The Process The contact aggregation process can be broken down into three steps: Information provided by the client, research/information collection, and delivery of information to the client. Information provided by the client (What do you need to provide?) - The most frequently asked question by the perspective client is what information do we need to provide you? In the above Basic Services summary, one can see that we do not need much information. It can be as basic as telling us what industry you are interested in or it can be specific as the name of the person and the company you want. Whatever the case we do like when the information is sent over in Excel spreadsheet format. The list can be any length. Along with the spreadsheet you can send us an assignment explanation that goes over some of the very specific aspects of the list that you do not want us to forget. We aim to please the customer and can be as customizable as you want us to be. Research/Information Collection - Once the spreadsheet containing the information you already have is in our possession, we can begin researching the assignment. We use a variety of search engines and corporate web sites to determine email addresses patterns, names of company officials, and corporate URL's. We DO NOT have a database of names and email addresses in our possession. Once we compile a list for a client we never use it again, it is not added to a giant database. We do this because we want to always give our clients the most up to date information possible. If we compiled our own private database of corporate names and email addresses it would quickly become out of date and useless. Before we send you any email addresses we make sure they are working ones. Delivery of Information to the Client- As soon as we are done compiling and testing the information we have gathered it will be sent to the client in spreadsheet form to our contact at your company. There also will be an invoice attached, payment is expected in 11 workdays unless otherwise notified. We send both spreadsheet and invoice over email to our contact at the client. There is an example of what the spreadsheet will look like in the next section of this package. |
