* Informational booklets at no charge,  including the Parkinson's Disease’s Handbook: a Guide for Patients and Families, as well as booklets on diet, exercise, home adaptations and a variety of other topics and issues relevant to the Parkinson's patient.

* Young Parkinson’s Newsletter, published three times a year

* Referrals to physicians and services throughout the U.S.

* Nationwide support group referrals

* Assistance in establishing a support group

* Person to Person Program - correspondence, telephone or email contact with other young people with Parkinson's disease.

* PDKIDS

* A free lending library of books and videotapes

* Information Line to assist in answering your questions
