Welcome! This page contains accounts, observation results, drawings and pictures of 14 other comets which I observed between 1989 and current day. LEE - C/1999 H1

We observed this comet on the evening of May 30, 1999. You can click on this link to see our observation in ICQ format submitted to the British Astronomical Association's Comet Section. Also a sketch made during the time of the observation is given below.

Our notes about this observation are as follows: "Observed from rooftop (parking lot) of Boston Museum of Science. It was just end of civil twilight. The comet was seen through averted vision only. It was very diffuse with low contrast. Its altitude was about 5 degrees".
