To all Town Reps,

 

Some of you expressed interest in purchasing 8v8 goals and nets in bulk. There are several items we need to do to make this happen quickly; decide upon the goal, how many, make payment and place the order, and pick up the goals.

 

1. What goals do you want to buy?

 

 The goals used at MTOC were from KwikGoal, http://www.kwikgoal.com/product_2B3004.html - I will get a price for this goal.

 

Another goal is from Score, http://www.scoresports.com/details.asp?ProductID=934-6x18 I have to update the price for this goal because the price I have is from April.

 

If your town wants to purchase 8v8 goals please review the info on these two goals!

 

2. I need to know which towns want to purchase goals, how many, and what preference you have for the manufacturer.  Let me know by Friday, July 14.

 

3. I think it would best if each town paid MAYS, MAYS will pay the manufacturer and place the order.  Once we finalize the goal type and cost I will let you know.

 

4.  Delivery - Leon from Northbridge has volunteered to take delivery of the goals at his business in Worcester.  He can store there, temporarily, until each town makes arrangements to pick them up.
