> raise my child?Ê A murderer commits a crime before their rights are taken
> from them.Ê That makes sense.Ê But why have my rights been taken?Ê Who in
> the world gave the courts the ability to take those rights?Ê I can answer
> that question... no one.

> Our government was founded by the Constitution.Ê The law of the people.
> The prevailing authority against which all must bow.Ê That is no longer
> the case.Ê Recently while researching my latest appeal I discovered,
> please forgive my former ignorance, that Thomas Jefferson penned the

> General Assembly he stated that he had written a "people's code".Ê He
> stated that the common law of England had grown so confusing that even
> the lawyers had a hard time understanding it, much less the layman.Ê He

> to be simple, straightforward, and unerring.Ê And the courts were to
> enforce it so.

> We have tried to change the law and have only seen small success against
> the attorneys.Ê We have filed our lawful appeals, only to see them

> system that stems from our Constitution, and we have failed.

> imagined it, but because you've lived it.Ê The time has come to end this
> tyranny before any more children are abused by a system that steals our
> children and then sells them back to us in increments of two weekends a

> many mothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters who have
> seen children stripped away from the love and affection of one, sometimes
> both, parents.Ê Sometimes the heartbreak is so great that we lose the

> circumstance, to fight with me one more time.

> childish things.Ê The last three years have made a man of me.

> Our constitution provided a fail safe.Ê When the people, by majority, are

> current system will not work.Ê The Legislature will continue to say that
> separation of branches prohibits it from interfering with the
> administration of Justice.Ê The Executive branch will continue to say
> that they lack the funds to properly enforce the law.Ê And the
> Legislatures will continue to wash their hands of everything, claiming
> the laws are fine the way they are.Ê And the Federal Government claims
> "state's right" when states take benefit from the federal programs that
> promote the destruction of families.

> There is a law against adultery, but it hasn't been enforced in years.
> Why?Ê BecauseÊ the executive branch won't file charges, because the
> judicial branch won't convict for it, because they don't believe that the
> General Assembly should still have that law on the books.Ê Personally I
> don't care so much about adultery (it's wrong, but it didn't end my
> marriage), but I do care about justice, freedom, and equality.Ê Where are
> the checks and balances that are supposed to be the backbone of our
> government?

> I AM SICK OF IT.Ê WE ARE A COUNTRY POISED TO BE THE GREATEST NATION THAT
> EVER EXISTED, WITH THE GREATEST FORM OF GOVERNMENT THAT EVER WAS, AND
> COULD LEAD THE WORLD ITSELF TOWARD FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, BUT INSTEAD WE
> HAVE BECOME SLAVES TO A POWER BASE FAR MORE CORRUPT THAN THE ONE WE
