ARNOLD got married in Marion Co.They were married on Oct.27,1866,I believe.I just don`t know where.Mariah`s parents were living in Marion Co.\Wayne Twp. in 1850 then moved west before 1860.Mariah went back to Ind. to get married As she still had family living in Marion Co. and Hendricks Co.

I am looking for information on the FOLLETT family of Indianapolis, particularly Barbara Mattinger Follett (born December 1859 in Indiana) and her husband John Follett (born 1856 in England).They had three children: Chas - born in February 1882; Emma - born in January of 1885; and Carrie-born in June of 1895.

MCGUIRE


Seeking decendants of or information on Merry MCGUIRE. He and his family moved to Marion Co., about 1860. Merry died there on Nov. 25, 1866. His wifes name was Drusilla ? Madien name unknown. According to census records they had two sons and five daughters. There son names where Joseph (my grandfather) and Spencer J. as for the girls I beleive that Rhoda R., Jane and Elizabeth McGuire are three of the five. The others are unknow at this time. Merry served as Justice of the Peace in Shelby Co., (1820'-30's) prior to moving to Decator, Marion Co., Ind. It is possible that he may have had a will but it has not been located.I will greatly appreciate any help you may be able to offer. Contact: Gina McGuire

PIKE TOWNSHIP- -MARION CO.

The Pike Township Historical Society is looking for direct descendants of Pike Township, Marion County settlers. According to the Society of Indiana Pioneers, Marion County's pioneer period came to a close in 1830. The census of that year lists 79 pioneers. The project is called Pioneers of Pike Township. SINK


Looking for information on JONATHAN SINK and wife MARY ANN RILEY SINK and decendants. Children: WILLIAM, WESTLEY, LEWIS, CHANCY, GOLDIE, ROY ROLLY, and SUSIE MAE. STRETCHBERRY


My great grandmother died in Marion County. I have not been able to find any information on her name other than my grandfather's obituary and a listing from another genealogy website. Her maiden name was STRETCHBERRY. Her father was a Finely Stretchberry from Ohio who married a Nancy Neal.
