	The chief of IBG and the president of the IPC Prof. Irene Flemming, born in Berlin, received the title of "professor" with "special respect to the plastic surgery" and was one of the first to teach plastic surgery in Germany, after she has been send by the Free University of Berlin for several month to Brazil, the United States and Switzerland for studies in this discipline. She soon became a well known capacity in this field long before the upper specialty "plastic surgery" has been introduced in Germany. Even though she is a Professor for ENT, she was called for help also in breast surgery to the Clinic of Gynecology of the University. She is member and honorary member of numerous societies as the "German society of ENT", the "American Academy of Plastic Surgery", the "Joseph Society", the "European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery", the "German Society of Aesthetic Medicine" to name only a few. The link shows you only some of the Articles in books(click here) and contributions to journals(click here). 1983 she founded the IBG, the Institut of Biological Research in Plastic Surgery" and already in 1980 the IPC, the society "Scientific Institut of Plastic Surgery e. V." Beside her well frequented private office she is also "normal doctor" for the so called "Krankenkassen", where patients can come with their normal "chip card", because plastic surgery should not be a privilege for rich people only. The General manager of the IBG Chirurgie and treasurer of the IPC Dr. Franz-Udo Piechotta-Flemming, born also in Berlin has been working in the Free University of Berlin in several projects of research in plastic surgery especially about the injection therapy with silicon fluid. Because of the results of his studies the existing prescriptions of silicon fluid for the injection therapy of wrinkles were drawn of the market. He was the first to prove the existence of silicon in the tumors caused by silicon fluid, the so called siliconomas, which was until than always denied by the industry. He made his further formation in the United States, Brazil, Switzerland and Italy. Many international publications are reflecting his scientific work. He is mainly involved in the foundation of the IBG and the activities of the IPC. Since five years he is specialized in Anti-Aging and started formation of doctors in this field in November 2000. He is a private practitioner as well as a doctor for the so called "Krankenkassen".
