With a vintage Vermont barn, carriage, and almost three acres of landscaped grounds, you will find many opportunities for memorable pictures. Ideally located only minutes to several major ski areas and Vermont attractions, we hope you will allow us to share with you “Vermont’s hidden charms.”

An in-ground pool is open during the warmer seasons.

And one of the following Entrees:

Omlet with your choice of added ingredients: Cheddar cheese, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms &/or onions

Pancakes: plain, OR, blueberry with Pure Vermont Maple Syrup

French Toast with Carmelized Bananas and Walnuts

And Always:

Fresh Coffee (Regular or decaf) Assorted Teas

Terms & Policies

Our rates are $125.00 per room per night for one or two people. An additional person in the room would have a twin size accommodation at a $10.00 charge per night. Our rooms are spacious but are limited to three people per room. At this time, we accept only the American Express card, cash, of course, is preferred, but checks will be accepted. A one night deposit per room is requested when booked in advance. If you must cancel, but are able to rebook within three months of your original date, based on availability, we will apply your deposit to that reservation. Or, we will be happy to refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent your room.
