"Just An Angel Hug Away"

                            My son David, I want you to know

                         I feel your pain and and understand why

                           I see your feelings are hard to show

                    I hear you question, Why did Greg have to die

                      I know how much you loved each other

                           I remember the things you shared

                      I know how proud you were of your brother                                                                

                           I understand why you are so sad

                        I know and feel the ache in your heart

                           We all have the same black hole

                    There is a emptiness that will never depart

                                  Even as we all grow old

                          I want you to know that I am here 

                           I understand your pain each day

                          I will love you both year after year

                          Please don't send "your" love away

                      I know God chose to take Greg from us

                        There must have been a good reason

                       He is Just An Angel Hug Away, I trust

                     His Love will be here with us each season

                          I Thank God for leaving me YOU

                             To love and be loved my son

                          Let's not worry about what to do

                                 Until our time is done  

                      Let's remember Greg as the Angel he is  

                           Keep his memory in our hearts 

                              That is the way he still lives 

                           In our memories, he never departs

                           Let us think of him as smiling down

                               Still playing with us each day

                           For his love for us reaches down

                          And he is Just An Angel Hug Away
