Meet Cheryl

The first thing I want to tell you about me is that I truly do feel great!!!!

It's as simple as I walk my talk and I am my best customer.

I have added to my knowledge as an R.N. by studying to become a Certified Nutritional Consultant.  I am a graduate of Virginia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing and The School of Nutritional Science.  I have taken several Approved CE Courses presented by MED2000.  Those courses are "Alternative Medicine," Herbal Medicine," and "Children's Health."  I have studied Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Auto Immune Conditions under Mary Moeller, LPN, TFH.  Also, I am proud to say that I am a La Leche League leader.  As "the nutritional consultant" at  a local fitness center for over five years, I have applied my weight loss/toning philosophy that emphasizes health first.  I can help obtain safe, healthy, permanent weight loss.

Due to the recent celebration of my 51st birthday, I have made myself quite knowledgeable about hormone balance not just during menopause but also for all stages of life.  I have spent many hours reading & studying John Lee, MD’s reference books.  Dr. Lee, an internationally renowned pioneer and expert in natural hormones even teamed up with David Zava, MD, a breast cancer researcher for one of his books. My new favorite reference book is From Hormone Hell to Hormone Well by C. W. Randolph, Jr. M.D.,R.Ph.

My husband and I have three sons and they are 25, 21, and 17 years old.  That means all of life’s activities times three plus this business.  Special activities for our family are Boy Scouts (son # 3 is following in his brothers’ footsteps to become an Eagle Scout) and anything to do with cars and trucks.  This year we plan to join friends as our race team gets back together to do some local Late Model Truck racing.

I feel truly blessed to have become a Shaklee user years ago.  Our family is so healthy and that makes life pretty fun (most days.)  I see many families that are bogged down with sickness and that’s not only painful physically but also emotionally and expensive.
