• 3-4 cloves garlic peeled
  
• 2 cans (8oz.each) artichoke hearts drained
  
• 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese ( I prefer the imported it has much more flavor )
  
• 1 c. mayo
  
• Juice of 1 lemon
  
• Dash of Tabasco
  
• Fresh veggies or chips for dipping
  

In food processor with metal blade chop garlic and artichoke hearts until med. fine. Place in small baking dish add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in 350-degree oven for about 30 min. or until golden brown on top.Serve with chips or veggies
