Recently we have started to produce our own wine from vineyards that we have planted, these vineyards are planted at a density of 5,000 vines per hectare, the standard for A.O.C. IS 4,000. The more vines per hectare you have the less fruit each vine produces, less fruit equals higher quality. Our Wine

We work our vineyards in an environmentally manner, limiting treatments to the minimum, reducing tractor movement and trying to work with nature in the production of our wine. Vineyards
