Currently

Fouts era of the late 70's and mid 80's, the Stan Humphries big plays/Junior
Seau led top ranked defenses of the 90's, and the recent Doug Flutie, Drew
Brees' and Ladanian Tomlinson –led teams. I'm always looking for
more. These videos are NOT for sale, they are for trade purpose
only. Look for more soon!
Along
with a variety of vintage Chargers games, check back often for some
great features from Charger fans - occasional commentary from San Diego
Sports Magazine writer Mike Robinson.

Charger Canon Headlines
February
4, 2004
Welcome
to the first Charger Canon update of the new year! yes it so
happens to be February, right after an exciting Super Bowl. Too
bad the Pats won again. The Super Bowl party hosted by Charger
Canon rep Rashad Pouncey was much fun, especially with everyone in
attendance a picking against the New England Patriots. Anyhow,
on to the 2004 season. Hopefully the staff will get tickets for
either the Atlanta Falcons game or the Carolina Panthers game - we'll
see what we can come up with! In about two months time we will
know what the heck the bolts will do with the first pick in the
draft! MESSAGE TO BOLTS: QB IS THE LEAST OF YOUR
WORRIES! Stay tuned...by the way, some new games in...some are
games on DVD so these will not be listed...check out some cool VHS
from the 1994 season!
Speaking
of San Diego Chargers tickets, please visit our friends at Coast
To Coast Tickets! Rock on guys and gals!
If
you think former Chargers icon Junior Seau is enjoying his
former team's struggles, you're wrong.
"It
(stinks)," the Dolphins linebacker told Miami reporters
yesterday. "It really (stinks) because those guys in that locker
room are my guys. I'm a million miles away from them, but those are
the guys that I brought up, the guys I went to war with. They're
friends of mine, and they always will be."

The Rules:
Trades must be sent off in a
timely fashion. If you see something that interests you, let us know. All
games must be recorded on brand new VHS NTSC tapes. We prefer MAXELL T-180
in SP mode, or a tape of similar style (TDK, Sony) ...NO - Fuji, Scotch, Memorex
or generic brands! Of course we can work something out, but this seems to be the
best tape. You could of course use a T-160...Use only 1 tape per game for trades
(unless the game's running time is too long, in which case we'd go with the LP
speed/T-160 combination, or maybe 2 T-120's)...

Picture
Of The Moment:
From
time to time, we will post what hopefully will be an interesting
feature for chargerfan.cjb.net - Chargers related photos from the
early days, to the present.
Wow,
it was 9 years ago that the bolts played in a Super Bowl. They
may have lost that game big, but they had a real tough QB - We love
ya Stan!
