The following rules are parking regulations for the property, and must be followed with no exceptions:

1. There is no guest parking ANYWHERE on the property for any amount of time. Tenants can not authorize parking.

2. You are only to park your vehicle in your assigned space as per your lease agreement. (No “piggy back” or parking parallel to the tree pits.)

3. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed away at vehicle owners expense.

4. Tenants who violate the parking regulations will have their parking privileges terminated.
