A series of animal or mechanical objects that begin with representational interpretations and evolve into abstraction
A series of portrait heads, busts, and entire figures
A series of cups, bowls, and plates thrown on the potter's wheel
A series of conceptually related approaches of sculptures that embodies the principles of design

e-PortfolioProject Over the course of the school year, students will carefully select examples of their ceramic work and take digital photographs of their work, in order to create an e-Portfolio that describes a minimum of three original works and an area of concentration of art as a culminating project in an Advanced Ceramics course.

Academic Expectations:

Plagiarism It is unethical to copy an image that was made by someone else, all work must be original. If students produce work that makes use of another's work, including published photographs, the student must make significant changes to the artwork so it moves beyond duplication.
