-ruler of his people, and yet a civilized, honorable man. He is caught in a conflict between the tribal traditions of his ancestors, and the customs of the technological world, a technology that he has encouraged the Wakandans to adopt. He respects people who are strong and honorable.

History: T'Challa has a long history that is beyond the scope of this web page. For more information on the Black Panther, try going here instead.

Swashbuckler

Real Name: Andre Dumas, formerly Bernard Moskowitz

F Incredible (40) MH: 70
A Remarkable (30) PH: 110
S Good (10) Resources: Excellent (20)
E Remarkable (30) Popularity: 10
R Excellent (20)
I Remarkable (30)
P Excellent (20)

Equipment: Rapier, Good (10) damage; capable of firing Excellent (20) intensity electrical blast 6 times before recharging. High-tensile steel cable grappling hook, Remarkable material strength, 3 area range, may be used as grappling attack.

Talents: Sharp Weapons, Martial Arts A, Acrobatics, Tumbling, Performer (Acting), Trivia: BSA and foes

History: Bernard Moskowitz was a native Bostonian who grew up enamored of Errol Flynn movies and the high-adventure escapism they provided. Seeking to enter the acting profession, Moskowitz changed his name to the more glamorous Andre Dumas. One night after gaining a part in a B-grade movie, Dumas happenned to stop a mugging in progress while he was wearing his costume. Dubbed "the Swashbuckler" by the press, Dumas found that he loved the attention and adoration of the press. When his mother fell ill a couple of years later, Dumas moved back to Boston but found that he was too attached to his life of fighting crime to give it up. Upon the formation of the Bay State Avengers, Dumas gave up acting in favor of full-time heroics. When the Bay State Avengers were disbanded, Dumas retired and opened up his own talent agency. Now that C.H.O.W.D.A. has formed and Boston has seen a resurgence in supervillain activity however, Swashbuckler has come out of retirement although he now prefers to work out of the public eye.

Roleplaying notes: Swashbuckler displays a cheerful arrogance, always quick with witty repartee. He truly enjoys heroing and the adoration it brings him, although in recent years he has chosen to work in a more subtle modus operandi.
