If you are planning to referee this Spring, please begin to update your availability.  Note that there are a few new fields this season:

1.         Auburn High School

2.         Mass Youth - Lancaster (more on this below)

3.         Shrewsbury Oak Middle School

4.         Spencer Abbey Field

5.         Spencer David Prouty HS Upper Field

6.         Upton Kiwanis Field

If you are unable to referee at these locations, please make sure to block them on your Block Site List.

The seasons begins on Sunday, April 1 (this is not an April Fool's joke).  The U16, U18, U19 games will take place at Mass Youth in Lancaster, MA.  The facility is called Citizen's Bank fields at Progin Park.  From my house in Dudley, it takes about 40 minutes to get there.  Directions to the facility are very straight forward, Rte 190 North, to Rte 2 East, take exit 34.  At the end of the ramp (stop sign) take a left and go approximately ½ mile, down a small hill. The entrance to the fields is on your right at the bottom of hill (if you get to Wagner Toyota and Rte 70 you have gone to far). There is a sign at the entrance, (the Mass Youth office is located at the top of the hill). Just follow the signs for parking for the fields. We will be using the five new turf fields, which are the same as the new field at Gillette Stadium.  Approximately 25 games are being scheduled, from 9am-7pm.  I will need approximately 40 referees that day for the U16, U18, U19 games.  This promises to be a great day for all.

See you Sunday, March 18 at 4pm in Worcester for our pre-season meeting.
