I
have been practicing law for 24 years and Self Storage law for
over 19 years. In this time I have been helping owners and managers
get through storage litigation issues, including improper lien
sales, conversion and negligence actions, unlawful detainers,
Declaration of Opposition Lien foreclosures, and many other storage
nightmares. I believe that a litigation attorney should serve
as an educational link, helping the client to understand the process
and to limit future legal troubles. Even better, I can work with
clients so that storage personnel understand the purpose and application
of the law and help my clients avoid litigation in the first place.
