Seriously though, my name is Rick, but some people call me "Doc". That's short for Doctor Dialtone, a nickname I've had for years now.

I really didn't even have a computer 'til 1996. Now, I'm surrounded by them! I've been having a blast meeting lot's of people from all over the world.

On December 16 1996, I was so bored, I decided to "try" to put a website together and before I knew it, Doc's Ever-Changing Home Page was born.

The Internet provides a unique way to express myself using one of the tools of my trade. It is the ultimate example of freedom of speech and expression. It allows someone with limited artistic ability to be artistic. and Creative!
